Stayed here for 4 weeks and the best time. Media one offers the best blend of business and fun with over 4 restaurants/bars/clubs in the tower. The staff is very nice, the cleaning service perfect.Only 3 things to improve: gym equipment, longer opening times for the pool, posisbility to get food deliveries directly to the room.

Just walked into the lobby today and was appalled by the outdated tired furniture and the entire feel of the area, was extremely in need of a revamp! I would find it very hard to venture to any other area in this hotel after seeing the lobby! Shocked that it is on the media city and they could actually do with a better hotel! Please do something urgently!

The rooms where so clean and gorgeous! The staff was so friendly and professional, they helped with everything. I lost my necklace in the shower sink, I called the staff and they came right away and took the hole thing apart just to help me. So nice really. This is my favorite place I would definitely come back here and recommend it. Love from 1910

Ive been back and forth to Dubai for years now but this is by far the best experience I’ve had in a hotel here around media city! The staff are just amazing, very welcoming and super friendly. I’ve been staying here for almost 2 months now and it almost feels like home I couldn’t be happier.The team and their urban experience manager Minentle will go out of their way to make your stay special, they even surprised me with flowers and cupcakes on valentines💗Definitely recommended if you’re staying for work or vacation (great location, amenities, cleanliness, staff, work environment...)!!

I was very offended that the front desk receptionist Sue questioned why I had a two bedroom suite for me, my son and his nanny. As well as why my Nanny was going to have her own bedroom. She acused me at check in of possibily having a party in the room since I was there to decorate a friends birthday at Baby Q later that evening. She asked me if all guest at the party was going to be staying in my room.She made up policies that are not on the website or third party website stating I couldnt stay unless I had three IDS for a 2 bedroom. I should be able to stay in a bedroom even if the is just me if I am paying for it. She was very unprofessional and have stereotypical assumptions based off the color of my skin. The wait staff who brought room service was rude. I asked him to charge the dinner on my room and he questioned me and my ability to pay. Im not sure if they are not use to African Americans staying at their hotel but this is my first and last time ever staying here. In the evening security even followed me around as if I didnt belong there and asked where I was going when trying to take the elevator to my room. I was promised at check out a follow up with my dissatisfaction would take place but it never did.

I lost my CP company tracksuit in my room the cost of this clothing is around £200-£300. After moving from the Hotel and now 10 days later I call Media one and spoke to the lovely lady owner herself, Great hair I forgot her name but she knows, and they found my tracksuit for me after me loosing it for over 10 days. 10/10 would recommend to anyone ! hopefully be back soon really would love to. They charged us aed 50 for valet after we spent 600 dirham in their restaurant and did not tell us in advance. The manager was super rude when we complained. I would not recommend this place, terrible customer focus

Before I moved here, I’ve been to 2 other hotels at Marina. This is definitely the best. In really everything!Price, gym, food, availability, competence, hygiene, friendliness !!! The pool is nice too though there is just short time sun but anyway the beach is near.I’m from Germany and we are used to very good quality in hotels and hosting. Here you will find quality.Sue is a pro - no doubt. Good nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was the best with delicious dishes. We like the pool the gym and the view from 7 floor was awesome. It is close to fantastisk harbour but be careful when crossing street the traffic is busy. There is also metro station just behind media one. I miss Dubai and Media one hotel ♥️

This hotel has different taste of restaurants and cafes in each of the floor and actually every one of it is very much in high quality. Many of them serve business lunch so when you crave for lunch around media city, this hotel will be ideal choice for the venue for your lunch place!

No balcony or window in the bedrooms so it is impossible to ventilate.The pool is in the shade all day, no sun at all because of the buildings and a lot of wind. You must therefore go to other hotels for sunbathing and swimming.But good location, 5 min walk from the marina.

Contemporary style hotel, with modern conference rooms and facilities. I visited as part of my companies corporate conference. The facilities were truly world-class. Amazing food, friendly staff, easily accessible, great views and highly recommended!

I have been staying at the media one since the uk went into second lockdown in November each month the staff go above and beyond for me they are always smiling they can never do enough and always checking if I’m ok.On special occasions they have taken it upon themselves to send me flowers and chocolates, today I shared some news that I will be a new mum I left for the evening for dinner and when I returned I was welcomed to a card and a cake and a generous offer of breakfast tomorrow. I cried with joy.I have been out to Dubai for 7 years and this time I decided to take a chance and stay somewhere new that’s became my homeFor the past 6 months thank you to the team there you have made my time here so memorable.SMA

No sun on pool., disappointed. Room fine 12th floor, ask for sea view . Breakfast , staff are slow not motivated, takes forever. Stand talking to each other no attention to customers. On a positive good location , bars are fine on 8th 9th floor .

