Pashupati khatri has exceeded my expectations. Very Approachable and friendly.

This place is disgusting. Not even close to 1 star. Please avoid this place at allll costs. We found blood on the sheets, the furniture is old from the ice age, dust and insects everywhere, the floors and the bathroom smell is a dead person. It’s worse than those disgusting motels you see in movies. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel, no matter how bad it is, I’m sure it will be better than this one. Room service is slow ah and dirty. We had to change room twice because the first one had food crumbs all over the floor and everything was dirty, yet they were claiming that they vacuumed and cleaned it before our arrival. When we got to the other room, we requested they change the bed sheets. The room service guy had the AUDACITY to get bloody bedsheets and put this infront of us 🤦🏻‍♀️ Like not even try to be discreet with it. Oh GOD. I feel itchy everywhere and I still have 4 days to go at this place. I’m BEGGING you don’t book at this hotel.

Very unprofessional way!!The guy in the parking valet said 30 AED per hour for the valet parking. However, if the ticket has stamp from one of the lounges I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Yet, when I picked my car I had to pay the 30 AED!Ruined the night with this unacceptable attitude

Please find somewhere else to stay! You will be disappointed if you don’t. The pictures are nothing like you see online. It’s dirty, old, smelly, the linen and furniture are dingy, and the phones don’t work. Not only my room for the phone, but I heard two other guests say the same thing. The front desk offered to switch me rooms and when I looked at the other two rooms they were the same. Definitely not a 4 star like I see it’s rated on some sites. I’d rather stay at a Motel 6! Definitely not the type of place you want to stay at if you’re vacationing in Dubai.

Have stayed there twice. The location is very good. It is on the metro line & very close to Dubai Mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff is good. Housekeeping staff is friendly & efficient, especially Mohammed Samara, he was always very helpful & provided whatever was requested to him. The ACs, however, dont function properly, cant change their temperature. Balconies are locked so rooms dont have any fresh air & can become stuffy at times.

We had a good experience in the hotel for the past 3 days. We enjoyed lot and had different types of food. We loved the way of talking by the staffs and their behaviour. We could taste different types of food specialy in breakfast. We ordered one item which was not their menu but they prepared it on time and served well manner. We can get good foods from there. We loved the hotel and we will come again.Thanks each and everyone for your valuable service it was a memorable experience for us.

The service of the hotel is extremely bad and things are progressing very slowly. the room is never clean and worse the furnishings are very dirty and old. You may vomit when you see the kitchen utensils. Stay was full of problems. From maintenance issues in the rooms, shower not working, tv, ac, telephone and WiFi issues. To rude staff members such as Arun in reception. Lack of cleanliness, outdated decor, dirty sheets. The experience was bad. Arun is a waste/batty man.

WiFi is on and off. The rooms are old and dirty. However the cleaning staff is very good when requested. The hotel is very bad with maintaining rooms a/c are nosing or not working. Telephones do not work. Television does not work. Rooms smell bad bring your own air freshener as housekeeping does not answer their phone, Or reception dismiss your requests. There are stains on the sofas and chairs disgusting. Towels can only be provided after 8am and are very difficult to request. The sheets will most definitely have stains or tears on them. The rooms are noisy with traffic and the balcony are locked. Windows are very dirty so do not expect to see any views of downtown. The shower has gaps so water floods the floors there is mould in toilets and bedrooms. Management refuses to discuss or help with anything. Engineers/ maintenance come to the rooms acknowledge the problem then leave without fixing. Curtains allow on light no matter how you adjust them. You will find cigarettes ash in the oddest places explains the smell. The night staff is exceptional and polite. Security and housekeeping too. As for day staff they are rude at most times not polite and will pester you a lot. The hotel does not understand do not disturb and will continually bother you by knocking on the door asking silly questions. Then finally we have Arun Kaushal in front office his LinkedIn he claims he speaks Arabic but this is a lie. His attitude is very bad indeed he has no manners and does not know how to speak to customers/ guests. He is arrogant and straight up rude. Again management does not what to acknowledge this or help him understand how to be better. You will find him smoking outside after he has abused you on check in. He is very argumentative and overly proud. The stay would be decent if management was more organised it is a hotel going downhill because of front office staff and lack of maintenance

Althou they still get 5 stars for their shisha place, swimming pool, and gym. I always order extra big towels and glasses, they were brought up when I got there. But dont soak in the bath tub.. 😂. Also some rooms may be stuffy for not being used for a while, pls check on that. Other than that it was cozy and easy atmosphere.. I have not had other issues on my previous visits.. I hope i dont get issues.

