The restaurants here in the hotel serves good food. If you are looking for good Thai, buffet, desserts or western food, I find the ones I’ve tried here are excellent.I’ve yet to experience the hotel rooms but I’ve used its gym facilities and pool, the view from these places are beautiful.

This hotel has won my business for life. I wont stay anywhere else in Dubai. Ive spent over a month here across multiple stays. Every stay I have been met with spectacular service. Everyone (the doormen, the security guards, the reception staff, the phone operator, housekeeping) is well trained, polite and professional. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. They will do their best to accommodate any request. This hotel is simply managed incredibly well.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Jw Marquis; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

My experience was below expectations. Starting from check-in, which took around 30 minutes. All information were provided online, so it was confusing why the check-in takes a long time to process.Due to Covid-19, I personally dont use valet parking. The staff refused that I park my car by myself. Only after me insisting, they agreed that I parked on the road. This was my first impression.The room was good and well maintained. I liked the bathroom which is spacious. However, the AC was not as cold as I prefer. The temperature is set to not go below 19.At check-out, one of the staff noticed that I wasnt fully satisfied when I answered how was my stay and I answered it was fine. I appreciated the staffs concern, and I told him I might give it another try. However with the different hotel options in Dubai, it is highly unlikely that I use Marriott hotels again as I received better service from other hotels.

Visited this wonderful hotel recently. Had a great stay on the 64th floor, what a fabulous view.Arrival was smooth although it was busy. Had lunch at the la farine, where the sous chef visited our table over allergy concerns. (1 guest was a coeliac). The chefs and staff were superb.Room was great, exceptionally clean with a comfortable super king sized bed. TV didnt work, so I just dialled 0 and the repair man was outside the door a couple of minutes later.Room service was quick and efficient with ice and beverages.The La Farine even delivered cocktails 🍸 to the room in the evening, well done to them.Breakfast was in kitchen 6, which was exceptionally busy when we arrived at 9am. The staff did there best to deal with food allergies and were attentive.As we departed a young man called Dexter assisted us with our bags and collecting our car.The reason I keep using the Marriott is because of the staff like Dexter and the La Farine crew.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and my experience was so unforgettable. The hotel was very nice and I was very impressed with the quality of the staff and facilities. From check in to check out (both by Devika), the experience was amazingly unforgettable. As a platinum elite member, I was upgraded to a suite for the same price. The suite was really big and luxurious. The executive lounge experience was also nice with the breakfast, afternoon tea and the happy hour. All are amazing.

The rooms on the 58 floor are very noisy you can hear every car driving on thr highway. You can not go to the balcony as the dors are locked for safety.The pilows are very poor quality and full with lumps.The bathroom floor is very slippery when it is wet.

Came to Dubai for a week and did a half stay at a airbnb on palm Jumeirah and at this hotel. And I gotta say me and all my friends agreed on wishing we had stayed here for the whole week. It was cheaper, room service cleaning up your room every day, worlds tallest five star hotel, beautiful views from the rooms we had on the top floors, restaurants, pool, gym, and other amenities were on par with the hotels standards as well. Would definitely come back here again if I am in Dubai really loved it and enjoyed it. We were nearby the city and the palm and other areas of interest were only a 15 minute drive away. A Luxurious feel above most hotels in the area as well as valet parking every time we came in.

JW Marriott Marquis is my go to hotel whenever I am in Dubai. Encountering Dennis Van Drop the front office manager was phenomenal since it was my first time traveling since Covid. He was very welcoming, personable and accommodating which made us comfortable. What a Gentleman😊.His front desk team were also hospitable and friendly which is what we needed as it was my friend first time in Dubai and she couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Dennis and team for a memorable stay, We will be back👍🏾.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel while attending an Expo there. Great service and nice people. The restaurants, the coffee shop and the spa are unreasonably expensive, though. Thats the reason for not giving 5 stars.

