One of the best services I have ever experienced in a hotel, the GM - she goes out of her way to ensure we have everything we need, so does the front office staff. Had the opportunity to stay at this amazing Hotel for a few days last week. I have to say, its been an amazing experience right from the check in, being assisted by Ms. Olga at the reception. The ambiance of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of food and most of all the welcoming nature of the staff are all indeed commendable. I would highly recommend La Ville to anyone vacationing in Dubai.

My husband and I just stayed here for our anniversary trip to Dubai and it was AMAZING!! The staff was nothing less than SUPERB!!! The hospitality that we experienced from the staff was more than 5 star! Everyone treated us so nice and went above & beyond to accommodate anything that we requested. Nicholas and Kennedy that works in the Chival cafe were both so kind-hearted & friendly(I looked forward to seeing them every morning)the world needs more people like them!🙂 And Huong that worked the front desk is an absolute treasure, he went out of his way to help us every time we saw him! I was completely blown away by all the staff, atmosphere, accommodations, hospitality of LaVille Hotel & Suites City Walk in Dubai. I had a recent stay here while in Dubai for a conference. I picked it for convenience to downtown and the Marina and it was good for that. The hotel was well appointed and smaller then other Dubai area hotels but had nice views and was attached to the City Walk. Maybe due to the time of year and covid the City Walk area was a little sleepy but I spent more time downtown or in other areas nearby. I would choose it again for the large rooms and convenience. The breakfast was not great by Dubai hotel standards but passable.

I have never thinks that I would rate my favourite hotel one star because this is not the first time I visits them maybe its the tenth times but this time when we stay for a birthday beside us so many noises I talked with the manager about it but when they want to fix the problem they couldnt after that the manager says to me literally I cant do more than this ok what about the money I put so this is what I will be dealing for two days noises where is the calm on this

Best Hotel from around the world. Amazing location at City Walk. 2 minutes by car to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Other than that their service is very good from staff to valet parking and everything else.

Wanted to try a different hotel from my usual and I stumbled on this one located in City Walk. Very relaxed and quiet during the day although my room was near a lounge or a club and music was loud until about 10:30pm/11:00pm.That was the only fly in the ointment though and everyone, from the staff of the front desk to the room service crew were welcoming and accommodating.Loved as well the location being in the heart of City Walk and within a couple of minutes from some interesting cafes and restaurants.Would definitely stay again given the chance!

Second time coming here for breakfast at the hotel restaurant Chival Global......First time there were no issues so we decided to come again. On our second visit when we walked in the waitress called Assia told us our table is outside (temperature was 35% with humidity outside at the time) even though the restaurant was only 20% full at the time. She then proceeded to say we didnt specify whilst making the booking whether we wanted inside or outside (even though on their booking system it doesnt give you that option). If the restaurant was full then i wouldnt have taken offence to being offered a table outside.Secondly the reservation system doesnt say anything about inside seating or outside seating and given it is the summer months in dubai the logical thing or assumption would be 99% of people would book a table inside, only a mad man who wants to sit outside in the heat would make a booking and request an outside seating in this heat. If the restaurant wants people to specify a seating in this heat then they need to change their booking system or call the person after they make the booking to specify whether they want inside or outside. No logic or common sense from this waitress whatsoever.If you dont want our business, its not an issue we will happily go somewhere else where we are welcome with positive vibes not this discriminatory negative vibe this waitress presented to us upon our second visit

Look up rooftop in La ville hotel is not very well known in Dubai, but in my opinion it is the one of the best in town, amazing view, very quiet and calm, good drinks a shisha

Contemporary style hotel with great outlets, high quality food and service. Chival served iftar at the table and really liked the presentation of the dishes and the service. This hotel never disappoints on food quality and the attentive flexible service. The garden is superb for drinks and shisha in the evening, a wonderful oasis in the middle of the city walk area.

