This is one of the best Resorts You may choose to stay in a friendly, very calm, extremely lovely and safe in around Dubai. It is extremely classy and yet not so fancy and modern. The staff are very professional, cleaning is superb and the environment is very lovely. I had a very great experience staying there several years ago. There are two outside swimming pools, one of them is just in front of the main building. The other is closer to the sea and is designed in the way you feel like being in the sea. watching the horizon during the sunset would be a great experience. Also, you could go to the exclusive beach and swim anytime safely. There are also other facilities for children, sport and golf yards and other things.

I came for a week with my mum, back in 2015. I still to this day hold it as the best holiday I’ve ever been on. Partly due to this wonderful hotel. Staff were SO friendly and kind, the food was superb. I cannot wait to return in the future.

Excellent place for a staycation.. good value for money whether youre a couple or a family. Very laid back atmosphere. We usually book multiple rooms with friends and kids of different ages and everyone has a good time. With 4 pools, 1 of which is exclusive to certain room types (if thats your cup of tea), an endless stretch of beach thats never crowded, a well-managed kids club and staff that will make you feel truly welcome, its easy to have fun here. Been visiting this hotel sporadically over the years and it never disappoints, they are consistently good at keeping your stay stress-free.Pro tip: pay the extra $ for a suite, the added room space is worth it, especially if youre with kids..

Overall almost the best option in Dubai I visited thanks to its green territory.It’s like an mix of Japanese garden with lots of exotic trees, shrubs etc with small streams and waterfalls and lots of entertainment like a mini golf as well as proper golf club, various sport options (kite, tennis, ping pong etc).I would like to extend my thanks to an amazing reception lady (my apologies or not memorizing the name, however only she was from India). She is an example of a perfect 5 star approach.There are a few reasons why 4, and not 5.1) uncovered parking. Dubai is the place where most days of the year air temperature is greater than 30 degree and keeping your car under the direct sun beams will only damage it2) restaurant staff (the one next to the beach) was hardly managing Friday visitors burden, probably because they are short of staff. Waiters were sweating, running, tired and due to all the above - a little bit rude. It’s understandable, however you come to 5 start property to relax, and not to understand someone’s issues3) we were advised to book our dinner at the check in time, however the closest available slot was at 10 pm. So guest cannot eat whenever they want.4) sink in our room was full of stuck water. Mirror in the bathroom had rustNot much of cons. As pros I would like to highlight small details as an amazing tea selection in the mini bar, nice quality of bathrobes and flip flops, beautiful bath.Looking forward to visit the site again, but in not that busy day.

Banqueting services are very average. Today attended an event . Service not up to the mark. Dessert was served when the guest were leaving the table . Had food in one of the restaurants. May be less staff but service is not coordinated properly. Overall upkeep of the property is great

Staff recognised us as it is our fourth visit in a year. Everything is pleasant around there. Worth visiting. Quiet, relaxing and a very good escape from the busy city.Food options are restricted but the nearest mall is 11Km away from the hotel.

Medium-sized rooms 24 m2 (not 32 m2). Rooms on the sea side nice but too small. But rooms on the car park side poor, view for ventilation and continuous noise.

This family-friendly resort feels a world away from the hubbub of Dubai. The beachfront resort is located at the southern end of the emirate.It’s 15 minutes ride from my home . It has private beach, pools and activities galore, it’s better suited to a seaside break . The beach is gorgeous and the setting wonderfully tranquil.Service lived up to the promise of heartfelt hospitality and the warmth of the staff added to the enjoyment of the resort.

Worst experience in 15 years in the country. Some staff wearing masks with their nose open. Some not at all. Over 70% of guests not wearing masks and hotel not enforcing it.Due to a medical condition, i asked for no housekeeping. A guy came to the door to give a duvet for the sofa bed and it was covered in dirt. He then asked for it back to change. I said no and he tried to forcibly take it from me, pushing past the door and into the room.Reception said book horseriding from the room. The operator said it must be done at the reception because paperwork.Dinner reservations were taken down wrong.Our 10th wedding anniversary ruined. Have stayed in better 3 star hotels. Then compensation we got was a cheap cheap bottle of wine which we didnt touch.I was also informed how illegal it is to take photos of the dirty linen.. Funnily enough as a couple were walking round the reception without masks.This was only a quarter of the nightmare

The hotel over all is great BUT the service at the reception wasnt appropriate and very disappointed. When we arrived, the girl at the door asked as to wait on the sofa because there is a queue. 10 minute later one local family entered and they let them do check- in the same time without queue. All other families also were served only after mentioning that they are here waiting for a long time, even though they came first. I strongly believe we all have to be treated equally.

I was there for a staycation at JA resort and found this really cool place with amazing view. Tried a restaurant oasis lodge in JA, ordered their beef burger which comes with fries and salad and i also tried their club sandwich. Both of them was really good and freshly made and reasonable in price.

The view is amazing. The best escape within the city! The rooms are spacious and the staff were all lovely.