Stayed there for 5 nights, worst experience ever!The entire room and washroom was smelling of MANHOLE!Springs of the mattress broken,Which was not changed upon request as the staff never takes anything or anyone seriously :)And the room had roaches as well!NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Room was DISGUSTING! So dirty. bugs in the bed, on the curtain and crushed into the floor. Staff were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Refused to give our refund and kept insisting we view another room. Then tried to tell is we had to sort our refund out ourselves through our booking website. Zero hospitality.STAY AWAY

A hotel with a good location, big rooms. Service is terrible, I had to call them 4 times to bring us towels. They took the towel I brought from home when they came to clean the room and never gave it back.

From my experience for one week n this hotel, i sadly declare it was the worst hotel ive ever seen, i havnt seen such dirty place even in the poorest countries i visited. Insects, dirty toilets, comforter full of blood. Good i took pictures. I need person in charge to speak to me and compensate me. It was really bad and sad for the reputation of a lovely city like Dubai.

I moved into the apartment on the 1st of February. I have paid to stay here for a month. There are a few things broken/missing in the room. I have brought it up with the staff and each time they have assured me that it will be fixed and its the 3rd and still nothing has happened. I am disappointed in the service at reception as they wanted to charge me for the broken items. The guy at the desk right now chased me away and told me engineering will come have a look. Very poor customer service. Me and my fiancé checked in yesterday. We asked for hotel slippers because it is not available in the room. I called twice and to the reception to request for it but it took almost an hour for them to send it. The worst part is the toilet. It’s really dirty and disgusting. The corners and the tiles was was very dirty and when I tried to clean it with the water from bidet the dirt just keeps on coming out from the tiles be there r small flies as well. It seems they haven’t scrub or clean the toilet for 3 years. I understand the the property is very of but this is not an excuse for the not to keep it clean. Will never go back to this hotel apartment again.

The location was very accessible, especially at my work place. We live there for 8 nights. They have large apartment BUT poor service. First night we requested for slippers, after 3 follow ups in the reception that was almost 4 hours before they delivered the slippers. They were saying that on that time they only have 1 room service staff thats why. Second day we asked for crockery we called again 2 times for follow up. Everyday housekeeping is cleaning the whole apartment but they will not provide the slippers without asking, they will just provide 1 towel, they will not provide tissue box without asking. Their bed is so itchy even you will ask them to change the bedsheets, still we feel itchy. I think there is bed bugs on it. Their housekeeping staffs are approachable. Receptionist are also fine except for the one Egyptian guy who was on night shift last 29/03/21 (monday) he said he was the manager. He was so inconsiderate and gave us too much inconvenience! We heard a lot of reviews in this hotel apartment that its kachra especially the services but we still checked in to prove it by ourselves! But now I can finally say that yes theyre correct. I will never refer this hotel apartment to my family and friends! Its not worth paying for almost AED 1500 for 8 nights.

I stay here because of proximity to World Trade Center, close to Mall of the Emirates , on the Metro line, good small eatery’s,a small kitchen where I can prepare simple meals economise, and other reasons. Today I’m disappointed however. I have insects flying around my room, I had to go to a supermarket to purchase drinking glasses and a bowl for breakfast despite reporting this to the front desk. The room telephone, TV and room safe were all out of order. What I have mentioned here means to me that the hotel management are not involved in taking care of the day to day of the hotel. It’s sad because soon they will lose the regular customers.

4 years ago it was good hotel in terms of location/room space/cost for stay during Gulfood in the city center.. Now it is spoiled - poor breakfast menu and room service this is what we have been observing for last 3 years unfortunately. Hope management applies efforts to improve the situation..

A budget friendly apart-hotel, with good customer service and best house keeping.

It was the worst hotel experience i have had since my last 22 years of travel across 25 countries. I had booked from 30Sep20 till 07Oct20 but checked out today itself (01Oct20). I was given a 1 bedroom apartment # 2509. Let me detail my experience:1. Reached hotel at 8:30pm after a whole day of flight. Went to room to check. The floors were dirty, bed sheets were unclean and shower area was unclean. Requested to cleanup.2. I could finally get into the room with my family at 10:10 pm after waiting for 2 hours in the lobby which had just 2 chairs. No additional clean-up was done.3. The room has house flies flying around and i saw other flying insects on the bed. I was way too tired to request any further cleanup. The apartment smelt of stale indian food.4. The AC temperature could not be adjusted so i had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Now i was hungry and ordered some room service. Food arrived with no cutlery. When i asked about the cutlery, i was told to use the ones in the kitchen of the apartment but there was none.5. The floors were freezing due to lack of temperature setting in the AC and no slippers were given.6. The bathroom door had no latch. As i was travelling with my wife and daughter, i had to put the waste basket to ensure the bathroom door was closed.7. I can go on writing about how harrowing ones experience can get in just a single night of stay but i think for those of you who read reviews and can distinguish between real and fake ones, this is a review that you should probably consider.Good luck for your stay in this hotel apartment.

