It was a memorable time the pool is really good and the view from the pool is amazing though the room is quite smaller than the hotels we visited but it was good. They immediately attend our need when we called for the kettle is not working after a seconds rescue came thank you for that, I will return definitely on my next staycation. The friendly staff who you meet in the lobby are on smile and will greet you definitely. The pool water is refreshing 😌 , everything in pool area is 👍 see you again and thank you for my great stay.

Everything is okay, specially the pool and breakfast.BUT, I am so disappointed with the hotel as they called me twice for having 1 guest in our room. The fact that our guest is my husband! And we are checking out after 2 hours! The hotel did not allow us to have a guest in our room, I even told them that I can give his id in the reception for security purpose.I frequently stayed in a hotel, and this is the 1st time I encountered a hotel that is so strict and no consideration at all in terms of guest.

I loved this place and the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and attentive. The pool area has a great view and at night I definitely enjoyed my shisha. The food at La Cruise is to die for. Unfortunately it was I poor experience Thu the hotel is is so elegant.. but the management or to be specific the manager in duty had a false complaints about our room.. noise complaints at a time I was not in the hotel and they have reported it the police.. and I had no idea and not any call to my registered phone number.. I was surprised by a police officer on my door and when I confronted the hotel guy about the cameras and the late check in he was embarrassed.. I dont recommend staying in this hotel.

I came to reception desk (reservation) when my booking was done through booking.com, then the receptionist told you can cancel the booking without any charges, after two days they charged me via credit card. I request the hotel a reason why charged and your staff confirmed to me there is no charge! The reservation manager replied to me that was wrong information provided to you by the receptionist at the hotel. How come 5 star hotel replying and confirmed that is a wrong information provided to me and I cancel my reservation according to that, then hotel charged me?!! Not acceptable at all. Why am charged because a staff provided a wrong information, and reservation manager confirmed it’s a wrong information. That’s show there is no trust or integrity.

I do not recommend this hotel not serious. My wife and I got ripped off going through the hotel concierge to reserve a vehicle. The agency which works in partnership with the hotel refuses to return the deposit to us. We sent emails to the hotel with supporting documents and we still have no response from the managers. I advise you to flee Issam, he works in the hotel concierge. There is a lack of professionalism. Our recourse is to file a complaint against the hotel and the agency for organized scams.Do not book in this hotel we are really disappointed.

Came for three nights stay cation to be honest that worst 5star hotel I ever been , staff are not welcoming and not to mention no turndown service we have to keep calling to have some fresh water and towels And for breakfast is too crowded there’s no social distancing and very dirty they don’t sanitize well the tables. And for breakfast it was mention it’s not self service but everyone keep touching the buffet and no one approach for tea or coffee and I have to get up and ask for things always and a five star with no decaf coffee as an option only filter coffee and using packet of orange juiceFor the price you pay it’s not worth the moneyAnd on the pool we never get a space cause it’s always full and there’s no people to take your order you need to always keep asking and very dirty pool area as-well and no proper hygiene and note that there’s a construction happening on the side which is very disturbing if your on pool area.But this is my honest review.Will never visit this place.

A very nice hotel in a good location. I had a very pleasant stay and thanks to the concierge service of the hotel to helping us everywhere needed. The pool has an incredible view of Dubai Downton. The only downside here is that in the afternoon there is little to no sun in the pool area. Over all always friendly staff and had a nice evening with live music in the restaurant of the hotel. Thank you!

At check-in, I was offered a smelly (old tobacco) and dirty room. Few hours later, I decided to upgrade to a one-bedroom with extra $$$. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was not as what we were used to from our previous hotel experiences but the others were very friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The other false note is that they charged me twice the laundry service. I paid cash at the front desk but also charged my card.

I have rated 3 stars because this is how many stars the hotel should have. Do not buy breakfast. It is maximum 2 star breakfast.

