The pricing is ok but the service is not up to the mark. Very crowded area. I stayed there for 3 months with family. It was a ok experience. But if you are staying for 1 week or two then it should be fine.

This Hotel cum Serviced Apartments has a staff willing to serve. Only that you need to keep asking for help, whether it is replenishing water bottles, maintaining hygiene around etc. Or asking for per occupant towel. Better not visit unless you dont have a choice. Breakfast is reasonable.

Not that great hotel to stay. over priced. Service apartments services are of no use. its better u select a good hotel. Manager is very very arrogant and not cooperating. They spoiled our holidays by giving us very very shabby room. I guess all rooms are shabby. Never ever ask and consult manager for any activity as he has got heavy commissions.

Hospitality is missing and Hotel Bearers are lazy goose and they sometimes refuse to take your instructions... Wifi is not connected properly ..staffs are not experienced /ethical , cant find polite approach .Cost is very high.. Please dont go for this hotel.. not worth for your money and Trip will be disaster if you still stay on this hotel

Good place to stay. Perfect studio with all amenities. Everything available in close proximity. Kashif, food, 25/7 super store, laundry, barbar, transport, 1 km metro station. Perfect for family and bachelor both.

Dirty as super dirty hotelRoaches are roaming around and very stinky room they have, toilet is dirty as no body is cleaning for 10 years. Very ugly hotel inside. Never waste your money and time for this kind of hotel. I promise so completely disgusting!!!!

Excellent customer ServiceBut the Building seems too old, Seems like little bitexpensive for this range of apartments since we can get a luxurious Apartment For same Price range, No Water bottles were provided, No bath towels ( I didnt asked The staffs to provide , Usually when i used to visit other apartments/ Hotels these are already there )But easy access to 24 Hours Supermarket, Bust station , Metro station and Restaurants

Whenever I visit Dubai prefer to stay here only bcz of good and prompt room service , cleanliness, good attitudes of staffs besides other facilities

Very Nice Apartment. We can reach there by Metro,very near to Al Fahidi Metro station &Al Khaleej Center in MANKHOOL

Its a nice place . The only issue was swimming timing.

It is abit old and needs upgrade. Diesnt even provide basic items like brush and tooth paste.

We spent two nights in this messy place and it was a nightmare! First of all, it is a super dirty place. Most of the tiles in the bathroom were broken. There is always a bad smell in the room. Their solution for this was spraying the room! Our room was on the 7th floor (top floor) and the whole time there was the noise of pool and spa motors. Worst thing was that there was a mosque in the same street with a loud speaker who woke us up everyday at 5:00 a.m. and continued its loud prayers for 30 minutes.

Today, the room was so complete and arranged. Iam enjoying the stay

Last night i stayed in this hotel i dont had any complain except most of tv chanels were not working.all the staff was very cooperative & help full specially Mr, zeshan for him im gona give 5 stars keep up good work!!!!!
