This is our second stay at Dubai M.O. and it was a fabulous long weekend. The room was great and we had a club lounge upgrade.The room is so beautifully decorated with every detail considered. We are fortunate that hotels in Dubai are of the best quality and the Mandarin still manages to be head and shoulders above the rest.We had a lovely walk on the beach in the mornings - perfect location.The service is attentive but not fake which is quite an accomplishment. Employees make small talk and anticipate needs.The breakfast and dining options are phenomenal. Our children had a wonderful stay too. Kids club clean and good fun for them.Consistent perfection - really amazing.

This is a very special property with a very special team. Its firmly my favourite place to stay in Dubai not only for the location, but also for the incredibly warm team and consistent top quality service and.... Cake! :)The rooms are spacious and youll always feel at home. Cant recommend it enough.

Easily one of the most beautiful spots in the UAE. Ive noticed that the staff does discriminate in how they treat locals vs others.... and I want to make excuses for them, but really it shouldnt be that way. Anyone visiting this location, whether to stay or to dine or to swim should be afforded the the same hospitality.

Wow! Without a doubt the best overall experience I have had at a Hotel in Dubai (and possibly the world).The service is flawless and nothing is too much trouble for anyone- be it at the pool, breakfast, gym or front desk.My only criticism is to use the infinity pool on the roof is an extra charge which seems a little odd considering the rates.Thanks for a great experience :)

One of best and high-end hotel in Jumeirah. Interior is very nice and design and everyone follow the COVID-19 protocols. Only one bad experience from this hotel was the valet staff was arguing each other in the Hotel entrance when I arrived. Someone should give proper training how to behave when they are in the Guest facing areas. They were arguing each other in the Hotel entrance when I arrived. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Before corona the afternoon tea was better I don’t like the new desserts💔 but i like the lounge coffee area

The hotel was accessed our expectations. We had a great time staying in the hotel. We enjoyed the room service. The staff was friendly and kind specially front desk staff Miss Victoria, she was kind and helpful. Also, checking in and out was quick and simple. Also, the room was comfortable, clean and luxury.

Amazing breakfast and good value at 220 Aed per couple. Gareth our server was amazing and really looked after us, he also sorted out some vegan options for me which werent on the menu. The vegan pavlova was to die for and my husband enjoyed the lobster Benedict.

Pay for the view, for the hospitality . They are simply amazing. See the sunset here. U will love it.

This is my fourth visit to the fabulous and luxurious Mandarin Oriental Dubai. Every aspect of this hotel exceeds expectations; from the room, the service, food and facitilites, the MO and it’s staff are always going above and beyond the call of duty for their guests. I especially recommend Netsu, one of the best contemporary Japanese steakhouses Dubai has to offer. Overall a magnificent stay and can’t wait to visit again.

The property is beautiful and the beach was well maintained. Staff were professional ,courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the gentleman in the Cake Shop who gave us a box of the team served at check-in which my wife had liked very much.Rooms were very well appointed and the view of the sea was breathtaking.

The rooms, amenities, cleanliness and room service are perfect. The check-in was not as expected because the lady on the front desk was not as welcoming as a 5 star resort should reflect. However everything else was great!

The hotel is quite great in almost everything except few points:- the drop off area is small which causes delay to get your car.- the check in process takes a bit longer time than expected.- no exhaust fan in toilets which is bothering me.- wifi is available and free of charge but they (force) you to register for hotel loyalty club to get it..!!

The Mandarin Oriental Dubai is exceptional in every way. From the moment you walk in the lobby, the beautiful decor takes your breath away. The staff and service are kind, friendly and intuitively meet your every need. There is also a great beach, spa, fitness center, and restaurants. Nothing beats the endless buffet breakfast. It features an assortment of artfully prepared international foods. The resort is centrally located and very easy to visit all that Dubai has to offer. It is a real treat for even the most discerning traveler.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the service and the quality.Very good restaurants..specially Tasca.The chef Santiago surprised me with an amazing Spanish tortilla and a tasty Paella.The pastry chef Mohammed is absolutely fantastic.I loved my stay in the Mandarin ,I will definitely go back.

