I love this hotel!!! Warm and nice, you can find ever you want to enjoy and relax. As a local, In 3 months i had visited the resort 4 times. The resort is My first option always as a staycation. Approach the staff called Nasr on the check in desk, amazing service, humble and friendly. Simple to deal with him and always provides his best to you. The Manager in the steakhouse restaurant- unfortunately i forget his name- is really hard worker, he is a leader not a boss! Helpful and friendly, i liked that i met such person like him. The room service very fast to the extent that i felt there is a room service staff for each room! The staff on the pool area are really hard workers and they are so helpful and down to earth. Stay as you are Sofitel Resort!

We had a super experience at Sofitel. Right from the welcome to the check out. Putting our finger on 1 single episode will be difficult and hence my statement that the whole experience was super.The staff is very cordial, informed and ready to assist particularly at the Executive Lounge! The experience at the Spa was extraordinary, one that we will want to savor again. Each of our meals were delicious. And to top it all housekeeping was brilliant. The room was done very nicely.Overall an extremely satisfying experience and one that we will be ready to repeat. Eat. Drink. Relax. Repeat.We thank you and your efficient team for making our stay a memorable one.

ONE OF THE AMAZING LUXURY RESORT!Everything was beyond the expectations starting from welcome stage until the last moment. One of the quiet and relaxing resort along with wonderful kids activities. Premier Lounge is one of the Luxury dining place. Feeling very warm atmosphere in the lobby and around the resort. Who ever greeted and assist, showing so kind and memorable service.

My trip was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. Every staff member was very nice and extremely helpful. Carine Hanava was very nice and took care of us every morning at breakfast. She was very attentive and by day 3 she knew exactly what we wanted to eat and drink and made sure that we had it. I loved my time here and I would definitely stay at the Sofitel again.

Really kind staff who go to great lengths to ensure you enjoy your stay. We had a minor issue with our room when we first checked in however, the team instantly changed our room with no questions asked. Would highly recommend.

I was hesitant to post this as I had some good service by the hotel staff and this review in no way reflects their service. Its more about the hotel.So first the bad:The rooms, carpets in hallways and general areas need a touch up or replacing. Obviously its been a hard year for the travel industry but this hotel is tired and in need of even a slight refresh.The pools are generally OK, but dont expect to get anywhere near them on weekends when the day guests take over the hotel. The walking surface around all the pools needs a coat of non slip. Its downright dangerous for little kids. The slide pool was nice and the lifeguards a friendly bunch.The breakfast was initially in one of the indoor restaurants and was OK but during our trip it was moved to the ballroom. You needed to walk out in the hot sun to get to breakfast in what I can only call a soulless Hall full of people. It was dreadful.The beach was as expected on the palm. Not very good. But half of it was not open and you could see and hear the heavy machinery moving sand around. The swimming areas were marked out as horribly as possible and an eyesore. But we didnt really use the beach apart from 15mins in a week as we were on holiday.The bar was OK, very expensive but expected. The bar staff were lovely and I would like to thank them personally. Also the concierge team and valet parking were quick and always ready to assist.Lots of the staff are being trained but this was understandable.I would have rated this two stars if it werent for the front of house team and I dont know.I lived in Dubai for six years so know how good the hotels can be. This sadly is well beyond its best

My first trip to Dubai and it was great! The room was so nice, the lighting wasn’t the best in the room but the floor to ceiling windows helped! The staff was very nice and helpful! We have breakfast every morning which was great, Carine Hanava, our server almost every morning was amazing! She was very polite and kind! I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back to stay if I’m Dubai again!

Everything you need in one place. Many pools to choose from. Beach on your doorstep. Every single staff member is always happy and helpful. Not a single member was grumpy at any point always smiling making you feel comfortable. Very very clean. Only one thing is that we were half board and we were restricted to a certain menu. They have about 4/5 restaurants and some bars and coffee bars. But as hotel is on crescent we had no where else to go apart from eat at restaurants provided which seemed repetitive. Wish dinners were buffet style like the breakfasts and there was something different each day. Drinks are quite expensive too so maybe choose all inclusive.

