I love the room and bathroom size. I had an amazing city view at the 30th floor and I was astounded with the scenery and light outside in the evening. No any neighbor building that is why I opened the full curtain to savour the view all throughout my stay.I really enjoyed my stay and it was beyond the price I paid for.I would recommend this hotel as well.

I have booked for 3 nights but I couldn’t stay one of them. The worst experience in my life with an accommodation place. No one is answering the call. I asked them an extra towel they brought it after 2hrs. We found only one towel there no more. The sheets are not cleaned. Bad smell. I will give 2 stars only for burj khalifa view.

Most competitively priced 4 star hotel in Business Bay.Offers 2 types of Views viz: Canal View and Burj Khalifa View.The hotel is in the upper floors of the building .. probably starting at 25th floor onwardsBetter to have a higher view as the view in the Burj Khalifa side will otherwise be obstructed by the adjacent building.They also have a 3rd kinda room with a view overlooking an under construction building and backside road.The hotel is walking distance from the Business Bay metro station. Friendly staff. Has separate smoking and non smoking floors.Rooms are well equipped with satellite TV, Radio, Queen size beds (single and joined single beds), bath tubs, study tables, table lamps, electric kettle, refrigerator and all the usual stuff that a typical 4 star hotel will give you. Wify works well.Gym, Spa & Swimming Pool are on the 4th floor.Gym is small but good enough and clean, well maintained.Pool is covered .. overlooks Iconic Burj Khalifa on one side and the Canal on the other side. I write my review on Google too, because on booking com management doesnt seem to bother. First of all, the receptionist staff is absolutely unfriendly and sometimes even rude. In my 2 weeks stay I only discovered one friendly receptionist. Most of the time A woman is there, her name is Catherine. Yes, Its the same receptionist that is mentioned in negative reviews many times. After my second night I got a call at 9am. Receptionist called me that I get downgraded. Yes you read right. I had to pack and change to the smallest room they had with 2 beds that were 90cm. So I packed and before I went to lunch I went down and said I‘m ready to change room. She said: I didn’t prepare it yet! Come back at 2pm! I came back at 2pm and she told to me from distance and with a very rude hand gesture: Go back to your room somebody will come!! Furthermore I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room next to the elevator! I could hear every Ping noise from elevator. That’s their definition of a quiet room I guess. One night until 2 am there were kids running around in the hallway, shouting, screaming, playing hide and seek and fetch. I called 3 times to report. On my second call the receptionist hang up on me.. No excuse nothing! Another night 1 guest tried to get into our room at 1am in the morning. Trying the room card multiple times, knocking our door.. After I opened the door she looked at me and said sorry. She didn’t even wear a mask. The day before check-out I went to reception to ask for late checkout. She (yes the same lady) said: come back and ask at 8pm. I came back and she goes: MMMAAAAMM You have to ask in the morning, we don‘t know! (Next day a nice guy named sidh took phone and he was very friendly and gave me a late check-out) After some days a concierge (Pakistani) discovered that I went on walks alone in the night. So he gave me his number and wanted to go on walks with me after his shifts! That made me feel very uncomfortable!I thought after writing this incident in my review Management will get in touch with me asap, but nothing.This in an Arab country!!!! Never has that ever happened to me in any country, that I have to make sure my room is locked from inside while Im in my room, because I feel uncomfortable.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. There’s a list of problems we faced and people should consider before you book1. The lady at the reception was very very rude and unprofessional, every-time we ask her for help she feels like we are living in her home and displayed unmotivated gesture.2. They changed the room without consent. We got an upgrade and On the second day they called and said your upgrade is only for 2 days and moved us to another room; they should’ve told while we check-in3. There’s too much smoking smell and noise and no one cares about it.I wish whoever reading this review a happy stay. The place and staff are unprofessional and I’d never recommend and never book this hotel. Thank you for the awful memories.