Excellent Hotel. Stayed here for two nights and everything was at high class level.Stuff is very helpful. And specifically Anastasya from reception. Helped me with early breakfast to my room for early departure.Hotel is allocated in very good area. Right between beachfront and Burj Khalifa which is in walking distance from hotel.Hotel is in beautiful area with many shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.Definitely highly recommended Hotel.And definitely the one to stay at next visit.

Hello everybody. First of all, i would like to mention that im a big fan of Marriott Group and i even got rewarded as a Titanium Member to be one of their loyal client.Unfortunately, for the first time since long time i dont have a good review to put.Every weekend, my wife and i are enjoying a weekend in a hotel of Marriott Group. We chose in general a Hotel from Category 5 to catogory 8. Ville Hotel has a Category 6 status, means, one of the top rate of Marriott Group...First, the quality of the room. Its SUPER small with and horrible view. The furnitures inside are cheap, super cheap. The quality of the mattress is bad and thin compare to JW Marriott or Renaissance Hotel (category 5 only).Dont expect to find a coffee machine inside the room, there is not. Water is even not complementary, they give only 2 bottles for free... Again compare to Renaissance or JW, its very bad.They told me its because i didnt get the upgrade but just to let you know, upgrade or not, the mattress is the same in all the hotel rooms.In the morning, i wanted to take a shower... no HOT Water !!! I have phoned the reception, they told me to let the water go for 10 min to expect to have water (Good for the planet to waste so much water...)Also and its the first time i see this, this category 6 hot DOES NOT have a lounge...Breakfast time : DESASTER again, when i checked in, the staff told me that the breakfast is until 12pm with a last call for ordering at 11h30... We arrived at 11h07 and we were notified that the last call was at 11h00.... But they made us an exception to let us order. We ordered eggs and coffee and water. We got the eggs but NO coffee and NO water. After 30 min, we asked again for the coffee and water... we got finally the coffee BUT still NO water. After asking again, we finally received it...I want to say also that the manager called me and offered me to refund me all the points for the bad experience i have faced. I did appreciate but even if its not his fault, i refused the offer. This is the fault of Marriott to give a category 6 status for an hotel that is MAXIMUM category 4. For the same amount of money or points, i really advice people to chose Renaissance, JW Marriott or even Lapita Hotel. They are all from Marriott Group also but will give you for sure a better service and better rooms.

Best hotel to stay in and meet up

I usually pass by here when I stroll around the City Walk or when I go to Chival Global Social. And found out that the hotel is really stylish and lives up to the gorgeousness of center of Dubai which is in the middle of downtown and Jumeirah. When you want to feel the sense of serenity and gorgeousness, this is THE place.

One of the best, This is my first visit to the hotel and was amazed starting the welcoming vibes that I felt when I entered the hotel. the staff are extremely kind and very welcoming. the room was amazing and it was my birthday, they surprised me with cake and fruits platter to wish me a happy birthday. they responded to every single request very fast . I highly recommend the hotel to everyone and the location granted easy access to the CITY WALK shops and restaurants by walking.

Just about everything about this hotel is great. Staff are friendly, polite, and always smiling. The hotel smells great. The room and bathroom are spacious with a nice view and Juliette balcony. The hotel is aituated in a very nice area suitable for walking and exploring with plentiful vendors and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Most of the food at the hotel is good - I really enjoyed the fried chicken from the bar, the chicken ceasar salad and the chocolate and berries dessert, however, I was not a fan of the tomato soup or the small chicken entree. Also, the drinks from the bar were weak and Im a novice social drinker. The breakfast buffet at Chival was nice and had a good variety of dishes with the ability to order cooked foods, such as eggs, from one of the wait staff. I would DEFINITELY book here again.

I had a great experience staying with LA Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK. The staff was great first and foremost. Especially John who delivered my a la carte meals. The room was spectacular and spacious. He was always on time and helpful with the process. The location was great. You can get to most places by walking if you are not lazy. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who decides to visit Dubai and I am definitely planning my next stay.

Great Hotel.. deserves every single star!