To start the location for me is great as I visit for business frequently. The service is good and the breakfast is up to par but nothing special.The major issue are the clubs if you are an early bird like me🤪They usually stop at midnight so you need to manage your sleep.Overall it is highly recommended.

I booked 6 rooms here for a staycation offer with some friends and from start to finish we had VIP treatment. When we checked in, Sue sat us down for coffees while she checked all the rooms in and made sure all the rooms were next door to each other and then booked our cabana at the pool and then went on to book a large table for brunch at Garden on 8.Sue (Guest Relations Manager) in particular went above and beyond to make our stay the best it possible could (putting balloons in my room for my birthday) to letting us all have really late check outs the next day.The service as this hotel was honestly the best I’ve experienced in the last year and I would 100% recommend the staycation to anyone! Best I’ve done in a long time!Tom

I have had a very nice stay in Media One hotel. It’s a modern hotel and well-decorated place. I was lucky to have a nice view from my room on 19th level.Apart from the good service, I have to admit that the variety of choices for the buffet breakfast is so high and the taste of almost everything is fantastic.Although I faced some issues during my stay regarding my payment or transportation, the overall experience was so nice. All the staff are so friendly and professional and they try their best to help you in any case.

Horrible service. I had not made the booking myself, therefore I went and checked in, thinking that my reservation was made for one night. The next morning I called reception and asked them if they could check when my checkout is as the stay there was a gift given to me. They told me that my checkout is for tomorrow morning and not this morning (a total of 2 nights) I asked them to please make sure and let me know. I called reception and spoke with the front desk a total of 5 times trying to make sure that my stay was for 2 nights and each time they told me that it is and it’s been paid for. AFTER I checked out of the hotel on the second day, I receive a call and they inform me that my reservation was for one night only and I had to come back and pay for the second night. I had called them 5 times prior to that to double check because I live in Dubai and don’t need a place to stay, it was a Gift from a friend to have a small staycation at this hotel. They made me drive all the way back to the hotel and threatened me and made me pay for the extra night that I was 1) not aware of 2) did not need. Very very poor customer service and would not recommended this hotel. Ahmed was very rude.

Really enjoyed their all-inclusive package. The staff were mostly welcoming and friendly, apart from in Q43 but I always find the reception staff to be rude there for some reason. Apart from that, which just seems to be how they are all the time, it was a lovely experience and my friends and I had a very enjoyable time. Highly recommended for a break or if friends or family are coming to visit.

When I checked I was told - Enjoy your stay at our “Cool Room”. I didn’t expect it to be this Cool. The disco kept blowing till late in the night. Room stinks. Sadly laid out like an AirBnB room. If you think you work is in the same building and you should stay here for convenience think twice or thrice.

Came to visit their bar/restaurant on the top of the hotel. Valet parking was super slow. Interior design is nice and the lobby area is quite cozy. It has a Western feel - including eith a bunch of people visiting the place just to consume alcohol.

Great place to stay in definitely. Id also recommend the salad bar at one of their venues - Cafe M - for lunch. Great staff, friendly and speedy service; ask for Jackson he is the best. The sports bar is pretty decent too. If theres one thing I would add its a sauna or a steam room as part of their fitness offering for those of us that stay in hotels regularly

Service staff is very helpful and kind and the beds are comfortable. Gym is well equipped and not too crowded. There are couple of flaws tough. Internet in the room is really slow so if you need to work, better find other place to do so. It also slows down significantly when using more than 2 devices which is odd limitation in these days. Too bad they close the pool in the evenings as it would be perfect place to chill after work. If this could be fixed then it would be perfect place to stay in Dubai

This place has some highs and lows. I usually stay at 5 star hotels and for a 4 star hotel this is quite good. It’s not a family hotel, more aimed to business in weekdays and party in weekends. The last part didn’t bother me since I get up early and had the whole pool area for myself. Lots of restaurant that are ok. Rooms are nice and spacious. The biggest complaint I have is the staff in the breakfast restaurant. This was bad. Really bad. They were understaffed, forgot our orders several times, never bothered taking orders when sitting outside and lacked a high service engagement.

