We stayed here for 2 nights. Nice position, clean and nice room. Everybody was very helpful especially Ibrahim who gave us good advices about how to arrange our visits. For sure I recommend to stay here.

Rica was awesome!! I appreciate everything she did for us during our stay!! She was very helpful. We left my sons baby blanket in the room and they did everything possible to help find it, and they did!!! I would give 10 stars if I was able! The morning management was so helpful, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to the Downtown Rove staff!!!

I had a wonderful two week stay, Lali was incredibly sweet and helpful he made sure I had no trouble with any of my luggage and Sara from the front desk made sure I had all the help I needed at all times! Lovely staff and super clean place!

Very nice and modern hotel. If youre traveling for work, look no further. This place has an eye catchy lobby to work at with lots of seating options, has a nice pool, a gaming room and many other facilities to make your long stays easy. Very nice staff too!

Ibrahim was amazing. He helped during our stay, contacting the right places to visit and he asked if we needed anything. He was very supportive.Lali also helped us with finding services inside the building.. when we wanted to swim he showed where things are and stayed there to make sure we good.

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt. She stayed in this unstayable bad hotel.We reserved here for 10 days after a long time of no traveling cuase of covid19. On our second day we found a dead beetle right on our bed! 😱We jumped out of the room,they changed our room.After a night the room was so noisy,I didnt know where this noise came from, so again we asked to change the room.We lost our Burj view in the third room and also there was a problem with the AC, the mechanic came to our room and it takes 30 minutes to repair it. Imagine Dubai without AC in the summer!There was also another matter about this hotel that they didnt grab your trashes they leave it in the hall 🙄It may be close to the mall but there is no way walking to the Dubai mall.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s on a great location, the service is excellent, the view is great. Thank you for all the staffs. They are all very helpful. Special thanks to Rica as well for being accommodating!!

Everything is perfect. Location (5 mins from city walk), super friendly staff, clean and neat. The breakfast is like from the best restaurant 😂 I even write this review 2 mins after I finished my food cause I feel like I must leave the review on this. The manager Uptal really cares both about guests and food. All is perfect I’m gonna come back million times. Actually.... I think I’m moving to this hotel as to the permanent home😂♥️

Have had an excellent stay at this hotel. The view is great, service is excellent, and the location cant be beat. Room is very comfortable and clean. Ola at reception was super helpful in getting us a rental car, and so patient even when we were late to picking it up (sorry again! 🙏). Mohammed Abbas and everyone on the clean staff were very kind and helpful. Everyone here helped make this a memorable first trip to Dubai, will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Initially booked for 5 nights but was assisted by Rica at reception who extended my stay for another 5 nights. She was very helpful and friendly along with all the other stuff who are very helpful.The hotel is excellent for travelers who want to be close to the action, as Dubai mall is only a 10 minute walk away. You can also find a restaurant (TGIF Fridays), Cinema, Starbucks and small supermarket inside the hotel. In addition, they have a laundromat, gym and outdoor pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa - expect everything to be clean and tidy as well!!!Another reason I love this hotel is because of the ambiance - its very cool and hip especially down in the lobby area. There are a lot of spaces to hang out and work or meet with people and the guest are friendly its just a nice vibe.Fantastic hotel 5 out of 5and special thanks to Rica at reception :)

I liked the Room, the view, Wi-Fi, Staff like Mr. Lali (very helpful, going extra mile) and other reception staff who gave personalised service. The housekeepers Mr. Samuel and Beni also very courteous and humble. Ill be back for sure.

We stayed 9 days in Rove Downtown and cant describe what a great vibe it has! A lot of space to work or chill at the lobby,if its too crowded you can sit at the restaurant and work even if you dont order anything! All the staff is genuinely nice and easy going... Rooms are minimalistic but modern and spotlessly clean!probably the cleanest hotel I have even been to.... Meeting rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped! Will def come back :)

I like the modern and simple style. Nice lobby with good atmosphere and minimart and coffee available 24/7.The gym, sport area and laundry areas are a plus. Although it looks like a business oriented hotel but all the family members loved it.Big thank to reception staff Ibrahim for extraordinary service and high level of professionalism.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Walking distance to the mall provided it isn’t too hot out. And close proximity to other places. I was disappointed they they didn’t have a microwave in the room but most hotels I stayed in Dubai didn’t. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a free room upgrade overlooking the Burj. I appreciated that. And all the staff were helpful. The breakfast was ok. Could of have more variety.

Truly excellent. The service here is unmatched, anything you needed was met. Ibrahim, the receptionist, is the man . He has been helpful through this whole process. When traveling here I suggest checking it out.

The hotel was very clean and staff was accommodating, especially Ibrahim at the check in desk. The decor is quirky and attracts a lot of customers under 30. It has a workspace and a lot of communal areas to play table tennis, swim etc

I like the simple style. And the huge spaces. There is just what is essential.Good point is the 24 hours little supermarket, coffee shop area, and of course the location that is just 6 minutes walk from Dubai mallRooms are a little small but with a good design.

The service as been amazing they been treating us well will like to visit the hotel whenever I come around again and Rica was amazing she made the stay amazing attending to all our needs ASAP …………………..

Really good hotel! The location is perfect, close to the Dubai Mall. We stayed for 1 week with breakfast included. Service was really good. Specially Ibrahim and Ahmed helped us really good! Thanks for hospitality! The employees at the restaurant where very friendly en fast with the service.

We have stayed here a number of times and always have a positive experience. It is basic but it is extremely well done - clean, simple, everything you need and nothing more. Bed is comfortable, it is quiet and the reception is always cheerful and happy to help. About 5-10 minute walk to the Dubai mall so very convenient.

This hotel is right across the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Easy, convenient and 10 mins walk to the mall. It has chic and cool interiors. There is a convenience store and star bucks inside which is pretty convenient. There is plenty of seating in the lobby for your business work/leisure or just chilling outSwimming pool has direct view of Burj Khalifa and what a place to relax. Reception staff is welcoming esp Rita.The only downside is the size of the rooms. They are average size and minimal/basic.

I like the smell of this hotel, the staff is very profesional . The room are cozy but litell small for me.but i like the showerand the bed Costumers need to learn how to close the door in morning time!.sometimes is to noisy.. i was in the room infront of the the icemachine and they offer me to change the room anyway my experience was very nice.i was 1 month.thanks rove.