The check-in went quickly and I was given an upgrade to a suite for my rewards status, I would mention Christian for his excellent customer service. The suite was very big, clean and updated. The outlet next to the bed and in the desk had a built-in adapter, which I found very handy. The bathroom was massive and had a large rain shower. I also enjoyed the patio area, behind the hotel, as a bit of an oasis from the city, and the pool area for its views of the city. I ate at Chival twice for the ambiance and the good food. The location is perfect for citi-walk and is close enough that I was able to walk to the Dubai Mall. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous! If you are European by spirit or by nature, do make sure to visit this truly European hotel in the heart of City Walk. My husband and I are absolutely in love with this hotel - it is literally the best experience we have had so far at a hotel around the world. To clarify- we visited the hotel when it was relatively empty due to Covid crisis. We got an amazing 1BR apartment with a sweet European like balcony with view towards Dubai skyline including Burj Khalifa. The apartment was immaculate- clean to perfection, with the best boutique hotel design I could ever wish for. The bathroom was like one of those they show in interior design magazines. Add to this the 24/7 professional and extremely quick service by housekeeping, room service and Front office... and you have the formula of a successfully managed 5 star hotel. My personal favorite was their amazing breakfast ! This is what Id call gourmet cuisine! I was allowed to take pictures of their fabulous swimming pool and the even more fabulous skyline view of Dubai. La Ville , we will be back ASAP! Thank you to the whole team! You are amazing!

If you are considering this autograph collection hotel, please book it and never look back. The views from the hotel are amazing. It’s in a perfect location and there is easy transportation to the city center which takes 10 minutes by cab. The staff is amazing; I cannot express this enough. The food impeccable, the cleanliness is of high standards. I always select the highest category hotels and this one was exceptional.

The reception girls were so kind and helpful as well as the staff. Good service. The only disadvantage is the high price. Smooth check in by the reception girl. Unfortunately, I don’t recall her name. The guy how took our luggages did an extraordinary service for us. I wish I recalled their names :(Extraordinary location for sure.

Location: at the heart of city walk which is a good full day attraction point, you can almost never leave the area and still enjoy to the maximum. Hotel: there were delays in preparing the room on arrival, wrong luggage delivered to our room. But after the harsh first hours, things became good. Nice view from high levels. Excellent and quick room service, but average breakfast menu. It was nice experience in general

Nice hotel at the Center of city walk

I did the check-in yesterday, the reception told me that the breakfast is only for the adults. After I showed them the reservation email that stated 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast, they said we will accept only one of your kids and the other one you have to pay for it, as your rate is low. Having that the reservation was direct from Marriott as I’m a member of it.The manager was so neural and like he won the deal. Moreover the breakfast is normal and does not have variety.The hotel is in great location and new.

Take a stroll down the walk lined with designer stores and restaurants - and make sure you look up to appreciate the striking vista of city skyscrapers, including the Burj Khalifa. Water features, play areas for children, and plenty of al fresco seating add to the appeal.Hotel itself is well maintained property with excellent service, clean and tastefully decorated rooms and suites. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience best of what Marriott hospitality has to offer. I had an excellent stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming from Reception staff to General Manager.Everyone is ensuring that you will have a pleasant stay.Due to my 4 days in Dubai I was able to experience several restaurants and bars in the hotel which are all unique with attractive menus and signature items.The view from the rooftop bar in the 5th floor is stunning.Brunch at the weekend is attracting a good crowd of customers.Also liked the convenience of citywalk which is full of shops, restaurants and a cinema.

One of the best place to visit for outdoor dining and shopping in Dubai. City walk consist of 2 phases. And very enjoying especially during winter time and when you stay at the La Ville Hotel.

