Rooms service are not up to the mark. Simply they dont care about their guest. Although Filipino persons sitting in the reception are very nice

Preferrable for a family stay who prefers big and spacious rooms. Breakfast quality a bit poor. Apart from that its very good. But you can prefer without breakfast as breakfast in nearby place is easily available and different variety

Staff is horrific ..( Not the reception lady )Rooms are old ...worn off . .TV in the room was just for name sake !After you take shower the whole bathroom becomes swimming pool and you need to be very careful that you dont slip in the bathroom and kapoot !!! And bathroom is also like some camp room ..Biggest joke was breakfast (pic attached) which they charged extra 1000 rs while booking ...no shame at all in looting customers ....This hotel has one of the best location in bur Dubai but they dont want to maintain it...they must either renovate or shut it ...Very bad experience and not recommended at all....

They have everything super perfect butWIFI issues is headache, If you are planning for a long stay and you need WIFI in basic needs I suggest find some other location.

Good for staying, liked it and on top of it, theres a spa so one can relax there as well. Overall it was a good experience.

I didnt stay there but one thing I really like here is the multi lingual front office executive.Firstly I thought he is pakistani as he speaks very good urdu but when he speaks english his accent was different ,due to curiosity my husband asked him about his nationality,he turns out to be an Egyptian We were amazed.

Nice, neat and clean hotel apartment very close to AL Fahidi Metro Station. You can reach any place of Dubai from this station. The hotel offers good vegetarian breakfast, and even Jain option was available in breakfast. For Indians who are pure vegetarian, you can find many such restaurants around this hotel at just walking distance away.This hotel offers all these at a very economical price.

Apartments are spacious, and clean.Lack of parking spots is a problem, the parking lot next to it is 10 dhs/hour.The buildings entrance could be a bit better.

Recently stayed at Dolphin Hotel Apartment for 6 days. We found the hotel clean and systematic. The linen used everyday was clean. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast from Kamath Group was par excellence. Very Convenient as its in Meena Bazar .Very good options of vegetarian restaurants nearby. Overall satisfying. Would strongly recommend stay

Although room was great well lit! Attitude of staff made me give 3 stars. Except the nice Philippines receptionist everyone was so rude! Cleaner was not interested to clean!! Location is great near the Al Fahidi metro station. However unfriendly staff ruins everything I needed to stay a month I decided to change after a week.

It was horrible experience the days we have stayed here.1 Rooms we’re not prepared the day we reach.2 Breakfast not arranged well3 Breakfast menu is showing lot of items and you have no option.4 If complaint leave the hotel or else keep quiet.5 irresponsible management

Its a good place. Service is bad no hospitality and need more cleaning. Swimming pool is maintained well. Lift is about to die. Food is very good like home made.

I was there April 2019, with my kids and parents. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room service is excellent. Location is superb, walking distance to train station, meena bazaar, shopping, restaurants etc. We had a view of burj Khalifa and the frame from our balcony. Loved the breakfast. The guy who helped my son in pool was very nice. I am planning to go Dubai sometime this year and will stay at Dolphin hotel again. Thankyou for a great service 🙂

My uncle came over for a holiday checking out today, place was okay.. the staffs are friendly and jovial.... the house keepers especially s Kumar and the other 2 know their jobs and they dont have a frown on their face while doing it would reccomend here for a family on visit or vacationThere was a safe in the wardrobe and it was at a cheap rate

Good apartment. Excellent location. Right at Meena Bazaar, full of shopping. 24/7 grocery store is Just Opp side of road. Nice and helpful staff. Hot plate and some utensils are there. Breakfast was.bit let down.

We stayed here for 4 days in Jan/2019. Though hotel looks older, its well maintained. Walkable distance to metro and bus station. Situated at the market place

Below average apartments..the facilities provided are poor and the appliances are old. The location being the most plus point of the place. More better budget hotels such as tulip should be better. Simple and ities like toothbrush wasnt provided in the room. And it takes 30mins just for the water heater to get started

Great location near Meena bazaar, near to water taxi stand, Dubai frame, a lot other places. Only problem parking and not much options in complementary breakfast so rated it 4.. Location hygiene staff behavior facilities apart from food I will rate it 5/5..not in rich location but you can find good cheap hotels nearby and market where you can find dates, electronics, and water taxi is nearby which provides you easy access to all the souqs

Had an awesome stay experience here, with no issues. They do daily cleaning of your rooms very smoothly. Breakfast is good for indians, it has all jain items also. May be can add few more items. I would suggest add some fresh juice for breakfast. Overall best place to stay as everything is nearby within walking distance. Metro station, bus stop, market.

Worst hotel apartment in Dubai..please dont stay in this hotel with family...they dont know about guest service..they treat guest as service is not a part of their job. They even not help us for small things...for instance..... I want a pintch of salt at room but they denied to give us the same....didnot share the reason for the same.....Whatever there are giving commitment from apartment like giving water bottles in room everyday.... we have to take follow up for the same otherwise we wont get the water bottles.

Good hotel for Gujaraties to stay in DUBAI. Staff is NOT professional and polite. Although its OK to stay here. Breakfast they gave in the morning is THIRD CLASS. No taste ,No proper quality. No wifi in rooms. Drinking water that they give is 200 ML bottle/Day. Which is too less.

Nice hotel for stay but of you booking online. Price without tax. If you will book room in 200 dirham than you have to pay 61 dirham tax. It mean you will spend 261 dirham for stay. Place is nice and silent. I love this place.

Dolphin Hotel Apartments located at Bur Dubai. The location of it makes it unique itself as it is exactly at Meena Bazaar. Just outside of Hotel one can easily get what they want from market. Also, it is 2 minutes walking distance from Al-Fahidi metro station and 10 minutes walking distance from Burjman metro station.We have been allotted 1 Bedroom - Hall - Kitchen apartment which was of good quality. It was provided with set of utensils, hot plate and a small refrigerator. Two seperate bathrooms are quite spacious and nicely maintained. Services are quite good and we dont feel any hiccups during our stay over there. We opted for breakfast at Hotel and they are not having their own kitchen. They are having tie up with Kamat Veg. Restaurant which is at ground stairs and having dining hall at Mezzanine floor. Breakfast served was typical south indian along with cereals and bread-butter-jam. It seems Kamat has not got any expertise in making North Indian or other varieties of breakfast. Even their attitude is also not at the best and professional. Soth Indian items are overall good but they should offer more options. Apart from that hotel is very good.
