One of the hotel you can stay in while in the city. Very good spacious rooms, clean and calm. Perfect for a good rest after a long day of walking around the busy streets and tourist spots. Even within the centre of the City with busy streets and roads, still the rooms are quite and serene.Dont expect any amenities like gym or swimming pools, they have only one restaurant in ground floor. They serve Asian cuisines. Menu is available in each room, just dial, say your order and they will deliver. Parking is very limited, but outside parking is ample.

All are fake no breakfast no kings room no wifi, staff are arrogant if you ask for kings room they will tell you it is a mistake of booking. Com, rooms smells unpleasant so disgusting toilet, dont book this hotel. You will regret it im sure.

We were in this great Hotel for a 18 days during Christmas holiday. Every day we were served by a great breakfast in our room. It was really nice and tasty. Stuff are really nice people with smile every day. nEvery day we left to the beach and our room was cleaned by hotel personal and added tea and coffee bags, towel and so on. The hotel is just 50 metres from metro station. In nearby is few supermarkets and two shopping centres. In hotel is Chinese restaurant, and few other are just around corner. We were really happy there.. There were reconstruction of a building nearby, so sometimes in night we can heard some noise

Ma Belsam is very helpful and approachable... fast check in and she valued a regular guest. everything is good in this property.. location.. room size etc.. but one thing. the really need to check the pillows especially the red one. its not cleaned and washed properly, it looks like they are not changing it after the guest checks out.

Value for money. . Cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. Taste of the foods was good specially spaghetti and chichen burger. . There was no buffet breakfast and it was served in the rooms with fixed menu. One of the serving bowl was slightly broken.

Clean. Which is really good. Then I extended my stay and they kept the room on hold for me because I was held back in a meeting. Suman from reception was also great and he did the booking extension for me. On my checkout at 7am and I was in a hurry I informed them that nothing was taken from the bar or snacks. I was asked to wait 5mins for confirmation if I really didnt take it and it made me late for work ..even if the reception was already informed the night before that I will have early check out. They also didnt have the breakfast because of Ramadan which wasnt advertised and was informed to after I checked in.

. Almost everything in this money perfect . cleanliness . no any bugs . no bad smell . light rooms . very good AC . clean bathroom . accommodating staff . it real worths its value. They dont give guests slippers. They dont give you dental kits. Just arabic tv chanals .

I like the location of the facility, just behind the East Exit of Salah Al Din Metro Station and just a kilometre or two from Banyas Square where I do my shopping. The price is very good. Just AED 430 Tax inclusive for two rooms for two nights.nnThe staff a very friendly, we arrived way earlier than our check in time, but the person in charge let us pay ahead, store our luggage and use the washrooms. We went to see some places and had our meeting, came back to stay at the hotel after the check-in time passed.. I can't think of anything bad really. I got more than what I paid for!

It is a place you get in and dont want to leave. You just want to stay more days. It is very neat, very clean, very classic if I may say and to top it all up, great customer care services. I love how peaceful and organized the hotel is. Very fancy yet with affordable rates. Breakfast in bed, tea and coffee anytime in your room because theres an electric kettle with cups, sugar and tea bags in the room. A lot of interesting channels on TV. No disturbances once in your room. I bet OYO click hotel will be my first choice when I get back to Dubai. Too bad Ive only got to spend 2 nights here. Staff are accommodating and friendly , but the hotel is not good to relax or sleep it’s too noisy banging doors and making noise in the hall at 2am , I’m coming with this hotel when it was Sky light the smell of that hotel is really good but now the smell is terrible Ac is not working properly compare before the Syrian management , you will not see toothbrush shampoo and conditioner , only body wash soap and moisturizer , this hotel is good for a short time stay only , not recommended !

The check in was fast and smooth.The lady from reception is very polite and knows what to do . The location is very perfect to metro station.just a minute walk. Breakfast in bed .just wow! Staffs are very helpful in general but the lady from reception had helped us a lot and thanks a lot and hope to come back again in our next visit. Nothing!

Highly recommended. Rooms are very clean. The reception staffs, Arabic lady and Asian men, both of them having a good attitude and customer oriented persons. I had a great stay and sure will come again.

We booked for 7 nights, checked in we requested a non smoking room got the keys to our room, right when we open the door OMG this thick bad smoke smell almost pushed us back, we told them they gave us another room still the same i dont know what is there problem but they dont have non smoking room all the rooms we saw are drenched in smoke really disgusting. so we checked out right away cause we need our lunges dont we and they made us pay for that night but thats okay rather than dying in smoke hell.