Outstanding experience in every possible way. Highly professional staff, polite, attentive, and acting before you could even think. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Room service is great from housekeeping to laundry. Food is something to remember and talk about. Dinner at the Porterhouse Steaks and Grills was the perfect farewell event of the perfect vacation. Definitely coming back and will recommend it to anyone coming to Dubai to visit this place.

This was my second time having a spa day at the Sofitel hotel on the palm and already planning my next trip.Miss Thida the manager greeted us with a warm smile and was very friendly, she even led us to the pool going above and beyond.We enjoyed the pool and had lunch and some drinks there.We returned to the spa and used the plunge pool, sauna and steam room but did find the jacuzzi was not as hot as I would have liked.Francois was very friendly and showed us around the facility.Our massage was very good. I had a deep tissue massage and the music and setting was very good and relaxing.Was very good value for money. My masseuse Maria was excellent and thorough. Very good facilities and experience. Highly recommend

I wanted to share a fantastic massage experience by Rashid in the Sofitel Spa. He was fantastic and explained the full experience, he offered great customer service and I would highly recommend using his services for a deep tissue massage.

Great hotel. Breakfast was very gold, can be slightly improved. There is a strange smell in the room and there were no hair conditioner. The pool was great, but the food/drinks service is really slow. Recommend, but dont expect a classy service.

My stay at this Sofitel deserves way above 5 stars! From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with the warmest welcome. It was hands down the smoothest check in ever! Our room was ready ahead of time and the receptionist was able to cater to our special requests without hesitation. We were briefed on everything offered at the hotel like food options, spa location, pool/beach, kids club, and more. They even gave us a late check out which was so amazing because my family and I were able to enjoy the pool on the last day and still have time to shower in the comfort of our room. Our room was amazing, super clean, and comfy! The hotel is a total vibe and its very big so you definitely wont get bored during your stay. Its location gives you views of the most gorgeous sunsets. We will most definitely be returning here because its a guaranteed perfect stay with spectacular service (and my kids are already begging us to go back!)Thank you again to Sofitel The Palm for allowing my family and I to make beautiful memories and letting us to just have an amazing, stress free time!

This was our second trip to your hotel.We enjoyed the Excellent facilities at the hotel and room was clean and well kept. Service was exceptional although we were disappointed with the location of the room given to us. Ground floor with very less sunlight comming into the room so we had to move to another hotel and not continue our stay at your hotel.

The hotel has set up a great buffet and each stand has its own waiter to serve you.The hygiene concept was very impressive.

I am currently spending a 2 nights stay with my family at their beach suite, which was supposed to be a junior suite but got a complimentary upgrade from their room coordinator name Irish. The room has an easy access for all the hotel amenities as it is located in the heart of the hotel. The concierge guy name Erwin and Ashik from housekeeping are both accommodating. This place is highly recommended, because of its 5 star luxury service, value of money, amazing atmosphere, great food and the most important thing, the staff who are all amazing which makes our stay more memorable.

What can I say about Sofitel The Palm... Well Ive been to MANY 5* resorts, yet this place managed to provide us a relaxing time like no other.. True I have a weakness for the French Polynesian theme but to perfect it in Dubai (not maldives) is something to notice.. from a nicely decorated room to the greenery around you Food was sensual and staff were too friendly. Lost my phone at the pool and security spent 3 hours till they found it 😍. So thank you Sofitel for an amazing short stay. Were definitely coming back soon

It was first time to stay in Sofitel The Palm and we enjoyed the pools (we have explored more than 5 pools!). The room was nice and clean (Marvie housekeeping was very accommodating and friendly). The food was great and they have a lot of choices. We will definitely be back again!

Had a really lovely afternoon tea experience at Olivier’s. Sweet treats were delicious. We were served by Vipin who was incredibly friendly and helpful.

This was such a lovely stay, we had the biggest bathtub ive ever been in and beautiful pools, private beach... felt very romantic and ideal for a honeymoon.

Great service, great decorations.The very bad thing is that you enjoy the pool then you sweat to death in the changing rooms which has no AC!!! I was gonna faint from the humidity and heat. Man this is Dubai yiu can’t just have something indoors and without AC.

