Robust hotel, superbly located, with strong infrastructure and the necessary functional elements for business and more, and am sure at my next feedback it will earn back the fifth star it used to be worthy of. After some closing period during COVID-19 and some other mutations, service levels have been variable (probably because of staff turnover etc.). It is a pity that the excellent La Cantine du Faubourg French restaurant no longer accepts to add bills on the room charge as this used to be convenient while on assignments. The Nafoora Lebanese restaurant still does accept such billing and is one of the best Lebanese restaurants in the UAE. Also, there is a good mini-mall with some useful services at hand and everything is walking distance from DIFC, and the business and shopping Trade Center One district on Sheikh Zayed Road. I trust JETH enough to bring back to it again a large delegation of institutional US leaders and we will have an upcoming key large seminar under very high patronage and related Board meetings held there in October during the Expo and an intense ten day assignment. Relatively competitive too, which does not hurt even if pricing levels are very variable depending on which services you refer to...

Wow what a holiday we stayed here for 1 week family of 7. Best hotel and welcoming staff expecially KM, Ali, Qasim, Sanju, Vinu. And all the rest of staff at hotel were really good everyone smiling welcoming you when leaving and coming back from hotel. Always helping us giving tips were the best to go in Dubai. I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The service was excellent, breakfast was good. Room was spacious, clean and towels and other items were never missing and replaced twice a day as necessary. I would have loved to go to the bar in the 50th floor of the hotel but it was closed during the time I was there (May 2021), I guess for economic reasons due to Covid. I uploaded a picture to this recession, it shows the stunning view from my hotel room.

It was one of our best trips ! A lovely experience staying at this remarkable hotel. No words can describe how amazing it is, both outside and inside. A true marvel in downtown Dubai, with its incredible views of Dubais Manhattan.We were on the 34 floors, we really enjoyed its breathtaking view and more particularly the magnificent Burj Khalifa, I stayed awake almost every night to admire the view. And of course, we also had the best view from our floor of the new museum of the future (it looks like a silver donut, great beautiful architecture !!!).The quality of the rooms is worthy of a 6 star! Extremely clean and neat. The pool at this hotel was open until 7 p.m. (Covid Vs 10 p.m. restriction). We also had access to the other services of the Jumeirah Group, in particular the beach swimming pools, the SPA (Jumeirah Beach), the restaurants in partnerships (Lebanese restaurant, wine bar, etc.) and activities of leisure (green planet, Safari, Dubai tour ...).The accommodations were very simple and smooth for foreign clients like us. Very attentive staff, excellent service from reception manager Marshall. A big thank you to the whole team: Roshan Anish, Monica, Alzada, Elena, Jalal, Ali, Sachin, Sid and without forgetting Marshall. A team always dedicated to the satisfaction of its customers. They accompanied us and helped us on a daily basis on our excursions and activities. Please be careful with your credit cards in this hotel. My bank account was charged by emirates towers two times after i left this hotel on 23rd of may. They dont respond on my emails.

Generally, Very nice. The lobby is different but ok. The rooms are not bad. The restaurants are nice and worth the time and money. The location is good especially if youre visiting the financial center or the expo center. You may not book there again, but you wont regret the experience.

The hotel is nicely located and the rooms are nice and spacious. My two colleagues got an upgrade, I did not.Other than that, I love the E-Butler Service via WhatsApp which enables me to get information instantly and I LOVE the bed and pillows.

Well built, well designed, twin tower icons of Dubai, the hotel is a great place to hold meetings, and is geared towards the business market. The F&B outlets match the quality of other Jumeirah hotels. There is also an up market shipping arcade, this has changed considerably over the years, once housing the likes of The Ivy, Noodle House and Scarletts... However the area has now been changed into a contemporary co-working space.

A very nice place in Town, near the metro and everything. Breakfast, room, housekeeping, reception and the personal were top. We realy enjoy our stay for 5 days. We will be back soon.Best regardsJacky Foureau

I have been to many hotels in Dubai, especially from Jumeirah Chain.Zabeel Saray, Jumeirah Living Gate, Al Naseem, Jumeirah Beach.Jumeirah Emirates Towers is BY FAR has the best service. From the entry point to the smoothness checkout, they have it all.The hotel is in DIFC, which was very convenient for me as I have worked there; it is a business-oriented hotel with all the facilities in place: they have manicure pedicure, massage, gym, fashionable restaurant (la cantine) downstairs, a great table to work on in the room ( literally a mini office !!!), the pool is calm and no kids around (a big plus). It’s quite.Despite being not that new, I enjoyed A spacious room with an excellent view (NYC vibes).Separate thanks to the TEAM who made my stay so memorable.The service is impeccable.Suneesh and Aashish - separate thanks to you, my room was always SO clean, you can’t imagine. They saw that I am working in the room most of the day and they brought all of the stationary to me (it was extremely lovely), on a women’s day they got a card and a flower. Stayed twice. Enjoyed my stay a lot! The breakfast is delicious , juices are freshly prepared and you can choose the fruits you would like to have in your juice. The Medinat beach is really beautiful and the Widiwaldi Waterpark is fun. The Club rooms and the Club lounge are excellent.

