The Tunisian Lady at the reception is just exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and diligent. The hotel generally is a nice place with lovely & tidy rooms and beautiful corridors. A stay here is really worth it.

I will be honest here, first day was a disaster...room full of flies, response for our calls was very slow..everthing made us want to leaveThen MRs Ghada came and changed everything, she shifted us to other room that was very clean and took care of our needour impressions changed drastically, and this hotel will be on our top list in the next visit.The staff was very kind overall, and helped us to get a positive experience there

Good four star hotel that is close to the ethiad bus stop. If you arrive at night I would strongly suggest that you book a night at this hotel. The rooms are fine and the rates very reasonable. The hotel has a pool on the roof. At the ground floor there is a restaurant operated by another company. They serve international cuisine. We had a light breakfast there and would recommend also this restaurant. Overall a good place to stay one or more nights.

Amazing hotel in Dubai. I stayed over a month and I feel like home. Staff is extremely friendly and every time I asked for something I was amaze on how quickly they completed the task. From the moment we arrived we were treated to the most luxurious yet relaxed experience. Our room was gorgeous. The staff are just wonderful, we were never asked for a room number, they all knew us by name. Its an experience not to be missed. Definitely not our last visit.

When evaluating a Hotel you need to talk about service, installations, location. If any of these points is a complete disappointment your stay can not be a good memory.I contacted the hotel for the reservation trough their email, and they offered me a promotion. Everything seems to be just perfect, I stayed there since I was taking the Etihad Bus to Abu Dhabi’s airport.But everything turned out a nightmare, in the lobby they were not respecting the price offered and the discussion last for 30 minutes. Once in my room and when I was already asleep the person from the lobby wake me up to ask again for the already provided email as evidence. At checking out the issue continue and after all I did not received any apology. The room was nice but definitely I will not stay there another time.

Great hotel, great staff. Very helpful friendly and informative. The hotel is located in the ideal place for a first visitor to Dubai. I’m hoping to stay there again, great view on the roof top, topped with a great Shiesha cafe. Sunrise & sunset viewing from the roof top is highly recommended. Thank you to everyone there. I am so disappointed on my first booking here at Leva hotel. I booked last June 17 2021. I do my booking in agoda apps, And the price is 436. 30aed for 2 nights. But when the day I check in they ask me to pay 200 aed for reserved and they will give it back on my check out time, but unfortunately they dont give my 200. They say they will send an email if they transfer my 200 to my credit card within 14 days. Yeah, they email me but my 200 still not coming to my credit card. The date now is July 11 still Im waiting. Anyone can explain me how it goes like this to all staff of Leva hotel. Please, anyone can explain about my concern? Thank you.

Perfect hotel to my personal standards.The service is very good, friendly and quick. The staff are extremely respectful and welcoming. In the room i have decent stove for cooking, fridge, toaster, water kettle, iron table and shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer) for each floor (1-3 AED depends on the length of the cycle).The hotel is located about 20 minutes walking destinies from Dubai Mall using the metro tunnel. Also build in small shopping center. There are number of restaurants around the area along Sheikh Zayed road or in City walk.In general it’s really good for both short and long term staying

I love how all the staffs from the entrance to the housekeeping and kitchen were so friendly and accommodating. The hallway and the balcony were very clean and with nice colours. The room was super clean, good fragrance and the interior colours were relaxing and warm. I especially love the peaceful stay even though the location is in the middle of downtown Dubai. I love how I had the escapade that I wanted. Will definitely come back soon!

Stayed at LEVA for around 2 months. It was a very nice and comfortable stay. I have to really mention about the housekeeping staffs - Zama, Parth, Kumar, Dilli. They do their work perfectly and are very passionate towards their work.

I stayed at LEVA for a little less than 2 months and I can say that it was a very nice and comfortable stay. The staff were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful and my room that overlooked the inside of the mall was quiet and cozy. The hotel was a walking distance to CityWalk and I walked in the evenings for coffee a few times a week. Walking distance from a grocery store and a pharmacy as well. I felt I was at home during my stay and the staff became friends. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

The hotel doesnt care if your flight was cancelled due to covid. They simply take the full rate of your reservation and ignore you. Never ever again. Keep away as there is hundreds of hotels all around the area that take care about their guests

I booked and paid my one week stay to Leva hotel. When i arrived to hotel last saturday they had overbooked but told me other story to avoid they resposbility to book me other accomodation. They told the cancellation letter was sent two weeks ago. nor me or online agent had got it. no assistance at all i was kicked out and had to find alternative accomodation for whole werk. Never this hotel again!

Great hotel team, especially Joy and L on the front desk (5 stars for the team). I booked it for a friend passing through Dubai on business and it was a great location for their meetings with a good nights sleep for them.

Excellent hotell with friendly staff. This hotell is perfect distance to Dubai Mall, metro station and beutiful business bay. Just 200m in front of Leva hotell you find a big food supermarket and lots of nice restuarants. We found the best restaurant Cairo Gourmet just 5min Walk. Leva hotell has a really nice pool area, gym and they even have free shuttle transfer to the nearest beach La Mer which is awesome. City walk with many nice shop is just 2min walk from Leva. The driver Kalyan and rest of staff was really friendly. We really hope return back to this amazing place again.

