The rules of the hotel made me feel like I was not in a hotel, more like parent home. Some of the staff at the reception shocked me with their unprofessional questions and assuming my ethnicity which he have completely got it wrong and obviously offensive. David & John was very helpful. More importantly the hotel lacks basic accessories for travelers like luggage measurement. The management was very welcoming and the girl on the reception was also on point. Overall, I was satisfied with the management service delivery and there is a room for improvement.