We booked this hotel because of the shuttle service to Burj Khalifa and to the beach and also for the nice pool and breakfast view. But nobody told us that there is no shuttle service during covid. We get this information one day after check in when we asked for the shuttle. We have to pay the taxi by ourselves. No compansation from the hotel. Nothing. I also wrote an email and i got the information that all additional services has suspended from the goverment. And that the hotel priotorize our safety more than anything else- well it isnt safety to took 2, 3, 4 times a day a different taxi with different drivers instead of a hotel shuttle. I mean... Furthermore, maybe to government is different at the palm, because at the palm there ARE shuttle busses for the hotel guests ( Mövenpick Hotel). And they get the guests to the beach with a hotel shuttle bus so why not at Canal Central Hotel? I feel a bit cheated. No compansation. Nothing. So we paid for a service that we dont get. We just paid extra because of the taxi rides. Every day to the beach, or to the Burj Khalifa and this 4 times a day. Spend a lot of money for the taxi industrie. ( More than 600AED for 8 nights/9days)Furthermore the rooms are very small for two adults. There is not much space and the wardrobe has no possibility to stow or hang something because there were no hangers or just only two drawers for a 9 day long stay. The curtain on the shower window was dirty and old and the desk was greasy and stained.The pool is good but there is not sun all the time. After 1 pm there are only two sun beds with sun and the others are in the shadow. And with this windy situation on this floor and no sun its getting super cold there.For the taxi problem we get a seperate limousine driver, with special prices. But nobody needs a limousine driver with special prices when we already paid for a shuttle which is not available. Furthermore the special prices were regular prices like a normal taxi.The hotel Windows are not good isolated. You hear every louder car (in the 14th floor). Furthermore the Music on the floor is so loud that you hear it through the closed door. This is not normal.So worst hotel service ive ever had.One star for the kind concierge guys, the kind reception man and the breakfast lady and boys. They were super kind and helpfull. And the other star for the breakfast.

Until the moment I left the hotel, I couldnt say a bad word. Rooms clean, service was very nice and helpful. Great views from the room to the Canal and Burj Khaifa, perfect pool. The food was excellent, with great and professional service from Mr. Waqar. The only thing I didnt like was that when I got home and wanted to know when I would get my deposit back, I didnt get any response from the hotel. I wrote messages to 3 e-mail accounts, instagram and even no one was able to write back to me. It was only after the residents help that I got the answer that I had to wait 15 days for the return of my deposit. Why couldnt anyone at the front desk write back to me? Not very professional approach. Thats why 5 stars I give 4.

For the people that like sun is that Hotel the wrong hotel.24/7 hours is it windy and shadow. The gym ist Every time close, the hotel told me gym is from 07:00-22:00 open, but when I wound to go is every time close! The bracket fest is Every morning the same and very little. The room service is slowly and if he clean my room, that don’t clean, the cleaning help not vacuums, leaves the garbage. The price is every day knew. Good look

I had an excellent stay on CANAL CENTRAL HOTEL because of the beautiful view of burj. Also the bar in the 3rd floor lilys bar had a nice ambiance, exquisite food and everyone was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place & will comeback for sure

I’m sorry, all the reviews probably fake. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. Cleaning - bad. Breakfast- couldn’t be worst. The first room we got was on 4th floor which is actually first floor and u can hear the bar music from downstairs (the bar in the hotel). When we went to the reception at 11 pm in our first day and complained about the music the manager looked at us like a crazy and told us she will ask to low a bit the music. What?!?!? R u crazy? Very bad hotel i will never come back and will never recommend to people.

