This hotel is located on a good atmosphere with amenities.Had a delicious dinner with colleagues which was ruined by the staffs behavior, unfortunately. They had no etiquettes nor manners at all to speak to us neither they felt bad about it nor apologized. The bars staff was unfriendly and disrespectful.The sink in the restroom was blocked and unhygienic that needs repairing.The man in the entrance is quiet aggressive and short-tempered person.

I stayed in this hotel on 3-4 of May. As it was my birthday but unfortunately it ruined my whole expectations. I stayed before in this hotel thats why I chose it again. I checked in early as per checking you need pay 50% price additional for that. I agreed with that. In the beginning it was fine but there was no water in bathroom to shower whole day. I checked with the reception he said there is maintenance going on and could not be fixed soon. So I left and checked out early. There is no point of staying in such hotel when there is no water even to shower. It is very disappointing that is 5 star hotel.

To be honest, the hotel is ok. But they have this nasty valet guy named Sandeep. Extremely arrogant, loud and abusive (yes literally). He ruined our mood and should be fired for how he behaves. Maybe he is frustrated with something else, I don’t know. He makes this hotel look like a 0 star lodge. Terrible! Terrible!

Always a great experience staying at Grand Millennium Hotel in Barsha Heights, and I prefer their hotel apartments for the spacious layout. The location is very central, minutes from Mall of Emirates, Dubai Marina, JBR and Business Bay and Downtown. Excellent management and staff, great food and lets not forget their Belgium Beer Cafe and Lock, Stock & Barrel Club.

The drive way was clear...no traffic. The lobby is clean and well decorated. Unfortunately no one was around to greet guests by the door which was quite unwelcoming...didnt see staff when I entered the hotel.

It’s an excellent hotel with many bars and restaurants and pubs. You’ll be back.

Stayed here for two weeks, and I would start by saying this isn’t a true 5 star hotel, you have better options in the same price range and I selected this primarily for the room size as we had a long stay.1) This happened with others so be mindful that when you check in, you don’t get the old building that is a walk around the main reception area. The 5 STAR building is the one towards the left when you enter the hotel (right beside the restaurant Hithcki). They checked us into the old building, which is a very basic looking apartment at the most, gave us a smoking room right above the karaoke bar, so we were up all night. We complained that we would leave and were switched to the 5 STAR building.2) Water was cut off one day without any notice, and given we were there for 2 weeks there was lots of time to give us notice. After a nice workout, I had to shower and there wasn’t water till the evening. The hotel gave us fruit and dates to make up for this error.3) Business center is closed and if you need to print anything it is extra charges at reception.4) The hotel gets loud and busy at night from the variety of restaurants and bars at the first level.5) Staff is mostly helpful. Except when you need to convince them6) While it says 5 star u would say this is 4 star and in the new building. The old building I would give 3 stars at the most.I would not recommend this for families and long stays.

This place is not a good place for a walk in diners. we have a business around that area and we go in grand mellinnium hotel in internet city to have our lunch but the receptionist guy in that hotel is very rude the way he speak to us is not good he wont let us in and he tell us to have our lunch next to there place which is a cafeteria bcoz they cannot accommodate us.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Asked about the way to basement, was rudely told by a guy at reception to ask security while there was no security guy at the desk. Kindly train your staff with some etiquettes and be respectful to customers.

Very poor quality of rooms , despite that fact that I booked for family suites... the main washroom lights was not working and the maintenance team came and fixed it on the first night ... later I discovered that the other washroom toilet is not flushing .... this is definitely not what you expect to see in five star hotel ...I really regret the money I paid to receive such service

Five star review for a 5 star hotel. A hotel like this would easily be a £500 per night stay in London or Paris. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. My partner was wondering why it felt so quiet until we found out later that they are sound proofed!!! . Went out of their way to accommodate us and the receptionist would hand over documents with both her hands showing the utmost respect. Felt like royalty which I havent encountered elsewhere. Thank you so much and we are now members …!!!!!

This hotel charges 100AED to visit a family member visiting Dubai. They claim it’s a double occupancy policy. We were not even sleeping over. We live in Dubai for goodness sake! They even asked to cross check out IDs to make sure we are the real owners because we are blacks! The staffs were very rude!

