Had the best stay! Stayed there one week and it was super. Such a quiet place gigantic beds 210 by 210 and sooo comfortable. Nice and clean place. The pool was also very nice with fresh towels and cold drinking water bottles. The gym is cleaned every hour, and very nice / enough. The fridge In my room was not working, whenever I told the reception within 5 minutes someone was there and replaced it. Also they were very nice, easy going and everyone greets you from the hotel staff even cleaners in the hallways. You can feel the service is very high and the hotel not only crazy about making money. I loved my stay and was very sad to leave. If you can, this is the place to go. Close to metro and very peaceful stay with amazing beds. 10/10

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times. It has a rooftop pool and a gym. Last time we stayed in a family room. Despite being small, it was convenient and very clean. Price is normally good but depends on the season.

I felt like that i am living in my home .. very cooperative staff, specially a boy (adnan shah) and his co team was very active and loyal to their guests .. excellent service you are providing to your guests.. I am very happy and feeling very satisfied after living there. It was situated at prime location and i could got reach there very easily.My children enjoyed pool. Over all an excellent hotel. I highly recommend to everyone..

The worst hotel I have ever been, a horrible place, its so terrible. The package included breakfast and swimming pool but when I went for the breakfast, they insisted me to pay for the breakfast.And I went to the swimming pool with my kid later in the evening, I was told that the pool was booked, so I requested for the following day morning I got the same message, and the staffs didnt have a proper explanation about that, absolutely very poor customer service and the staffs were very rude, this is something that has never happened to me before and a total disrespect to me and my family as guests.It was a total nightmare to me, at least train your staffs how to talk to guests first, consistently they were so disrespectful.Will never ever recommend this place to anyone, I left this hotel with absolutely no fond memories, just a very bad experience, if you want a much nicer stay, choose some other place.

We were happy with the stay, but had to request the carpet to be vacuumed when it was obvious it needed to be cleaned. Not a big problem, but its nice when housekeeping is more proactive to clean the room without having to be asked.The entire hotel staff was extremely kind and friendly and helped make the stay most pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, but a bit small.It would be nice if face towels were available to use in the shower. I bought my own to use during my stay because I was spending three weeks at this hotel. I also wish the mini-fridge would get colder. It barely cools drinks and other items we place in it. These are just a few suggestions for improvement, while overall the stay was very nice and comfortable and a good value for the money.The location is a big far away from most attractions in Dubai, but being so close to metro made it very convenient to get around during the stay. Also nice to have plenty of taxi options around, and laundry service and grocery close by, as well as some restaurants opening in the area soon.

Ivan and Mohamed are amazing reps, we had an issue with our room despite denying a credit for the room the manager Lazum still insisted I have to accept the credit because the facility has to make sure all the guests receive the best service at all times!And the security guy Edi was awesome, helped me to fix my phone so I can have communication while enjoying my time in Dubai. Ill stay here on my next trip in December!

Basic clean hotel with small rooms and drab design. Its a place to sleep... Staff is friendly and the Costa Coffee in the lobby is convenient. Lots of parking in the sand lots around the hotel. Area is still under development and not very inspirational...

The hotel was very clean and peaceful, and the rates were great. Housekeeping was very friendly; Ms Saida and Mr Adnan would often help clean my room well n they were both really polite.Its a self-service hotel so youd have to help yourself with your baggages and collect anything youve ordered from outside by yourself from the reception. But I was very happy that the receptionist helped me with my bags when i arrived anyways as it was difficult for me to do so on my own.Maybe the hotel could consider a proper white light study lamp for the table, because it is way too dim to read anything, and the rest of the room is lit by yellow spotlights. This could help guests who have to work and study from their rooms.

Excellent location in close proximity to the Al Jadaf Metro Station. The staff at the hotel are excellent. They are very polite and courteous and go out of their way to ensure that the needs of the guest are met. This is an excellent hotel option to stay in Dubai at a reasonable rate yet experience good services. It is one of the newer properties of UKs Premier Inn brand. The bed is most comfortable and window is sound proof. Rooms available to accommodate upto 4 in a family. Rooms are not very spacious but they are clean well equipped. Incl a Smart TV. Staff is wonderful. Restaurant, pub and costa coffee in house. Pool on the roof. Small gym. Location is ideal close to metro and popular Dubai mall area is just 10 min drive. Festival City mall in close range is one of the best for shopping and entertainment. Highly recommended for new tourists on a reasonable budget trip to Dubai.

In short, everything is perfect! We were looking for a place to stay long-term in Dubai and came across Premier Inn, Im extremely happy that we decided to keep looking till we found this hotel. Receptionists are really helpful, the hotel is very clean and room cleaning is provided daily. For us the location is great as well, since we travel mostly by public transport and the metro is less than 5 minutes walking. Theres also a big rooftop pool and gym available. Overall, if youre on a budget and youre looking for a good hotel, I definitely recommend booking a room here :)

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Metro tram . This is a nice hotel with excellent service specially Mr Shoeb at the reception. Reasonably price. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

I chose Premiere Inn to be my Dubai home. Im a long term guest, and I couldnt make a better choice.Level of hospitality is top notch and the price is my budgets revelation. Whats important for me is to be a guest not a customer. After few days I am welcomed by staff as a part of a bigger family. Secondly, room service is kind, efficient and do their job ninja style. I dont know when things get done, they are just done. I am still amazed by facilities, gym and the pool is a cool place to hang around. Its also a nice place to do business, as conference rooms are available and well equipped. Location is pretty well communicated with metro. Did I mention Costa downstairs and 2 restaurants?And the most important thing - the beauty of modern architecture quotes of Arab style.There is no other place I rather be.*Hotel is busy, but I took pictures without other guests.

Best hotel in al jadaf

All the staff was good and polite except the Filipino front desk receptionist or supervisor short lady.I just asked her for a mask at the reception and she was rude and behaving as if she was doing me a favor giving me a mask saying its only for the staff. I reminded her that all hotels should provide a mask if requested and she asked me to show her the circular that states it from the Dubai tourism. What an unececcesary waste of my time and escalation of a situation. I mean, just give the mask and thats it!!! Its just a mask!!! Dont argue over your fat ego!!My room ac was not working but the team was so kind to let me have another room immediately and also gave me a refund for one night.Especially want to thank Ms Saida for her outstanding room service, service at the bar and upselling techniques. You are an asset for this hotel.Thanks. Will stay here again and would recommend anyone to come here and stay as it has everything you need including Costa Coffee and also its safety and cleaning is exemplary.

This our first experience with Premier Inn and We are happy with the receptionist Mr. Rudy , the support Staff Mr. Joel who are very accommodating and made our stay comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at this Premier Inn 15 minutes from the Mall. The car goes right to the hotel parking lot. Staff is kind and helpful most especially Rudy and Islam at the reception desk. The room is nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. And this I would like to thank Joel from housekeeping who is so kind and helpful staff. The sleep quality was excellent. Our breakfast on the second day was assisted by Miss Jane who is so kind, friendly and she is good in customer service. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. We spent just over a month in the hotel when we emigrated.Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel tries their best even during COVID restrictionsFood is a little pricey, if you dropped your prices you’d probably catch the take away market everyone usesHousekeeping is super friendly and always willing to help. Cathy Iyah always cheerful and happy to see you.I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are on a budget and don’t mind living a bit out of the mainstream.Make sure you check out the waterfront and art gallery, an easy walk away.
