I have spent almost 2 years in this building, Good management, reasonable price and accessible to everything. At my time cleanliness was not best.

It is an overall good building. I lived two years in this building.Bed bugs are very common in second floor especially. And internet issues depend upon the landlord you have rented from or you have taken complete apartment.No amenities are there in the building. Located in very calm and peaceful location which does have all the facilities available like barber, tea shop - farrouj Hut; extremely great tea, laundry, grocery shops, eateries and gym. Overall building is okay if you get a good apartment rates are also fine but expensive of you take only single room.

Its a very serene place to stay in. Not as massively overcrowded as some I have visited in times past. It so easy to get there and super easy to leave for anywhere in Dubai. Its also very close to Mall of the Emirates, which one can get to within less than 10 mins of trekking. It has grocery stores opposite and also adjacent to it. There are also barbershops nearby, and also theres a business or typing centre just a minute walk down the road from Splendor Hotel Apartment.

Very bad and high costactually they request a commission to give you a good apartment.

Awful, bad and unpleasant staying. The apartment wasnt ready for us although we booked one week before coming here, no kettle, no cups, no lights for the lamp, nothing was clean at all! Bed sheets too were dirty. The visitor should expect cleaning the place himself. The apartment is full of bugs. Wi-fi connection is good thats why it deserves a star, and only one.

Be careful with themThey stole an amount of 4000 dirhams from my Visa card in a way that is long explained, but it was fraudulent and I filed a report with the Dubai police, praise be to God, after two months they called me the investigations and told me that the criminal confessed to his action and praise be to God for all .. knowing that I canceled my reservations and did not live in apartments.They are professional in ripping people they stole 4000 AED from my visa card and denied. I complained to Dubai Police and now after 2 months the police call me to come and take my money. I didnt stay here I canceled my booking.

The price and location are suitable for the family, almost in case you would like to book early in here the price is very nice and the service is wonderful.My experience here is beautiful away from Mall of the Emirates 15 minutes walk and 12 dirhams by car pay.It is beautiful from 8 am to 10 am. Pick up cars in front of the hotel.
