Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

The hotel itself is very clean, quiet and everything is new, main problem is in service.Check in was the slowest Ive ever seen, there was only one employee l and he was vey very slow, there were 2 guests in front of me and it took 40 minutes to complete the check in.Phone in the room was not working so I used the phone in the hallway to request a dental kit, employee said that I have to request it from my room, told him that it is not working, he said he will send someone, 2 hours later no body came, had to go down to reception to remind them that I need a dental kit. It is sad to see such a good hotel managed that bad

I choose single beds, when I came there they told me they have only queen bed, I said it’s not my problem, they told me it’s not ours problem too, the manager doesn’t know how to talk polite to clients, and they let me wait for long time in the reception, till the moment I’m still waiting…

A lovely place. A 5 star experience with lovely staff. Away from busy hustle bustle of Dubai city. Relax with their pool access and nearby Carrefour helps it all. Highly recommend this Hotel for a staycation for a day stay. Affordable price is just cherry on top!!

I loved the place .. not crowded and u could find room on sameday.The lobby is not big but beautiful.The hotel is built in modern style and decoration.The room was neat, the smell was good.I recommended the administration to provide bathrub for the guests.

I am posting this comment at 2:30 am, you can imagine my frustration. Actually I have reserved 4 rooms here, and 3 rooms were good and 1 room smells like a smoking room even tho it is a non smoking room and later they gave me another room. Then later when I wanted to access the pool, it was closed 1 hour before than the actual time. Then at 1 am the AC wasn’t working and I tried calling reception from 1 am till 1:30 am but he never picked up my call. Then I went down to the reception and it was like a 1 man show. Only 1 guy at the reception and he said he is helpless ? Then to whom I should talk ? After they send a guy to repair the AC as it’s filter was compliant. And now at around 2:30 am, it started cooling a little bit. This is my worst experience ever 👎🏻…I wont suggest this hotel never again for sure.

I was on a short business trip to Dubai, i was looking for budget options in general, so I chose this hotel... The rate was very good, and my agent recommended the place.I stayed for 2 nights, and i booked a deluxe double room with breakfast.Check in was easy and quick, staff were welcoming and friendly.The room and the hotel in general was very clean and tidy... It was a decent 4 stars hotel, and value was higher than the paid money.The room was spacious, bed was ver comfy, all amenities that I needed was available.The only downside of my stay was 2 minor things:1. Breakfast, it wasnt as i like it to be... But again, it wasnt expensive at all, almost equivalent to the price of a tall americano at Starbucks... So no big deal, unless you really value your breakfast meal l, i recommend skip breakfast at the hotel and go somewhere out or order a delivery (they allow food deliveries).2. Not sure why the room door and the toilet door were stuck to a certain limit... But again, minor matter!Overall, if you are are looking to have a place to spend your night at and then go outside to do your business or tourism... This is the perfect option.... If you are looking for a luxury resort to spend time at it, i say skip!

The treatment is very elegant and good from the hotel workers, they take us into account the time you arrive at and they care the time you go out, the price is very good, a special greeting to the Egyptian worker (yahia) who is at the reception because he is the one who made me love to go to this hotel in his very elegant dealing ,he did not make us need anything and he was fulfilling all requests with respect, under my visit to this hotel more than once. Thanks to him, I would like to thank him and also thank the manager for his understanding of us when we asked him to extend the checkout time yesterday.In the end, we approved this hotel on our visit to Dubai and i advised my friends about it so they all go to it and I have not heard from them any negative about this hotel and When I see a positive thing,I must praise for it,thanks.

Food was good. Room service was good. Non Smoking floor had smell of tobacco. With some guests kept doors open and smoke smell was felt; thus did early checkout. Not sure how the management policy works to separate the smoker guest rooms from non smoker guest rooms, especially when at checkin the FO staff asks for smoking or non smoking. 🤔

Let me tell you some thing i have been to alot of hotels in Dubai trust me i have never been in a hotel like this - the smell in the room amazinggg they have amazing air freshners, the water in the bathroom has strong flow and hot water is also enough.. The beds are sooo comfortable i had a 10 hour sleep last night ❤️ the lobby is clean aswellThe thing i was most impressed was the staff, Ms Deanne and Ms Li from the front office wer the easiest people on earth they even asked me about my stay before leaving... The manager there Mr Yahya is such an approachable personality very fast room service...I really didnt feel that im in the UAE i felt like im somewhere else the location is amazing far from the City the rooms are very nicely sound proofThankyou soo much Ms Deanne, Ms li, and Mr Yahya ❤️ this hotel is geting amazing reviews only because of these 3 people they are really the reason i will choose to stay here again.... Great new and modern 4-star hotel. Quite a find in Dubai. The S-class among Dubai’s hotels.Little bid out of the cluttered high-rise area of downtown this hotel is really incredible.It gives all of the amenities of a pool and restaurant, but is incredible inexpensive (110 AED). It is only one year old, clean and modern and blows most other hotels in Dubai out of the water.Highly recommendable!A great find?If you have a car it is perfect and everything is up to snuff. Really great, anything a hotel should be.

