Great hotel. The price makes it even better.I got the premium room which was awesome. Big, clean, comfortable, large bathroom, and even had a large tub.Only drawback was the food ordered. Their pizza is not very good.Location is great. Super convenient to everything. Big Mall is within walking distance. Lots of bars and pubs nearby.The hotel has a couple of lounges as well. The have Sundowners lounge by the pool which is really nice. Then they have a hidden little Asian restaurant or bar called Wang Thai. Lots of singing Filipinos there after hours and it was nice vibe there with good staff.The hotel staff there is very good. Super nice and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I have lived in Dubai for so long and never been in a very reasonably priced hotel long back. Super clean room & well organised, professional staff and fast service, lovely food and beverage.The overall score of this hotel is 8.4 out of 10, and it is well deserved.I think all the above is because the management of this hotel is super caring of their staff and people, which is why they have such qualities.It is highly recommended for the best lovely stay.

I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. The worst service one would expect in the name of hospitality. I was with my friends and we had gone out after we checked in the next day. Before we left, we had informed the house keeping to clean the room and guess what had happened, no one ever bothered to come and clean our room.We then called the reception and house keeping guys to come immediately and clean the room. I am sure no one would like to see their room messy when you arrive back. It was really sad thing to see this kind of service. I wished I remembered the name of the hotel manager who ill treated us when we had complained for not cleaning the room.He definitely needs some training in terms of treating guests when you are in this industry. He was not all courteous in any of his tone used. He also misbehaved his fellow colleagues and those house keepings in front of us. This was one of the worst experiences we have had in Dubai all these years and we would never like to see these kind of people who do not respect their guests.

Absolutely disappointed with my stay in Majestic City Hotel. I booked as per what I saw in the booking.com photo reference I wasn’t provided the room I reserved and the staff at Front desk was clearly not willing to assist or provide with alternative or be helpful nor was he polite nor did he have his name tag. Prior to our check in we tried calling several time to keep them informed of our delay in check in but nobody seems to attend the call. However my weekend was about ruined. Would not recommend staying in this hotel

The facility is old and the rooms are little. Swimming-pool is fine, but sauna was not working. The hotel is far from Dubais main attractions. The hotel is very cheap, but one can find better options in Dubai for the same fare.

In the reception they didn’t treat us well, they are not giving a good approached when we were asked them . They also talk to us like we are not a guest. There is no update on everything, the quality of their service wasn’t good. Updating your customers should highly recommended and RESPECT ALL the clients as well. I’m surely we’ll not come back here anymore, hospitality of this place wasn’t good enough for everyone:

Wonderful time spent in hotel, upgraded to Premium room, bathtub was awesome. Breakfast was very flavourful at the greek restaurant. Irfan bell boy very friendly and helpful in fact all the staff. Swimming pool was okay not that small.Improvement needed with the TV and the channels. Should be more focused on the cleaning since we found finger nail on the bed. Children play area need a shade on top as its most of the time hot in Dubai.

Place is okay for 1 night stay. Two single bed joint together to make their so called kind size bed. Their is a healthy Filipino girl at the reception who dont seems happy when ever you talk to her. Also note their check in time is 3 pm unlike other hotels. No matter how early you go they will keep you waiting until its 3pm and will say room is getting ready for you. Rest all is okay. Also note if you have any visitor coming they dont like it and will call you in the room saying the 3rd person not allowed please ask him to leave. I also requested late check out which was granted. Thanks to that.

We encountered unprofessional experience in our stay.while check-in there was no greetings from the front desk executive,we had given him our both ids on check-in ,after that he gave us the room key and he didnt guide us about where the room is or other facilities breakfasts ,pool and spa.Since I booked the room including breakfast,I had to enquire about breakfast timing ,where it was his duty to info us before asking.the room was OK and the house keeping staff was very supportive .Next morning, we go for the breakfast we where stopped in fornt of the breakfast buffet entrance by a lady,by specifying that breakfast can be served only for one person and she said its entered in system ,so it was not her concern, and asked us to clear out with reception .we where astonished by her unpleasant behavior ,we had to justify and it was quite embarrassing just for a breakfast early morning we had to deal with this ,it just spoil our entire day plan,at first we thought of extending but with this sort of behavior who in the right mind would like to stay.And when we go to the reception to clear it out ,the reception lady turn the whole system screen on our face to tell us ,its entered for only one person.I had to ask her who entered it in system?it a manual entry right ?could u check the check-in details ?She made us wait few minutes till I raised my question again .Finally , she just had to call and inform the breakfast buffet lady that its k!!And all of this happened due to the lack of professionalism from the front desk guy while Check-in.My question is when it was just about a call to say its k ,why they had to make us go thought such embarrassing and awkward situations .