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a comfortable stay. Initially we were given a room in smoking area, but upon requesting, they changed our room within 3-4 hours.The hotel is clean, has good restaurants and bar and offer good room service.One small issue which bothered me, was the limited choices in breakfast for vegetarians. There were more options for non-vegetarians and the menu was more or less same every day..Other than that, I faced no issues. The property is close to Dubai Internet city metro station and mall of Emirates.

This hotel room design was nice, but there were lots of other issues1- when I checked in they was no hot water it took three hours to fix it !! I had an appointment and had to go there without taking a shower !2- most of the rooms they have are interconnected with a door , so you can hear your adjacent room even if they whisper! Mine they were having a party and I had to change the room cause they were going on and on for 3 hours and I couldnt take it anymore.3- Bathroom is dirty see the pictures and the bathtub pop up didnt work so the water didnt drain4-Tv is very small and has no interesting channels.and it doesnt even allow to mirror your phone , so basically it was useless5- when they moved me due to the noise they downgraded my room so I paid more and I got less but I was really fed up of them and just took it as I had one night to go.6-The couches they provide are very uncomfortable and they are useless I couldnt sit there for 5 min.7- the swimming pool is like a big bath tub .8- the view from my room was facing a wall , I paid so much money just to face a wall !

Very clean and plush. Nice Hotel. Trouble is, serving drinks in wrong measures. Martini, Baileys, should be a 50 mil measure. Serving a 25 mil measure for these drinks. Twice the price. Not good.

I visited the ground floor lounge. Nice place to relax and sip your drink in a chilling atmosphere. The ambient lights are comfortable there is a live band in weekdays towards the evening hour dont know what time exactly. Place is good for couple, small group. The only downside would be that the chairs arent very comfortable however the bar seats are good.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Barsha Heights. Im a member at their club and have been to all of its restaurants as well. Stellar service and amazing staff. Would like to give a huge shoutout to Jeraz, the trainer at their gym, bodytecture. Hes marvelous at what he does and provides excellent guidance and support during your workouts. An absolute gem!

Wrost sales service. I have been contacting from last three days and no one is answering the call. I call the main reception and they keep providing me the same number to contact.So after 3 days I told receiption that this number is not answering. So he arranged a call back.So he contacted me on WhatsApp. I asked him to send the picture of room.....and he said its available on website.....seriously how much it will cost a salesperson to send picture of hotel room?

I lived in Hotel Grand Millennium for about 50 days. First day at the studio Apartment in the hotel. Water starts leaking from the washing machine within 15 mins of running. Great start for my stay.But with as time passed, due to Covid-19 regulations I had to stay in room which led to actually appreciating it. The best thing I liked was the natural lightning. The studio apartment has huge windows from which one can watch outside forever. Room service is excellent and the staff is punctual. I never had any complaints.The hotel has aging electronics and furniture. The microwave and washing machine are a bit old and worn out. Same with squeaking furniture. Also, the room is bit extra dark at night due to less lighting fixtures and dark colored floor.Location is prime. Shopping marts are close. Major restaurants deliver to this location.I enjoyed staying here, will definitely miss it.

We had a great experience from the concierge to the front desk to the restaurant staff. Loved their breakfast ( fresh and aromatic) The room was huge and fancy and clean! We stayed there on a rainy night and their shisha cafe on the GF was a treat on such a cold night! The next morning since the main roods were flooded i had to catch a taxi to the meeting and the concierge help me call the cab. Would definitely visit again!

Im familiar and a regular at salt and lucky voice. but I attended an interview with atrium which was a complete waste of my time and resources which I regret . if your interviewers are not ready for interviews just do zoom interviews to avoid wasting peoples time.

