Booked two rooms for two nights, the room was available by 0200pm, we reached by 1230pm. waited for 90mts but its fine, cant complain. the reception staff (male, sorry forgot his name, Mr. Nahim or so) gave me two welcome drinks, thanks for the gesture. The room was clean and comfortable. Room no 641 aircon was not able to turn off, so my daughter who doesnt need AC moved to 644. Water pressure in the shower could be better. The iron box was in good shape, normally I find the iron box in bad shape. Room service was efficient. Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and will surely come back but i prefer to wait less for the checkin.

Booked two rooms for two nights. We arrived at 1245pm and waited until 2pm to receive the rooms. Cant complain as the checkin time is 3pm. IBIS rooms are cozy, free.from any frills and value for the money. Room was clean and with a safe and fridge. Overall happy with our stay. Breakfast was reasonably good and overall all went fine.

Shower is small and water pressure is poor. The room is a bit small. These are the reasons it isn’t 5 stars. The hotel gets a 5/5 for cleanliness. This place is amazingly clean. The staff is polite and prompt with requests. The security is present and paying attention and effective. Who ever is running this hotel is doing a fantastic job! Also, side note the other guests are friendly. It’s created an atmosphere where the guest are relaxed, and it shows in how they interacted with me.

Stayed here with my mother for almost 4 months due to travel restrictions going back home but definitely i would recommend this hotel! Accessible to essentials and transportation especially Metro🚇 Walking distance to mall 🤩⭐️ The front desk officers are very accommodating & hospitable. The security personnels are welcoming and helpful, very safe place even the housekeeping staff is very good at cleaning and accommodating in our needs. Food and beverage are also good 😊Thank you! Had my sons 3rd birthday last weekend and it was an amazing experience. The food was excellent, generous portions and affordable. I would like to extend my gratitude to Vijo who was very helpful from day 1. Also to Nicanor, the chef for satisfying our tummy with delicious food. And for the rest of the team, thank you very much for accommodating us. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends and relatives. You made my sons birthday a memorable one. 💙

This is a business hotel i.e., no frills. But has a coffee shop (Caribou Coffee) at the doorstep, a usual in-house coffee house that serves breakfast/lunch/dinner. Location is great, very lively and a broad walkway separating the busy street and the hotel pavement.View from rooms are limited. Rooms are compact but extremely functional. Bathroom is slightly smaller than expected.

The food is great and also the service. They are all nice and very hospitable. Will come back again 😊

Its a great place to stay with good budget deals. The security guard Gazi helped alot in getting my covid test printed and carrying my luggage.

Kaim’ErandaHad dinner at Lounge Cafe with their Filipino food theme every Thursday and the food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is amazingly the best. Kaim has the best customer service. It’s our first time here and definitely not the last.