I came to Dubai for a solo trip and I stayed at the Majestic City Retreat Hotel I want to start off by saying this hotel should be a 5 star hotel. my stay at the Majestic City Retreat Hotel was amazing. From the hospitality, housekeeping, room service(food), receptionist (checkin and check out) everything was great! My favorite part was the food the food was so delicious. Thank you so much they treated me so good here. This hotel was phenomenal the staffs was great, super professional, friendly, kind and super helpful and I can’t forgot the room it was super clean and big and the views from out my window I loved it. thank you for the amazing stay I would definitely recommend this hotel, give it 10/10 and I will be back once I’m back in Dubai

The moment I entered the hotel, they welcomed us with refreshing drinks and checked us in with easy process.

Visited the newly opened place Dialogue, the latest Desi joint. Very nicely done. Great DJ. Decent food menu. The paneer was outstanding. This place will rock!

Nice place, workers seem nice and professional, rooms look nice and cleanWashroom look clean and beautiful with all the necessary toiletries.Variety of food was limited for me, especially during breakfast. Buffet was mostly Indian dishes.Hotel arranged an airport pickup (surcharge) from and to the airport for me, which was really cool; as my departure flight was at 6am and I had to be at the airport couple hours before.Less I forget; nice pool.

It was a very good journey, the hotel very cute, swimming pool under the sun, a beautiful view on the dowtown, complet breakfeast, and the personnel took care of me.Very good place !

A very nice hotel in middle of the city, it has a award winning greek restaurant. The room was very clean and had a balcony which had a breath taking view of Dubai. Breakfast was good and liked the mango yogurt. It has a swimming pool too which is nicely maintained. The hotel staff is also cordial. In all its a value for money hotel and good to pick up this spot.

The hotel overall is good. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The only few complaints that I had were-a) WiFi is very slow, less than 1 mbps. I was not able to do normal browsing such as use Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.b) The corridor area near my room had a smoking scent even though I had asked for a non smoking room.c) Even though this is not a major problem I would like to list it. The TV’s in the rooms are small. This is probably because the hotel might be a few years old. But it would be nice to have some bigger TV’s.

If I could rate this as a negative star I would. My husband booked a trip to Dubai through Expedia and chose this hotel for our two week stay. When he realized the departure date was wrong we had to cancel so we can rebook with the correct date. Long story short despite Expedia’s 24hour policy for a full refund, we were denied a refund for the hotel portion and told that it is non refundable and would need to speak to the hotel about a refund.I called the hotel numerous times and talked to managers who constantly hung up on me when I mentioned a refund to rebook the same trip but with different dates! Ultimately I spoke to the reservations department and they were extremely rude and told me that regardless to what happened (Expedia error), there will not be a refund as it was non refundable. No exceptions were made despite constantly mentioning we are going to rebook for the same flights and hotel, we just need to change the dates.Due to this experience, I will never recommend this hotel/motel due to their bad customer service. In fact when we rebook, we would definitely NOT be staying at this location. Losing a customer is apparently nothing that they care about.

I had a junior suite...it was a lovely big room and very comfortable...the staff were friendly and there are some excellent restaurants in the hotel....the only negative was the wifi...my speeds were 5mb up and down...my friends in the hotel had the same issue....It was too slow for my work needs....if there were better wifi I would have stayed here for 6 months as everything else was great

Stayed here for 6 days, good hotel to stay with family, as the hotel is in the heart of city it was very easy for us to access all the places in dubai, alot of restaurants and even the metro is 10 mintues of walkable distance.

