Horrible 👎We checked in very, and immediately we arrived in the room, notice the sheets were toned and stain, same was informed to the reception to give us another room as we will only stay for a couple of hours and my fiance will catch the flight very early but he said it was their only room, also there was no water in the room, the response was they dont provide water.After when I took my fiance to the airport, I came back to relax and requested a late checkout, at least 1 pm for me to sleep before leaving, the response was they have so many arrivals for the day. My request cant be granted.Anyway, its my first and last visit but I cant recommend this kind of experience.

Nothing very bad stayDisliked · Smelly sheets in the room. Very rude Moroccan guy at the reception wanted to take extra 75dirham becauseI check out late, threatening me to call the police. Because an hr I was late, although I requested late check out. Didn’t apologise refused to call the manager for me.police didn’t come because he was in the wrong stay away from this smelly hotel is not 3***, is worth then 1* because I was foreign travelling he wanted to rip me off, I don’t speak the language too, typical discrimination.

- The wifi is slow,- AC is not working on our first room,- The lobby area and reception area seem like no AC its hot when you wait.- All rooms have an interconnecting room with just a door away and you can clearly hear the sounds in the other room. Its not comfortable to sleep.- A swimming pool is not available.- Bedsheet is smelly and not clean.- There are hairs on the bathtub drainage.- Carpets are not well clean its dusty.- Poor customer service. Receptionists are not accommodating and rude.- Will never go back again.- Will never recommend it to anyone.

Slow wifi could not even load one page, not so clean, poor service, did not even provide complementary water. Asked 3 days in row to fix the the internet they didn’t.

Very good rooms and affordable prices. Make sure to book online to get cheapest rates. Reception is not so accomodating if you are just a walk-in customer with no reservations.

I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times as a solo traveller, with family and friends with upto 3 rooms on a booking. First visit was in june 2015. I chose this hotel for its easy access to metro station (union station). Walking distance to main al rigga road, it is packed with food places spoilt for choice. Plenty of shops and Al Ghurair mall 5 min walk away. Taxis available at all hours of the day, short drive to dubai international airport usually within 30 Dhs. Most importantly for me was that there was no nightclub in this hotel, only guests here. Very safe to be out at night. I have never experienced any problems. Supermarket opposite the hotel. Staff is always attentive and smiling ready to help. Missed not being able to travel the last year due to COVID, really looking to be back soon with the whole family. The hotel offers money exchange, if you dont need money urgently then Al Rigga road has lots of places to get a better rate. For small amounts i have used the hotel to get quick access to local money.

The location of this establishment is very interesting in dubai.Steps away from union metro station and baniyas ferry.The hotel have a reasonable prices and the furniture are generally good.The breakfast is ok but can be better.

I’m staying in this hotel since Friday onwards since the day I arrived to this hotel I’m facing for very poor internet connection several times I called and informed about my concern but no one taking care of my request. And also very difficult to communicate with staffs.

All very fine in the hotel. Friendly professional front office staff and security staff as well.Good location in Deira, near Union metro station, near Al Ghurair mall. Room is good and clean hotel.Only problem with internet, very slow ((Still I hightly recommend for the tourists.

Good location. Near the Union metro station. Near a mall and many restaurants and supermarket.The hotel itself looks old but it was clean. Some downsides were that the bed was so hard and we couldn’t close the curtain (the curtain only could stay as the picture I attach)The swimming pool was small, but for the price I couldn’t ask more. Overall it’s good for a budget trip.

We held the 1st #Birthday of my son at their main #restaurant, and the place is #spacious for 40 guests. We were able to use the #projector and sound system for #free, but the #soundsystem needs to be improved. The mic had been ON/OFF with not-so-clear voice while the speakers sounded not so good. However, the staff were #accommodating. The hotel itself might be #underrated, but I gave them a 4-star rating. The hotel has an Arabic vibe, feels #clean, and smells good.

Quite n clean, Near to union metro n Al Ghurair Mall, foot bridge is little hurdle on the way to metro.

Honestly for the price, the location to the metro, and wonderful customer service, this was 5 stars all the way.I feel lucky that I found this hotel, it’s really a great deal. The staff is great, very helpful, and provide excellent customer service.The room was spacious, everything was clean, and refrigerator comes with the room. The location is perfect to multiple areas.4 minute walk to metro, 7 minute walk to the water ferry’s, and mall 5 minutes away with cafes, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you need.Seriously try out this spot. You will be very happy!!