Firstly, this what you call a 5 star property. When you walking, the grandeur of the hotel overwhelms you and you are warmly greeted by the staff.I had checked out from my previous hotel and arrived here by 10.30am. unfortunately the receptionist couldnt check me in early and said I would need to pay in for an early check in which is not too nice to hear considering other hotels would gladly check you in if rooms are availableThe room was very spacious and had its own lounge area. The setup was a bit older then modern hotels but very comfortable. The room was cleaned each day.Only thing that really annoyed me was the extremely loud music that came from downstairs each night from the multitude of clubs, bars etc. and I was on the 19th floor!!!Breakfast was really nice and had a wide variety. However the seating area was really full and considering this was in summer, I can only imagine how ling you will have to wait in the cooler and more busier months.Ashad from concierge as well as the rest of the guys were brilliant and extremely helpful.The shuttle service was nice but as one other reviewer mentioned, This is in the summer months when its not so busy and the buses are already full when they arrive at the hotel. What would happen in December when its cooler and more busier.I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here with my family for a month. Im giving 5 stars especially for the incredibly friendly staff! Our apartment was nothing fancy but very comfortable. Great swimming pool (external) and gym. The restaurants are good, though overpriced like usual in this kind of hotel. The metro is a 5-10 minutes walk which is nice, but otherwise theres not much within walking distance.

I stayed here for 5 nights and my impression was average. Not quite the quality and service of what you expect from a five star hotel.The rooms were reasonably spacious but the overall area around the lobby was quite small. To my annoyance the soap was not replaced daily by the room service. The sound insulation in the rooms were also surprisingly poor. I could easily hear my Spanish neighbours with all of their kids.The service at breakfast was mixed. In particular there was a very unfriendly young female trainee that barely smiled or acknowledge you when you walk in, and addresses you in a rather rude manner when asking you to take your seat.

Nice 5 star hotel with a good value for price. Rooms are very big, elegant and very clean. The staff is attentive and very well trained, leaving a very good impression. This hotel is hosting a few lively places, like Belgian beer bar, night club, restaurants etc. They are quite popular with the young crowd especially in the weekend. Nice location, easily accessible by car or tram. Worth a visit.

Grand Millennium hotel is so conveniently located that it’s a perfect place to stay for all those who love shopping, beaches and comfortable stay!! The swimming pool and jacuzzi at the top is just awesome.!! Have great dining options but our favourite was Hitchki..!!

The Karaoke Room at Lucky Voice is amazing for group parties ... we really had a great time!! The service in the bar was excellent and attentive. A great place to go with your girlfriends on the Saturday Ladies night.

I love this place for two reasons: one, its location, and two, the variety of food outlets it houses. They have a good mix of outlets right from Belgian Beer Cafe to the Indian gastropub Hitchki, Lock, Stock and Barrel, as well Lucky Voice karaoke bar. The hotel is quite upscale in terms of interiors and I would love to spend a weekend in this property.

Service is very good and people are nice. The only reason why I didnt like this hotel is because for the price you pay... You shouldnt see a huge pile of dust behind the bed. You shouldnt see rusty shower caps. The beds are super uncomfortable. I guess the owner tried to save as much money as they could. And you can tell.

I believe that all 5 stars hotels in dubai are alike in their style and furniture but the great difference is the staff and the responding time, and that is what you will experience at the Grand millennium in barsha heights.Start if the year visit to catch up with clients. Have used Grand Millennium in other countries so thought why not. What a great hotel the Staff the Food are all excellent they just make your stay a pleasure. This time of year it’s cool enough to walk around Dubai and, here is very central. You have the Mono Express less than 5 minutes away with all the local expertise to get you wherever you want to visit. Highly recommend this hotel will be staying on my return next coming month.The most thing i liked about the hotel was the whatsapp number inside all elevators, that was very helpful to me to send a photo to explain my issue and ask for special electric adapter Mr. Junus is one of the staff and he is the spirit of the hotel. Any member of staff I encountered was so welcoming.The housekeeping staff are extremely professional and complete their task with finesse. They really did a good job always. They helped me with the deep cleaning in the kitchen of the apartment. I would like to thank the best housekeeping Supervisor Srikanth, Karleen and Nabaraj for the prompt and excellent service in keeping room clean. really i recommend this hotel because of the staff and their quick responding time.

The staff was so polite generally but the women working at the breakfast desk was so rude to us. We only asked for coffee and she didnt even reply and of course not bring any coffee. The cleanliness and the locations was at its best.