The spa was lovely... The therapists were very polite n professional but they need a bit more training in technique.

Its all about quality, beauty, fragrances, TOP service, delicious food and bespoken service.Moreover, I forgot my GoPro camera on the beach, with all my pictures and videos including my previous trips (this material is like a heaven for me). So, the guys, who work on the beach, they found and brought it to the reception, and as soon as I informed them about my lost they brought it to me immediately , For me, this action says more then thousands of words. The person incharge Mr. Sameera whos giving pass in the loading bay has a bad attitude, calling a person by using mouth whistle is like calling an animal or a dog from the cage. Insulting visitors and showing Disrespect to others is very Bad...

What a fabelous Hotel. Defiantly the best in Dubai if not even within the UAE. Excellent personalized service, not one staff did not know our name. We were super happy with our stay. The hardware and the location of the hotel are obviously very nice and impressive, and it reminded me in many cases of the MO Bangkok. What really made the hotel shine twice as bright was the staff. Starting with the reservations team of Axelle to Mouad who both were extremely thoughtfull and a pleasure to deal with. This went on to the friendly and joyful bell captain and the receptionist who gave us a genuinely warm welcome.Guest relations topped it off by offering my son a personalized cake for our farewell. That was really a wonderful surprise, for which Id like to thank everyone at the hotel.The whole experience in the hotel was really flawless and also the pool attendend, the staff at the bay and in the club lounge were ever so friendly, caring and warm that it was pure bliss.Thank you to all!

I came for a workshop just this weekend and it was a great experience. The service is superb from the valet parking, concierge, up to the staffs who assisted us in the conference hall. The staffs are very attentive and helpful and offered only the best service! The food is amazing as well!

Very disappointed ; not professional at all; I went to visit some of my friends Staying there for two hours And the staff made me pay 500 aed to access the pool . They choose to sent me security directly in front of all the hotel guest , I don’t mind paying but you need to make pay all the visitors not only the one you choose ; many people come to visit their friends for few hours and they don’t pay anything I had spoken with them in the pool they also came to visit but no one asked them to pay anything ; They accessEd to the pool and no one is telling them nothing ; maybe I m the wrong nationality that’s why they choose me and ask me to pay while my friends were 2 and only one used the pool that day ; you have to be fair and treat your guest all the same regardless of their nationality no one is above anyone !The 500 AEd voucher gives you 200 aed of food but the food at the pool is TASTELESS. No taste no flavour for a 5 star hotel it’s really disappointing ( the milkshake taste like Frappuccino , the Sushi are really bad and the sandwiches are not prepared well with no sauce inside )We also ordered pasta from the kids menu and they didn’t provide us with kids plate or cutlery.I definitely don’t recommend this hotel at all .They choose their guest , the price is not worth it at all and the service is very poor ;They should learn to deal with their guest without sending any security it’s shameful

Me and my friends went downstairs to the shisha bar and celebrated my birthday. I loved this place so much. amazing shisha, amazing wine, amazing staff. it was not loud or crowded and you could hear the waves crushing. would go there any time again

Im pleased to say your Dubai hotel is quite perfect. The staff are unfailingly helpful and charming. The facilities and room quality are superb.I stay in many top hotels around the World, and your hotel is probably the best I have ever stayed in.My only issue would be that (given I must have spent £25,000 at the Dubai hotel during the last 6 months), I kind of expect the free breakfast from being a Fan of MO whatever room rate I am on!

They were incredibly professional and had the warmest and most welcoming approach to us. We have stayed at the Madarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary.We have been pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room (the bathroom, decor tone, marble, walk-in shower) and room service.We have tried all facilities offered by the hotel and were very statisfied, with the exception of Netsu restaurant.In general the service is a bit higher compare to other hotels in similar category.Overall we have really enjoyed our stay !

