This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

Please dont book online and the reception is the worst they only want to charge you, wont hear your complaints. Hygiene problem... Dont try out it will be a waste of money.

The best budget hotel experience for me. Clean room, friendly staff, lots to do re lounges, restaurants & Shiesha cafe’s. I would recommend to families keeping in mind it can be slightly awkward at times. But if your on a budget it’s great. Location wise slightly far away from the mall of Dubai. But a good decent hotel and the low price hey you can’t complain. I hope to the stay there again. Thank you to everyone there.

Room was dusty, doesnt look like it was deep cleaned(sanitized) and then sealed for arrival as per WHO and DOH requirements, there was trash from previous occupants still in the room. AC did not work and the temperature could not be set cold enough so I stayed in a sauna due to the heat, only thing that helped was a window slightly open when the wind actually blew.

WORST HOTEL AND MANAGEMENT !!!!Staying here since last 15 days, and AC not working properly, cleaning worst, no proper bedsheet changes regularly, bathroom water blockage and today they denied they dont have bathroom towel to give. And nobody will listen to you. DONT EVER GO!!!

Worst to worst hotel. When I entered into room , bathroom was dirty. Atleast they should provide Clean room & bathroom at the time of check-in.1. Service is very poor.2. AC doesnt work. May be they use central AC & when you asked to increase or decrease temperature they will tell that it is working properly.3. They provide water bottle only first day. Later they dont provide anything.4. Bathroom is old style.5. Lights are very low in room.6. No balcony.7. Rooms telephone doesnt work.8. For everything, you will have to go on reception otherwise they dont care about people.So overall we can say that its not a good hotel for stay.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed you’ll find most of them were unprofessional,rooms were like no amenities at all broken window,faded glass,creeping bed,dirty furnishing,lowd music all over the hotel they don’t care whether the guest is inside the room from roof top to the ground floor you’ll hear the music of the restaurant bar’s I asked them for a room change but they said it will be tomorrow later on there was no follow up no lobby assistance no bell boy service the only service they do is inside the restaurant for walk-in guests and extra mile guest they’ll allow a women’s who wears a swim suits but not a men who’s wearing a night shot with tees inside the hotel insisting the guest no to wear such an awkward unprofessional behavior by few staff especially FOH they care for walk-in guest assisting to bar and restaurant not for the in house guest ...finally worst experience first and last ..to palm beach hotel

I couldnt sleep in the morning because of the noise of cars, the room was smelly when I entered, I requested for a extra pilla which wasnt given. I asked for separate bed but they didnt do anything. there was no match whith the photos they posted on social media. it was a very bad experience 😔

I was there at Palm Beach for 3 nights. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the kind of variety they served for breakfast. I was a little bit irritated by the lifts ting sound its constant and after some time gets unbearable. If you could take care of that this place is an absolute delight. Affordable and nice.

Dont book this hotel! The AC was not working properly in our room, the charging plugs were not working as well.Breakfast is just ok. If you like the location of this hotel you can find better hotels nearby. If you are travelling as a tourist, this place is too far from all the attractions. It gets noisy at night because of the loud music from their nightclub. Very less facilities.

I had to book this hotel at the last minute because the other hotel I booked 3 months before was cancelled due to computer glitch. I was worried because of where the hotel was in Old Dubai compared to nicer hotels and neighborhood of new Dubai. It is No Ritz Carlton but the staff here treats you like you are there. They are very respectful, they follow through on all requests and I felt comfortable for the 8 days I stayed there. Very nice staff.

It was good stay at Palm Beach Hotel. I have been stayed earlier also here but This was my first visit with my family. The location is excellent, the food is ok & have many options in breakfast but I think they need to improve more in options in breakfast as mostly time repeated in every 2 days and toliet flush which is every old systemRooms are neat & clean but taps in washroom need to be fix properly as it was leaking on the floor some times. The staff behavior is very good & helpful. I didnt face any issues there & my family was also happy & satisfied. My room was on 4th floor so didnt heard any noise from the clubs in Hotel. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks For Reception Staff for their support

This hotel is situated in Bur Dubai in a good location. BUT THE STAFF IS NOT COURTEOUS ENOUGH EVEN TO PROVIDE A GLASS OF WATER TO TAKE A MEDICINE BY A SENIOR CITIZEN. ALSO THERE IS DAMPNESS IN ROOM WALLS AND NO TEA KIT ETC PROVIDED IN ROOMS

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldnt have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I dont give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

This is the worst hotel that ive ever visited, the room has a bad smell, pillow case were not changed, carpet is dirty, no provided water even, no things and all, so uncomfortable to sleep in, and when i gave back the key one of the staff there i guess hes a manager he didnt even look at me i was waiting him to say something but but nothing, i just left the hotel with bad mood. And one more thing they dont have free parking, so we paid to the hotel..

The rooms were not that sanitised. There was period blood on the bathroom floor behind the toilet which they never cleaned. I think the walls were also peeling and there was this smell. However the food was great but once again the elevator seemed really dangerous, it closes on people way too fast.

Actually google has provide 1 star for low level quality but I am giving in minus stars in very very poor service... I am a dubai tour guide and when I went there for pick my guest so security was very rude behaving with me for parking and when asked to reception so couldn’t get proper reply and avoiding me for provide answer about guests..... very bad and worst hotel ever... Worst experience of my life. Will not recommend to stay in this hotel. Things in the room dont work and they handover rooms without full check than you waste your time and energy chasing them. Reception attends call and forgets the issue to send some one specially the lady on the reception. Will recommend not to select this hotel if you are coming in a group tour and first check the rooms before they ask you to move which I made a mistake by moving in on trusting our tour manager.After I posted this review I got a threat call from Mr. VALERIAN staff at the palm beach resort. Stayed here for almost a week, and by the end it almost felt like home. Clean, decent, good wifi, good service. It is present in an area which is easily connected to every part of the city and the staff are extremely helpful. Had a pleasant stay here. Thank you to the entire management.

Im not showing my hatred to this hotel intentionally, but i am going to say the facts which i have faced during my booking into this hotel,1 - Blanket was clean, but it seems they are using it since 1990, its damaged by cigarette fire in one part of it,2 - Slippers are not in the rooms, and they charge me 10 AED per slipper, WHAT A KIND OF CHEAPNESS3 - Toilet was damaged and i called reception to send technician and he fixed it, BUT PLEASE DONT RENT YOUR ROOMS IF THEIR TOILETS DAMAGEDThey Are treating customers like a number of CASH or like they are homeless, AWFUL STAFF , and its the worst hotel ever in world i have seen

One of the worst hotel in Bur dubai. Dont book hotel, Bed bucks are there and hotel services is very bad.

Reception staff not very friendly and whilst checking in someone speaking the lady’s own language interrupted us and she just went ahead and helped them, leaving me just standing there. Room is spacious enough but bedding and toweling very old with holes in. I don’t know if I was stuck next to a maintenance room but the door was opened and closed every few minutes and people were practically screaming at each other all the time and dragging chairs around constantly even at 24h00. Not a pleasant experience and would most certainly not recommend