Old but Still good

Came to check in for my birthday stay, the hotel has been aware of the preference and requirements I requested (like usually other hotel supposed to be premium does) I came to a dull suite without any single amenities or proper view. One manager approached and apologised with upgraded me to another suite which was OK from his end but cost me more time to wait. I made my booking to have executive benefits and they told me its available then lobby lounge then limited timings so it was like roller coster. Usually when I booked in other hotel guests can enjoy the benefits too like 2 or 3 more people especially booking is for suite and paid extra for the benefits but the same manager said no only one or two rest needs to pay.The hotel was just opened from September and occupancy was low and still acting less than any 4 stars hotel can be in UAE. Honestly would recommend another hotel for people to stay if they have occasions. Maybe the hotel should be really reconsidered for standards and customer engagement.You can see the amazing birthday cake

An extremely upscale hotel equipped with all the amenities in the central area of Dubai. Room amenities are a class apart and much above the rest of the hotels. Recommend every one basis affordability since the price is also high keeping the hotel standards. Having a few shops of world class products adds a greater value as one need not go all the way to the Malls and can save a lot of time. Buffet includes a wider variety and suits to everyone irrespective of the country he or she coming from. Stayed in 2018 and visiting here for annual conference. Keep it up team JET.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was one of the best hotels I have been to. The staff was super friendly and attentive. There are a lot of options at the breakfast buffet so everyone will find something they like. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern and provide a lot of comfort. The view was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Visited it for work and cant explain how satisfied as a customer. Amazing staff and excellent service. The facility has everything the visitor for work would need. Adding to that, they provide shuttles and passes to Jumeirah beach and Wild Wadi. The only average thing is the food but they still have different restaurants and various options.One of the best hotels Ive been to.

Wow! This place was absolutely phenomenal. From check-in we were greeted like royalty. Our room was fabulous. The view? Amazing. They really made sure our experience in Dubai was memorable. The breakfast buffet was expensive but worth every penny. Fresh squeezed juices and fresh beef bacon, eggs, and other yummy food? Ahhhh! Can’t wait until I go back to Dubai JUST to stay here and enjoy everything this lovely city has to offer. THANK YOU!

Jumeirah Emirates Towers has a hotel tower and an office tower. They are centrally located walking distance to the Trade and Exhibition Centre of Dubai and 5 mins drive to Dubai mall. Beautifully designed buildings right on the Sheikh Zayed Road, very well connected with metro and Dubai taxis.Both the towers have restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly, the food is good and the location is perfect.If you are visiting the office tower parking can be a problem.

Well a nice short stay at this centrally located, elegantly decorated and perfect sight of the new Dubai museum of the future.Practical gym, mind blowing resturant and spacious rooms although furniture begs for renovation.Ballroom is nicely designed, spacious i guess fits 200 to 500 if combined.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff and management, very clean and spacious room, extremely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, separate shower and bathtub, great panoramic views of the city, fantastic food and facilities. Room service is great. The location is great and five minutes in a taxi to the Dubai Mall. Free shuttle to beach, Wadi water park and the Dubai Mall. As a matter of fact almost all of Dubais attractions and services are within half hour via taxi.

Airport, entrance with a refreshing cool breeze, warm welcome from humble staff, didnt hesitate to check us in too early :)Large room with great city view. Great room service. Complementary tea/coffee. Good washroom.Convenient shuttle services. Awesome Wild Wadi Water Park came complementary. Great Jumeirah beach with iconic Burj Al Arab...also complementary with free shuttle.Complementary breakfast was not with the largest number of items I have ever found in a 5 star hotel...BUT...each and every item was the best Ive ever experienced...and I mean it!Got a complementary Italian dinner that felt super authentic.Last but not the least....the capsule lifts give chilly stomach with breathtaking city view.

Very rich, luxurious and clean. Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. They are attentive and helpful always looking out for their guest. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Hopefully will visit again next year unless we end up visiting a different country.

