Terrible place. I booked executive room. It was terribly dirty. Many coffee marks on the carpet. Bathroom didnt have enough toiletries. Water was coming out of the bathroom. Above all, horrible horrible breakfast. TV cable didnt work properly. Only some of the staff was good.

Nightmare very bad Hotel I’m shocked to experience this kind of Hotel in Dubai? 😤 Bad reputation of Dubai.no intercoms are working, water dripping in washroom like monsoon, smell like goat 🐐 house old dirty carpet dusty bed frame that too they joined 2 single bed and told us it’s a king size bed. Got in trapped for 3 days as online booking and paid via credit card. Agoda should remove from their list. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Don’t deserve 4 star.

I found 3 cockroaches and a giftin the toilet when i checked it. To be fair, I got a free upgrade to a junior suite after the acclaimed incident, but even the suite is super Meh!How they are rated as a 4-star hotel is beyond me!

I wouldve given this place a zero if I could.Booked this place for an overnight stay and specifically asked the front desk for a quite room. Its for 4:05 am now, and i can still feel the vibrations from the hotel club, not to mention the loud music.This is how accommodating the hotel was.Room, airconditioning, cleanliness, nothing matters when you cannot get a good nights sleep!!Unless you have no other choice, I highly recommend giving this place a miss!!Their are many other options along this line worth your money.Stayed at room #313Edit: have just learnt that this is a daily issue, the hotel has rented out a space to Shisha Zone.

This is fantastic hotel everything is neat and clean.. service was so good and there is a rooftop shisha bar and pub as well..

One star for the room upgrade they gave me. I am supposed not to give a star tho. Stayed in the hotel for 20days and had terrible experience. Staffs are impolite and I had some stuff missing and they cant figure how. I really dont want to refer this place to anybody.

The treatment of the hotel manager was very bad with us as we were subjected to humiliating and immoral behavior from the parking staff as he wanted to assault us while I was with my wife. And the whole subject as the hotel does not provide parking for more than a car for the tenant did not clarify this matter when booking as the hotel provides one parking for the tenant and the facilities have to pay. This person treated us in a very bad way, where pictures of my car without my ear and became threatening me and when I informed that the manager of the hotel did not take my right and said this is not the first time the customer is subjected to this action from this person

We were going to go here when I found out about the bad times of the hotel and changed the hotel

A bad hotel is worth 4 stars.The rooms were poorly cleaned.Not suitable for families There is a bar and a nightclub