There are no Covid-19 procedures in this hotel.Nothing is sanitized, I have no guarantee that this room was sanitized because there was no seal on the door what is the standard nowadays.There is no information on the toilet and shower cubicle that they have been cleaned.The room was not cleaned well. There is a dirty armchair.I was given a room on a non-smoking floor. The room smells very badly of mix of cigarettes and air freshener. I mentioned it at the beginning when Ive just entered the room but there was no reaction.After a night in this room, I feel like I spent the whole night in a smoking pub, I am feeling sick of this smell, my clothes are stinking now.There is no 🚭 information in the room! There is only one sign in the corridor stating that this is a non-smoking floor, absolutely no sign inside the room.When I reported these issues, they sent me a friendly house keeping guy with an air freshener! It wont change the problems cause the air freshener cant sanitize the room, its only mask the bad smell for a moment.Upd:After the second intervention Ive got a new clean room without cigarette smell. Much better but still theres no 🚭 info.

So, my booking through Agoda supplied by Destinations of the world (DOTW)was made for park regis jumeirah hotel and was routed after payment page to park regis business bay. Immediately after booking I tried to cancel it but unfortunately online was not possible.Firstly,I reached out to agoda who then advices to check with Park regis directly to cancel. So,I did and I called the reception at around 11 some filipino receptionist answered and transferred to night auditor who claimed to be in charge in managers absence. Also, couldnt help with anything after a 20minute long conversation. He mentioned that reservation manager - Ali Rihan will be coming in at 9am the next day and he is the one to help and take a decision. So I waited the next day.So I called now from 9-10am , cathlyn from reception also said no one could help me without the reservation manager and he was unable to be reached. Finally I get connected with Rose at 11am from reservation and she says the same story of manager unavailability and rudely ended the conversation with a note that my booking is not refundable. So it is 12 noon and I have left with no choice but to wait for almost 24hours(and counting) just to get my booking cancelled.So I wrote an email to the FOM, the General Manager, Ali Rihan and Mohamed Feyez Farahat and with no assistance offered from the team at all until now. Really its being a frustrating experience with the whole team without a single person being of help. I HAVE NOT CHECKED IN NOR HAVE BEEN CALLED BACK OR ANY RESPONSE given by the team to help resolve the issue . My AED 1,323.31 has been deducted for a 8 day stay and has been stuck until NOW!!!

Absolutely appalled at Park Regis Business Bay hospitality, I have worked in the hospitality industry and know that customer is king!To begin with I booked a deluxe room and when coming to check in, I was lied and given a standard room. After asking to get accommodated in a deluxe room for what I paid, i was told there wasnt any availability and was rather asked to settle down for a room with queen beds which isnt what I paid for. They did not even compensate by giving a reduced price for the standard room of the different we paid neither did they offer something simple like breakfast. The managers Kamal and his boss just wasted our time of 1.5 hour going over the same thing again and again and im so angry with the levels of unprofessionalism in a thriving place like Dubai. Please do not book here the management is absolutely a bunch of unprofessionals and super unacceptable and will be an absolute waste of your time! And the end I have left the property at 9/45pm and booked another property

Horrible experience altogether, bad service, a complete lack of response from the reception and staff. Bad and frankly disgusting housekeeping, one of the dirtiest hotels Ive been in, after visiting 36 countries. There were 3 false alarms in one night, one of which forced us to egress the building via stairs from the 30th floor in a panic. We were then informed on the ground floor that it was simply a false. The staff was completely in-compassionate and apathetic and escorted us back to our rooms with no apology or compensation. Obviously it lacks any real level of luxury but thats a compromise everyone must make at lower prices. The lack of service, and the blatant lie of 24/7 room service which in reality closes at 11 and delivers your food an hour after your order however, are unacceptable.

Its not been one of my best experiences. Ive been living there for a month and they have not been able to fix the bathroom light. It always stay on. Air conditioning broke for one full night. The breakfast is not good and had it removed from my room payment. The staff shows hospitality, nonetheless.

New and clean hotel. Location is a bit weird, and some of the amenities in the hotel are unavailable at time of review. There is no cafe or bar open in the building. The parking situation is valet in the day, but self park at night. You would have to call ahead and book a taxi at this location. The gym is open, but required security guards to unlock, and the machines are not working.

Horrible experience. The manager was not only rude and unhelpful, but he left us waiting for 10 minutes to go take a personal phone call. They would not accept a second guest because they claimed there was no ‘valid ID’ even when provided with a valid UAE drivers license, an old expired ID, and a passport copy. Complete lack of respect and empathy coupled with useless, minimal staff makes this hotel one of the worst hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Definitely will not be coming back, definitely would not recommend. Its embarrassingly low quality even for its price.
