Protruding springs can be felt on the bed mattress. No complimentary stuff was provided, only soap. Not even a small bottle of water. Maybe you need to ask first before they provide any. Hotel has a kind of eerie feel due to the lighting not bright enough. You can find cheaper price, but I chose it because its closer to where I need to stay. They have kind staff.

Dont stay here!! They are liars and fraudulent. Dont waste your money. My family stayed for one night and spoke to the manager about moving to a different hotel closer to their conference. The manager printed them a receipt confirming they would be charged for one night and the rest would be refunded. He signed and stamped. Two months later and they are saying they will not refund the money, even though they provided a receipt!! Expedia has contacted then repeatedly. The Business Bureau in Dubai had contacted them. They refuse to refund the money they guaranteed would be returned. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere, ANYWHERE, else!! (The rooms are also sub par and the location is inconvenient to everything).

Good location - close to the metro (and only 3 stops from the airport) and fairly cheap, but... Not clean, bathroom, especially the bathtub was unsanitary. Bed not comfortable. Overall the rooms feel worn, dark and claustrophobic. Cant recommend unless you really dont have any other choice.

Hotel for its two stars. The rooms are of course old, the furniture is ragged. But there is free Wi-Fi, a good restaurant at the hotel. The towels in the bathroom are old, but both shampoos and liquid soap were present. The water was heating fast. Air conditioning works just fine. They always cleaned the room if we hung a sign asking them to get out. There was no point cleaning every day.The main advantage of the hotel is that it is next to the metro. Near a busy street with shops and restaurants. A city bus runs to the beach, you need to walk a bit to it. On the tour, we even envied those who stayed in more expensive but remote hotels.