Lovely property. Well maintained and clean. Great room and bathroom. Service is good and staff are courteous. They have multiple pools and a couple of them are for mainly for kids, which is great for families. The breakfast and spa are nice too.There are various options for dining. We tried the World Eatery restaurant and the Indian one called Zoya Maui. Both were decent.A special mention of Ms Thet at the World Eatery restaurant who provided exceptional service to us. And of Mr Fouad at the reception who was very welcoming and friendly.On the downside, the main pool was always overcrowded, even on weekdays. It always took a while before we found an available lounge chair. The pool bar closed pretty early too but you could order from the other restaurants nearby so that wasn’t much of a bother.Overall, a very positive experience.

Upon check-in, we were greeted by a gentleman who showed us around and even recommended the best restaurants available at the resort. He was so kind to book us for dinner at Porterhouse Steaks & Grills, which was very tasty and has the most beautiful bar. Rooms are so well-equipped. The bath tub is strategically located so that you can enjoy the sea view from the tub. Breakfast was rich and the service was excellent. Recommended.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.We also had access to the Premier Lounge and we were served by Chethmi who was very friendly and warm and saw to all our needs. The rest of the staff in the Premier Lounge were excellent as well.The hotel ambience was beautiful and the food was excellent.

This was my second time coming to Sofitel spa with friends to celebrate a birthdayts one of my favorites in Dubai. Its a perfect place for a girls getaway. The place is separate by male and female section but the pool and relaxation area is joined. Overall, You get your moneys worth. Its not just a get ur massage kinda thing and get out, it really is a SPA. you get to spend a good few hours there trying the Hydra pool, sauna, steam room, indoor pool,outdoor pool that is so zen and they also have a sleep therapy bed that was a cool experience to have.The staff are so nice and helpful. Each and everyone of them were so kind. Veronica was a great help.The massage was also great, thank you Pi for a wonderful massage. 10/10 recommended and will of course be back to this gem.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with its exterior and interior. Compared to most other hotels in Dubai, which are often quite kitschy (including the famous Atlantis hotel), the Sofitel is really classy, sophisticated while giving you a luxury feeling. I also love the polynesian design element of the resort. Another great aspect of the resort is the selection of restaurants right on the hotel premises.One of my favourite parts on the hotel is the ginormous spa facility. It consists of a steam sauna fitting almost 20 people, a regular Finnish sauna, an outdoor pool with a sundeck, over seven massage rooms, a hammam room for two people, an indoor relaxation area for both male and female and three really big indoor pools in 3 different temperatures. A really great opportunity to relax and calm down on a pretty affordable price.By far the best and most important thing to say about this hotel is that the personnel is extremely friendly and engaged. No matter if its the receptionist or the housekeeper. Even the waiters serve the food with elegance and sophistication. Everyone always tries to make you have the best experience. I would also like to take a second to recommend Oliviers Lounge right at the entrance of the hotel since it was really my favorite restaurant in the hotel. I visited it almost daily! The staff here was really nice as well and I would like to give a shout-out to Vipin and thank him for being such an engaged employee of Oliviers lounge.Ive been to many hotels but this one really stuns me. Ive never met such nice and kind people. All in all I can just say that I would recommend you to come to the Sofitel The Palm Dubai!

I visited the SPA back in March and had a delightful afternoon. The facilities were excellent - well maintained and very clean. The staff were all superb and attentive and all seemed to genuinely care for customers ensuring a great experience. I must make a special mention of the Spa Manager - Miss Teeda - who was so helpful and engaging. I will be back....

10/10What I like about first of all there’s more than 1 swimming pool I think 4 or 5. And the beach was soooo clean and there is children area. And the beach open from 7:00am till 6 or 7 pm as well as swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing so many variety of food unfortunately I didn’t take many pictures, I was enjoying the moment 😅🙌

The service in Olivier’s resturant is great.Mac and Cheese is so tasty. Morrocan Mint Iced tea is so refreshing.The waiter named Vipin is so nice and pleasant, with great manners.

