Stayed for 2 months with my family...the staff is very welcoming and helpful ...the lifeguard at the pool is very friendly..big thanx for them for making our stay enjoyable❤

The place was spacious but the carpet and sofa are stinks, it looks like they didn’t clean it for years. The staff are not accomodating at all, they don’t know even to greet the guests. They won’t allowed visitors, that will just stay for an hour, the receptionist named Abdul was so rude. He didn’t even explained it properly. This hotel was the very worst hotel we’re ever been. Poor service it is.

Big roomy suites with large rooms and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff - also very reasonable rates and less than 10 minutes from the airport and most shopping ares.

Good spacious for 3 bedroom but no water to drink available in the room you have to buy to the nearest supermarket, Khaled the receptionist so rude, visitors are not allowed to come even we explained many times that visitors will not stay longer, security guard so rude, overall worse customer service compared to other hotel in Dubai....and also very far from train station, and you can get a taxi depends on your luck..

Its terrible at first but they managed to provide my request. Highly recommended. Kodus to the staff. Had a wonderful stay. Just a quick suggestion, please provide complimentary water and coffees and teas.

Deira Suites Apartment is located in a convenient place. The quality of service is really great and is augmented by the quality of apartments. The apartments are neat, tidy and spacious. The price of the apartments are satisfiable for the service provided. There are ample parking space available in the basement floor

A good place for family stay, spacious apartments, nice furniture, fixture & fittings, very co-operative & friendly staff. Location is also great. Only one thing is not in favor i.e. they dont have restaurant

Amenities are good, Good and punctual cleaning and reception staff. Prime location and 24 hours availability of provisions and medicines nearby. Only one attached bathroom for a 3 bedroom suit, that was actually an inconvinience. Good pool on the top floor and centralized air conditioning in rooms.

I really like the staff who are very accomodating, their smiles makes you really comfortable and feel welcomed.Now to the main part, the rooms, I can only speak in my own experience. The room that we took was really excellent. We are 6 in a group and it looks like the room was still more than enough. The living room and each of the 3 bedroom has its own television and all are working fine. The internet connection is good as well. The good part is that it was really affordable.Really a good choice for tourist. Highly recommended.

Apartment is good, but not conveniently located near metro. If you are looking for metro as transport system, you might have to loók for some other hotels.

Not at all value for money they dont even provide water as complimentary only wen u chk in u will get water after that second day u have to purchase also no breakfast facility if u need u have to go another hotel beside this hotel and pay aed 35 / head .Bathrooms too small rooms are good in size cleanliness good .Reception is jus like silly 1 star hotel but managers r good in service ...

Lucky to have caught their Ramadan promo. The room we got was 2BR, we have a kitchen if we want to cook food ourselves. Nothing wrong with saving a few dirhams😁. The “sala” or visitors receiving area is huge. One downfall though was that pool is open at 9:00am which is already considered “late” as the sun will be too hot by then. Good thing it’s was windy the day we came for some dip.

Awesome spacious rooms

Very bad management, I have some visitors they not allowed to entered even for a minute to celebrate and eat the food we prepared. Very bad policy, you stayed in the hotel where the security keep knocking ur door to asked them to leave while they are still eating and insisting he will call police if they not leave. It’s so embarassing and not acceptable as I’m their customer, all the way from Abu dhabi and treated like this kind of customer service. I will never ever recommended this hotel. They are racist also if u are filipino never booked to this hotel. And regarding the hotel policy, all the visitors are willing to give their ID to enter but they refused to accept and visitors are not allowed at all. Very bad service at all.

We had a three-room apartment. For a family with a child - just gorgeous))) There are plenty of places, you could play football)))The room was cleaned every day, always added appliances for care (shampoos, soap, toothbrushes, slippers), linen and towels were changed every day.I liked the kitchen - as I cooked every day. Very convenient large refrigerator, there are dishes for cooking, plates, cups, cutlery, stove, microwave, kettle. Yes, they also added bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk powder every day.There is a washing machine and a special room for drying clothes, as well as an ironing board and an iron.The hotel has a rooftop pool, gym. Convenient location, there is a grocery store nearby where you can buy everything you need. Polite staff, beautiful view from the window.Thank you, the hotel owner, if you have any questions, he always helped. We liked everything, we recommend it.

Nice aparthotel. We rented an apartment with two bedrooms. The room has a living room, equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine). Nice dishes. There were not enough teaspoons, but brought immediately upon request. There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Cleaning was done every day; shower gel, shampoo, soap were replenished every day. Very helpful staff. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby
