I have been to Five JVC on my birthday but it didn’t meet with our expectations. My fiancé has booked the hotel to give a Birthday surprise but even though he has information to the hotel that this booking was made to celebrate my birthday and guess what happened from hotel.Nothing has been prepared by hotel even upon check-in when we have spoken with receptionist then he has arranged the small peace of cake as a gesture.I have been to the many hotel in my past but this is first time happened that hotel didn’t prepare anything for us. Means no decorations through towel art, no balloons nothing was done by hotel which gave us lots of disappointment.I would not recommend to anyone who else want to go there to celebrate any special occasion. Better to go any 2 star hotel they are doing many more things.

One word ARTI who worked the front check-in desk. She made everything go so smoothly and even made my stay even better with an added perk for my Birthday. I was shocked she wished me Happy Birthday and was so friendly. Although the line was long, I noticed that she rapidly handled each customer with care. It seemed as if everyone was feeding off her energy and performing up to standard. The hotel was great of course. Customer satisfaction was on par. This is one of the hotels where you could actually say....I think thats John Legend over there ! Seriously, you should stay here if you want a more chilled vibe with other people who feel the same way. You actually meet more REAL people here and the facilities are great. The restaurants and proximity to everything is shocking. Literally walking distance to what you need. This place makes you want to enjoy whats right in your reach. I loved it and will be back...probably next week. Lets hope my review gets better. Ill be on the lookout for even more this time.

Stayed here during the winters and let me tell you, amazing view with everything around being all foggy in the morning and feeling like you are somewhere in the sky.Lovely experience with the room and everything.Loved their services and would love to visit here another time.Thank you so much for having us.

I tried to call regarding the following issue. I spoke with 3 different people and no one has an apparent solution or is willing to at least to TRY to find a solution as they all gave me the same answer right away.I have a reservation with you guys from the 31st of August to the 1st of September and I would like to use the room on the 31st only from 9 am to 6 pm. I tried to explain the situation with your agents but they do not provide any solution as this period is in the middle of the check-in - check-out times.Apparently, they cannot manage the situation with a hospitality focus and customer-oriented focus.

Dont go there. worst experience ever. jacuzzi dosnt work. no one to fix. cant change the room and all hall full of .....girls. dont try it with your family ever

We came here for Thur Trattoria offer and it was just amazing. The best value for money I’ve ever had in Dubai. The service is second to none, super attentive and friendly. I cant recommend this place enough.

Stayed for 3 nights, the service is great they’re really attentive.the staff is amazing but the experience I had was terrible.After checking by 5 minutes I saw a cockroach in my room so I reported that, one of the managers came over and apologized then asked if I wanted to change the room so he can investigate the incident. One more thing to mention I didn’t feel safe at all you have drunk people all over the building and on the second night someone rang the doorbell and ran away. Third night at 5 in the morning I woke because there’s a drunk person screaming in the hallway. Overall it wasn’t pleasant, I wanted to extend my stay and get the room with a private pool but I don’t think I’ll do that anymore.

First time I have been to Five JVC Hotel. This trip was booked by my fiance on my birthday. In general, when we go to any hotel occasionally on birthday, anniversary or any special day to celebrate and post-booking information has given to the hotel. In that case, we always found that the hotel has done the special arrangement to make our special day more special. But while booking the Five JVC has given different experience.1) while informing post-booking they have asked for to pay Aed 250 for decor but when we asked for non-chargeable decor to be done which happening in all the hotel they didnt respond well and just ignored.2) Upon check-in, the receptionist wasnt aware of that, when we have discussed with him that we are here to celebrate my birthday he has arranged a small piece of cake and I appreciate him.3) while entering the room, we got surprised with lots of disappointment because we didnt see any special gesture from the hotel side. And that has given us lots of embarrassment.I would not recommend this hotel special to those who want to go to the hotel to celebrate any special occasions. This hotel is just going to spoil your mood.

House keeping was very poor, loud music constantly till 6am. I’ve complained and asked for my room to be changed and nobody is doing anything about it. Mini bar hasn’t been filled up since my first night. House keeping thinks its acceptable to come and clean my room at 5-7pm. Ridiculous for a 5star hotel.

This is one of the coolest and clean place that I have been in Dubai..The check in process is smooth,, the have a very professional team in customer service .The rooms are spacious, well organized and fresh,,Room service offers excellent services as well.I dont regret staying here and cant wait to come back again.The jacuzzi was nice.Thumbs up.

Five Jumeirah is one of the best hotels I have ever been in the UAE! We booked for a superior room with balcony but when we were there, they upgraded our room to the Sky Superior with balcony. It was on the 33rd floor and the view was really amazing! Surreal! The room was really spacious and styled beautifully, its indeed a chic hotel. Room features I love: Smart TV thats automatically connected to Netflix, Comfortable and spacious bed, balcony with table and a seat for two, espresso machine & the huge bathroom with ambient lighting and big bath tub. During the afternoon, there is a service that will take you to the Five Palm Beach if you get bored with their pool bar & family pool. Breakfast is also good, they serve continental & international cuisine. Overall experience is FIVE!!! Well definitely go back!! The service crew are very friendly, they will assist you the moment you enter the hotel until your check out!

Hi thereThis is the best service from five starts hotel ever. After contacting them 5 time for reservation they toldme ever time that the sales manager will call me back. Im still waiting for the sales manager to contact me back. Dont worry i know its been two day of waiting. But they told me within one hour he will call me back. Im still waiting (FIVE Jumeirah Village Hotel - Private Pools & Jacuzzis).

Rooms are just ok. The most annoying are the lifts. For those many floors and rooms all they have are 6 lifts. You will have to wait for so long to get lifts. It was very crowded. No social distancing and not everyone was wearing mask. Breakfast was also good, not great. Bathrooms were really good. Bed was super comfortable to sleep.

While I was staying at five village hotel, my money was stolen by a Turkish friend who stayed with me. hotel managment did not help me in any way. and the next morning my money was stolen and even though I was a victim, I was kicked out of the hotel. The person who called me Ameera Tulba told me that the police searched the hotel and they did not let me stay. I was kicked out of the hotel even though I had an ongoing reservation. and humiliated by Ameera Tulba. The police released me because I was not guilty of any crime, the other woman was deported from the country, but I was expelled from the hotel. and my rezaevation was not canceled the same day. When I tried to call him, he blocked me and cursed me. never go to this hotel. I didnt get any respect from anyone other than the valet attendants.

The worst hotel experience Ive ever had. Never book during holiday season if you value your time and mental health.Took me over one hour standing in the queue just to check in. Once checked in, I was asked to wait for 10 more minutes for the room to be ready. So I waited just to be surprised that I have to wait in another queue to get to the elevators.At least now we get to enjoy our pool. Turned out its so tiny and shallow. You cant swim in it. The room was okay but definitely not worth the rate. And when we wanted leave later on that evening, we waited for another 15 minutes after pressing the elevator button to get down while watching the elevators zooming passed our floor without stopping. Then when one finally stops its full, what a surprise.When the checkout time came, weve asked the room service for a cart, they said itll take up to 40 minutes, so we carried our bags and headed down after trying to reach the valet for 5 times with no avail, no surprises there though, I know theyre busy. So I go down and handed them my ticket. And there I was, standing in the summer heat for over 40 minutes. While people come and leave with their cars. I asked the valet supervisor to let me get my car by myself, which some people did after waiting for about 30 minutes, he didnt allow me because my car was on its way. I waited a while longer, and after numerous complaints he says my car was actually parked outside in the sun. It shouldnt have taken them 5 minutes to get it, but Ive waited 10 times as long.I would not suggests you book there during any busy season.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Stuck waiting for an elevator for 45 minutes! Staff trained to be disrespectful, argues with you ,lied to us and discriminates between their lower level and higher level employees. I am not talking about the whole staff but the 7 or 8 people I met , otherwise some lower level employees were really nice and actually were able to handle us as guests better if given a chance. One of the employees on the reception wouldn’t even apologize to us , ran and claimed that she fainted just not to sit with us and face us and talk. One bad apple ruins all the other apples. This is literally the worst service I ever had not even in 3 or 4 stars hotel employees would act this way. What a shame. My country is known for the good hospitality and you can’t manage a couple of your employees that represent a hotel in Dubai. What am shame. Literally my worst experience ever. In details ,Five Jumeirah village hotel the worst hotel I have been to, the worst customer service, manager couldn’t manage his employees to actually apologize and respect the guests and when an am employee actually apologizes it’s one of the low level employees which is a discrimination.the higher lever employee they couldn’t handle and wouldn’t apologize they actually claimed that she fainted 🤣 I even asked other employees they laughed at me and said no ,, what a pathetic excuse. I can’t believe we have this kind of management!! Again ‎Dubai is known to have the best services and most professional ones this is such a disappointment that a 5 star hotel have a very unprofessional, rude and racist service.!

WORST experience ever. They canceled my booking and gave our room to someone else even thought I CONFIRMED EVERYTHING! I even gave them my credit card. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. How can you do that to someone that confirmed 200% that they would show up and then when you show up, they tell you that they gave your room to someone else. I do not recommend you to go to this hotel unless you dont care about being canceled last minute and having to pay taxi for nothing.Management if you see this: Reach out to me.They didnt even give me the option to book another room. Had the best time there, the rooms are super spacious, staff is helpful and friendly.

The room is amazing! But to get there we took about 40 minutes just for the check in. And then the security that stays in front of the elevator didn’t allow us to go in, so we had to go back to the reception. And for check out, there are only 6 elevators for a building that has 59 floors. We waited for 30 minutes until we gave up and called the receptionist to make a complain about it. Then finally the elevator stopped at our floor. After that more 30 minutes for check out, and to request for our car. The room and the view it’s incredible but the whole experience was very disappointing and tiring. Not worth it.

So the layout of the rooms and the price are unbeatable. However, just be aware that this is a PARTY hotel! It’s loud everywhere- on the balconies, outside your door. You can’t avoid the noise and party music no matter what, and I even booked during Ramadan. I couldn’t do a zoom meeting without having to adjust because of the loud music outside of my room. The rooms are arranged in clusters where individual rooms surround the large suits with hot tubs and pools. Those rooms blast music on their patio thinking the noise is just outside, but it echos to every other room in their cluster. There seems to always be larger groups in the suits who came for one reason- to party LOUDLY all night. If there were mandated quite hours, or noise reducers in the rooms, I would give it 5 stars ⭐️ You can also hear your neighbors conversations on their balconies- weird. There isn’t a single spot in the room that is sound proof from outside.But, if you are a sunrise/sunset lover, this is a great spot too.I’m torn between 4 or 5 stars 😂

Very weird system.You get to register only 4 other guests for the 2 bedroom with private pool. Even if these guests leave and they confirm it, they refuse to delete them from the list and let other guests register and visit. ( we signed a paper and we respected the rules. We only kept 5 in the room max but still they decided not to make sense which made the stay unpleasant)

I booked a 1 bedroom suite and the concept of private jacuzzi and swimming pools attached to the room is really nice, however we were not so happy with the room cleanliness (as there was lot of dust inside and also the sofa cushions were completely wet).Also, as my stay was with family, we thought like this hotel is more for people who wants to party as we couldnt sleep properly during night due to loud music and were able to hear the conversations happening next to our room.Pros- break fast , amenities

One of worst hotel experiences in Dubai, this is absolutely not a place for families, the lobby is full with young people who are half dressed, some of them walks with their bath robe.The room was toooooooooo noisy from the music coming from the hotel restaurant, although I called the hotel manager at 12:30 he only gave promises to lower the noise, nothing happened till the party was over at 2:30 a.m.The breakfast was average and the room furniture are not even close to other 5 star hotels in Dubai.Finally, the location was far away from everything with very few option for short reach.My advise, try other places in Dubai.

No respect to neighbors in other rooms.4. On two different occasions, room service entered the room while I was asleep!!!! One very soft knock and they entered!!!5. I asked for ice and they charge me for it after ALL THE MISTAKES THEY DID!I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again.

Reception is super crowded. Service is 1 star only. Toilet & rooms are not as 5 star hotel.I hope they can improve the valet service as it took as 20 min to collect our car.Swimming pool is nice but not fully private as mentioned.

We visited Soul Street Kitchen, Food was great and service was lovely from Garisharma. Unfortunately the car Valet Service provided by FIVE was a shambles.

Overrated hotel and not well organised.Check-in is at 3pm, we were told that theyd call us when room was ready. We were hanging around the pool area, hot and sweaty. Finally went down at 3.45pm and they checked us in. Somebody came to check the minibar.He came back again the morning after, these things should be done when rooms are empty. I said through the door that it wasnt a good time. He said 3 times that he had to check it and 3 times I had to repeat that I had no clothes on and that I wasnt opening the door.They wanted us to check out at 12, even though we checked in late. We explained that and they said no, we had to leave at 12. Dont think so!Ahmed at the reception is so polite and helpful. He was helping me and his tall female colleague (no name badge) was so obnoxious to him. I could hear her shouting at Ahmed from 30 feet away over all the hustle and noise from the reception. Ignorant woman, I told the manager but he wouldnt tell me her name. I suppose thats the vibe they want in the hotel. Good luck with that!

Always the pool is dirty plus they don’t have a good customer service at all the receptionist told me that she will change my room and the next day her manager called and said I can’t change they don’t even know how to talk to people very rude even the manager who was supposed to solve the problem didn’t do anything and told us this is what you have… to be honest it a very bad experience and with the money im paying I would take somewhere else better and cleaner

With conflicting reviews about the hotel, I had to make calculated risk and book, hence let me try to give as fair review as possible to ease it on those who follow,,(I stayed for 5 nights with family in two bed room flat, during the week(sat-Thu))The overall experience in the hotel is excellent. It is clean, house keeping are quick in fulfilling requests, supportive and the valet and elevators are relatively quick. The pool is temperature controlled (u could adjust the temperature from chamber next to the pool,, not sure if that’s allowed through lol) ,, and is amazing for kids and suitable for grownups, (6*4m, 0.9 depth),,, not too private, as the photos show, however, never faced an issue of people peeking over our pool,, and it was never noisy near the pool,, (possibly bcoz I stayed during the week and not the weekend,,)The lobby is relatively small though, hence seemed crowded most of the time,,,

Don’t offer free cancellation options I tried my best to communicate with them on a professional level but they keep spamming this is a hotels policy it doesn’t make a difference if it’s hotel policy or not if you don’t give the customer free cancellation options to begin with it’s like putting a customer in a situation where they can’t do anything about it and it’s such a shame as I was looking forward to stay but the location wasn’t working for me and as a result they basically kept the money and I didn’t even USE the room and I was canceling 2 weeks prior to my booking this was a nightmare. This hotel doesn’t care about the customer or customer satisfaction

To be honest, I won’t be staying here again mostly because the vibe just wasn’t right. It seemed like all the instagram influencers got recommended to stay here and that just makes the place feel inauthentic. The room was nice for the price, the views are cool. But the overall vibe of the hotel was most enjoyed in our room, not out in what it had to offer outside of it.

Worst trip and experience i have ever had! I had to wait for 3 hours so they can clean up the room plus no privacy is given to the guest. One of the staff knocked at our door more than 5 times just to keep the noise down at 8-9 PM i didn’t get a room with a private pool to keep my voice down and the security keeps blocking our way whenever we leave or enter that we have to show him our room keys to let us go in! Very disturbing and bad hospitality which needs to be taught before hiring someone!My trip was a nightmare and i am not planning to revisit this hotel ever again.

Hotel is a good experience. Nice pool or jacuzzi if you go for a premium room. You will enjoy your time. Great for parties relaxing and enjoying yourself. If you drive your own car and not a rental and do not want a valet denting your pride and joy you will either park in sand or taxi rank. The valet are rude at times. The bell boy service will forget your bags at sometimes. And may even argue taking or giving your luggage because of the mass quantities of people in and out. The reception staff is friendly. The mangers are even better and some of the Secuirty are a good laugh. There are a lot of parties and working girls so sometimes can get hectic and noisy. Rooms are always cleaned quickly and on request.

The place itself is good with a wonderful bath top ever .. but the treatment there is not .. when you order anything they force you to pay direclty and now! .. even if you are in the swimming pool and your wallet is up in the room .. they treat you like a theif .. unfortunately I had a bad experience there..

2 bedrooms with private pool. Spacious and comfortable.. pool is suitable for kids age 8 and above.. younger kids can play with the shallow water around the pool..it was windy and cold for kids to swim the period we stayed..April2021

Five JVC has a different vibe. We spent multiple evening there exploring their food outlets and I’m really impressed. They recently opened an outlet called Gooze Island tap house. They have different variety of beers. If you are a sports fan then do visit this place.

A stay that turned into a nightmare. My gold ring and other stuff « disappeared » by magic in my room. They « investigated » and leaved us without any answer not even a sorry for what happened or any commercial gesture.I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Full of cheap people and prostitues. The staff is so rude and don’t have the sens of services. It’s just a waste of money and time. Save your money, your time and your precious items.

Pros:-semi private pool-good room interiorcons:-a very noisy hotel, the visitors would blast music like theres no one in the hotel except for them-unprofessional staff who wouldnt even clean the room when we asked them multiple times to-the door of the room wouldnt lock and the sink is clogged which shouldve been fixed before accommodating any new customers-the beds in the 4 bedroom villa barely fit 2 people its small except for one room which has a legit large double bed-they ask for extra expenses when you arrive claiming they are tourism fees or whatsoever ive never paid this much extra expenses for any other hotel-hotel location is far away from nearly everything so i recommend tourists to find better places at better locations-visitors at the hotel are not appropriately clothed, coming down to the lobby with robes & others barely having anything on them. were in a muslim country located in the middle east, families visit this place with kids so there should be a little respect for that-everyone gets their room at 3 which creates a busy hour at the hotel as everyone wants to check in at the same time and the lobby is small and when it comes to checking out you are expected to checkout at 12pm unless they want to pay extra expenses such as 200 dirhams per hour of extension for the 4 bedroom villa which is my first time hearing this in a hotel-valet takes time due to the huge number of visitors which i understand but they park the cars and never call the owners when they personally tell you to wait inside and assuming that they would personally call you and they never do which creates traffic out of nothingwould use this amount of money on other hotels available.

The place is amazing view and style wise. but the off thing is that you wait too long for the elevator to arrive & it takes a long time to reach since it’s 60 floors. There’s a lady named ( yana ) at the breakfast restaurant that disrespected one of my friends kept yelling at my friend face for asking a question regarding the food my friend has a special needs child which was so shocking for us to see just imagine going for a vacation & waking up to have ur breakfast and yana yells at you such a bad manners.

Honestly, I never seen a hotel also of ill repute. There were cockroaches everywhere in our room, it was very dirty!!! We wanted to go in this hotel because of private pool for our family and yet some people were disrespectful and were looking for our pool everyday and took some drugs and a lot of alcohol in front of us while we had a baby with us. No privacy as it was noticed when were booking this. They forced my husband to give 5 stars in booking, they took the tablet from our hand. Its not a hotel for family or normal people. Never again.

Still new there will be a nice bar called Goose Island it looks so nice but still not opened yet hopefully soon will be in operation.

Noisy parties every to loud. Lifts take more than 10 m . Check in is really slow. Services are bad. electricity went off wich mad my kids skip online school. Talabat waiting area is out of hotel and they keep the deliver guy wait in the sun the dont even offer to deliver food to room. Two bed room apartment woth pool is nice. And this is the onley thing goos about it. Butter options are available .

It was excellent during our family staycation, one of the best in Dubai to stay, staff are very helpful, friendly, we took 2 bedrooms & high light to Mr. Mustafa in the reception who accommodate us and gave the right room what I requested very quiet, clean and excellent view for my children they really enjoyed the swimming pool exclusive to our room,Highly recommended and for sure I will comeback again. Thank You FIVE Jumeirah Village management .Over all rating.. 10/10.

Not happy at all. We asked for a room with better view at least. Waited 30mins for that room only to be given with one that has vacant lot. A pool view would have been better right but no. And the people at the concierge are always in a hurrry to talk to you not really concern with customer service. So yeah. NOT HAPPY and will not be checking in again!

Where to start on FIVE JVC! TERRIBLE experience! 100% not following COVID Safety measures. I took a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool, the pool is not private! You can be seen from the balconies and other villas, people can take pictures of you. False advertisement, the private pools should be advertised as personnel pools instead of private! As there is no privacy. Found previous guests items in my room, (Advil pill, vape, one bottle of beer) which means that the rooms are not well cleaned nor properly sanitized! 4 are max allowed people in the lifts, you will find 5 or 6 at times! Service is extremely slow, house keeping staff, reception, check ins. The staff are not well trained ion the type of items they have in the rooms, and when you want to raise a feedback or complaint, the staff are defensive.

He room was not good, towels were not clean, I booked initially two room with two bed when I reached I couldnt take them in same floor and we are a family so I was given two room one bed only in each room and was told that they are connected and discovered that the connection was closed so we couldnt sleep all the night, the pool was totally dirty and full of black debris, the half package is not ok, the lunch amount was covered only 160 derhams when we ordered food was not well done and portions are very small, I m wondering is who it is five stars???!!!! Beside to reach the rooms I must pass area which is very humid and not covered by AC!!!, NOT SATISFIED AT ALL , and waster nearly 2000 derhams for nothing

Great hotel, really nice concept. Two bedroom with a private pool is spacious, beautiful and a nice spot to stay and party for a night or two. Not the calmest atmosphere due to close by construction, cars and the sound of the pool filter or water pump is a bit annoying at the private pool. Still its not too annoying if you are partying with some music. Private pool is somewhat private but not totally as you could still be seen from adjacent hallways. Food options is good and acceptable. Service is good. Clean and friendly staff. Not the best family friendly hotel atmosphere due to all the parties going on, the noise, but as mentioned, if you are partying with your friends, you will have a blast.

Had an amazing time here.The staff were helpful and nice from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.I booked a stay in the two bedroom with a private pool and I highly recommend staying here.The finishes are nice and is spacious and of course the private pool is everything you would want.Will be back soon!

I feel like I’m going to catch a flu waiting for our room. Check in area is too small to accommodate the number of people checking in, no proper receiving and it’s too packed. It takes so much time to check in. Poor receiving that I may say and no clarity what so ever regarding the room availability. Hoping to have a better experience.

One of the best hotel in Dubai, located JVC everything is good about the hotel, staff are very friendly, from check in till check out everything was smooth.They even have kids play area my kid enjoyed alot. We book master Jacuzzi room and it was amazing.Breakfast is also amazing and very tasty.Even restaurant Soul street is very good food is awesome.Will high recommend this hotel.

The infrastructure and team were very nice. Clean and big room, good food. However, the hotel is full of life and some guests exceed their limits.

This is a party hotel. The rooms are nice and clean but the service can be terrible, probably because of how crowded they are on the weekends. Music blasting from other rooms can be heard at night so not the best place to sleep.People here dont seem to adhere to social distancing at all and the other guests can be very rowdy.Breakfast was good.

The place looks busy but it never compromised the service.Free valet parking is available plus free areas if you wanna park your car by your own.Check-in reception is on 5th floor.Rooms are clean and glamorous! The view makes you relax and realized that you are in the place for yourself. You can enjoy your own pool or jacuzzi with best temperature.Looking over the Dubai- The City That Never Sleeps, till you fall asleep!

