We book for 3bedroom but when we reach the place it was close for unknown reason. so we are transferred to other hotel beside them which we are charge for two rooms. We could have book for a cheaper hotel if we are informed beforehand that they are close.

Old hotel. Offering cheap prices. Bigger rooms than average. Pool is closed ,at least it was in may 2021. Gym close early at 6pm. Rooms are a but old but still comfortable. A good alternative in Deira and not too far from the old city and souks.

Good room, shaded parking, good price.Liked · Location, parking, staff are nice, value for price, room is very nice old style.Disliked · Room AC noise, toilet smell, the bed was two small beds put together, a bit of road noise, crowded middle of the city location, we had to wait for them until they check the room at check out.

The Best of the Best Hotel and apartments ever I find in dubai. My first choice is always to stay there. And most of the time I stayed in Emirates Hotel apartments.Very nice atmosphere, great service, very cooperative staff.I give 5 stara to Emirates Concord Hotel.

I give before 5 star for this hotel,,, but the reason I give this time 2 star coz one we reach the recipientnest lady told us no visitors allowed to inn only u can meet at loby,,, I suprise and ask her I stay 2 time here before its allowed me thats why I love this hotel and choose again what happens now not allowedShe gives me reasons because of covid 😂😂😂seriously,, thair saloon open,, massage open,,, peoples came from out,, they are anti covid 😂 not acceptable reason,, I feel shy coz I meet my locals friends out of hotel dailyThey say your hotel too strange next time Dont stay here we will choose to you better place for allowing you to treat your guestIts my last time really to choose this hotel

Old rooms. Something is constantly not working. I do not recommend

Lived here for 3 weeks coz didnt have much options, cockroaches, smelly place with old furniture, clean service doesnt know the drills, and comes different times, no signs do not disturb, literally everything you need to ask reception. Reception is ok tho

Actually I cant say any bad word about the hotel, as the offered value was Ok, hospitality was perfect, as the service.It looks very modern and new fun the outside and on pictures and this is far from what you get, its rather older, due to Covid they stopped completely breakfast buffet, swimming pool, for gym there are like only 3 devices working.... :(But as I said, this wont make you unsatisfied, just is good to know.

This is a good place over all,located at posh and calm area.All commodities are in the reach.Wide space rooms but bit old ,old fashioned small soaps in washroom...should be liquid soaps for hand-wash.servicemen take time when they are called.otherwise staff is good ,friendly n helping.Overall Nice place to stay.

No tissue papers in the room, no tea or coffee was provided. Only 1 small water bottle was kept. Called them several times. Nobody picks the calls. Tried to order from room service as they left a big menu in room. Disappointed when they said they dont have a kitchen. So ordered the food from outside, asked them for plate to eat that food. More disappointed when they said they dont even have plates and i should buy plate from the supermarket. Morning called them to get me coffee. They said after 2 hours they will give coffee but nothing again. The toilet seat was not clean while check in. At 12 pm they started calling again and again to check out. Despite my request for a late checkout they granted me only 15 minutes to check out. After 15 minutes they sent the security to force me out. Lack of hospitality.

We were accomodated in a three bedroom room. Stay was good and food was fine. The hotel is large, spacious and is well connected.

Hotel would seem shady and mysterious on the outside but they have spacious and clean rooms, customer service could be improved.

It’s all right for a quick stay

Tried to call and enquire about hotel and facilities over the phone. Someone answered and straight away told me we are full tonight without even asking what dates or when my booking is?! After that said you can check our rates online and was so rude !! Which something doesn’t and never reflect the hospitality of Dubai or UAE !After that when I told him if he is not in a mood to deal with clients then connect me to someone does and straight away said he is the manager ! And disconnect the call !What a hotel and what a service we can expect !! I was shocked to have a hotel in Dubai acting in such attitude with clients !

The worst hotel experience ever the hotel was soo dirty so much garbage rooms were even clean the smell especially was the worst of them all u could smell that from the parking area plus random people playing cards and drinking alcohol without permission my advice is to never ever go to this hotel booking.com and all Gave the hotel a 4 star rating only because it was going through tough times because of COVID the condition was so bad that we had to leave there at 2 am WORST HOTEL ever existed hope u like my rewiew and work on all these things hotel management hoping to get a reply soon

Value for money, maybe yes. But need to work on room cleanliness big time, plus facilities are very basic. Booking.com and Google has given them 4 stars but i doubt that. Maybe its due to covid but they need alot of improvements. You gotta ask them for basic things everytime. I was a bit disappointed!

If only Google allowed us to rate zero I would have given this place a zero.This hotel is very old and looks like they never renovate. Rooms were unclean and unhygenic. Pillows had hairs on them. The blow dryer was unclean and had so much hair inside it. Overall I give this place a 0 out of 10. Never coming back again. Disgusting.

Good place to stay at a very reasonable price in the neighborhood compared to the others. Most other nearby hotels would swindle you for more money and fancy pictures. Comparatively this is a much better hotel. Good breakfast. Stayed twice now.

