Amazing hotel. Top notch customer service and the facilities, in particular the pools and Beach, were a dream. It really is worth it!

I was staying for the first time at Al Naseem at, end of September 2021. I want to thank the Al Naseem housekeeping team, who has always been excellent and attentive. I had my birthday during the stay, and the Housekeeping team presented me with 111 face masks, which I was dreaming about. The guest relations team brought a cake, and overall the staff was amiable, polite and attentive.I would like to note that the guy at the Pool area- Baher is an amazing staff member. He has been very attentive, fast, friendly and humble. He made the experience at the pool area very pleasant.

Probably the best hotel Ive ever stayed at. Truly felt like the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it could be.Started at check in with Maximilian - we arrived at around 8am and were given early check-in and upgraded immediately to an Ocean Deluxe Room, which was beautiful. This started off the holiday in a great way.We loved the housekeeping service effectively twice a day, we had free gifts left in the room like face masks, alongside origami with the towels.Muktar at the pool was always so helpful and accommodating - well done to him. Free bottled water is provided at the pool, with occasional free snacks like fruit / ice lollies.We were on the half board option and ate at Kayto, Rockfish and Kalsa in Al Naseem. We then ate at Pierchic and Pai Thai at Al Qasr, Al Nafoorah at Zabeel Saray and Tortuga in Mina a Salam. Kayto was the stand out meal which was great. Pierchic and Pai Thai were also nice too. Tortuga was a great casual meal. Al Nafoorah at Zabeel Saray was average. Overall the food was great, but note that only Al Nafoorah, Tortuga and Kalsa were included in half board for free. The others carried supplemental charges.The ability to move between the Jumeirah hotels on buggies was great. We often swam at the other pools.At check out there were a few unexplained charges on our bill, which were easily removed. We had some trouble getting the reception staff to honour the 20% off F&B deal that Gold Expedia members get. But we often have this problem and it’s Expedia and the Hotel’s problem to fix. This was the only issue really.The final moment of brilliance was asking to check out late. Christian at reception said our room was booked out afterwards but if we were happy he would move us to another room after check out for as long as we wanted - FOR FREE. As such we went to an ocean club superior room to relax in before our flight. Just amazing service - other hotels would simply charge extra for this or not offer it at all.Would highly recommend!

I enjoy with my family and friends a lot that day. We lunch in the Rock Fish a very good Sea Food brunch and later on we was in his perfect treated pool, late in the evening. You can enjoy the fresh and clean water of the pool to 20:00 pm. The Service was perfect as always.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful vibe and location. Dubai beach hotel at its best with (for the moment at least) beautiful sea views with no eyesores or reclaim projects unlike other famous beach hotels that have been sadly spoiled. Il Boro restaurant is superb.

Al Naseem is my escape place! When you cannot travel but need rest and recharge. Everything is perfect. There is nothing that can possibly annoy you and interfere in 100% of relaxation. Beautiful rooms especially with sea or pool view. Nice shore line with lot of things you can do from chilling to sailing. Pools for all ages and preferences. Grate range of restaurants and bars. All high quality level. And of course talis spa (!) exist to melt your body and restore your mind.For me Jumeirah is the Etalon of hospitality!Only call centers are really killing! 40’ on the line 🤦‍♀️

Best 5* hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. The facilities and service are incredible, everything is impeccable and clean.The breakfast is 10/10, Mohammed is always extremely attentive and friendly.Shakeel at the pool works incredibly hard, is always there when you need him and delivers amazing 5* service as does Evans on the beach, both gentlemen speak excellent English and are very knowledgable about the hotel and menus, should you have any questions. I just checked out yesterday from al Naseem, and stayed in the Burj for around 14 days back in the month of March, and have made the conclusion that the property itself (Madinat Al Jumeirah) is one of the best in Dubai if not the best. However the staff are just very disappointing, they are all angry, aggressive and rude. No one wants to help whatsoever and I felt like I was staying in a low cost 4 star hotel. Other than that everything is great, however the staff just ruined my whole experience, I suggest that they need high intensive 5 star training. Some of the staff don’t even speak English or Arabic and they are part of the guest service team which makes no sense. The breakfast hall is smelly and dishes are unwashed properly. I used to rate any hotel in Madinat al Jumeirah and easy 9/10 being a customer for over 10 years, now though with this bad customer service, 5/10 for me.

The Hotel was amazing. However the service is not up to the hotel level. Also I have requested their loyalty card, and they have told me they will provide it to me, and that was 7 days ago and I have left Dubai and no one came back to me till this moment!!