Its one of the good hotel in the city. Even its was surrounded by busy road, still the rooms are quite, calm, a place you can relax after long travel or roaming around dubai as a tourist.No amenities like swimming pool or gym. Its purely a place of rest and relax when tired of walking.Wi-Fi is available and free. Limited parking is available. They have a very good asian restaurant downstairs name Chef Wong. The food is great, in good quality and cheap. If you are tired and hungry, dont have time to dine outside, the menu are stack in the room and dial. They will deliver.

. I like the location.. very near to metro . . Last time we stayed there .. its very dissapointing because theres a BED BUGS !!!! ?? and my wife cannot sleep because of it and we went in the reception to complain. But he just told us that we will report that to the management tommorow but what about us ? As a customer we want also that our stay will be comfartable .. but the reception guy didnt offer any other room to transfer and yet we stay in the room w BED BUGS And me and my wife is suffering we never sleep for the whole night because of it .. we sleep on the floor just to stay away from that freakin bed bugs!!!nnAnd also all the towel have a lot of stains .. just like the previous visitor used it and the cleaner just folded it .

. Fast internet and good staff . There is 3 spaces for private parking, otherwise you have to go for paid parking. The area is very dirty of prostitute cards around the hotel and in the whole area. The hotel has smoking smell.

Amazing spa & massage center. I like Al reem spa massage center in Deira Dubai. Massage services fabulous they have all types of massage services, Moroccan bath, full body massage, foot massage, and all such a luxurious services I never forget.

My booking is for kingsize bed. But they give me twin bed. When I enter in room I got surprised then I went down to reception I inform the guy who sitting in reception my booking is for kingsize bed not twin bed. He replied me this is the only room they have. This is not good. If they dont have kingsize they should inform us before checkin. Nothing.

Good value for money. It was clean. Do not expect services of a 5 star wen paying this little. It certainly has no views out of window but is situated in the most convenient and warm place with less than a minute access to metro, buses, malls, restaurants, taxi, spas etc.

1. No full address on booking confirmation. Taxi driver must call to ask. But! Manager ask confirmation number! They really think that people will have confirmation on hands?2. Terrible breakfast. Think it was worth breakfast that i had in my life. Staff bring a plastic box on your room. All food inside - cold.3. Room had a smell of cigarettes. Even bed linen had it.4. Strange smell in corridors.5. Helpless staff. Twice asked questions: first one about park - answer was i do not know. Second about airports terminal - answer was incorrect.6. Good option to spend one night in Dubai, especially for this price Nice hotel located not far from the airport. Metro station is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Clean lines and clean room. Wi-fi works well. Even though there is a sign that prohibits smoking in the rooms, the smell of cigarettes is noticeable.

My stay at OYO 101 Click Hotel . Location, cleanliness, staff.. The shower cubicle needs a shower curtain or door to stop shower water splashing out. The toilet seat needs securing

We booked on Booking.com with a price of 199 AED, then on arrival there was added 22% taxes and service fee and on top there was 10 AED per room as tourism tax. Expect an additional 30%, which is a surprise which no one could appreciate.ROOMThe room looked fine, but there was a terrible smell when we came in. We started the airconditioning which made it better. The bathroom had another 2 surprises: orange water from the shower and the mold (see pictures and video).BREAKFASTThe included breakfast looked like a flight meal and was nothing close to a proper breakfast, it tastes close to nothing.CONCLUSIONThe bed was fine and I had a good sleep, thats why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. There are some major improvements to be made to get 5 stars

For this price is ok. Clean room, little to noisy air-condition, breakfast served in the room, wi-fi only for chatting, you cant talk through WhatsApp or Messenger.

My long night at Click.. Set up and clean room.... the room I was given had dirty bed sheets...I think they had not been changed as they had stain on them.For some reason,breakfast is served in the room and they don't ask your preference.

This place is total GARBAGE very bad customer service, must be avoided. Traveling to Dubai for the first time i reserved 3 rooms for me and my group. When we got there the hotel cancelled our reservation without notice leaving us with nowhere to stay at 1am in the morning. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE.

I choosed this hotel because of good price , nearby metro station , 24 hour desk and positive evaluation, but the reality was completly different , there was mold in the bathroom, cigarette smell in the room, packed breakfast without choice served to the room, some receptionis guy were very slow and useless like he dont know what to do how to do the things... apart for the lady, she was quick responsive and helpfull