Id like to commend the check in service we have receive so far at the Sofitel the Palm.We were warmly greeted by Vashee who was ever so pleasant and informative. She provided a high level of customer service and made us genuinely feel welcomed which to me is very important as first impressions count.Given it was our honeymoon Vashee had arranged a beautiful surprise alongside Bishnu and Florent for our room to be decorated. I walked in and was so touched by the effort that they had made for us. Vashee ensured our needs were met and we were happy in her care. She brought a new level of customer service to checking in which it’s hard to find in many hotels. She is credit to Sofitel.We are overly surprised also by how warm everyone in the hotel is and nothing is too much for anyone. This is the start of our visit so excited to see how our holiday goes!

Clean and modern resort.The only reason why I have scored it low is the location. Palm is amazing but felt it was too far away from the city. If your happy with staying in and not venturing out then this would be ideal.However, just to take a trip for a quick bite is a 30min taxi journey.The hotel does provide a shuttle bus to the city and malls but we rarely would take as it just didn’t fit within our plans.Pools were excellent and dotted all across the resort.Excellent breakfast buffet.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and tended to all our needs! Chethmi from the Premier Lounge was very enthusiastic, friendly and made sure that all our needs were met. The food was very tasty as well.

The hotel commitment is not what they say on phone post confirmation of booking.My room for my wife birthday was booked for 12 PM today. And what i got after check in is an hour wait after coming 3 hours late from my committed 12 PM check in time and its a special day for my wife. The food is ok for a breakfast buffet. However, the service makes it better. Naresh, who was in-charge of our table had been very helpful and accommodating. From the beverages that we’d like to have until what we still need before we leave. A good service always compensates a great experience especially in a hospitality industry. For that, I had a fine breakfast to kick off my weekend.

I stayed in Sofitel the palm resort in Mid November 2020 for two nights. What a beautiful luxurious resort I experienced! I had the most relaxing and amazing time. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially the male workers at the reception area who help you with luggage and when you need a taxi, they arrange a local taxi for you whilst you wait in the reception area and they inform you when taxi arrives. They also make sure you get into the taxi safely which is very kind. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, beds are comfortable, I had a beautiful sleep. House keeping do an amazing job cleaning rooms. Breakfast was lovely, variety to choose from. My only issue is that they charge for the cabanas which were very empty in the resort. If Im staying in the resort, as a guest I should be allowed to use the cabanas for at least an hour for free. This resort is family friendly but when I was staying in Sofitel, there wasnt many children there which is why I think I enjoyed this resort a lot more as I read negative reviews saying the children were taking over the swimming pool. I didnt experience this, there were mostly adults in the pool but only a few which was very nice as I was able to have a swim and take some nice photos with my friend.

The hotel is beautiful…BUT…it was one of the worst experiences ever. Technical issues in the suite, management total unresponsiveness, room not cleaned until late in the afternoon. Total lack of service. If it was not for one gem in this hotel, I would have had cut my stay short. Yashira at the premier lounge went out of her way to make up for the multiple disasters of this hotel that seems not managed. I must add that as a platinum member, I have received much better service in hotels where I have no membership!!! Thank you Yashira, I hope that Accor group understands how valuable you are to their organization. Nevertheless, I will definitely not go back.

From the reviews, I was expecting soo much more from this hotel. My husband and I stayed here during our last leg of our honeymoon, and could not be more disappointed.First of all, I expected it to be much more romantic, quiet, and relaxing. If I wanted to be surrounded by screaming children 24/7, I would have stayed at Atlantis. Seriously, every single party was a family with children. There was nothing relaxing or quiet about this place.The full board was a complete rip off. We had 3-5 items off of each restaurants menu to choose from that were under the “full-board” category (why not offer the full menu?? We’ve paid for full board, not 1/4 of a menu to choose from...) Also, at the end of meals, we were CHARGED for water. So I’m paying all this money for “full board” but water isn’t included in that?We had access to the premiere lounge, which definitely helped. However, every staff member was completely overwhelmed. At all times. They were all very kind but no doubt over-worked. When you are at a 5 star hotel, you ask for things and are served well. It got to the point I felt guilty asking for things because I could see how busy they were....NOT how a 5 star stay should feel.There was no luxe or leisure to our stay, every staff member seemed to have WAY too much on their plate to provide the service a 5 star hotel requires. I am shocked this is a 5 star resort. Very sad at how much money we have paid for this stay.OH, and to top it all off, we got bed bugs. I literally couldn’t be more disappointed, the Sofitel was a huge letdown for us.