I’ve stayed here a few times, always left happy. Great restaurants, amazing spa and pool.The valet is quite slow though. Make sure you leave 10-15 mins early for the valet to bring out your car.

One of the best hotels I have been to. Staff is well trained, very friendly and proactive. We arrived early in the morning before the check-in time, and were offered a room straight away. Additionally, we got a free upgrade. The breakfast service was great, food was amazing and there was plenty of choices. The only thing that could be improved in this respect is the current lack of possibility to have the breakfast outside. The cleaning service was competent and friendly.The only aspect that could be improved over all is the pool - it is pretty small compared with other hotels around the city and the amount of sun lounges is also not enough for that many rooms. Other than that we have had a great time.

The food for breakfast exceeded expectations.We had a bell man named Balaji who was absolutely wonderful and gave us great service and great ideas for our next trip back to Dubai. If only we had more time left in our stay, but we are excited to go back!

Love the aesthetic of this hotel. Though not been to the rooms, the halls are magnificent and the lobby is just so beautiful and perfect for business meetings. Then the food from the intercontinental restaurant on first floor is world class with variety to satisfy your tastebuds. The Dubai ball room on 2md floor is perfect for global conferences and events. Love it.

A very popular spot in the heart of Dubai. For lodging, its got everything you need and more, pool, spa, various size of nice rooms, restaurants, etc. As for just visiting, they got some of the nicest high end restaurants, bar & lounge.

Marriot has probably the best mix between cost benefit in Dubai. If you roll with the executive lounge then all the things will run even better, offering food 3 times a day the lounge is amazing place to work and have a great lunch. The bar on top “the vault” is an amazing spot full of great cocktails and marvellous views.

Top class Hotel located in Business Bay(Dubai). The pool area is really heart warming with an awesome view. The breakfast in kitchen 6 restaurant is must for everyone.

In total we stayed 7 nights at the JW and we absolutely loved it. We booked a corner suite as it enabled us access to the Executive Lounge on the 37th floor and gave us enough space to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The suite is absolutely amazing, its spaceous, modern and has a stand-alone bathtub in the bathroom with a lovely view to dubai or even the burjh khalifa. We spent a lot of time in the executive lounge and the team there made our stay memorable. After the first day they greeted us with our name, knowing who we are and being so interested and kind about how our time here was. The executive manager Mrs. Jan stops by so many times to ask if everything is okay and if there is anything she could do. Also, they called us while we were in the room asking, whether the executive staff could do something for us. Our waiter at the lounge, Azimuddin served us every day being very very kind and chatting with us about our day and he even knew what drinks we liked. At some point he didnt even need to ask anymore what we want to drink - he just saw us and knew what he needed to serve. We felt so incredibly special and welcome. I must say, we have spent a lot of time in other bonvoy hotels, but none of them managed a service as special as this one. I also want to give a big THANK YOU to Adeel, Samir, Deepty, Jayani, Ruwini, Ruby and Christian who all spend a lot of time and effort in making our stay very special!Also, our housekeeper Prajwal and Pramod were so kind and understanding and knew exactly what room temperature our room should be!We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and nice. The rooms have a shower and a free standing bathtube. Had a view to the ocean with nice sun sets. The lobby is big and nice. It has many different restaurants. Enjoyed the Thong Thai and Kitchen6. The pool is nice and you can enjoy some nice cocktails at the pool. The Vault bar has a very nice night view and a cigar bar wich you can smoke if you like that.

Very good 5-Star hotel with nice view if you go for the top floors. Very supportive staff. And it has one of the best buffet breakfast from many places I have visited. They have breakfast from all corners of the world and can even provide you a with anything (almost) from any part of the world with their highly qualified chefs.

