It use to be a fantastic place pre covid. But now seems hardly they have any staff to meet and greet.. We had to wait for valet to come, than it was all deserted

Awesome awesome experience. The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was top notch. I literally don’t think I’ve ever seen a better staff who genuinely go out there way to make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Definitely coming back to stay again.

Extremely nice, clean, and elegant hotel to stay in. The staff is super sweet and helpful. They run to fulfil your requests. The breakfast buffet is very nice and fresh, and you can even order fresh egg varieties from the menu (included in the breakfast). Couldnt recommend it enough. Super pleasant experience, and will definitely stay again when in the city.

This is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. This is one of those hotels who bank on their best service to their guests. Staff are very friendly.They have beautiful rooms and amenities. I was lucky to have met Natalie from the events team as we have been eyeing to have our trainings here. The meeting rooms look good with wonderful view outside.Oh… the food is great! 😁🥰Hope to visit the hotel again soon!

The stay was excellent. The property was lovely. Our room was spacious and cozy.Special shout out to Chef Joby for his professionalism & kindness ( thanks for taking care of our little kid).

Great location for accessing all of Dubai whilst still being off the mad crowds. No beaches and swimming pool is small. Service across the board is exquisite as are the rooms although they could do with some sprucing up given how quickly properties age in the region. Just one in house restaurant where options are narrow but acceptable. Breakfast is the highlight especially for those feeling adventurous and wanting to try the Indian items and the other a la carte hot food. Fish curry from the lunch/dinner menu is a must try! Avoid the Indian style pizzas. Rest of the stuff are all above average.Aside from this, theres a super (and very lively + busy) Izakaya type of place where prices are reasonable and service is fast & friendly. Didnt try the other non in-house restaurant though its a franchise of Punjab Grill. Expect its decent.

I had a very nice stay.I had an issue during the check in.However Mr. Mohamed with emarati kandora at the reception took a swift action and I enjoyed my stay with them. Thanks a lot.

I must say the hospitality was 10/10 , I felt like a king at the hotel,initially I had one night stay but I extended it to 3 more nights just because of the overall experience . Iv stayed at most expensive hotels around the world with very little experience but this one was just out of the world. I got an upgrade with burj khalifa view. The hotel is so clean especially the view from the bathtub. Mustapha and rohan were great help, thank you guys I will come back again 10/10 😘

Oberoi service is exemplary and must say even staying in hotels for more than 20 years all over the world I have not experienced this level of service. You really know service when something goes wrong. Something did go wrong and the duty manager Mrinal Sharma went out of his way to make sure everything was put right for us and more! I was ready to move out but it was his exceptional care to repair what was wrong that made us stay back!

I came to Dubai solo for a solo get away and My stay at the Oberoi was phenomenal thank you so much to the staffs for making my stay perfect they was super professional, friendly, helpful with all my needs. The room I stayed in was big and spacious and super clean, the food was delicious I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely be back thank you :)

Oberois rooms and staff are at top level in quality standards. This is a true 5 stars hotel. Water included in the room everybody is accomodating and helpful in everything. The pool is amazing quiet and clean. I changed my hotel to see different parts of Dubai but if i could i would go back. Thanks to all the staff you were amazing! Helped us with taxi as we had a stroller everytime we were shopping i suggest everyone to try the experience. They also prepared a surpriseas was our honeymoon.If you need an hotel in business bay dont look any further is 10 min of taxi from dubai mall approx 12-15 aed.

We tried six other hotels, all in the five-star category, and this is the only one we loved. Excellent rooms. Excellent food. Excellent service. A true 5-star hotel. Unless youre staying at the Burj Al-Arab or Anantara, this is where you should be.

The hotel looks amazing! Its located in nice area of Business Bay, very close to Downtown Dubai. I have visited amazing Nine7One restaurant and also bar at the pool. In both places food and drinks were really nice. I like a lot the pool, from it You can see Burj Khalifa. The food was served in a really nice way. The staff is super friendly.

Its a peaceful place .. but the service has become too slow .. the food could have been better and the humidity on the outdoor sitting just makes it a tough affair to sit after 45 to 50 min ...

Breakfast was just above average, room service was good ,hotel doesnt allow guests not even your family who visits you .staff at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast,service, hotel policy, staff all I covered this all you need to know. When there was occupancy an Indian lady staff at reception helped me out for burj khalifa view .

