Before our check out day, the receptionist made arrangements for my husband and I to have our COVID-19 test taken right here at the hotel!!!...we highly recommend Kempski Hotel!

As soon as I entered the lounge, Nazia got my attention with her demeanor and willingness to gracefully help introduce what the Lounge had to offer. She also offered a lot of insight to the local atmosphere as I am visiting Dubai it was great to hear from a local about the area and her customer service was stellar! Id come back to the Lounge again for such amazing service

Everything was amazing, from location, food, room service, in-room dining, and most importantly, the hotel staff were fabulous. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I was recommended by 3 of my friends to try out the duplex ski chalet, and I am amazed why I havent been to this hotel before. This was a special occasion (our anniversary); and surely we enjoyed every bit of it. All in all, amazing experience; I would certainly go back for more.

I like the Coffee Shop and Restaurant ASPEN at the lobby. The food is great and most noticeably the waitress Ms. Amal manages the requests all by herself conscientiously. She is seamlessly proactive, multilingual, polite and clever enough to know the different psychology of each customer. That attitude reflects how well her supervisor has trained her, to be fair.

Its a big bonus to be attached to the mall. Solid 5-star hotel. Executive Lounge closed for now so dont spend the money on the room upgrade.

We came for afternoon tea at the hotel lounge and it was wonderful! The food was yummy and the dessert was our favorite. Amal was more than accommodating and was also very pleasant! Would recommended the afternoon tea here!

Had one of our best stays here. Front desk Ms Fatima and Mr. Zakaria was fabulously warm and hospitable. They went out of their way to assist us with a memorable stay experience in Dubai. The hotel is very conveniently located with warm hospitality all around! Rooms are very spacious and the buffet breakfast had one of the best spread (loved the Egg Royale)! Its a family and business friendly hotel and now my favorite hotel in Dubai! Well be coming back here soon and recommend to everyone!

My wife and I decided to enjoy an afternoon tea experience at this property for our last day together here in Dubai before the summer holidays. I would like to say that the experience was sublime. The service team was very attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was really a step above the usual afternoon tea in Dubai. Kudos to Amal, our server, she was a star! Gentle and helpful, with a great passion and eager to get our experience unforgettable.My wife and I really enjoyed the food, we both thought the scones were very fluffy and tasteful, very similar to the ones that we used to eat in London. Well done team Kempinski!

This is the first time for me to try Kepinski. I had one of my worst experiences ever when checking in..at 5 pm I was waiting to be assisted by Natalia which i realized while waiting that she is not helpful to non of the guests in front of me. And when it was my turn i was offered a room in the smoking floor, which I did not accept. Then she told me that i need to wait for one hour till the room gets ready and i will be called .. Note that I was with my family with a 2 years old child. Even though I decided to wait in the Mall. And after 2 hours of waiting with no calls from the hotel. I decided to go to back to Natalia to get the room.. She told me to wait 10 more minutes. And when I told her that I wont wait any longer she directly gave me a room without even apologizing. 1 star is the only rate they will get for this first impression.

Amal the waitress at the hotel restaurant (Aspen?) is splendid, attentive and friendly. Always remembers my name, how I like my coffee with peanut butter cookies, and my Caesar salad. She never misses a beat!

The hotel room was quiet and amazingly clean.Breakfast and the staff were excellent.We had lunch at Aspen and Amal was excellent with details and in making sure we got our order in good time.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in one of the Duplex Ski Chalets. The staff, and in particular the most welcoming, caring and hospitable Mr Rami made our stay really special! He went above and beyond anything we could expect and truly made us feel so VIP! We will definitely go back.

We stayed in one of the chalets. Its an amazing experience. In addition you can go for swimming then go to ski dubai for skiing or just playing then to magic planet or shopping. My kids loved it.

They did not have the room that we had booked on booking.com and changed our room without asking or informing us. When we requested them to change our room to the one that had been booked, they an 1 hr and 5 calls to change it.We have stayed in 5 star hotels all around the world and never had issues with booking a cab. A simple call to front desk usually gets the job done. For some reason the staff at this hotel only preferred helping you if you wanted to book a luxury cab where they also get paid a comission by the cab company. They choose not help us or ignored us when we requested for a regular cab. Only when we called an on duty manager or supervisor, we would get help.This is highly unacceptable for a five star hotel service. We almost missed our return flight to US as they chose not to call a regular cab for us until a supervisor was called.Will not stay at any of their properties around the world and would advise people to stay away from this hotel group if they want quality service

Our vacation in this hotel was great, it has an exceptional location and room was comfy and warm. They take care of all details which I really liked, one of the most best hotels I tried In Dubai. The staff are friendly and helpful, specially Mr.Ahmed, Mr.Javeed, and Ms.Natalia.

This is a great hotel, modern yet with a classical feel and atmosphere. Th3 staff is incredibly dedicated and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have experienced. Excellent menu variety from the in-hotel restaurant. Conveniently connected to the Mall of the Emirates on the ground floor next to Ski Dubai. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From Rumelia who helped get me the right room to Nazia who helped me from getting lost to Dorra who’s got the best sense of humor, to Amal at the cafe who’s so kind. Just top notch.The breakfast and dinner on the second floor are quite good. I’d recommend getting a room with executive benefits so you can enjoy complimentary predinner cocktails there.Among five star hotels this one is a very good one. Some rooms have mediocre views so just be aware of that.

Every month I stay at the Kempinski hotel mall of the emirates, I love the rooms, the check is very fast, the smell of the hotel, I actually requested the hotel to provide me there hotel fragrance name, and I contact the company and now I have the smell at my house, the ambiance is beyond, the reservation staff are so professional and the food no words, thank you and looking forward to my next trip.