We are staying for almost one month, WiFi is not working properly. Television does not have many options. As people from around the world visit Dubai. There are no regional channels on the television. Moreover the refrigerator as the hotel mention as a mini bar it is not working. My stay hasn’t been that good as it was expected. I asked them to change or repair the minibar but they didn’t.

I stayed in this hotel for one week (11-17may) and I have to say It was the best choice I could take.The hotel is very clean, organized, cozy and well situated. The staff if also very friendly and welcoming.Approximately, from the hotel youre at:#10min by taxi from the burj Khalifa and Dubai mall#15 min walking from Al Seef, Dubai Creek and Al Fahidi district#20 min by car from Dubai MarinaThe hotel has free parking service in which you just leave the car to the valet and they park and give it back to you.They can call a company to your room for making a PCR. I did it for 200AED and it was very comfortable, smooth and not painful.I really recomend this hotel for any type of stance or whether youre solo Traveller or couple.

Spent 4 wonderful months here. Advantages: very comfy bed mattress, 24h supermarket next door, you walk only 10 meters out the back door. Spacious rooms. Very clean. It’s not the newest, but it’s clean, everything is changed daily. Great location in a pleasant area and easy to get around the city. The hotel has three restaurants/bars, all of which are great. Super friendly and helpful staff. My special greetings go to Abdul who made my stay at Majestic an unforgettable experience. Thank you. 10/10 would recommend.

I loved staying at this property for 6 days. The view from room no. 2402 was spectacular,where as hotel staff is very helpful specially karishma at reception and prabhu .

During lockdown, booked room through MakeMyTrip application due to pandemic i was unable to travel .wrote mail to extend the date but didnt extended and declared no show very disappointing

놘 – The staff service is slow. Things requested take a long time to reach your room. Also, They also disturbed us at night 2am for something that we did not order and bought it to the wrong room which is absurd to disturb our sleep and not recheck as to who ordered it.If u need water , beware you are given only 2, 500ml bottles in a day. Mind the fact that we booked a suite, even then ! Only on when we pointed this issue back angrily, do they provide extra. We have stayed at another hotel which never had this water problem at all!Moreover this hotel has ties with booking.com through which we made bookings at a given amount. But on reaching hotel the other day price increases by almost another 1000aed. Thats so strange coz both the website and the hotel dont take responsibility for this. Since this was non refundable, we had to stay there.Also, there is a kabristan right opposite the hotel with view of the same.Things only got sorted with us to an extent because of the new manager , Mr. Hatham who gave us complimentary breakfast and extra water bottles.Its not about the complimentary breakfast, but because of the cheating by booking.com .So its a SHOUTOUT to anybody out there its a request not to book by that site for sure at the least !

The hotel is fine. but the workers are bad and the reception workers are super bad they dont know how to treat people and it takes a long time to deliver the room. And those in the kitchen are very bad also the food is not good without flavor I do not recommend it.

I appreciated the support from the manager when I had a problem with my missed flight. I didnt like the fact that the breakfast was not included in the room rate and the fact that your room rates were subject to change every day. However I liked your hotel and I would like to come back and recommend to my friends.

Neat and well kept hotel. Lovely staff and rooms were good too. Wifi kept on getting disconnected. Otherwise nothing to complain about from our side. Breakfast was simple but well prepared. All in all very happy we chose it for our gangs National day weekend stay.

Hotel Staff are Fantastic!

The Hotel was good especially the location and outer road, it was peaceful and lively. I used to go for evening walks daily. Breakfast was not up to the mark especially the Indian food they used to make was pathetic. The hotel cleanliness is fantabulous. Staff is sweet, they also gave a complimentary cake for my sisters birthday without even asking and a birthday wish card so overall my stay was worthy of what i paid.

The toilet was not clean then they gave me a room with bad smell bed sheet. The elevator and corridor smell bad.

Rooms are good, location is nice , its value for money, unprofessional staff (jesse and his colloguy) at reception, they should be trained more better for good customer service

Sundowners is a really well set up bar to come with friends and have a beer during the evening. They have happy hours upto 10PM which is really nice. The outside seating can be enjoyed more during the cold season.