Although the style and the decoration of the hotel is quite old-fashioned but the view and the taste of the food along with the care provided by waiters and waitresses makes it completely worth.

I stayed one night with my family after staying somewhere else (which was horrible). This place is EXCELLENT. The staff was great and was very hospitable. Everything was taken care of. My family had even brought something over for me and the hotel allowed them to keep the frozen and refrigerated items in a hotel kitchen refrigerator.

This is the review for the pool area of Grand Millennium hotel in Barsha Heights.I visited in the beginning of November and still the place was not very crowded. Maximum 3 people at the same time. The entire pool is shaded during the whole light day which is very good if you Don t want to use the sunblock.The water is temperature controlled and pool is enough for 3 lines of people swimming. There was a small Juzz bar, but I was not sure if it was working.What I didnt like was the towels with kind of old clothes smell, as if they were not used for ages.The showers were well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel as well as hand and body lotions.The view was amazing by the way as you can see from the picture. 😍

Very bad experience with this “5 star” hotel. I checked in at 18:00 and it took us more than 30 minutes to get to our room. They asked us to wait as the room is “NOT ready” and they are cleaning it. The room was very smelly and not clean. They moved us to another room in a “non-smoking” floor, guess what.? Cigarette smell was everywhere.The restaurant doesn’t have enough tables to accommodate the guests you have to wait starving until you can have your breakfast and their excuse is “all the guests came together!!”. First and last time in this hotel

I would like to share some feedback regarding Grand millennium where we went to Lucky voice and found great crowds. It very nice pub we ever been. Staff of the hotel are very helpful especially Sandeep at concierge who actually assist us about all the dinning options of the hotel and nearby as we came out very late from the bar. However with the help of Sandeep we were able to manage . I appreciate his efforts he did for us as he called some restaurants for to check if they are open or not and advise taxi driver the location etc. I will definitely recommend the pub as we actually enjoyed.

The hotel has good amenities, nice bars and lounge, doesn’t necessarily attract the best crowd yet it has a reasonable door policy and not like other places, rooms are also good; overall the hotel is great for a short business trip or a family planning to be outside most of the time; parking is an issue and it has a narrow entrance for cars and you can be waiting for ten plus minutes to get your valet parking and sometimes more!!

The breakfast was delicious and the staff are smiling all the time and we love that. But there are several problems first of all, the AC was really bad in the rooms and very hot, and the covers of the bed had a bad smell, and the service was very slow in some places. We hope to take a look of the problems. Thank you

Today night came with my friend to Belgium Bar and the moment we walked In there was person called Protus staff member whom have asked me aggressively to leave the hotel because I wasnt wearing a mask knowing they took my car and I asked him politely to provide me with one but SHOCKINGLY he replied with We dont have Masks in the hotel.I have seen many inappropriate behaviours but nothing like this one.Asking a customer to leave the hotel and waving with your hand with an aggressive tune..... WOW

Disappointing. Didnt like my room. The toilet bowl staggered and seemed to fall off the wall. There is some kind of slum in front of the hotel. Breakfast is poor. Pool doesnt get any sun.On top of that the front desk will lie to you just to get more money out of your pocket! On check in both receptionist and manager promised me that they understand my situation (I was 1 day late due to circumstances uncontrolled by me) and will not charge me the night I missed as I have informed the hotel in advance via Booking app. But on checkout same two women said - you were late and it is YOUR PROBLEM. They also said they never promised me anything... I prefer being treated like a human not like a wallet or credit card so I will never be their guest again.

Been there in 12.2020 one night everything was great. The hotel was empty but in night all the restaurants lounge and club was packed with people.