Cool building! Theres something for everyone. Its a hotel and office tower with plenty of restaurants and spaces to work from. Great location in Media City with access to everything you could want.The staff are also super friendly and greet you with a smile, taxis are easy to get, and the food is also great at most of the restaurants in the building.There are also weekly events like ladies nights, brunches, etc. Just as the staff and theyll tell you more and provide you with the flyer / cards with the promo evening deals. Enjoy!

Media one is firstly in a great position if you looking to get around quite quickly around the marina and is in the heart of the media district.Firstly the staff at this hotel are great, extremely helpful on check out and give you a full run through of the hotel and It’s amenities, it is kept extremely clean throughout.I got to the hotel earlier and previously requested a room be ready when I landed, the room wasn’t ready and the lady at the desk realised I had been rushing around travelling and happily comp’d me breakfast which was a nice touch and made sure I had a room within the hour (great service!).Pool area on the roof top is nice with small cabanas around the terrace. Everything in the hotel is priced really well which took me by surprise.

I had a very nice stay here, the room was comfortable with a bath/shower and separated toilet. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast as I could eat something different every morning thanks to their huge buffet. You can also order custom omelette or scrambled eggs, very nice! The swimming pool is on the third floor together with restaurant and bars. The only sad thing is that they close the swimming pools at 19:00. There is also a bar on the 43rd floor with billiards.

Room are very modern & cosy, very friendly staff & great guest & business services like good restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, cafe, shops, pubs to enjoy & swimming pool to cool down in summer. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices.The Only thing I didn’t like is the glass bathroom concept.

Location is good and close to the marina.It’s an active hotel with lots of venues and music is playing loud to late in the night.So if you want to relax or working early mornings I wouldn’t recommend Media One.If you want a hotel with pulse and up for party, go for it.

Went up to garden at 8 and had a fantastic time. One if the best brunches Ive been to. So relaxed with a great live performance outside. The food was excellent and had a wide selection of food from delicious sushi to scrumptious apple pie. Will most definitely be here again.

Came here to attend a launch event for Casio watches. Not too bad. Conference hall seems perfect for corporate events with a mini bar at your disposal. Good view of the Sheikh Zayed Road. Valet parking available on the ground floor upon arrive and becomes complimentary upon validation

Media One is the ideal location to meet up after work. The hotel has amazing nightlife and bars. But trying to have dinner is painful because the music is always so loud. Be prepared to scream at the person next to you over your meal. Staff service ok. They are friendly and polite but not as attentive as they could be.

I was really impressed by almost everything about my stay here. The staff are out of the top drawer and cant help residents enough, while the facilities and decor are fantastic too. Good location as well.

Ive never stayed here, but all my work meetings are done at media one hotel. The place has great options for meetings at the cafes and outdoors spaces. Smoking and non smoking plus good drink options as well as coffee and food. The bar is also very happening if you just want to chill out after a long day at work. Easy to get to from the metro station, you can walk if the weathers nice, otherwise take a cab for AED 12 to 15 (depending on traffic). Paid parking is also available.

Ambiance at Coco on 8 is beautiful but I think the package is a rip off. For 249 per person you have to get your own drinks from the bar while the waiters are just standing with no work as the place is not full, draft beer is not included in the brunch which doesn’t make sense, sun beds have reserved stickers on them, they are actually not reserved. And one platter of bitings doesn’t really constitute as food. Total rip-off. Love this place but have to reconsider coming back...

We first stayed at this hotel two years ago and found the accomodation and service excellent. The only problem was that our room was above the disco which meant sleep was impossible until three am Friday and Saturday night. We spoke to the manager and were told that if we were to visit again we should ask for a quiet room. We returned January this year and that is what we requested and true to the managers word were given a room away from the disco. We also booked breakfasts for the length of our stay. This was a very good choice because the quality, variety and quantity of the food on offer is amazing. We will repeat our visit to Dubai in January 2019 and intend to book the same room or similar. Our sincere thanks to all staff for their help, especially with the assistance checking in for our flight home.

Media One location and service is great with a very rare offering of an outstanding experience of choice!Adel, Julia, Franklin and Udeni were some of the hotel staff that provided world class customer service that stood out for me for a 4-star hotel by Dubai standards.Other offerings include a short walk to the beach and marina, shopping, in-house activities, parties and clubs etc.So to have that memorable experience, suggest to make preferences known at check-in; quiet or noisy room, city view etc.Overall, a great experience here I must say!