My ideal position is to become a resort activities director, at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort, to be specific. Now there are many different industries in the workforce to choose from but of them all, I chose the hospitality industry, mainly because I like to take pride in making people happy. I understand that guest service is an important goal of the hospitality industry and would love to provide outstanding service to guests as a career. As Confucius said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” I believe that I love this industry and that I will never work a day in my life. One key component factor about the hospitality industry that won me over was that it is an international industry. There are many different types of hotels and resorts and thousands of hotels and resorts to seek employment all over the country and all over the world. Not only could I work in another state or another country, I could work on a cruise ship! In the hospitality industry, it seems that there are endless career opportunities.

Actually I didnt live in the hotel, but I had attended QOIC 2020 conference. This place is so fascinating and I recommend others to come and book their stay in Dubai here you will never regret it.

Great hotel. All staff are friendly and professional. Got a room upgrade which is always welcome but here was spectacular. But...but we visited the top level bar, ½ the crowd were smoking and one pulls out a 6 inch cigar and lights up, stinks the place out. Rude to do it but how a hotel allows it is perplexing. It’s the 21st century, get with the program, no one wants to breath in second hand smoke let alone cigar smoke.

In general, the hotel is good and has positive as well as negatives things too. I believe on constructive criticism so will start with negative items:Negative:1. Having the sanitary accessories inside cans makes it inaccessible for use. In addition, these cans are inside a cabinet and not in front of me when I need them.2. Curtains are automatic access but using their switches are not a friendly using. They are small, located in one side room along with other switches. You may end up clicking house keeping switch if you just wake up and couldn’t see which one to click.3. Didn’t like the location of swimming pool, you can view everything from the restaurant window few meters upper.4. Require some walking and crossing streets to reach nearest metro station5. The tap of wash basin are straight in low level, youll have to bend over to slide you hands for washingPositive:1. Nice staff and cooperative , they granted me late check out at 2pm2. This is what I call a expectional hotel! From the day that you do your check in (staff extremely friendly) to the night at the restaurant on the 50 floor with amazing view and food, the breakfast buffet with a huge variety, the water park that you have free access but the best part is the bed. That bed is huge and so comfortable that you dont want to get up🤣. Nice hotel, location and facilities are the most attractive to the customers. Breakfast was great with different varieties and tasty. Everything was perfect and meeting the expectations with nice hotel staff

It is worth paying the extra money for the club room as the benefits are just beyond belief. We stayed there 4 days.Rooms are big enough with a beautiful view in just front of your eyes.Hotel staff is very helpful varieties of food made with perfection.Highly recommended.

Location of hotel was good and near the metro station.Had a great lobby and a fast elevator which was like a rollercoaster!View of rooms was awesome.The pool was not that big but it was beautiful.Breakfasts were awesome. Variety of foods, drinks.I definitely recommend it.

Brilliant hotel. Shuttle service is so convenient and access to both private beaches is the best. Clean beaches, water is provided as well as towels and sun lounger with a beautiful view of the burn al Arab hotel. Wild wadi is really close walking distance from beaches and shuttle is also provided. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Views from the bedroom is incredible. Definitely recommend. This is One of the most prestigious places in Modern Dubai ..It is more than a building..I can call it a hub of lots of cultural, fashion, conferences, shopping, living, dining, celebrating...And even more things that Dubai is proud to show the word...Love it.. and highly advice Dubai visitores to stop over and have a look or even stay at the prestigious hotel and have something to remember...

We came here for a Ramadan Iftar. The food, the service, the ambiance was amazing! The parking was very smooth and free valet.

What can I say? The luxury at its highest? And probably Dubai has even better! This hotel is fantastic both in term of position and rooms. Breakfast is amazing and swimming pool is good. Staff is very very kind.It is also close to the underground but I feel that you do not really need to use it....

It is a great location on SZR however it is old now and needs some refurbishment. The service needs a little improvement. Part of Jumeirah group one would expect a little more.

Stayed at the emirates towers for a week last January whilst Partner was there for work, whilst it is more geared to business people I had a great time, all the staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms were brilliant, we had a corner room which if necessary could be made into a suite by shutting the door on the corner, the bed was huge, the view was stunning, the bathroom was amazing, a huge great big bath and a massive walk in shower. There were baskets of apples on every floor by the lifts, it used to be a battle to see who could call the lift first me or the member of staff, the swimming pool was very tidy and the pool area was always neat, the key was also different being electronic and in the the shape of the hotel, I would stay here again .