I had guests ,7 person stayed in this hotel last year .Had very bad experience with receptionist,Hotel rooms were already available , but since our guests arrived hotel few hour earlier than 14.00 , he asked extra fee to let them go their rooms .If you are going to this hotel be aware that if you arrive there even few hour before the receptionists may request extra fee, negotiate about it ,argue with you and talk/ behave in very unprofessional manner.

We stayed here for 12 days for a family vacation. House keeping staff and front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The valet services were amazing too. I certainly wouldnt mind staying here again. The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. At a point we were 11 in the house but were not on top of each other. The kitchen is large and well equipped, very large sitting room. I only wish each bedroom had an ensuite

Zero star every thing was not good, service was not good, reception one of them was rude no orientation, I asked for Iron they give me damage one and damaged my clothes also the Iron table was deity, TV remote control was old and can not see the number on it also was dust, I spoke with manager the change my room, in the new the shower room I did not have big towel only I had two small the toilets sit was moving, all the furniture was old, hotel was not really clean. have to pay money when using the business center ( computer) also have to pay when using the hotel phone to make the local call.

Horrible place, the absolute worst place for any family to ever stay, horrible rooms shower was broken no toiletries, no towels , nothing many shady people were present in the lobby which shows why no one was booking this hotel, very bad absolutely wont recommend anyone.

Worst hotel in Dubai, it made my stay feel like a disaster!They didnt even have gloves to wash the dishes and made silly excuses whenever we would tell them. We asked for a clothing rack and they came with the most dustiest rack. Their room service was horrible they never changed the beds once! They cant even mop the floor properly. All they care about is their money. I will never come back here ever again!

The Staff is amazing. Great view of the city and the Marina. Check in was at 2pm but I had an early flight in and was allowed to check in early. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options. Huge rooms too. Location is superb. Not too far from Al the amazing places + theres a men and women salon, spa and lots of restaurants too.Rooms are very clean and I absolutely loved my stay.Gonna be recommending it for all our clients.. 4 star treatment is great.

Great and big rooms especially apartments where u get everything. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Staff very professional and helpful. They make u feel at home. There are . Many restaurants shops grocery, phamarcy, tourist shop and spa within the building. Also very good value for money for 4 star hotel and apartment. They have 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments and hotel. I recommend apartments they are quiet and spacious. By the way each room has its own TV set and iron plus board

A great hotel for the guests of Dubai. The hotel service is at an incredible level.It was very nice, the room, the breakfast, the pool and the spa.our room was with incredible views and the location of the hotel is very good close to Al Riga Metro Station.The staff at the hotel were lovely, especially Ahmed who was constantly helping us.The next time I come to Dubai I will visit this hotel again!

Reception team is wonderful. They are willing to help you out the best they can. I stayed in a standard room for my short stay. The room has everything you need in a hotel. As far as the gym facilities I didn’t go check. But there was a supermarket right next to the hotel. I found it an absolute plus for a hotel. If the price suit your budget, this hotel is definitely worth staying. I had a great time staying here.

Staff are pathetic, absolutely pathetic unhelpful and really dont meet International standards.Room was small but comfortable. The supermarket closest to the hotel is definitely not recommended. There is another supermarket just a few metres further. Very pleasant staff. Big variety of products. Accessible from the inner passage of the hotel

It’s such a beautiful place, fully decorated with more than enough food for the hungry eyes. Their buffet is full.You literate eat till you can eat no more.Yummy yummy breakfast for all.Lots of veggies, fruits, grains, juice and junks🤣

We spent 4 wonderful days in Dubai recently and our stay at this great hotel is a memory we will always treasure. Everyone was so friendly and efficient and our apartment was absolutely great. Everything is right there, great restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store and even a barbershop! Staff were so helpful and friendly, special mention to Ahmed at the concierge desk, that man has the greatest personality! The Iranian Restaurant inside the hotel is a great place to eat and the Maitre D is a real gentleman, my kids call him the noblest man they have ever met! This is the perfect place to stay in Dubai for anyone, highly recommended. We will be back!

Used this place for the first time early this year for duration of the Arab Health Conference and I can definitely recommend this. They have some really nice staff and the services are pleasant. The building that houses the hotel also houses certain other offices, shops and restaurant so be careful what elevator you use or you may end up on an office floor. The vicinity is not crowded, good ambience, not much of a night life. There are a selection of convenience stores around so youll have no problem getting basic items and snack. They offer 1, 2(which I used) and 3 bedroom apartments boasting of a living room with dining area, bedroom each with a television, kitchen with utensils, toilets/bathroom(3 toilets and 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment). Services include buffet breakfast, WiFi, gym, sauna/steam room, swimming pool (had a window view of that). Apparently some rooms offer a view of the creek which also happens to be in the vicinity. All round was a mostly pleasant experience.

Clean placeLocation is ok

Amazing staff and reception. They are very helpful. We got of our flight and arrived at the hotel at 6. We were to early to check in, so the reception offered us their health club showers etc. to freshen up. The building itself is very impressed. I can only complain about little imperfections like the kitchen is not a 100% spotless and equipped. Some of the things in the rooms looks a bit worn down or outdated. This hasnt effected out stay so far. 👌 For the staff though.
