Very nice interior, rooms are very clean and looks new. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Gold and red colors are very unique, pool side are amazing and the bar too. We enjoyed the stay and very satisfied. Definitely highly recommended.

Best hotel experience one could ask in a lifetime. From start to finish: surpurb service, world class leaders in experience, customer service and food. Concierge services were by far the best and there is no hotel chain (and Im a member of a few great ones) in my experience offers better than what my family and I experienced at this location.

Beautiful rooms and views! The fountain goes off on the hour and is fun to watch. Their signature coffee isn’t anything amazing but the banana chocolate desert was phenomenal! Breakfast was one of the best I have had and the server that brings the carts around was so delightful! For the price I was expecting more little touches that would make our stay more memorable but they fell short. Overall it is fun for a night, but there are better hotel experiences in Dubai depending on what you’re looking for.

The attention to detail at the Burj Al Arab is unmatched in the world of hotel architecture. It sparkles day and night. The design of the exterior marries beautifully with the interior. The entrance and main floor lobby set the tone and serve as a spectacular introduction to this truly unique and innovative structure. The aquariums, fountains, colours, columns… Amazing in every way.

We stayed for 11 days in this hotel and the time we spent there was pleasantly nice, the staff was very kind, also the staff at the pools were very helpful and I want to mention an Italian guy, his name is Lorenzo, he was a butler on the our floor courteous with fine manners, also the breakfast was rich, the suites are with modern technology, the only thing is that the colors of the furnitures were very bright for my taste but the hotel is really awesome and if you need luxury for vacation this hotel is the right one

Staff were great, food was amazing you have different restaurants and each has its share of excellence. The view is breathtaking, the details, the furnitures and the service… I can go on forever on how much I have enjoyed the experience.

My partner and I have spend the last weekend in the hotel. Was an amazing experience, little intentions for the customers, staff and Buttler always available for our needs. Nothing to say about the hotel itself. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t say the same for our evening in the restaurant Al muntaha.. When we decided to have diner there , we weren’t aware of the dress code but we were still dressed smartly ( shirt, tailored pants) but unfortunately I was wearing opened toe shoes ( very classy scandals ). We were declined to come inside until I changed for something better fitted for the place . When we came back to the restaurant from our room. We saw three clients of the same place being allowed to come inside the place while wearing sweat pants and sneakers. And they weren’t even clients from the hotel. So for that I have to remove a star. My partner and I were extremely chocked by this. But overall the hotel experience was amazing , we will definitely come back

I was grateful to organize a business meeting in this most luxurious hotel of Dubai. Right from the planning to the final event, everything went so smooth and well. Absolutely courteous staff. Location is wow. The ballroom is one of the best and beautiful and I have not seen such a lovely ballroom in any hotel of Dubai. All our guests were so happy. Each corner of this hotel as picturesque location. The interior, the lightings, the carpets all are so well designed. It was indeed the most memorable and luxurious event of us. Highly recommended this place.

If going to DBX. You should definitely visit this beach. Serene views and delightful water. Plus the view of the majestic one of one 7 star hotel on the earth. The beach is very clean and beautiful. Also there’s some fashion store happening behind it maybe you can visit that too. Best time to visit can be prolly early morning or in the evening or maybe both 😛

First of all, the location is perfect. I didn’t expect much for the room service but it was great and I love how attentive the staffs are. Will be going back to Dubai just to stay here😫

This afternoon we finally have time to visit the world-famous Burj Al Arab. It is really majestic. It was built in 1994 and completed in 1999. The interior is starting to show traces of age. We decided to go to the Sky View Bar on the 27th floor to enjoy a view of sunset. Unfortunately, it was very muggy, as most of summer days in Dubai. The visibility is poor, which resulted some not so clear photos. On the plus side, I enjoyed very, very fresh oysters and delicious foie gras at the Sky View Bar. For drinks, we ordered a chamomile tea and a beer.If you are interested in visiting Burj Al Arab, you need to make an reservation first (or you cant even make it passed to the main gate!).It is recommended to call the reservation to reserve a table since online reservation might not be available in a day or two before your visit.We had a couple of drinks, (tea and a beer), a bottle of water, and two starters , and the bill came to about AED 550.

For a 7 star hotel, which I have dined in a few times and the service was decent, the room reservation team never picks up the phone! I called 6 times over the course of 2 days and each time waited on hold for 5-10 minutes, I even left my phone number and no one EVER called me back. Extremely unimpressed and disappointed.

My weekly lunch spot. Great staff as you would expect. Valet team is a good laugh. Decor is beautiful. Waiting for the aquarium restaurant to open again. Wagu beef burger is not the greatest. Really disappointed that I went all the way to them and was stopped by the security. On calling the hotel they said I had to book a reservation and there is minimum spending limit. I dont mind spending money but why is it not open to the public. What is the point of making something so beautiful and not share with others.

The pool was amazing and so it the view, but I would not stay here in the summer again, the ac was just turned on and we could not lower it, because of this the room smelled of Mildew, but I love how the rooms were 2 stories.

We could just only spend three nights at the Hotel for a stop-over in Dubai. We booked directly via jumeirah and got a Deluxe Palm Suite offered for a very fair rate. We also booked a transfer from the airport. At arrival at the airport we were directed to the Jumeirah Airport Lounge, which was great. All organized perfectly to the highest level!! After checking in our suite was just amazing! We as a family were treated as royals and had a great experience. The lunch at SAL near the beautiful pool area was great and delicious. It was a pitty we had to return to the airport early in the morning. Next time we definately spend more days.The only complain is we got so used to first class service that we now expect it from everywhere we go, which has left us terribly disappointed. I was invited by friends who were staying at the Burj Al Arab this week and I first met them for coffee in the lobby and alter on we took a ride on the buggies to see the whole resort. I have been before but it was a rushed trip so this time I decided to spend the evening here and take lots of pictures so you can actually see the beauty of the interior design and architecture which you can not compare to anything really even 20 years after its making. It is still possible to be awed by the sheer beauty and thought in to the design. I will review the resteraunt we eventually ended up in separately. But do enjoy the images. The sunset view is stunning from anywhere you look the rooms immaculate the views breathtaking and the class definitely 7 star still.

For those who can’t afford to stay at the Hotel. I recommend making a booking at one of the restaurants or bars. This will give you access to the foyer and atleast give you a bit of experience. This is what we did. It was a lovely night and surprisingly the drinks weren’t overpriced.definitely recommend. Make sure you have access to your reservation otherwise they won’t let you through the bridge.

We had choose. Burj Al Arab for a mini staycation to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and we can definitely say that we had the most amazing experience of a life time. Right from the arrival till departure, it was fantastic the hotel staff, room service, e-butler service all was great.