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway with my wife and it was perfect. Serene and laid-back but with plenty to do within a walking distance. Lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. But if you need to go elsewhere it is conveniently located In the heart of every other district/location.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the boutique hotel and would like to complimentthe staff on providing us with this memorable experience. In my lifetime, I haventhad such a welcoming experience at any hotel stay prior to this (I have stayed in numerous.Marriott hotels in the US and Carribean.)Rooms:We had booked 2 rooms, one of which was upgraded to Junior Suite along with connecting rooms upon my request (Marriott Gold status. The rooms are elegantly designed and quite spacious with high ceilingsand the Art Deco design. The front desk staff was extremely friendly (Special mention to Lorenzo and Agata) and they took care of all our needs including the upgrade and early check ins.Area: Surrounding City Walk area (with its vintage London look) is one of the easier outdoor walks andwas bustling with activity till past mid-night. The light and fountain show at City walk was greatto enjoy as well, not to mention the zillions of coffee shops and restaurants around the area.Food: Chival global social: Awesome place for breakfast, they were open till 12.30 pm because of the Eid Holiday weekend we were visiting around. The staff at Chival is absolutely the best, they had outstanding service, one of the Chefs Shisti baked an eggless muffin/cake for our son who is allergic to eggs. Special mentions to Guillaume, Zaira and team for making our breakfast memorably for years to come. Wine bar: We also visited the wine bar in the hotel once and it was a good experience as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in a walkable area of New Dubai and looking toavoid the crowd and congestion around Dubai mall area. It is only 2 km from Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa and other attractions and offers a laid back experience for someone looking to unwind and still be in the city limits.

Then when we went on to Cairo, where Alaa is from, she prepared a whole itinerary for us about what to do and see while we were there, which we used to great value when we went on to Cairo. We did almost exactly her plan for us there too. Also, we arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, and the front desk team, led by Jithin, was super helpful to us, in getting us into our room early and quickly. I have not stayed at the hotel but regularly visit Chival Global Social for breakfast and have also been to Graze for brunch. Both fantastic. The hotel seems lovely and very fitting to be located in City Walk - best hangout in Dubai!

A lovely hotel with great service and cool decor. Rooms are clean and perfectly sized. Worst part is the hard uncomfortable bed. If u think Uve booked at a Marriott and are getting a Marriott bed then think again. Worst bed I’ve personally had in any hotel I’ve stayed at.

Le Ville Hotel, is one of the best hotels I stayed in , in Dubai. The Hotel location is ideal, alot of returants, cafes and shopping is around the hotel. The property it self is great. The lobby is very nice, and you can spend long time in it relaxing. The room size is very good comparing to other hotels. Everything is clean and organized at the hotel. And the most important element; The Staff. Every one is so friendly, and everyone trys to offer assistance, and amont all the great Staff, I would like to Thank Ms. Joera for her assistance, and being so friendly, and the smile was always on her face.. Thank you everyone , and I would really recommend this property to everyone. You will love it.

One of the newest hotel in downtown. Very nice. I like it. The neighborhood is city walk with restaurant and shop. It is close to Dubai mall as well. The only issue is breakfast food is limited, not sure it is due to the ramadan or its style. In general, it is a good one.

Le Chival @ La Ville Hotel in City Walk is a georgeous location for a healthy and copious breakfast. Where you can feel the quality of each food, the freshness of the juices, authentic croissants, choices of almond and other milk. Michael has been very helpful and knowledge to guide us through the menu/choices, always with a smile! Thanks, we will be back very soon. Glad we found this gem!

This was a true waste of using Marriot Reward points. Expected a great hotel. We encountered wonderful people but the hotel was very inadequate. The rain shower head did not work, the outlets were all under tables where you had to crawl on the ground to use, towels were variable, our room was street side so we listened to traffic until 3:00 and windows had not been cleaned in a long time. Certainly should have found a better property.

I had booked two rooms. Being an Ellite member I was offered an upgrade by Ms. Anastasia who made my check-in easy and treated me like family. This was my second visit at this hotel. I will definetly return and reccommend it to my family, friends and business associates. I love the ambience of the hotel and the location is central. you can take a stroll down the street for dinner or dessert.Breakfast buffett is great. The staff treats you like royalties. Sachpin was my server and he understood and catered to my needs. A fantastic experience. Rooms are spacious with ample ameneties.