Very beautiful hotel with a great location having the view of the burj Khalifa.. great venue for now year celebration.. hotel decorations is beautiful as well as the restaurants they have. I think this hotel really need totally to move towards being eco friendly by installing our devices to help them acheive lower cost but environmentally friendly atmosphere simply by eliminate all the plastics wastes and chemicals and thats only possible by having our device there like any resort!

Love the hotel, meaning of luxury lies thereHowever the food is too bad in the ground floor and all restaurants,lobby is full of outside guests and when we need to enter the beach we are exposed to them which is uncomfortable and need to be changed ,Prices are too exaggerated and close to Burj al Arab hotel ,Too ridiculous to add new fees to enter tasca pool 500 or 1000 dhs while I’m resident in the hotel pleaee remove it .Kids are swimming in adults pool which is too noisy and irritating

This was for sure one of the most remarkable stays in a beach resort.The hotel was fully booked during our entire 10 day stay, but the service was always on top and very dedicated to deliver the best experience possible. From the service at the beach, to the staff in the restaurants or bars to the team in the SPA everybody has been extremely welcoming and super professional. The GM Mr Anzinger is leading his entire team with the clear intent to have the customer in the center of all their actions.We are very happy with this experience, and next time we will stay in Dubai, our 1st choice would definitely be the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah.

We payed a small fortune to stay at this property. I am familiar with mandarin oriental around the world, but this time I was disappointed. Price paid for the value was not worth it at all. Very very disappointed this time.

Its hard to describe how good of a hotel Mandarin Oriental is in Dubai. Its just a whole different level. Weve stayed at other five star hotels both in Dubai and elsewhere, but the MO is a perfectly oiled machine and isnt even in the same league as many others. The staff is out of this world. Theyre extremely social, but never too much. Never too intrusive. They know what to say, when to say it and when not to. They service is perfect and they give you more than you could think of or want, without making you feel uncomfortable. They solve your problems before you can even have them. Nothing you ask is ever too much. Everything is done with a genuine smile. The rooms are so clean you could eat off the floor. The restaurants are amazing, especially Netsu.The only bad thing about MO Dubai is that it will likely ruin every future hotel experience you will have. This is worth every single penny you spend. I am convinced that if you didnt enjoy your stay, it has to do something with you and you must bring out the worst in people, because the staff is like a basket of perfect hand picked fruit.Special thanks to Ankit, Lucas, Gibril, Linda and all the others at the SunVibe pool bar. Youre all great people and make holidays and life more enjoyable.Thank you!

First time in this hotel and we enjoyed it very much. Staff did make the difference with being responsive, initiative and open. Room was great, view from 2nd floor towards city not. Looking at an old scrappy building does not appeal. Beach was great, beds as well, some parasols are torn. Food was great indeed!! Only thing we missed is a nice cosy and attractive outside bar. Even when it is hot, why not make a nice lounge style Beach Club / bar. Look at Shimmers at Madinat Jumeirah or 101 at O&O. A few chairs on artificial grass is not very appealing at all. But overal: we had a great stay in your hotel!!

We had a good stay, bar a few niggles. In summary - we loved the room and the food at both the Bay and Tasca was excellent. Housekeeping could be stepped up a notch - small details like 2 towels for 3 occupants, not replacing toilet rolls were glitches. One of the elevators wasnt working, and as a result, there was a constant queue to get to the room, which was fairly annoying.

Where do I start with this hotel?! I have to first, give a massive shout out to James and the Arabic chef at the bay, Biko, Neville and the rest of the wonderful team at the SunVibe pool. Therese and Ramez at reception, as well as Kennedy and Dushko at the concierge. They made us feel like royalty, we honestly cannot thank them enough. Now, onto the hotel itself, the restaurants boast a great variety of fine dining dishes aswell as amazing poolside dishes to choose from, the room itself is extremely spacious, clean and modern. The pool area, spa and beach facilities are immaculate. I am already planning my return. All the best to all the wonderful staff, Mr Kris previously from room 520!