Avoid this hotel at all cost !!! I wanted to enjoy my last days chilling at the swimming pool but the day after my check in, I got informed that the swimming pool was closed for some maintenance issue. So I asked if they were offering some alternative, any transfer to another hotel or compensation, but the manager’s answer was absolutely unprofessional : « if you are not satisfied you can leave and I will refund you « I have never never experienced such rudeness ever ! What a shame service !!First when I checked in, no one even informed me about this swimming pool issue and when I complaint about it, I almost got kicked out ! Is this a way to treat your customers ??? Solving a problem should be your priority but instead of that you kick us out ??? It’s fine I’m not staying one minute more !Thank you for turning my last days into a nightmare. One advice change the manager otherwise you will loose every single customer!! Regarding the hotel itself, it is out of no where ! Rooms are Ok, so the least you can do is to have a Great customer service !

Rude stuff, bad communication. . Also, they called for asking if I want to extend and I kept waiting for two hours and when I went outside they start calling me asking for extension while I told them 3 times.No iron at the room. No slippers. No dryer.

This is what happened in brief !!I used to like my stay there until one of the staff there stole my diamond ring !!!I was there for Eid vacation and when I finished my stay and was heading back home I forgot my diamond ring in the room where is used to stay and i on my way back to AbuDhabi (i live there ) I remembered that I forgot my ringI called the receptionist and she informed that they will search for it after 8 minutes i got a call from here stating that they couldn’t find the ring i told her i am coming back on my way and it’s better to find it otherwise i will call the policeAfter 30 minutes i got a call from the duty manger and he was super helpful he said we will check for you again . By the time I reached the hotel he told me that they were not able to find my ring .i went up to the room i used to stay and i found my ring hidden under the tea table and the manger seen by his own eyes that the ring was placed there by someone, he promised he will take an action but honestly that was a horrible experience for me i will never stay there again . They stole my ring and when i made a scene i found it .

The front office manager Magdi his not professional the first day we did the check in and they give us only 2 keys for the first room and the second room one key and we have requested for one more key they said we have only one upon check out they inform me that I lose one key and they will charge me for this key I have spoke with front office incharge but his not polite and he said I m busy I have things to do very disappointed from this manager and we will never come back

Nothing you can comment negatively about the Shotel. In all aspects they were superb. My family is on Abu Dhabi and my work is in Dubai. So Im staying 3-4 days in a week since JULY 2020 till present due to COVID restrictions in Dubai - Abu Dhabi border. Since then, SHOTEL became my 2nd home and never they fail my expectations. Highly recommended to all! I will grab this opportunity to say big thanks to Ms. Liezel for her kind assistance as always including Mr. Faheem and to the rest of the team.

V nice and new hotel

Worse hotel I’ve made, I advise against it if you want to work run away. I came to Dubai to telework and came across a very unpleasant PAVAN staff. Moreover, we come to disturb you in FULL MEETING!!!! It’s shameful and really unprofessional. In addition, my room has not been made for 2 days, we went out at 10:00 and came back at 10:00 the bed was not made.

Nice location away from the busy city and quick access to my city center for groceries and quick shopping. Clean and comfortable room. Simple and tasty breakfast was delivered to my room. Friendly staff thanks for Liezel for helping me out with check out. Special thanks for Mr. Subash for welcoming me with a warm smile and making my stay memorable. I stayed in June 2019 for two weeks and enjoyed it so much that I plan to return. I upgraded my room to a balcony suite for the second week (not recommended in the full heat of August!). The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive and helped to explain the modern lighting controls and Do Not Disturb function for my door. They made my whole stay really special. I love food and usually struggle to find vegan options but the buffet breakfast was vast in its array so I found that to be a delight. The lobby Restaurant, Baker & Spis ice, was exceptional. Delicious, healthy food, fabulous smoothies and the staff were passionate about their service. Wonderful. I do recommend watching the sun set by the pool as the lighting creates such a special ambiance. (The complimentary shuttle buses were a great bonus.) I look forward to going back and seeing how this new area is developing and to experience this hotel and awesome staff again.
