I stayed 6 nights at Millennium Plaza and can highly recommend it for a visit in Dubai.The service is extra-ordinary - the stuff is always eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible and helps you out with any questions you might have. The rooms are really great as well.In addition the hotel is located very central near Emirates Towers Metro station which makes trips to any destinations within Dubai very short.If I have to mention some cons: The breakfast is always the same (although you have a really good variety of stuff to choose from) and the WIFI signal sometimes is a bit unstable.In general: Highly recommended!Thanks guys for the lovely stay and take care. My expectations was high. 😒The hotel was not that luxurious it was average.Room were clean but old and over used.For the location if you plan to use the metro than the location is perfect.

We went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

Very professional conduct. The infinity pool is well maintained. Mr. Desmond the attending life guard is a thorugh professional. He took some swimming classes for my daughter. My daughter being frightful of water began enjoying the swimming lessons. Many thanks Mr. Desmond. God bless you

The room is just grim, everything seems old and not in great condition, there was a stain on the bed and the TV control has buttons missing. The room is bearable though, whats not bearable is the service. Yesterday I ordered my laptop to be delivered here from a friends house. I went to reception and told the staff I had a delivery arriving with careem, I would not be here and would it be ok they took the laptop from the driver. The staff said yes this is no problem. So when I return the staff say they dont have the laptop. First they said no careem driver came, then after checking CCTV they said yes he did come but as they couldnt get through to my room they just let him leave with it. This is despite the fact I told them I was not going to be in and to take the laptop, why were they trying to repeatedly call my room when I told them I wasnt in?!? Now the MacBook laptop is missing and the staff started to get very rude and unhelpful when I explained this was not ok. They tried to make out like it was my fault, even though they ignored everything I told them and asked for and arranged with them prior to the delivery. Worst service ever and am currently in the process of having to contact insurance, police etc to try and solve this issue which has honestly ruined my tripUpdate... Yes they responded, after refusing my prior agreed laptop delivery, my laptop was left open on a doorstep in the heat and dirt for 36 hours in JVC, had to be professionally cleaned to remove the dust and the hotel offered me a free breakfast in exchange for the huge amount of stress plus damage to my valuable belongings completely unsatisfactory and currently in the process of making a claim with my insurance.

10 days so far in this hotel and it already exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I went COVID positive and we could not go out of the room. Luckily, there is so helpful guy Lalit who took care of us all the time, he never missed a chance to do something for us we could not do as per isolation rules. Buy some cigarettes for us, no worries, Lalit deals with it, there are a lot of thing I could mention. Make a long story short, Lalit is the greatest so far. 5 stars no doubts

Enjoyed our stay at this 5 star hotel at Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. We booked the sky premium room which was on the 59th floor. The views were breathtaking. The location has easy access to the metro and lot of places to eat along the stretch. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing experience! At first we were not going to stay here, but after a series of unfortunate events, we were lead here and so glad we stayed. The front desk lady was so nice, gave my 2 kiddos backpacks and let us choose what floor we wanted to be on. The hospitality and class of this hotel is A+ definitely recommend!!!

I don’t know how it’s a 5 stars hotel. The room was looked like 3 stars hotel. The hotel consist of 64 floors and there were only 3 elevators. It took long time to get the elevator. The size of the television was 32 inch and the cable out, so dangerous and ugly. There was no privacy, the window in the bathroom was without curtains.

Hotel was amazing, the staff were really helpful and friendly, the Sheikh Zayed Rd view was phenomenal. Everything was close by in a short distance. Room was clean, and room service was very attentive. Prasanth was our housekeeper and we were very happy with his service. He kept the room clean and organized throughout our stay. Only downside was the elevators. Depending on the time of the day, you can end upWaiting 5-10 mins.

I do not recommend going to this hotel !!I stayed there for 3 nights and it was my worst experience compared to other hotels in town.1. The cleaning is not done properly, there was a lot of garbage behind the furniture.2. We couldnt sleep because the people in the next room partied all night. There were at least 10 people in a room of 2. There is no control at the entrance to the hotel.3. Scam of fake PCR tests in hotel and they refused to reimburse us (we were told a doctor would pass for 150€, it turned out to be a fake doctor with a fake test result ). Despite complaints no support from hotel managers.In short, the worst experience I have had.There are so many beautiful places in Dubai, no point in wasting time in this kind of lousy hotel.

I have been staying in Millennium Plaza Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road since April 2020, so far I didnt have any problems that wasnt quickly solved thanks to the continuous support of the Reception team, the house keep team, concierge and engineering teams.The hotel location is a 10/10.Its directly 2 meters from the taxi station and Emirates Towers metro station.Cleanliness and safety is also 10/10.The hotel enjoys a pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym.In addition to private covered parking.

I have the highest appreciation of this hotel, which felt more like a home-away-from+home for me.All the way from the management through the staff, EVERYONE are very kind, helpful and professional. A guest feels as a VIP at the same time as a family. I will share our horrible experience as well. I tried to be nice to the staff, because the problem will not be with them, but in the management of the company and the set standards. Several times I made sure that the hotel was not in an emergency and a special mode of operation, because that would explain everything. I was confirmed that everything was running at 100%. The equipment of the hotel has already signed the ravages of time and it would be worth fixing some things.The most important thing, however, is not meeting the basic needs of the guest. Every day we had to ask for room cleaning and cleaning services. We did not have a towel at all or for two people only one as an allotment. Or even pool towels. Not to mention the pool and gym. There were no towels regularly. If the room service has already cleaned the room, then in terrible quality. Thrown personal belongings on the ground or on a suitcase. Unfilled toilet paper. Unfilled paper handkerchiefs. If we contacted the reception about refilling paper, we received paper handkerchiefs. This disgusted us every day. We always solved the situation immediately, but without a solution only by apologizing and assuring that it will not happen again. It repeated. Other details that can be overlooked are, for example, the staff by the pool. A lifeguard who orders food is not able to perform this activity because he does not remember 4 items. And more.No one is able to explain the situation at the hotel. Personally, I dont understand whats going on and Id like to understand it. All the things we had a major problem with are solvable. If you do not have towels you can rent them or inform the guests that there is a problem and do not take them from the hangers and change them every other day. If you do not have staff inform you that this is the case and do not let employees do work they do not understand.The services at this hotel are at a worse level of 3 * and not 5 *.I really do not recommend this hotel.

I feel so blessed, so grateful every time I come down for breakfast. The cleaning staff from house keeping so amazing, especially MD Ariful, he is the best cleaning staff, such beautiful work and he does it with his full heart taking care of every little detail, thorough work. So grateful for each staff member at MPH who puts their heart into what they do to make my stay so pleasant and joyful 🙏🏼 It shows the love and oozes out naturally. We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel during February 2021 - the staff was always very helpful and polite. The room was excellent - with fascinating views and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was immaculately clean throughout.