While the hotel itself is very beautiful, iconic, and in a central location to all of Dubais attractions, I found the vast majority of the staff members (lobby staff just milling around, check-in staff, elevator staff milling around) extremely stoic, unemotional, and therefore very unapproachable. The room attendants and bell staff were the exception. The Vault upper level bar was also very classist and arbitrary with rules. Even on a weekday, the second floor of Vault was roped-off (capacity was abysmal, so that couldnt be their excuse). When I approached the staircase (I was dressed in a shirt and dress pants), I was stopped by bar staff without explanation. While watching the area, I noticed some newly arrived couples just jumped over the rope without consequence. I learned my lesson - break the rules, and ask for forgiveness (only if they catch you!). The pool is only on the 7th floor, so you dont have iconic views of Dubai like at other properties on Sheikh Zayed Road, and the pool is completely shaded everyday before noon (no tanning before noon!). I feel more respected and welcomed at other Dubai properties.

On the 68th floor you have the enjoyment of a spectacular view of Dubai. Brunch is one of the best in Dubai and perfect for me as I do not enjoy the buffets but like they serve here small plates is perfect for me. All of the dishes are delicious and just keep coming. The drinks are not your average house drinks, these are not weakened down or house brands. At times they have a magician who visits your table and the one we had was worth the price of brunch just by trying to figure out his amazing tricks.

Quick check in. Nice location. After a 14 hours flight, I was really excited to go to the hotel and enjoy the 5 star experience. I asked the front desk for a nice downtown view. And assured me that I got the best view. As I go up to the room. I inspected the room(Im a frequent traveller) and was disappointed. hair was found in the bathroom (big NO for me) few towels had stains. and had partial marina/construction view, I called the front desk and they assured me this will be fixed and I can change rooms, but I was too tired to do so. Not to mention the loud noise coming from the room next door with banging doors. no follow up was done in the morning so decided to check out early and move on with my trip. After all this wasnt a 5 star experience. hope this review will help them improve.

Refined high-rise hotel offering polished quarters, a nightclub & a spa, plus 14 restaurants & bars. Their kitchen 6 breakfast buffet is my all time favourite over whole UAE, The Best!

Went to kitchen six In the marquis. The buffet was ok ok. Had better before. Ice tea, lemonade and soft drinks are part of the buffet but alcohol is separate. The Asian and Indian and salad counters are the best. Chicken roast could be jucier, was too dry. Desert counter was pretty good too. Service is quick and attentive.

The Service is really nice. However due to the building structure and less visible signs it gets a little difficult to get to the right place

5 star Hotel... so lovely... hospitality

This is now my favourite hotel in Dubai. They have valet service and lounge access and many restaurants to choose from, and the coffee shop has huge Nutella pain du chocolat for only 14aed! They held our extra bags for a few days while we were out of the country. Rodel, Karan, and Liji handled all our requests at the front desk, Pastori stuck with our bags until he delivered them to our room (even when we detoured to the lounge), and Ajim in the lounge checked on us often to make sure we were never without. Our stay was restful and I look forward to our return in August. (The only downside was the thermostat panel, clock radio, and control panel give off faint light at night. It was disturbing to my husbands sleep until he put a face cloth over the thermostat.)

Absolutely fabulous hotel. My family and I have stayed here at least five times. The rooms are nice and the view is fantastic from the upper floors. Service is great, food is fantastic, and access to other Dubai attractions is easy. The executive lounge is large and spacious and the staff were extremely nice to our two young children - the executive chef made pizza special for the kids. The pool is nice. We will return many more times!

Good location. We was staying on 32nd floor with a nice view on city. Windows dirty but it’s ok. USB sockets wasn’t working and hair dryer is looks old.The restaurant which is located on the ground floor is not good, not recommended. Food tasteless.

The front desk and concierge were very informative. I would recommend Saray Spa. All of the staff was so helpful, experienced, and professional. I felt so pampered I did want to leave. Also the room service and Bell staff were fabulous.

In a secure location. Rooms are very spacious, King Size beds. There are very many kitchens with diversity and cultural setup. You can chriscross all the serving points, make an offer your favourite mouthwatering cuisine, until you satisfy your culinary appetite.JWM is very close (walking distance) to Business Bay Metro Station.