This has to be the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful luxurious rooms, right on the beach, heaps of services. So many dining options to choose from. The fact you can get a cart to drive you around the resort is awesome. All the staff are great. The front desk people were very friendly and welcoming, and the man cleaning our room was sooo friendly. My only one small issue I had when staying here was a staff member by the pool. I was laying on a sun lounge, on the phone to my partner, and one of the pool guys came up to me, interrupted my phone call just to chat to me and ask me for my Instagram. I thought he was just going to be normal and just follow my account, but he continued to spam me with messages everyday, asking me to meet up with him whilst I was holidaying there etc etc (I was only 17 at the time too, so it was quite odd). Anyway, besides that, I 100% recommend this place to anyone travelling to Dubai. Next time I visit Dubai, I will definitely be staying here.

Excelent food, place, staff.

Thoroughly Enjoyed our visit, unfortunately the Club Lounge is closed due to the pandemic so no afternoon tea and kids play area by the lounge.The rest of the visit was very good with compliments to Rockfish, II Borro Tuscan, and Palmera. All where fantastic and I recommend anyone visiting Al Naseem try them all.

Amazing hotel overall including all amenities. Great rooms, pools, beach, food and service. We’ve been here both with our kids and by ourselves. Can warmly recommend Jumeirah Al Naseem.

The worst experience ever! I want the access to SaltSummer beach and the employee give me a wrong information then let me on hold at the phone for couple of minutes to book. Then the reception closed the phone on me!After that I escalate the problem to the night manager who didn’t solve it at all! He promised me to send me an email regarding this and he didn’t even!The day after I went to the hotel to book the suite, they were so unhelpful as a front line for the hotel! I got the suite then I asked for room service they delayed to much. Nobody apologize to me and I booked the suit for more than 7000 AED including 1000 deposit.My recommendation for all of you guys, never and ever try this hotel. It will destroy your trip and make it the worst.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We were in Katsuya in jumeira al nadeem.. the food is amazing in Ktasuya as we all know. The fish we had was superb. Also the staff is amazing.To tell u honelstly— Katsuya is one restaurant which Maintains real five star standards.They ensure the cooking standards are up to the mark and so is the comfort of the guest.Recommend it highly

I do think the reviews are bought here, otherwise I don’t understand it. The hotel itself is marvelous, but the service/staff is terrible. They behave rude and incompetent and I think I’ve never seen such a behavior in Dubai. I haven’t received one kind reply, it was quite unexpected. We wanted to see the hotel before deciding to book it as it’s quite an expensive one and after spending a couple of hours with the most unfriendly stuff, we decided not to stay there for our two week vacation. Such a shame. Give your employees some education.

It’s 5 stars hotel, and not the cheapest one, but the staff is not kind at all.We complained about it, and the stuff didn’t seem to feel sorry at all. We stayed here five years ago and things were very different in that time. We won’t stay ever again.

Beautiful view of Burj Al Arab from Jumeira Al Naseem. Valet parking is free if you purchase or use the paid services there. The food is expensive but with the facilities, services and beauty of the place it seems worth. The place is beautiful to spend an evening here.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The beach is one of the best I have been to in Dubai. Staff are polite and attentive. The pools are amazing. Jubair from the in-room dinning was very attentive and professional when we request almond milk for my baby. The only down side was our check in took two hours and we had a small baby. Apart from that,Would love to come back.

The closest hotel to the beach. The beach is very clean and sandy.You will get 24 hours perfect service and support with all kind of requirements.Very cozy and quite place to spend with your loved ones.I would only recommend to order breakfast in the room, because the restaurant is very crowded and little bit uncomfortable.Other that that, everything seems to be perfect.

The pochiest and most amazing place to be, the restaurant area downstairs is amazing for any celebrations with an excellent choice of cuisine.

I can’t gush enough about this place! Just stunning views, excellent customer service and a great variety of restaurants, you can easily take a stroll to Mina Al Salam hotel as well and enjoy their restaurants.They gave us a warm welcoming and the ocean view room had a beautiful view of Burj Al Arab. One of the sockets in the room was not working so they suggested to upgrade our room immediately!It is very rare to find a hotel in the middle of the city which gives you a beach vacation vibe somewhere on a far away island 🐚🏝

Beautiful hotel with great location in the heart of Dubai. However the place is losing its charm because service has really gone down. There is no one to attend in the lobby. The staff seems like they do not have anyone managing them. Hope they can fix it.
