Fully furnished hotel, if you are looking for a longer stay I would suggest this place which is superb cheap and with best amenities, On top its close to airport and bur Dubai. Also front office area staffs are very professional, Especially Mr. Mohammed who was very kind and helpful staff.

Dont book this hotel, Whole night you will get loud songs as they have cheap Dance bar in the ground floor as well as top floor. Whole night your heart will beat with that sounds. with out any hesitation avoid this hotel. And no Hot water only you will get warm water. And the worst thing is break fast - we stayed for 1 week. 6 days same menu no change. hostel menu is better than this hotel breakfast menu. very congested Small rooms. TV not working.

Stay well away from the dirty happy ending place inside. The masseuse spent the entire time asking me for more money. I already paid the front counter then tipped her the same amount again inside. If I wanted to listen to a woman complaining for an hour I would have stayed at home!

The worst hotel stay i ever had. never ever expect a service like this. wait there more than an hour for check in, they ask me to wait, there is only one staff to handle all these things, and they dont have enough keys for rooms, each time i have to wait for the staff to open my room door because they have only one or two room access cards, they dont provide you the access cards to enter the room.the next funny thing is there is not electricity in the power sockets to charge my phone. what a worst experience.lose of money , time etc etc... lodges are more more better than this.Worst Reception and idiotic service. they dont deserve one star rating. please remove these type of hotels from from your site listings.

Am disappointed for not informing about Parking charges. When valet parking was done in RTA baldiya Parking free at night 10 pm to 8am in Dubai. Well, I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to sleep at night.The different cheap clubs(yes, you read that right) in the hotel will make your night a living hell.Well, forget about hot water either.Otherwise the staff will try to help where they can. Dont take your frustration on them as the hotel is what it is... They are just employees.But if you dont mind the heart stopping noise, then for the price, it aint bad.Would i ever book here?. Not in a million years.

Rooms was very small and congested. Remote was not working and we asked it to change but they didnt even respond. Breakfast was till 10 am and we arrived late they asked us to have it from left over things. When we checked out, they charged 50AED for hair color stain on towel . They said we have damAged the property of hotel. And fight for it. Very disgusting hotel . We booked just bcoz we were arriving late from global village only for overnight we wanted it. But our stay was nightmare.

Very expensive food not that services. They kept my Id roll check out. No swimming pool. One guy called to intern telephone asking me if I need a girl. Parking is 30 UAD per night. Passport stolen from one guest.

All inoperative things; shower, sink, air conditioning, air conditioning thermostat, shuttered windows with holsurubs can not be opened, in the room a breathable, refreshing and odorous atmosphere. The hotel staff is not at all loving sometimes even repellent. I do not recommend to none Delmond Boutique Hotel.

The cleaners are very bad,they just go inside the room and they change the bag, theyre not changing the beds, there is a club inside the hotel and every single night the music start at 10p.m and its finishing at 3 oclock in the morning and you cant sleep at all. The food its terrible, its the worst hotel were I stayed.

Great evening place

The hotel is situated near Deira and has very average furnishings and cheap crockery. The thermostat does not function in the rooms, the bedding is poor and the rooms don’t have enough natural lighting. Staff is non cooperative and there are thieves inside the hotel. Beware !!

The place looks really weird. Theres some sort of nightclub in the building, and the music was playing there till late night (you can hear it in your room). The room was very old and we couldnt even switch on the lights normally because of strange controls. Do not recommend even for one night.

I thought it was too loud, in the 1st floor it is not possible to fall asleep until 3 oclock in the morning. On the higher floors, the noise remains unbearable. therefore not to recommend

We stay two weeks in that hotel and paid around 400£ which is close to 1900 dirhams and for that price its totally the best. Included breakfast , room was acceptable for a 3 star hotel. They were cleaning every day , staff were super friendly and peaceful with us the waiter from the restaurant, the room staffs, the reception especially Juned. Theres a metro station on 30 min walk from the hotel. In front the whole Naif str. Is full of restaurants and shops.If you dont wanna waste thousands money for hotels in the Marina area thats the perfect choice.

This hotel is totally disappointing. We stayed there and calling the concierge to fixed the Air Conditioner, I called like 5 time but non of them bothered. i wont recommend this place again. Service is Bad. They asked our ID and inform us to return it when we check-out but the reception forgot to give us as well. I have to go back from Abu Dhabi just to get the passport and ID. And didnt even apologies for what happened. Seems its normal to them to experience the inconvenience of the costumer.

Poor internet connection. Rooms are OK. Cleaned daily. Staff are terrible. Security blocked the lift and won’t let me go to get my wife because I parked on “their” place. Took me 15 min of arguing. Night club with loud music.
