Really good stay, accomadation is comfortable and clean. The personel are very considerate. John at the reception is welcoming.Large choice for the breakfast, nice view from swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel with a great quality/price.

Super amazing. The room is new, modern and clean. There is no doubt about the cleanliness and precautionary measures in their hotel. What made our stay most satisfying is the staff. We would like to special mention Raizel, who took care of us from check in to check out. Also, the only staff who was on duty in Slice resto in the morning (28 Aug), he is superb. Both of them were going outside the box to make sure we get what we need. Overall, Grand plaza movenpick is one of the best hotel to stay in. Its more than worth the money.

As a personal principle, whenever an establishment (hotel, restaurant, etc.) asks to publish a review on any internet platform, even if the experience was very positive, I refuse to do it. In the case of Grand Plaza Mövenpick I really need to make an exception.Located in Dubai Internet City, within walking distance of several important landmarks of the city (JBR, The Palm, Dubai marina and harbour) accessible either by taxi or even by metro, the Grand Plaza was an Excellent choice.The attitude of the entire staff, not excluding any member, from the reception to the lifeguard, the maintenance technician to the security, everyone, every single one, are true ambassadors of hospitality and professionalism. The smile always present in their eyes, the kindness and sympathy and the will to provide the best service, are present all the time and among everyone.The hotel and its quality is indisputable. The designation of 5* is not enough for the type of establishment we found.The experience was unquestionably magnificent and, due to the way we were received, we will be returning very soon.

There is one staff i would like to call out and that is RUPA GADDAM, the duty manager who doesnt even deserve to be called on that position for mishandling the guests. She was condescending and full of herself. A manager like her should know how to speak diplomatically and not being sarcastic no matter how difficult the situation is being thrown at her. She is spoiling the property brand by her attitude and because of her, unhappy guest will never be a loyal guest.

Very very nice hotel🤩We booked for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and... We booked for 10 more nights 😅 The pool is beautiful, the room is large with bathtub and shower. The bed is so nice, I could sleep a full night and day ❤️And all the staff is always here to help you.At the rooftop you will find the 23 restaurant, very nice place with indoor and two outdoor areas.The hotel is very well located. Less than 10mn from JBR and Marina. 15mn away from downtown, burj khalifa ans dubai mall.

Day of the week - Wednesday IftarThe bbq was really good especially the lamb kababs, beef, and chicken... The variety of dishes was quite less... they only had 2 live stations saj and shawarma... There were also no veg options and limited starters as well... I was not impressed over all with the food variety especially main courses...For desserts the mango cheesecake, and mousse were good and they had a good mix of international and arabic desserts...Their Ramadan drinks were really good and had a good variety of them especially liked a flower juice they had...Staff was very attentive and helpful...Their prayer hall was big and adequate...Parking was not valet had to park myself due to Covid-19 precautions

We checked in for a couple of days getaway from Abu Dhabi and had a very comfortable and quiet stay at Grand Plaza.We wanted a location that would be closest to where our friends live, with easy access on Sheikh Zayed to drive around the city. Grand Plaza was a perfect find for us, and we truly enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities and the rooms.- The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from the bell boy to the shift manager.- Check-in was hassle-free and quick, and the inviting lobby feels very zen with the dimmed lights at night.- The hotel was fully booked, however that didnt affect how great the service was, or how clean the lifts/common areas were. We felt safe.- The room looks nice, and it felt good to see the furniture looked brand new, no stains on the sofas/bed head. Nice view on Media City and the Palm.- The mattress and the bed were the primary reason why we would highly recommend this hotel. By far the most comfortable of all other 5 stars we stayed at in Dubai! I usually have irregular sleep at hotels, but I slept like a baby this time around. Definitely high quality beddings and mattress that makes all the difference. Worth mentioning we do get our own pillows when we sleep out, but the ones available were very good, with extra ones sealed in the cupboard.- Breakfast was good, and ingredients tasted fresh. We ordered omlettes, along with some cheese and viennoiseries, and their coffee is excellent. Outdoors seating area is pleasant, especially with the nice weather.- I appreciated how extra items in the room (blankets, pillows, bathrobes) were sealed to guarantee freshness. Weve had a few bad experiences in other 5 stars!- TV channels were good, a nice variety. Not sure Netflix was accessible, and we didnt connect to their wifi.- Curtains had black-out doubles, and I love how quiet the bathroom area sliding door is. Ideal not to wake up your partner/kids if you need to use the facility while they are asleep.- I love that we didnt hear any doors closing in other guests rooms on the same floor. The room was very quiet and so were the outside surroundings -no construction, no noisy highway sounds-.- Check-out was fast, they only make sure nothing was used from the minibar. A suggestion would be to remove items from minibar to all guests and provide them as room service if requested, this would remove the need for a verification before guests leave.-We will most certainly stay at Grand Plaza for our next Dubai getaway, as we had peace and comfort to be well rested for our busy days in the beautiful city.Thank you to Ahmed from reservations who helped us book our stay.

This place is perfect for a ladies night on Tuesday. Great DJ who plays good Latin music. Friendly to come with friends, partner, alone. Not kid friendly as they have an area to smoke. Beautiful views and outdoor sitting. I highly recommend to come on Tuesday nights (10-2am)for Latin night. Hence, the food is pretty good. Inexpensive place.