I had a pleasant station at this hotel, Mr. Edison a gentle Filipino guy , who serves guests at lobby was very helpful and kind. Even he booked us Kareem Taxi with his phone, helped us to know nearest facilities such as supermarket, metro station and so on.

Cozy, inexpensive and clean. Located in an ideal part of the city near old Dubai. All you will need is in walking distance. Very practical! Very friendly and helpful staff... like most here in Dubai.

Conveniently located,metro and bus station s are nearby ,walkable distance to shopping mall and a lots of international restaurants plus wheelchair accessible to the hotel.

I spent only a few hours there, because I had to take another flight in the eary morning. Service was great. The guy at the reception during the night was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plus: I did a mistake while booking (wrong date) and realized it only hours before my flight was going.the management changed the booking to another date though they didnt have to, because I was out of cancellation policy. Thanks for that!!!!

I didnt particularly enjoy my stay at this Hotel because of the Bed furniture which was most uncomfortable. It was very clean no doubt and very close the Union Metro Station.

Staffs were not good

Good service, good room, and good location. One 24-hour supermarket is across the street. Near the Union metro station where both green and red lines pass by. AC is very strong: room feels chilly even without ac on when it is 39 degrees outside. Wifi works flawlessly.

Among the many available hotels, the Comfort Inn was the final choice given its location and accessible price when compared to others in the area.The rooms are clean and your showering needs are included. The AC worked fine in the room, but the door was slightly loose and vibrated every time someone left a nearby room. The walls are somewhat thin and everything can be heard in the hall.Breakfast isnt anything special, but includes your basic cereals, bread and eggs if you like. Free internet in the rooms was a plus.Its an average hotel with the basic needs, and considering the price, was a good find.

Clean , nice location closed to metro Union Station.In the room anything is chargeable even water.No tea & coffee facility. 32 inches flat TV, refrigerator .The room is wide .It is better to book threw Web site than front desk.

Nice hotel I got a good deal on priceline for around $58/night. Good service in the lobby, my room had a good bed, and clean room. It seems to be an old hotel they renovated. It looked high end with the fancy tiles. For the price you cant beat it. Can walk to union metro station or Al Ghurair Centre.

A sophisticated family hotel located next to Al Rigga or opposite onion station. One night cost 230 AED up-to your budget capacity. Neat and clean place, good ambiance, well mannered staff,i didnt try food. No bar, no club in hotel. Recommended only for families.

Worst experience I had ever!!!

I booked in a non smoking room for 1 but they gave me twin beds that they put together. The location is excellent for travellers like me. I stayed there for 3 nights. Whats disappointing at first was the bed sheets and blankets have old stains thats why it looked like they didnt changed the covers. What I liked is they cleaned the room everyday and changed it with new one. The items inside the room like water or chocolate etc is to be paid if consumed. Over all my stay was good. My only suggestion is that they shouldnt used the old bed covers or blankets with stains. Their place is somewhat old now compared to new 3 stars hotel like Hampton where I stayed for 2 nights. I noticed that their award for trip advisor was way back 2012-2013. They need to renovate or atleast replace the things thats too old or even the color of the towels. 😁Its very convenient to stay there bec the Union metro station is just 3 min walk. U can go anywhere from there. Also, u can buy affordable souvenirs in Day to Day store for only 10AED compared to tourists destinations. Its just 2 min walk just search it in google. Plus theres 24hrs supermarket just across the hotel and Al Gurair mall 10min walk from there.The staffs were accomodating esp the bellboy I cant remember his name also the guard there. U can leave ur luggage with them if u will check out early but will come back after a while.Their pool is just small and located at the roof top 8th floor opened 9am-6pm. Lastly, I liked my room with bath tub where I can relax after a long day but its adjacent to another room, too.

Medium class hotel for the Russian tourists especially. The hotel has russian cook and menu with the traditional Russian dishes. The location is close to the metro station and bus stop. Its convenient to commute to the beach and the sightseeing.

I didnt like the limited narrow underground parking and you cant find a place to park your car once at night even on paid parking areas..Not recommended if you got a car!