Nice hotel, with a nice view in a quiet area, due to the tall buildings the pool area does not get a lot of sun.The room we had was pretty basic, the description says mini bar but there was just a mini fridge with nothing in it so I wouldn’t call it a mini bar. Also we we booked a room with a bay view but due to the construction we were looking directly into a building site. As the hotel did not appear busy at all or full I do think it would have been possible to have been given another room.The lifeguard and the staff at the pool & Lily’s were very friendly, as myself and my partner were trying to chase the sun the lifeguard moved our sun loungers for us every time. The food at Lily’s was lovely too!The very disappointing part was due to the staff working at the reception (not the concierge, they were very kind) One of the reception lady’s name was Fatima. I bring 2 very sentimental small dolls on every holiday, I’ve had them 26 years. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights & every day when the cleaners finished in our room they always placed the 2 dolls on the pillow on the made bed, except on our last day I noticed when we came back to the room after it had been cleaned that 1 of the dolls was missing, we checked EVERYWHERE multiple times (even the fridge) I phoned the reception & explained, a few minutes later a cleaner came up and asked could he see what it looked like (as the 2 dolls are the same I was able to show him the other one & he took a picture) more than an hour passed & we heard nothing. I called again & reception (Fatima) told me the cleaners who were on duty earlier saw nothing.My partner then went downstairs to the desk and explained that the 2 dolls were there when we left the room & asked could they check the washing as it was possible the doll fell into the sheets & the cleaner didn’t notice, Fatima said “that wouldn’t be possible as the cleaners shake the sheets before putting them in wash” however he still asked that they checked as it was 100% not in our room. Over another hour passed & we heard nothing so my partner went back down and nothing had been done, the male staff member on duty then told my partner that the reason there was no update was because they couldn’t get through to the cleaners who were working earlier that day. Even though Fatima had said to me they didn’t find anything. At this point when over 3 hours had passed & we were checking out in 3 hours time to catch a flight, both myself & partner were furious at how careless the staff were. They told my partner to go back to the room when he was asking them to check the hotel. I was not going to leave until it was found even if it meant missing my flight home!After constant back & forth, eventually the staff looked and a while later Fatima knocked on our door with the doll in her hand, I asked her where she found it & her response was “in the lining of the sheets” after she said earlier that there was no way it could be in the sheets because the cleaners shake the sheets - this just shows that she couldn’t have cared less something was missing from our room!I understand they probably were thinking “it’s just a doll” but it’s extremely special & sentimental and it’s the principle that an item was missing from our room! I’ve learned my lesson not to take them away again but the sheer lack of care from the staff was disgraceful.Also when we were checking out shortly after Fatima so cheekily said “did you forget anything in your room?” Considering the doll missing was not our fault I don’t know why she had to say it so rudely!

I enjoyed my time in this hotel. I stayed here with my family (wife and daughter) for 5 days. The place is amazing. The room was spacious and luxurious. They a nice open buffet breakfast. They also have a kids area. I haven’t had the chance to try their fitness center.

We had cockroaches and mold in the room.my girlfriend had food poisoning.we werent allowed to change rooms. In addition, the staff was very unfriendly.we did not get a refund.I cant miss the hotel for anyone.

Me and my husband booked this hotel for our 5 day stay and we both enjoyed it here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too. Most of all the area is very good. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit.

Not nice hotel and there is contractions around. It is totally different from the pictures u see in booking com. Plus this morning breakfast time I found black hair in the food. And the waiter was has not nice altitud ones she came and started to talk about this hair...Will not recommend

The food at the restaurant/bar on the third floor was there to satisfy my cravings when I needed. And we were lucky to have Lucky be our food and beverage go-to person. Great tasting cocktails every time which was a must for a good vacation :)

I enjoyed my time here with my wife. We came for our honeymoon and it was just everything. I loved the bathroom and the view from our room facing the canal and Burg Khalifa. You can take a walk by the Canal and also the pool area is quite lovely. The buffet breakfast is also nice with lovely options to choose from. I cant wait to visit here again soon enough. Great new Hotel in the Business Bay extension. It has all services needed, specially to comment the nice pool, the full equipped gym and comfortable bar and restaurant.The quality of the restaurant is very good comparing quality/price and the people exceptional. It’s a pleasure every morning when you go to have a breakfast and they recognize your face with your name and asking how the day was. They really take care if everything is fine or you need something else, especially Vanessa who is always receiving you with a smile and choosing the best place in the restaurant for you.100% recommended.

Very new hotel (6 month old) in a very nice area of town. Great view and very pleasant pool. Not too big and maybe less posh than more 5 star hotels. I consider this as a plus. Super clean a bright rooms.