Enjoyed our stay from the very early check-in to late check-out. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Restaurants served delicious breakfast and great lunch. We also enjoyed pretty amazing cocktails in the bar at 23rd floor.We have been welcomed very warmly and received perfect service.The only disadvantage is the access - as there is some construction nearby, our taxi driver had a problem to find the address

I didn’t experience the stay in this hotel so can’t comment on it, but foe events they have nice and spacious halls with modern facilities. I would highly recommend it for events and conferences. Beautiful place so hard to access with nice prices

I thought I’d try this place out due to the vast amounts of praise it has received and the fact that it is a newly opened hotel. I even chose this over Kempinski but I would be lying if I said I didn’t regret it.Firstly, greeted by a nice lobby and the customer service was brilliant, they definitely do not fall short there. I was surprised to hear that they gave me a complimentary sea view upgrade as well.Even with the upgrade I was given I really felt like it was lacklustre in the quality aspect. I could hear noises from outside and upstairs which I suspect is a result of the poor architecture or materials used. In addition, the room was quite small, I wouldn’t expect the basic rooms to be this small.On the other hand, the room had a nice and huge flat screen, free coffee and many other additions. However, you really do expect this from a luxury hotel brand such as Mövenpick.

I went there for a seminar and the facilities and logistics were splendid. Not to mention the elaborate spread of buffet meals and snacks. The staff were courteous and the decor was modern yet catering to the traditional. It was a very satisfying experience to see the amenities in the room and the view it offers

From walking in the door I could tell it was a top end hotel! The service provided by reception and bar staff was exceptional. There was good attention to cleanliness in the room and the special touches around the room set it apart from a good hotel and made for a great stay and the fabulous facilities were especially pleasing. Cant fault the place.

The hotel room#1001 was well decorated with a beautiful view of the city. Good amenities. However, the room in-dining menu is not well prepared and does not cater to different tastes. The menu items are restricted. And there is unnecessary restriction of timings of order. What you can order before 11am ; cant be ordered after 11 am. There is no variety of soups, sandwiches, and rice. There is unnecessary long menu of A la carte breakfast which is worthless after 11 am. Please, revamp your in-dining menu completely.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel feels very warm and welcoming from the first moment you walk in. Good day, just had an incident when checking out - as the reception informed me that there some items in the mini bar/snack specifically that are missing. Have expressed that we did not consume anything in the mini bar when asked but despite of that on my way out to the car - the lady run after me. Wishing your staff will check thoroughly prior to allowing guests leaving /being chased...not too good experience. But the facility and the room is very comfortable. If I may, the frames hang in the rooms - basically dyed clothe can be improved - replaced with more sophisticated artwork. Thanks!

The stay in Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City was one of the best stays I ever had. The room is big, neat, and clean. The staff was the very, very professional. Housekeeping is well trained. I got chocolate each night with nice wishes :)The bathroom is a royal edition! I thought I had free upgrade, it turned out that all rooms (non-suite) have the same standards. Its large, with all you need, separate shower box, with rain shower, and large bath as well.The only drawback in the hotel is its hard to find a Taxi at the front entrance, you either want to use Uber / Careem or request a taxi from the concierge desk.

I had a most wonderful time. I want to especially commend Anil and Janette and others who made my stay memorable. They were wonderful! I would gladly recommend the hotel to any of my colleagues or Business associates visiting Dubai for pleasure or business.

But no reply till next I called again but thanks GOD 2 Gentlemen were assisted me nicely, Mr. SALAH Applogogised to me for her bad assistance & he booked for me, he called me same night to confirm & again next day he called me & follow up with me. He was so nice & very helpful. He really made me happy. I reached the Hotel & my Booking was ready there. Then Mr. Simba did the fast registration with his kind words & warm welcoming.Then my journey started. The hotel decor was super amazing & luxury touch everywhere. The room was so Super, so specious , Luxury room with affordable price. Very well decorated.The room view was just touching the heart. With view of sunset was so romantic. So clean, everything at room was with love & high quality. Complementary Coffee Machine at home where I enjoyed my Coffee for Free. I had very relaxing bath at their comfortable bathroom. The food at Slice restaurant was really excellent. But, that’s where it stops, very poor hotel for the money they charge.One side a major highway that’s constantly full of traffic, the other side a petrol station & fast food restaurants, noisy into the early hours, then in front a building site.Update still a building site!After seeing the hotels response, i don’t have to stop in the hotel to judge the finer points, typical on the foot response! I decided to give them a second chance on a corporate booking of 30 rooms another major fail, front desk price was 950++ Central reservation’s tried it on with a charge of 1450++, after pushing back they said they would try with a lower price, forget it, if I hadn’t commented on the price they would’ve charged me 1450++ per room 👎🏻 You lost the business to a competitor.

The 23 rooftop bar is the perfect place to unwind on a tuesday night. Very good ambiance with 2 separate outdoor sitting areas and warm cozy lit indoor lounge.

Hotel was very nice and hotel staff were always very friendly. Only two points to mention of note, the restaurant on the 4th floor closed at 7pm and three of us wanted a meal in there and couldnt get one. The other was my room wasnt cleaned for 3 days. I kept getting notes hanging off the door and I suspect it was because the light was on, but doesnt necessarily mean that there isnt anybody in. Considering there was a service charge I dont feel I got value for money

I stay in Executive Sea View Suite with my family and kids. New Hotel, excellent staff, clean and good breakfast buffet. In room dining menu there is no pizza my kids disappointed because no kids pizza. The view its not that nice. Every things in hotel design fantastic except the toilets (Hose Shataff) they put it in the left side and it’s difficult to use.

I loved my stay at you hotel during my business trip, it was quite, clean, and the staff was very friendlyBut there was one concern which was the smell of the lobby and 4th floor (restaurant floor) it smelled fishy and disturbing! That was my only concern, if you can fix it that would be perfect.Best of luck and will recommend the hotel for others 👍