Its not a 5-star hotel but know exactly what it is and delivers on the experience. Small room that you would like to spend minimal time.in but with decent facilities. Great atmosphere, fun eateries and great proximity to local businesses.

Great location. Walking distance to Dubai Internet City. Rooms are adequately furnished. Pretty good service too. The rooftop open air restaurant is amazing. Internet access is not included in the room rent. Had to pay 75 dirhams per day to get Internet.

Vary affordable and friendly environment. Rooms are small but clean and nice. They have not many dishes on menu but they are tasty. The steak is must try thing. The whole environment is very casual and feel like home.

As far as service goes, it was great. Modern hotel, but not really cosy if thats what you are looking for. Rooms are nice and clean. Various dining and entertainment options, which is good if you dont want to go far from the hotel.

Nice and convenient hotel in Media City. About 30 minutes from the airport. Friendly welcome at the entrance and reception. The staff is competent and very helpful at all times. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is gorgeous, can’t get enough of it. The hotel driver service is excellent. The drivers speak very good English and take you wherever you want. Especially Mr. JB and Mr. Lince are excellent drivers. Thank you for a great stay in Dubai.

A great hotel for various purposes. I did not stay as a overnight stay guest but was often there for some drinks with friends, be it just for a night out or during the FIFA Football Worldcup to watch games in the fan zone. The hotel has an outdoor pool on the terrasse where you can enjoy a drink with view to the Dubai Marina Skyline. There is also a rooftop bar which has a great ambience. If you come by car you have the valet parking for your convenience. Throughout the hotel the staff is very friendly and competent.

If you seek privacy and confidentialilty, i strongly discourages you not to book or even thinking to stay at this hotel.

It was 4 stars for 1st 30 minutes into the hotel.. check in was swift, room was reasonably sized for single occupant, appreciate the higher floor due to my sensitivity to sounds. Had to take 2 stars off for 1) shower water pressure is pathetic...cant feel its an enjoyable shower, especially at the end of a long day. 2) unexpected hammering sound in the morning of last morning work me up at 7am.Overall, breakfast service was prompt and welcoming.

Central location in Media City, this hotel is great for people who have business meetings with companies in this part of Dubai (covers Media City, Internet City and Knowledge Village). Also offers a number of meeting and conference rooms of different sizes for trainings and corporate events. Finally, there are a number of outlets and restaurants for meals, business meetings, orcatching up with friends.

Theres a night club inside the hotel! So a lot of rowdy youngsters in the lift and lobby and very loud music in the whole building. I was at top floor and could still hear. Its otherwise a very nice hotel.

The hotel is very spacious, great for dance parties and events of all kind.The staff is very reliable, kind, efficient and polite.The prices are regular for Dubai.The location is perfect: fancy hotel, less than twenty (20) minutes walk from the monorail to the Palm Jumairah, less than twenty (20) minutes walk from Nakheel Metro Station.The parking service is efficient even when it crowded.There are always taxis ready to pick-up costumers.

Not bad in terms of location and quality but not a five stars hotel... food for short stay and business trips ... what is missing to be a five stars hotel is the personal touch which is missing at the door valet, the reception and most certainly the bouncers that would have to look at you from top to bottom to allow you into the bars or club Q43 ... the treatment is not considerable in some times and for that you need to train the team to be more customer centric and courteous to the people visiting the hotel; it is all about the experience and if you give me a good five star treatment; you earn a five star rating

I celebrated my birthday here and is was so fun much! They have great drink specials for ladies and the food is delicious. The music was on point and the crowd had awesome energy! I definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience Dubai nightlife.

It’s a nice hotel they have many nicest restaurant Q43, 8harden and M café I used to work in a office here and my favorite buffet was 8 garden too tasty with different options.Their dessert is nice as well elevators are so fast the hotel very clean and classyI miss the monkey hanging in the wall :D

Great hotel with great service. The bathrooms were a bit see through but there is a separate room for the toilet. Its perfect for one person but if the doors open 2 people cannot fit well. There is a club in the hotel but you can barley hear the beat.

Excellent service from F&B department I have been working F&B Manager in Norway the past 15 year I never seen different kind off people from all over the world working as perfect like on Hotel Media One.