The staff were all lovely and so helpful but especially the Concierge Balaji, he went over and above to help me with local information, how to deal with some business requirements locally and travel assistance. Gosh this place has no view or cool atmosphere but it cannot be beaten on price! Hence you see families and kids all over the place. Food was average, service was what do you want, tell me but Beach boys were doing a good job accommodating arriving guests. No brainer for people with kids , lots of kids :)

I had the opportunity to spend last weekend at this beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a quick getaway from all the rush and noise of city life. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, the food was awesome and the bed, the bed just hugs you and puts you to sleep.I have all great things to say about the resort, except for the choice of decor that was used in the main restaurant. Buddha statues, these are not supposed to be used for decoration or aesthetic purposes and as a Buddhist, you could see how it would be offensive to see these statues used to decorate the dining area and watch over the buffet table. Hopefully you would choose your decor with all cultures and religions in mind.

Very quiet and peaceful place, I like how the hotel is isolated from the city, you feel like you travel to different location even though we are not.They have large recreation and other sports activity. Specially the golf course. Water activity and good number of restaurants. Only issue is the breakfast time. Which I understand that because of covid 19 they only allow the guest to stay for one hour only and booking is required.Kids club was also closed and gym, pool, beach only open till 7 pm. Le fountain restaurant is not serving dinner anymore. For which I visited last year and I liked it so much.Finally they refused my request for late check out for pray time.

I am really disappointed with the Reception Service. I had an problem with my booking and they instead to guide us properly, they just showed the disorganized staff who they are. Non communication between them at all. Its very sad because it was one of my favorites! The hotel it’s ok as usual, but you need to be patience to handle this issues before you get your room.

This Place is perfect for any season to relax and unwind ... We love the place specially the nature preservation of the place. Rooms are clean and balcony view is superb. Foods are delicious in all restaurants. management and staff are very good specially Ms Diana. We love to visit this place again soon.

Horrible hotel. Blocks money on your account as a security deposit that supposed to be returned upon check out bur in reality it takes 14 days. I have never staid in a hotel that basically treats you like a shoplifter. On top of it I got my little baby vomiting for whole night after we visited one of their restaurants so we had to cancel our stay cation and visit a hospital. I understand that it could be anything but to be honest their kids menu is a a junk food even tastes the same way.

We have not stayed in the hotel, but we used their Pool and Beach access, that is very cool. Huge territory with 43 or 4 pools, long beach . You can rent kayak or paddle board, we even have seen big see turtle. Territory is very beautiful and green.

The location is excellent, the shops and food places are at par too. Breakfast was good as well. However, we were let down by the cleanliness of the hotel. DTCM should review the hygiene of the hotel especially during these Covid times. Being a mother, I am conscious of room cleanliness for my family. I dusted using wipes the bed side tables to begin with. We found ourselves under the used sheets as we hit the sack. Total disbelief and horrible experience! We have requested to change the bedding. The housekeeping was shy while we were concluding that the comforters werent change for us, they were used comforters! He said, Mam the pillows and bed covers were surely changed but perhaps the covers of comforters were forgotten. If only I could email the awful smell. Be careful and inspect your room if you ever decide to stay here.

The hotel facilities were great, the rooms were lovely, the food as well as the restaurant selection was wonderful, but what stood out more than anything was the absolutely incredible staff - my husband and I could not speak more highly of the friendliness, helpfulness and sheer loveliness of every single member of the staff. We will definitely be back and encourage all who would like a wonderful and happy holiday to make a reservation.

This is truly a hidden gem of Dubai .. we have spent some wonderful days here during this summer and the staff are absolutely wonderful , in particular Prasad and Dinesh who are wait staff on the beach . They are friendly , efficient and cannot do enough to ensure that you’re comfortable and happy . What a great place to relax and regenerate without a glitzy , formal environment like so many hotels in the city .

Just a great chilled out place 15mins drive away from all the high rise and the staff are excellent and sooo friendly. We will definitely be back again very soon. We loved every minute of it!

Officially this is a 4 star hotel but genuinely not sure why its not 5 stars. Lovely beach, tons of lounges, lots of different areas and pools. When though it was full it never felt busy. Kids club could be more animated but was fine. The sea was perfect in October/ November and weather a consistent blue sky and 32 degrees. Staff very friendly and good variety/ quality excellent.

Great resort with everything you need at one place. Beautiful beach and surrounding area. Friendly and service-minded staff which will try accommodate your needs. The only negative thing is that the resort is a bit far from the center and it takes a bit to get there, however they have free bus services so it kinda weighs up for it.

It was very nice. The food was good and the view was exquisite. The activities could be more but for the most part it was very good.

I came to stay at JA Beach hotel for one night with my friend...despite the fact that it rained that did not ruin our stay as we still had a spectacular time.The spa was amazing, we both had a relaxing hr massage. There were so many places to dine, we were happy with Phoenicia...a delicious middle eastern cuisine and then we opted for the buffet breakfast which had us even skipping lunch!From the friendly staff, to the amazing facilities, I will for sure be returning!

If you need a place to unwind for the weekend and even longer that’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city without the long drive, this is the place to go! It is simply amazing immersed in a lot of nature and small waterfalls. It is eco friendly and very serene. They have a salt water pool and a regular pool with poolside bars and restaurants. They have so many facilities here: the golf course, sports bar, all kinds of water sports and of course the amazing Elemis spa! In addition all the wonderful things this place has to offer, the best part is the service - everyone, literally everyone has a way of making one feel like they truly care and I believe they do. They are very pleasant, attentive and always ready to make adjustments to suit individual needs. It’s my second time here and I am looking forward to visiting again! Thanks Ashfaq, Ceyril, Islam, and everyone else for making my stay a wonderful and memorable one. One more thing, the food at white orchid is to die for!!