The housekeeping staff in this hotel would steal money while cleaning, my money was stolen, and the hotel manager didn’t actively deal with it. Dont stay in this hotel

Stayed December 2019 - Very friendly staff. After a long flight from Australia, we were a bit lost and ventured in here and requested a room for only 12 hours to get some much needed rest. The room was very comfortable and the staff were so happy and helpful. Easy walk to the Dubai Mall.

We went to Japanese restaurant, which was limited for dine-in, but food was available at the lobby restaurant.Absolutely delicious, fresh, wide variety of choices, service offered by Cecilia and another Muslim lady ( can’t remember her name ) was warm, attentive and perfect. Would recommend and definitely come again!

The staff is very kind as usual, the cleanliness is also fine, so is the breakfast, the location is pretty good as it is linked with Mazaya Centre its the same building, down stairs you have ATM and Echange with decent rate and you can just walk from the hotel. Honestly I wouldve expected way more for the price. And despite being just over 1 year old hotel it is pretty worn off, Im talking about things in the room(dont want to get into details). Besides that its a good hotel but I repeat not for a good price for what it has to offer.

Overall, extremely nice stay. Clean room with enough space. The location was near Dubai mall station which was great and accessible.The staffs were outstanding from check in to check out.Just to point out one downside, the WiFi was quite slow. But other than that, my stay was flawless. 5 stars!

LEVA Hotel , Mazaya Centre, very good location almost 10 minutes far from The Dubai Mall (by walk via Metro station to Mall tunnel), and same time to City Walk region, and beside to Mazaya Center, the Hotel overall is medium range but need some improvements, like the stairs, elevators, the television channels, and some electric applicants and furnitures inside the apartment.The Internet Super Fast, the dining place is good.The room space very good.

Hands down the best hotel Ive stayed in. This is the only place which has this unique feel of being at home with the comforts of a hotel. The best check in experience and the friendliest staff. Amazingly located, theres absolutely nothing that I can complain about except for the breakfast menu and even that Im just nitpicking.

Wonderful hotel, quite, clean and modern. I love LOVE Leva Hotels interior design, I am all about natural light and cleanliness, and they exceeded my expectations. Everything you can possible think of and need is in walking distance! I had the pleasure of meeting Sophia at Reception during check in, shes such a joy and she has made check in procedure smooth and easy. The hotel staff name Fortunate, such a sweetheart. She goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and all is always spotless clean. Their staff is phenomenal, amazing customer service! Agnes along with Mohammed and other staff Ive met so far totally make my day. They are very attentive to all their guests. Over all rating: 20/10. YOU should book this place because its amazing! I travel a lot for work in states and stayed in a lot of hotels over the past 6 years and LEVA by far has the best service and rooms. (They have kitchen in the rooms, balcony that opens up to the city, I can go on and on but you get the idea!)

We loved our stay in the Leva Hotel. The location is great, the rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Also the rooftop-pool is very nice, with really comfortable sundbeds. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We could not find one thing to complain about (what is really rare for Germans :-D). 5 Stars !!!!

It was only a 36 hour stopover, the hotel was located close the Dubai mall and the Burj Kalifah which is what we wanted to see. All of our other tour picked us up from the hotel. The room was a good size, well appointed and very quiet The staff were friendly, helpful and all spoke English

Nice hotel - i cant say it a apartment hotel Cuz there are no facilities that an apartment should have. There was no dining table.Closet was so small for 4 ppl. No cutlery or utensils. Telephone wasnt working. Good things is, its near city walk.

Things were almost perfect until after we checked out on 27 April around 1:15pm.I was rushing to the airport and the staff (his name is Meher) offered to help us flag a taxi.We waited 15 minutes but no taxi so he focused on looking out for taxis coming from the right whilst I went to the far left further down the road to try my luck there.From a distance, I saw him flag down a taxi and to my horror, offered it to another guests who came 15 minutes after me !!I did tell him I was in a hurry to catch my flight and moreover I was first in line and even helped him flag my taxi.Mehers reply was the taxi stopped nearer to the guest who came later so he gets the taxi !!After I got his name, he just walked off without helping me with my bags.So you can imagine my disappointment to an otherwise wonderful stay.

I have booked a stay at the hotel for two days, but unfortunately dou to the virus we can’t travel to Dubai.The hotel management refused to cancel my booking because of that.So apparently money comes befor people and their safety.SHAME ON YOU.

If you are looking for a perfect Hotel Apartment to stay in Dubai, this is the right choice. The rooms, facilities, services, staffs and the management are amazing! Not to mention the location, it’s equally wonderful as it has an easy access to the railway metro, City Walk where superb restaurants can be experience, and the most popular Burj Khalifa with the dancing fountain.

Excellent modern and new building and great Location with parking. Having some teething problems with the WiFi and more importantly the check in and out process which is torturously slow - seemed to be the system. Forgot to make up the room and an hour to get some shower gel. Staff great at trying to solve problems though. Nice rooftop pool for relaxing .

They require guests to provide Emirates ID or passports.. so if youre visiting a resident in the hotel and you didnt happen to bring your passport along with you. You cant go in. And on top of that they apparently allow only one visitor as per their policy. Which is just ridiculous. The staff at reception Mr Muhammad gave this information.