The only thing that I can say that I liked about the property, was the view I got from the floor I was on. From the 1st day I noticed a sound of wind coming from the bathroom window pain, which was annoying to take a quiet bath. The 2nd day it rained, and I had leaking from the window view ceiling, in which all they did was dry the water up, didnt fix the problem by plastering the ceiling. I also noticed that there were stains on the walls. Clearly I did ask for a smoking room, but really? No new wall paper? And LASTLY but definitely NOT the LEAST, during my check out of this outdated 5 star hotel. I verbally voluntarily an told the receptionist of what all I took from the mini bar, which I had no problem paying for, the problem came in when I was accused of drinking 3/4 of a white wine bottle. If one were to think logical about it, why would I voluntarily tell the receptionist everything else except the wine. One could be that I do not drink wine, as I told the manager and receptionist. On arrival I had my on personal bottle of cognac, I am not a wine drinker. This was clearly a mistake on housekeeping that did not check the mini bar before the last tenant left. The manager poorly handled the situation by stating that it was impossible for housekeeping to miss the checking of the mini bar before my check in. Word of advice, Nothing is impossible, Look at Dubai! All in all I had to pay for something that I didnt consume. This is not a 5 star operated hotel. Word of advice to ALL travellers, CHECK THE MINI BAR THOROUGHLY!!!

The place is very spacious, great for dance parties and events of all kind.The staff is very reliable, kind, efficient and polite.The prices are regular for Dubai.The location is perfect: fancy hotel, less than ten (10) minutes walk from Dubai Internet City Metro Station.The parking service is efficient even when it crowded.There are always taxis ready to pick-up costumers.

We stayed here for 3 nights on the 2nd stop of a tour. I would definitely go back again for work next time. The people there treat you like youre somebody. The hotel staff are very friendly at all times and very helpful. At the weekend there is a brilliant value for money.

- The business suite its excellent but its not sound proof;- Great online interaction;~7min walking to internet city metro station;- Pillows and bed are comfy;- 4 waters in bedroom everyday - its very nice;- one of nights some guys came from the club talking loud we called reception and they quickly solved the problem;- breakfast has a lot of variety except fruit (only ~3 types)

I had quite a long stay at Grand Millinium Barsha Heights .Nice Hotel.Over all good service. Specially the House keeping staff Sajid and Saqeel were very well mannered,very efficient and did a great job making up the room.Kamal has always been very well mannered and cheerful while greeting the guests for breakfast.Zarrin Tanveer

Rooms are clean and specious but beds arent that much comfortable !!Lobby is smelly !!Excellent service inside the hotel but Very slow valet service ..Good value for money but Dubai has many better options !!

1- they take 500 dirhams as insurance which other hotel doesn’t.2- furniture too old as shown in picture.3- the shower was broken!!!4- the employee Katy ( manger I think ) was aggressive.5- breakfast was above average.6- hotel is too old, if u want to feel like u r in 2005 then u gonna like it!7- check in & out is too fast, the philippines employees were helpful and friendly.8- don’t worry about taxi, they are always available 24 hr in-front the hotel gate.8- TV is too small not HD.9- the location is not near to Metro station, impossible to walk under sun for 10 minutes.10- they provide ironing board which is good.Note: you can find other hotels with same price and greater quality!

Irregular house keeping service, noisy from night club that plays very loud music well after midnight. Small pool. Limited in room dining.

A convenient location and easy access to Sheik Zaid Road. In terms of the room all well cleaned. The amenities in the room were very nice. The team was professional from the minute we placed the reservation. Definitely the best value for the money. Will definitely come back with my family and friends.

Hotel ok in general however we upgraded to executive lounge which gave us a higher room.i have to say this hotel has a very loud nightclub with noise until 2 .30 am not much sleep.the lounge although beautiful in decor the snacks were just ok.

Been there for a conference for 2 days..rooms are maintained nice and clean..food is also pretty good.. You can get good view of Dubai from their conference Hall on 20th floor.

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly, service is great, would love to stay here again with family. They have mini theatre and rooms are spacious. Only comment is they have a bar next to the lobby so the entrance has smoke smell

Never say no to customer is not about promising that you cant delivered but helping customer even there is situation that you can say no .Last night, i went to Grand Millennium hotel to redeemed group on voucher at toshi .. Unluckily didnt got a chance to print it. But when i passed by gym and asked one of the trainer to print fore me which he is happy to help .. this is called Real customer service.. Very Well done !!

Became old not worth the amount u spend, u can get better deal then this with novatel and other hotels

Only the aroma of khas may not go well with some guests like me. Maybe a more neutral fragrance in the lobby will make it perfect! But otherwise, an excellent experience and very helpful staff. Amazing ambience.
