We took the family ocean view 2 bedroom apartment. Its spacious and neat. Loved the swimming pool with mini fountains and jacuzzi. The beach has amazing view over the palm and JBR buildings.

The place was very quiet and peaceful. The staff are welcoming and very friendly.We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with private pool. We very much liked the apartment and the privacy of the pool.The apartment was outside the hotel next to the main entrance that supersized us we thought it will be next to the beach but it was fine with us the walking distance from the apartment to the beach through the lobby is not long. The breakfast was very nice and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly.Katerina prepared a surprise for us since it was a birthday of one of us and we really liked that surprise.

Spent a good part of the day by the pool. I arrived around 10am and stayed until 3pm. It was perfect. The guys taking care of the pool were super nice and the wait staff helping with drinks and food were also very friendly.I think because it’s summer, the pool was on the emptier side which was great. One side of the pool was mainly empty.The drinks were very good and the food was alright. I’m definitely going back and would love to do a staycation in the property.

Beautifull and classy lounge/cafe. The staff is super nice and they play not to loud music. So If you want to go somewhere more quiet this is a nice place. Food is good and the hotel itself ofcourse is amazing.

Booked the two bedroom apartment with private pool, there is not much privacy only a curtain around the pool!!The rooms were very very old with no renovation at all! All furniture is old!When you go to check in you’ll be shocked that a 5 star hotel closes it’s lights in the lobbyThe breakfast was all reheated a several times because it reached us like rocks (croissants and eggs Benedict)They didn’t allow any extra time at 12:00 pm at check out like we paid all this money to the garbage we got.

Firoz was extremely helpful in our room service, he always satisfied us with his services and the remaining team was just as helpful. Mohan was exceptional with his service in the dining area , very passionate and worthy of 5* service.Thank you so much everyone for giving us a very enjoyable stay !

Nice hotel even if its a bit small. Quite and very clean with a nice beach. WhatbI didnt like: you have to pay fir every drink even water!!! Water they should really offer for free, especially with this heat. Never had a 5 star hotel without water for free.

Worst 5 Star Hotel i know.Start with the only good thing, nice location.Go to the Bad things.- Staff dont know what to do(only 2 friendly concierge people)- Managment is a total joke because they dont know how to deal as a gentlemen with complaints, rude and not solving anything- Rooms are very old!- Price is ok, but not for services and places like this.Never again, BIG WARNING TO ALL!! STAY AWAY!!

I had bad experience, i was doing chauffeur with one of my vvip Guest, he was staying at kempinski, and i was standby there for all day, i couldnt able to move out of the palm to have tea /coffee, i was very tired, since i requested one of your concierge to have some refresh from your staff caffe, but he didnt respond for that, just neglected my request, we all working for hospitality industry, we serve to our guest, and we all humen being, but not every one being humen

We use the pool for Privilee and we always enjoy it. The staff are amazing! So attentive and friendly. The hotel is of course beautiful with immaculate grounds and beautiful palm views from the beach side. Shisha is really nice and not too overpriced like most hotels.

Staff was polite and outdoor are gorgeous. Suite was decent and the view breathtaking.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with great views from both side of the palm. The hotel rooms and amenities are plentiful but the hotel looks outdated. I can say that this hotel for a one time visit for anyone who wants to experience palm Jumeirah attractions in on go.

We went for a Pool and Beach day with Kids. It’s a perfect place to unwind and relax, staff is super friendly and professional.

One of the most things I liked about the Hotel is the Staff, they are friendly always smiling and helpful. especially at the reception desk, They made the check-in and check-out process very smooth and very quick. I visited the hotel with my family and we booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the apartment was exceptionally spacious with a very nice and big terrace.

Really a palace! Such a nice hotel! We were there maybe a year ago and until now can’t forget how great the bed is! Maybe for some it’s silly but for me extremely important! In some hotels just can’t sleep, but here... you even can choose pillows from 5 or so different types. Restaurants super good specially for stakes. Not crowded which is perfect for relaxation

The service by the pool is ruining the entire impression about the hotel. The worst service ever. I have been coming here every 2nd month. Every time is worse than the previous. Ain’t coming back. It’s a total disappointment!

Kempinski Hotel & residences is a perfect home, away from home relaxing and rejuvinating experience, with the best in its class family accommodation. Generally Kempinski Residences are good villas. But due to location there are cons: 1.Limited parking space. If in you own more than 2 cars then this place is out of consideration.2. Furnishing if semi victorian style, maybe for some people prefer that, but for me its big no.

The WiFi works well every 02 hours.Apartments are large and comfortable.However, lacks of maintenance. The building are need painting and fixing.Emerald Palace were declared bankruptcy?Only the residential building is running by the Hotel Management.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel! The hotel manager from Switzerland is very nice and tries everything to make the guests feel welcome. We enjoyed a wonderful service - what a great staff! The pool is wonderful and very suitable for kids and our room was very large. The kids enjoyed playing at the fountains and they also loved the playground next to the pool. We will be back!

There is lack of tranquility in the rooms, and a lot of disturbance from construction noise that has been going on for a year. They really need to sort this out before legal action is taken.

Its in an excellent location by view. Most of the rooms have excellent Seaview and others have the view of inner palm leaf waterview.. Theres an excellent walkway throughout the seashore in front of the hotel.

My family spent 10 days in this amazing hotel in February. We stayed at room # 522(ocean view) and #413 (Palm view). Ocean view is amazing, and Palm view is very quiet.We are most impressed with staffs from front desk, concierge, Brunello restaurant, and sales team.Overall every one is friendly. We had a very pleasant stay. Will come back.Spent an excellent day at the Kempinski, booked Friday brunch with beach and pool access the sun beds were very comfortable and towels luxurious.Brunch was the best I have had, dined on the terrace, service from Joseph and Islam was excellent, friendly without being too fussy. Food was off the scale, we booked the drinks package and the wine freely flowed, food presentation was first class. If your looking for brunch options make the Kempinski your first choice. I’ll be back later this year. Thanks to all the staff working for making my last day in Dubai so special. Will hope to come back soon :)

Excellence in every detail. Expectations were by far exceeded in this very special times. The staff did go the extra mile in every aspect to make us feel welcome. For the hotel itself, no more needs to be said about its greatness, luxury and comfort. Many did this before. As for all the moaners who did complain about missing welcome drinks, such a cheap effort simply would not match the style of the house.

One of the unique and elegent vectorian hotel, amazing staff, good room service. You well enjoy both sides sea view of the hotel, perfect for a family holiday.

The afternoon tea had nice small treats but some were too simple for such a luxurious hotel. The service was good. There were around 8 types of tea (one was missing). There was live music but too loud for my taste. Overall, it was nice.

What a hotel, and then some. From the magnificent setting on the Palm to the incredibly luxurious fixtures to the always friendly staff, this hotel felt like a little piece of paradise.Room (overlooking Skyline) was very spacious, and comfortable as well as spotless. Had all the facilities required. Bathroom includes all the amenities and could not find fault. The breakfast was definitely a highlight to each day. Fresh food and non stop selection with everything being tasty and held in beautiful rooms. Hotel included free, fast, WiFi and fantastic pool and a little bit of a beach, which was just the right size as did not feel overcrowded and each guest has their space. Every single member of staff always had a smile on their face and were friendly.We did not want to leave the hotel and for sure this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, or even making a trip to Dubai just to stay in this hotel.
