Excellent facility. great value for money. room size was big. 2 bedroom apartment had2 extra large bathrooms and a small bathroom. kitchen hall etc too were big and had all necessary items.many restaurants are nearby. will stay there again.

I really appreciate to house keeping. Jamal and Buddha they are every day cleaning my room and belonging arranging properly. And always keep my clean and tidy I proud to them. And hotel location is good and swimming pool and gym is very nice.and hotels everything is very nice

Their dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are both superb! There were enough options to choose from. The location is accessible from the Union metro station when commuting. Their staff were friendly and accommodating. The room rate is affordable and worth it. This hotel is highly recommended specially for those who are looking for a budget friendly accommodation.

Nice hotel, but 1) poor service at the reception from one female employee. 2) an aggressive employee at the parking lot in B2 with a white shirt, who started to quarrel with me because I cleaned the car windows with water. I told him, in 3 hours the water from the floor would be gone because of the heat. He continued to go after me. 1) The lady refused to change one 200 dh bill to two 100 dh bills in an impolite manner: no change. You cant change a 200 dh bill? Later on very professional employees changed the money because we needed to pay the delivery driver who could not change. Thank you. 3) The breakfast, except to the Indian food is not that good. Coffee is bad, just filter coffee and there is no possibility to have an espresso or cappuccino like in 2 or 3 star hotels in Europe :-(. Just toast bread slices and Arabian bread. The chef who cooks the omelets seems to be a bit stressed. The omletes by the way are not fresh made but from a box convenience food :-(. 4) The waiters are very, very friendly. The lobby is great, rooms are fantastic too. 5) Swimming pool is small but nice to have and the small gym is well equipped with technogym. 6) Parking space is available for free. Phantastic. A) We would recommend the hotel, but not the whole breakfast. B) The employee with the white shirt in the parking lot needs training. The unfriendly employee at the reception too. We would come back again, if not another unfriendly employee is looking for quarrels in the next days. The hotel employees should tell the guests to wear their masks, especially in the elevator!! Egyptians and guests from Central Asia had it over the chin only.

Fantastic location with underground parking. I used the focus restaurant for a meal with family. Although the restaurant offers buffet, they have the option of ala carte as well which we used. The service and pricing was great. The dishes were freshly prepared and there were generous portions. The desserts were yummy and had massive portions. We shall be visiting again.

THE STAFF IN THIS HOTEL IS RUDE AND UNWELCOMING. They cancelled our confirmed hotel booking without advisory because they became fully-booked. When we arrived at the hotel, their staff specifically the manager, ALI, was very rude and sent us away. My family and I came all the way from Abu Dhabi. This was a very frustrating experience. We stayed for 12 nights. Some of the staff where really kind and helpful, siddique at reception is very understanding and generous the staff in the restraunt are all very nice. However the maintance in the rooms and room service was horrible. Almost everday we where giving dirty bedsheets, disgusting towles infact used towels and the carpets and sofas in the rooms where not clean with lots of stains and dirt. The rooms service to get new bedsheets and towels aswell as soap would take atleast 10min or more to recive them.

We book buffet table for 9pm. but unfortunately, we came almost 11:30 already as we the meeting we went end up late. but hopefully next time we will reach early here so we can try their thursday dinner buffet which is very afordable,cost 49dirhams only.only here at hyatt recency, focus restaurant

Stuff are very busy, I stayed for 3 nights without cleaning my room, lady at front desk was very rude when i asked to to call the manager for me, she said: Im the manager here!But i insisted to speak to him. Then he came to me, In fact he was very nice guy he called room service immediately and they cleaned my room after that & Apologised.

Bad experience.. myself, my wife could not able to sleep whole night. Little one got red marks on face right after we lay on bed to sleep. We have to check out early morning because of that issue. When i informed this to reception they have given very casual response.Highly not recommended

Staff was so disengaged. Hotel facilities tired and need refurbishing. Breakfast had few choices and poor quality. For the price paid, that was expected I guess but for the brand, youd expect better from the staff. They were so uninterested to assist. There are so many hoteliers without a job at the moment youd think youd be more grateful...

Extremely poor service, they kept me waiting for 1 hour for my luggage, when I asked the receptionist said we are busy with other things!We booked 2 rooms and both were not that clean, we asked for non smoking rooms, but the room was stinking, Customer server is extremely poor and too late, breakfast does not have options, very basic and poor.I suggest not to waste money here!

One of the highly accessible hotels to the traditional markets and also easily accessible to metro station. Al Ghurair Center and Azhar Al Madina are easily accessible gir quick shopping before leaving to Dubai Airport which is also close by.

Beautiful environment and of course sumptuous meals. The staff are polite but I didnt like the fact that check in was extended to 5pm without proper communication and we needed a room with a washing machine as displayed on the website but unfortunately we didnt get a room with a washing machine but after several attempts we were finally given a room with a washing machine on our 6th day in the hotel. Also they observe COVID-19 protocol everywhere around the Hotel.

Extremely extremely poor service provided, trust me saying this as experience, im an usual traveller to dubai, every month i stay atlest 8-10Days for my business visits, but this hyatt palace is worst to stay, especially [SONAM] calls her self as manager, but they have to learn a lot about hotel management & and how to talk to an customer, every day i extend my booking via makemytrip or agoda.com, every day they tell me we have not received ur booking pay us at the front desk, instead where i have paid 100% amount via makemytrip/agoda, they tell they are third party, then y do you list your hotels on third party websites? Rooms are clean & cleaning staff is good, only problem is the reception which is worst, i dont recommended any on to go through this hectic procedure to confirm there booking then check in, daily you can see atlest 2-3 people fighting just for the booking confirmation.. hyatt should take people who work or expertise in hotel industry, like sheraton or marriot, where we feel the actual hospitality provided by them.. i deeply suggest hyatt to look into there reception people,, thanks