A newly opened hotel from Autograph collection. Friendly staff. Offers mobile check in which is cool. I found an escapist waiting for me at entrance upon my arrival and took me directly to my room where I did the paperwork.Good restaurants and the access to city walk is amazing. Highly recommended.

This has been by far the best “staycation” I had in Dubai!! I usually like to go to Dubai to detach from the working environment and I do those trips every 2-3months, I found La Ville ticking all my criteria: close to the center, clean and quiet, relaxing big rooms, and a walking distance from the city walk. I will highly recommend it!!

Wonderful hotel in all aspects specially the excellent service from all employees starting from Cristian Truca - Front Desk Manager who showed generous hospitality and humble behavior besides wonderful employees with their smile all the time and support whenever is needed as Marj, Cristy, Mark, Ravi, Pankaj (whom I remember) and all others as well. In general, the hotel services are excellent and I recommend staying in it for unforgettable family moments there.

If you love to stay near the action and in a beautiful and accommodating place, La Ville is the perfect choice for couples and families. Don’t forget to bring a swimsuit to enjoy the amazing infinity rooftop pool!

Nice hotel

A nice hotel that is slightly apart from the high rise and bling that is Dubai. Uniquely it has nice outdoor spaces, greenery, and a killer view. Apart from that, what sets this hotel apart from others is its staff. Led by GM Anke they are a great group of people who really know and understand the business of hospitality. In particular Anastasia and Christian on the front desk and the breakfast restaurant team. Top marks to them!

The hotel La Ville is amazing.. amazing design, amazing floor planning and room planning, and an amazing service but it has problems in few places.. like the swimming is small and can get crowded easily and the fitness center too, the main problem with the fitness problem that it is really small and can get difficult to do exercises there when there are at least more than three people... the last problem i must talk about is the room lights at night and in the morning, the lighting in the room is really good but when turn off all the light the light from the TV clock lights up the room with blue light and in the morning if the curtains are closed and the lights were off the sunlight comes through from the top of curtains in the middle and on left side... those are main problems that really annoyed...however the hotel does have a high potential to become of the top hotels in Dubai.. the service is amazing and the rooms both are amazing and have amazing room planning and the overall hotel design is a well made Modern design, few hotels get the Modern well..

Great location. Our room was upgraded when we checked in which was a nice surprise. The room was very large with marble in the living room and bathrooms. We were on the street side so the view was nice, but loud at night. The staff was very friendly. The only exception to the service was when someone rang our doorbell to check the mini bar. We were staying multiple nights so it was unusual to do this in the middle of the stay.

I like the design of rooms and atmosphere in this hotel. Its inside Citywalk which is a great outdoor mall.

Excellent stay at La Ville in July. The rooms are very neat and modern. Swimming pool on the rooftop is also great, with a fantastic view of the Dubai skyline. Staff has been very helpful and available to make our stay a real treat. Will definitely come again.

Even though I only visited this hotel for a conference and didnt stay overnight , I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service provided by each and every staff here. From the smallest things like greeting the visitors to bringing in tea with honey to a guest who was coughing , the service was one of the best I have seen in any hotel in Dubai. The location is also spectacular with easy access to shopping and entertainment. Overall I would highly recommended this place for your next stay in Dubai.

A nice boutique hotel with outstanding services and very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent location in the Dubai city walk.The hotel is new and the rooms are large in size with luxury furniture and modern decoration. The bathroom is very large and equipped with a brand toileters. Breakfast is also very good with many varieties and selections.

Excellent hotel for shoppers and city break, it’s directly facing city walk area, with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants are just a minutes away, great staff, however SPA is smaller than normal 5* SPA, may be due to small size of the property.فندق جميل ورعة يقع مباشرة في ممشي المدينة سيتي ووك،

I did not stay at the hotel itself but it seems cozy enough but what is beautiful is the location and the sheesha garden is gorgeoussss. The best thing is the presence of musical talent jamie wrecks

A very well-located hotel with a cool architecture and a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast at Chival was a very good way to start the day and the courtyard was perfect to chill in the evening. I will go back!