Forgotten to add in the previous review, the air conditioning doesn’t work. The room is always cold and there is no way of adjusting the temperature. Having complained to the reception and house keeping multiple times, we received no assistance. The amenities do not work and one will struggle with using them. It’s been an extremely unpleasant experience.

I stayed in the Emirates Grand hotel before they asked me and my husband to move to the emirates grand hotel apartment which is just across the streets.my first 3 months stay in EGH wasn’t pleasant at all, the room was super dirty. There are so many defects and the services are a disappointment.1) They don’t put EFFORT to clean the room2) Sometimes they dont clean at all. I had to call them to clean, which took them 3 hours to come back to me and eventually they still wont clean.3) They liked to over-promise the guest. I called them to change the light bulb in the room because the light didnt work. They said ok, but no one came to check (I had to stay in the hotel room with a broken light for almost 3 months)4) The cleaner forgot to close the room door after he cleans the room. I came back to the hotel with a wide-open room door with all our belongings inside.5) They threw away my retainer, I called to check with them. They came back nothing. I had to call them every day, went to the receptionist to ask for help. The hotel manager and security went to our room and investigate. I had to wait 1 month for compensation. They end up giving us free dinner (pasta, cake and salty salad) (the cleaner went extra miles throwing my retainer but didnt even change the towels in the room..how ironic is that)6) They didnt provide any notice that we had to move to the other apartment. I went down to get groceries. The receptionist saw me and said “hi mam you have to move to the other hotel by tonight, we have to clear this building tonight” just like that.7) After we moved to the EGHA, We got a huge 1 bedroom apartment with a broken stove, broken TV, broken lights, broken washer machine.8) The cleaners are helpful this time.9) I can’t afford to stay in such a hotel, we checked out and had a little argument with the receptionist (it’s a guy) he charged us AED 450. I asked him whats the extra charge for...he talks a lot without giving us any details. He talks from south east west north. So we end up paying him 450 because we think HE NEEDED more than us.This is the most awful stay Ive ever had in Dubai. Customer service, room and facilities are a huge NO. This hotel apartment is the dodgiest place ever.Family with kids. Or anybody who wants a comfortable and safe environment to stay. Please avoid this hotel apartment at any cost. 🙂

I traveled in Dubai for 3 weeks and stayed in over 7 different hotels and couldn’t praise service here enough. It’s the only place I encountered horrible service and bad attitude. It can absolutely ruin your day and trip, so I advise to stay you in any other place, service was awesome everywhere except this hotel. Be careful....!Most of staff is covid positive. They are tested positive but still they are on duty. Housekeeping, bar and kitchen staf even not using mask propely.if you want to die or suicide you can book room their. Good luck. I had booked room for family for one week after I noticed all this personally I cancelled my booking n shift to other place. They are playing with peoples life.

Worst of the worst. I stayed for 15 days and very bad experience. 4 star hotel which is not even 1 star in reality. Bad smell of room, no ventilation at all as you cant open windows which is very important during covid times, I got sick because of this, dirty and old room, and slow response of housekeeping.

Zero service. if you order anything they take hell lot of time to serve you. pls do not stay here. also they do not give early checkin.

Can be better- Apartment look nice, bathroom with moisture and rust.- Room Service professional as a 3 Star hotel.- i order Lamb biryani ( canot have it not spicy ( hot ), with parts of cardamom and anis stars inside...- i ordered fresh orange juice was ok except that the straw was with chocolate dirt inside ( i hope it was chocolate ) anyway inacceptable!!!And when i arrived.- no battery in the remote- safe locker not working- 2 english Channel on the tv ( informations channel )- dirty terrace- everyday smell of food from somewhere else (8th floor)- low pressure water in the shower.-Gym with out of service materiel....After 4 days past in this other i still have 3 days more, so let see the other surprise :-)

THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE FOR THIS HOTEL- BE WARNED!!!!!!Pros:CheapNear MetroCons:The number one problem is masks. They are just not wearing them. The receptionist just talk to me without a mask on her at all. I am astonished. Does she have a death-wish? And besides, this is highly illegal. Other staff are wearing their masks around their chins on their necks, not on their faces. Some are wearing masks on their mouths and not their noses. Some have masks so loose that they are hanging down and exposing their mouths and noses. This place is sure to become a Covid Hotspot. It is true that most of the hotels, bars and cafes have the same attitude, but this is the worst I have seen in a long time. I just dont understand it. These staff could be dead soon.Extremely strong bad smell. Smell of mold/damp/stagnant air and water.Rot in the bathroom.Cold water.AC cannot be adjusted and if you turn it off it might not turn on again.Extremely dated and old fashioned furniture. Not nice at all.Staff smirk at you when you politely tell them some problems.Expect not enough towels and pillows.Elevator is too small and not enough for the hotel. Plan 5-10 minutes ahead if you need to use it.Very dusty hotel room floor.Parking is the tightest I have ever seen in my life - Im not exaggerating. If you are not confident at parking DO NOT take into the multi-story behind Sheikh Zayed roar, park it on the street.

The building is high and views very good from both sides.Tight entrance and the valet were not efficient.A bit cleaner rooms will increase the level of the review and the good feedback. Value for money was average. Bathroom amenities were ok and it can be better. At the same time during the year, better deals in different hotels can be found. If the guest coming to visit and exhibition in Dubai world Trade Center, then the place will be very convenient. If you like to walk, you can reach Trade center on foot.Many restaurants around and for 20 minutes’ walk you can explore different food variety. As all Dubai, street is safe to walk at any time.cross Sheikh Zayed Road for unlimited entertainment places.

Wonderful experience to stay in here, they provided all kind of help needed during the stay. What else is best to have a staycation here in this hotel.

My stay in the hotel was great except where I got charged for a deposit of 400 that I wasn’t told prior, and I never got it back till date. I called and emailed but Nothing. I was told to email my bank statement which I did. It wasn’t sent. I even went there 3weeks later but Nothing. So that’s a BIG turn off until I get my money back.

Apartments is very reachable and this sky scrapper have some of the best scenery Dubai can offer. Burj khalifa is upfront of you to watch from distance. Neat rooms and bathrooms. Moderate cost. Well cleaned bed and towels. Structure of apartment is not very welcoming though. Staffs are polite and well mannered. Metro Station is near by makes it more approachable.

Bringing in the new year in Dubai. This city is always welcoming to all races. If you want something special come here. They have something for everybody. The food and activities are amazing. Everything from skiing in the desert, visiting the tallest building in the world, camel riding, sky diving, swimming, visiting Palm islands. The weather is so perfect in the city. The transit system have all needs covers as well. This city knows how to please.

Booked this hotel on the fact people had reviewed the breakfasts as being good.They are a tad below average and I was disappointed with the quality of the hot and cold food. The coffee was also very below average as well.Rooms a got size, but you need to be on the 15th floor and above to drown out the motorway noise at the front of the building.Gym was good. Pool on the roof is a joke. Terrace furniture old and tatty.Other than that..... Its...... Fine.

The hotel was pretty with a spa, pool and a gym. The bedrooms were pretty with a cool living space that came with a TV and room service. The view from the hotel was pretty cool. The bathrooms and bedrooms were sanitary with a small little kitchen space.

Not recommended, very old and not clean at all

It is a good place to stay for a couple of days, next to metro, and a very good area, but impossible to stay longer especially if you work on the internet, because the internet is terribly slow, also the housekeeping must improve a lot, every day they forgot to leave me new towels, they remove things but do not put new ones

Went to meet my friend at Emirates Grand Hotel on main Sheikh Zayed Road. Its a very classy hotel. The service and hospitality is perfect. Brilliant views from the room and superb location !

Ive stayed here twice. First for a holiday by myself and secondly on one of our stops for our honeymoon. This is an apartment hotel. Very large rooms with everything you need including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchenette. Home away from home. The hotel staff are nice and polite. Theres a great pool, not too large but good enough. The elevator is quick and large enough. We got upgraded to a full suite on our honeymoon and got a nice chocolate cake as a present from the hotel. The hotel staff guessed right without us telling him we on our honeymoon. They have free bus rides to key shopping centers. The Dubai mall is within walking distance of the hotel. Its on the Sheikh Zayed highway and its easy to get a taxi right in front of the hotel. This place is also very close to the Dubai Metro. Great hotel!

Don’t waste your time! Honestly not a great hotel. Room is okay. I paid a deposit of 100AED down, 23 days later still haven’t got it back even though the lady at the front desk said you’ll get it back within 5 days. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing.AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!
