The hotel is nice, and clean. The staff are all accommodating, friendly and approachable. They made sure you are comfortable in your stay at their hotel, special mention to the Receptionists and the lady named Ms. Mary. The F&B personnel are also very attentive to the guests’ need. Nice hotel, nothing extraordinary but it’s okay. The breakfast is good but not well organized.

Rooms were bigger than average, large breakfast buffet, nice staff. The nearest masjid is 5 minutes away if you walk and the beautiful beach La mer is also near. Around this area were some construction sites (March 21), but it wasnt loud etc. You have two supermarkets only a few meters away, as well as a barber and a beauty saloon for women. And you are close to the locals.

Chef Dewa is an amazing asset for the company. He has blessed hands to satisfy the guests with the foods that he procuded. Excellent foods and very talented Chef. Overal It met to our expectation but something to improve is ability to attend the guest request. We must have called 4 times to operator just to get some drinking waters.

We stayed for a week in this hotel. The wifi is great. I think it’s bit far from the downtown yet if you use careem-taxi service it’s always easy. The housekeeping service was really super and the breakfast was great. They have different menus. Thanks to the staffs of this service. But, they don’t provide all the toiletries as it was mentioned in the booking.com, which was not fair. And, then there is a tour desk with an Indian guy: the service is simply weird. You better check the price in internet before booking anything on this desk because the charge is much higher than the website. You can negotiate if you show him the price of the website. And, on the last day, when I was asked for the reviews by the front desk staff, I gave my honest opinion about the tour desk staff, the toiletries but the staff want to give the justification for everything. I felt like then don’t ask my feedback 🤪

Rooms are spacious. Choice of colours fantastic as they are relaxing. Services are above average. We had a buffet dinner which is value for money.Try the creamy pasta and you will be tempted to ask for more. Nice breakfast. Everything works. Reception is always ready to provide shower cap and and minor requirement. Neat.

Not a great value for money Eftar Buffet. We went with some friends for Iftar dinner, it was okayish and not much for vegetarians. Though the manager did got some veg food for us from the kitchen, which was very tasty.

I had booked a room (fully paid) with king-sized bed but upon reaching the hotel they inform me that the specific room booked by me is occupied so I will be given a room with 2 separate twin beds. It baffles me how something I already booked could be sold again! The property is fine but is managed extremely poorly.Things I specifically disliked:- Lazy and unprofessional front desk staff- Creepy and rude bell boy in the evening named Muhammad

I spent almost a month at this beautiful new Hotel. Its new, maybe one year old. Staff is very friendly, food is good. They have underground parking. Hotel has 7 floors, at the first floor is swimming pool area. Location is good, especially if you need to stick around World Trade Center, La Mer or old part of Dubai, like Deira. Airport is close.

Absolutely a great place to stay for tourist. Their services are topnotch. Breakfast has a lot of continental varieties and its a must to enjoy it 😋. I enjoyed my stay there and would always recommend you stay there. They are Covid-19 compliant, they never forget to check the temperature of everyone coming in and if you dont have a face mask ,dont go in .

Their price point infact surprised me, since they are perfectly located at the Hyatt Place Jumeirah.I loved all of their gorgeous and well presented dishes, whats worth mentioning are their Dim Sums, Wok fried Tamarind Shrimps, their Oh-so-delish Beef in black pepper sauce, Beef Pho soup, and the most amazing Nasi Goreng ever (this was a sheer delight).Good hospitality and great prices makes a perfect dining experience.

Our stay was from 20 February 21 - 26 February 21 and it was amazing without any doubt. We were very stuck made the room messy in the morning but came back to fresh, neat & shiny room special Thankful to our room service team Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Ravi, Mr. Nabin & Mr. Amrit👍🏻. And also thankful to Ms. Agatha who hosted us with warmth everyday on breakfast time and one guy from Himachal Pradesh in the kitchen who take care of one of our friends omelettes (INDIA) and made his happy omelette day😁we glad to meet these people on this trip. We would recommend Hyatt place for your next stay. Go and get the best!!!

Stopped by here as the flat was a mess after painters had been in and wanted somewhere to relax.Was easy to find on Google maps and managed to find free parking at the front of the hotel (not sure if there is more parking for guests as I got the last space).The hotel is very clean and was great value.We had breakfast included which has a reasonable variation of dishes that you could expect (hot foods, cereals, bakery, fruits, meats and cheese to list generally)We were fortunate to receive a pool view room which was incredibly comfortable and spacious.King size bed and a comfortable sofa to work on the following day.Had access to complimentary printing for work in the main lobby also.The restaurant wok had BOGOF on Wednesday the day we checked out and the pad Thai was delicious.Very good value stay all round and lovely staff.When family next come out to visit post covid, this will definitely been a consideration.

The aircon wasnt effective in the restaurant area and Australian lamb was used for an Indian cuisine which was not a good idea because the taste was not good at all.

I had booked this hotel from make my trip for 3 People at rs 6000. The rooms are very well maintained and clean.I Booked This Hotel At Around 6000 Rs Per Night For 3 People. The Check In And Check Out Were Smooth. Staff Was Helpful And Always Greets You With A Smile. Breakfast Was Amazing, Only Thing That Could Have Been Added Was More Indian Items As Majority Hotel Was Booked By Indians. Apart From That It Was A Wonderful Stay

Nice hotel. The hotel is a new hotel and some of amenities like the pool are not yet functional.The buffet breakfast is great with a wide variety of choices.The staff are very friendly and efficient. Of particular mention is Ms Marijune who has been very helpful all through my family stay.Will definitely book this hotel again when next we are in Dubai.

Focus bar at Hyatt Palace is a lovely place for a nice catch up with friends. The staff especially Andy makes sure that food and drinks are just perfect.