Private Jacuzzi was super nice. The room was so clean and spacious. From somewhere upstairs room playing loud music was kinda annoying, but overall I enjoyed staying there.

One of the most mismanaged hotels I’ve seen in Dubai.You need to wait atleast one hour for checking in and follow that up with an hour if you ask for basic housekeeping in the room.We asked for a bottle of water and that took them 48 minutes exactly.Please pay the price for this hotel to any other chain, so that you can have a smooth stay.

Totally unprofessional behaviour. Very very bad and disappointing behaviourwith information seekers. I regret asking them. I wanted to arrange a birthday decor and asked for prices and decor samples, what they did is totally shocking. They didnt even answer my queries at all. Even they saw the messages, I mentioned when do i need the decor, didnt even bother to reply. When the event already gone they replied and still not satisfactory answer. In fact, i arranged somewhere else and it went very well thanks to the cooperative staff, but this hotel highly not recommended.

Disgusting service, for peak time they have only two counters running. Rude staff on top of that. Never again. Save your money than being in this hell

The worst hotel experience in Dubai, it really disappointed, the customer service is not professional at all!, from the check in to check out, they are very slow, the pool is veeery cold and not really clean, the room is ok, also when we request something it take toooo long or they ignore our request or forget it i don’t know, we have to wait the lift like forever it take more than 1 hour to go up or down 🙂, they are not COVID-19 restrictions👎🏼, I hope they improve and become better!

The service in this hotel is excellent!!!! I went there with my mother and we had a really good time. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are very clean, the food is good. Five stars is the minimum rate that this hotel deserves. I will stay definitely in this hotel again if I will be back in Dubai!

Perfect gateway!Our one night stay in Five was totally awesome. A special thanks to Ms. Aarti for her excellent assistance during our check-in though the hotel was totally booked. Their pool bar was on point, thanks to Deewash his service was outstanding I really appreciated his recommendations on drinks. Thank you, We’ll definitely come back.

Really lovely hotel. Very buzzy. The apartments were pretty standard but they come with their private pool, so thats a plus. Overall ambience was busy but nice

This review is after staying in Superior King Room & also in 1 bedroom with Hot Tub/Jacuzzi.Writing the positive experience first.- The Rooms were good.- The Bathrooms are nice and spacious.- The night view is very nice.- Best thing is Hot tub experience.- Due to high floor stay you get the cool summer night breeze.- Valet parking service is good. & prompt.Now my words for not so good experience.- Unprofessional staff at the reception. He kept chit-chatting with this guy all while we were waiting for our check-in. Please give him some Hospitality lessons.- The room floor was little dusty in Superior sky Room.- Very delayed room service. The reason they kept giving was Busy Elevators.- Our speakers in bathroom were not working and when asked to check it for 3 times still no maintenance guy in our room.- And the most annoying is their continuous calls from 11 AM for check-out and the hospitality department guys coming for rooms mini bar check making the check-out so very disturbing.- Badly attended by the hostess at the Trattoria by Cinque. We asked her about the happy hour order at 6:50PM and she kept reminding us on every minute passed, like a count down that you have 7 min left, 5min left, 3 min left all while standing beside our table as happy hour was till 7:00PM only. Such a humiliating behavior just because we are willing to use our discount facility.Though the waitress name SOFIA was very sweet and active in providing us with our orders.- Rooms with Pool and Jacuzzi facility are good but with absolutely ZERO Privacy. So if you are planning to stay in this property for some private time with your partner in this private pool or jacuzzi then its a no no. But for party a big YES!

Very nice room, room rate quite well, privet pool, nice breakfast, slow service, loud music, nice pool side bar.

Honestly Dubai tourism or dubai municipality or wtv should downgrade this hotel, apart from waiting almost 1 hour to check in and the rudeness of the employees we booked here to enjoy their pool but take a look at the pics. no comment. thats what a disappointment looks like.note: they told us all the wait is because they’re cleaning the room.