Also i am greatful for the hôtel that decorated my 2 rooms with flowers and balloons when we were celebrating our wedding Anniversary.. Such a wonderful great place to celebrate your special occasion s.. I can’t skip complementing the cleaning services.. It was non stop any time a day upon your demand.. Last and not the least the room and the bath you gonna love it the most with its amazing view❤️

It is a 5 stars hotel situated in the middle of Dubai with a nice view to downtown and burj Khaleefa area . The team is very friendly and the service is excellent . Also they have large rooms for conference in case companies are planning to do some events. The room size is fair and very well decorated . They have nice area for breakfast and a nice bar .

It was quite puzzling to reach the venue pool side in the hotel. There werent anybody to guide and it was confusing. The food wasnt up to the taste and quality of 5 star standard.

My family and I traveled to Dubai for the first time in March 2021. I have nothing but praises for Oberoi and its staff. We were treated like majesty. The rooms were spacious and all safety protocols were followed throughout the property. Views of Burj Khalifa were exceptional from the rooms and the lobby. I will want to name a few staff members that truly made an impression for us, F&B Manager, Anthony and Som, are heroes. Looking for Indian hospitality, book Oberoi now. Look no further. Both went above and beyond in getting us comfortable. They made sure that our food preferences were observed and special food was made available to us based on our dietary preferences. I will certainly want to go back to Dubai and stay in Oberoi. I have my father in law visiting Oberoi soon just because my wife is all about Oberoi brand now.

This is a 5 star hotel in Business Bay Dubai, the oberoi hotel is connected to the oberoi tower which is a commercial tower. Connected and sharing common basement parkings but access is with different high speed elevators. Parking is paid parking for everyone unless you’re a guest or dining or shopping from any of the restaurants or outlets on the 1st floor then you can get your parking ticket stamped. Checking in process take very long time from the frond desk team. Room was big enough but furniture was very simple and no fancy things inside the room. Room charge was acceptable and good but still i was expecting more from Oberoi

I don’t know why everyone is bragging about this hotel. Maybe they haven’t stayed in other 5-star hotels and know the standards. Very disappointed with Oberoi having spent previous nights in Shangri-La downtown.No friendliness anywhere round the hotel, nobody saying hi or welcome. Housekeeping turned up to our room 1 hr after check in and helped themselves into our room while my wife and I was resting...seriously Oberoi! Having complained I walked away in a bad mood having felt nothing was really done or they didn’t understand the seriousness of it. The upside was the bathroom...it was the only highlight of the hotel, very spacious and exquisite with two basins and a free standing bathtub. Also this hotel is awkward to get to and feels like the middle of nowhere. So can’t walk anywhere to local cafes and shops with any sort of vibe.

This hotel is more than 5 star hotel. It has amazing view to Birj Khaifa, nice and clean room, exceptional services, great breakfast with the variety of choices (Indian, Lebanese and etc), swimming pool and convinient location (metro and Burj Khalifa is in walking distance). Consider for your stay in Dubai.

Hotel as a whole is just perfect, starting with the luxurious suite we took , to the view, the service, comfy beds, breakfast, taxi service to the reception. It was a great holiday... we enjoyed our stay... thank you so much, expensive but worth every $$$

Amazing Covid precautions! They sanitized bags on arrival and had proper precautions at the restaurant.A few minor hiccups at the beginning of our stay but the staff really turned it around for us! They made us feel welcomed and at home.The servers were phenomenal. They really went above and beyond.Some amenities in the room are a bit dated (light switches, tv, hair dryer) but not terrible.Must visit!

What can I say, but absolutely amazing!! From my arrival to departure! The staff and service was exceptional! Friendly and helpful service, always with a smile. Arrived 2 days after my birthday, entered my room to find Rose petals laid out on my bed, balloons, a birthday cake, candles and matches and even a towel cake!! Breakfast was absolutely amazing, the only problem I had was that I couldn’t fit in all the beautiful food on offer...service at breakfast was also great. The staff couldn’t do enough to help... Absolutely Amazing!!! I will definitely be back, just sad my trip was so short to Dubai..Thank you everyone at The Oberoi for making my stay so unforgettable ❤️

Service is good, staff very nice, public stead of the hotel are well kept. Rooms appear to be old but the bed is super comfortable. A distinct lack of power points in the room is frustrating as is the lack of iron and ironing board. Even when it came, Ive not seen such an ancient iron in years!!Its a nice hotel and I would go back but I found it a little below the very high standards Ive come to expect having stayed in Oberoi properties in India
