Service at the reception was a bit slow. Booked a superior room at the high floor but unfortunately all were taken already. The swimming pool was good but missing the pool ladder at the deep end. Called for room service to make our room but it took 4 calls to get them to do it. Room and hallway were clean and quiet. Overall on ok experience.

Nice customer service. They give us early check in and upgrade our room for free of charge. over all customer service is very good. SAYED and ALI are good asset for this Hotel.

The service is below average. We had requested for drinking water glasses so many times, but it never came. Room service is pathetic. The line kept ringing but no one attended. They even charged for second bottle of water as it’s always complementary in hotels. The breakfast was good.Overall its not worth the money. You will find a lot of great hotels for even lesser money.

Nice hotel. Got cheapest rate booked it throuh a website on same day, and wen i reached hotel they upgraded me to higher grade room. The room was big and spacious, and the bathroom was also big. The pool.was closed by 4pm. Interiors r good but lil old.

Visited this hotel mid night... The hotel staff was very helpful and dedicated to their work. The ambience and location is very good.

Having a very good stay here for over two weeks now. Really accommodating staff and a decent place to stay in Dubai. Though the place is a bit old, it is really a well maintained hotel. Comfortable rooms and very good house keeping staff. Except for the restaurant, things are really good. Cant really complain about the restaurant, knowing the current covid situation. Hope they do better when things get better.

I booked for one week in this hotel with friends for holidays. The staff were nice and helpful especially the Front Office Team. The rooms also were good and we got free upgrade also. We stayed in the Suite Room for our entire stay.The manager also is helpful and always happy to assist. Well definitely recommend this hotel.

The food is atrocious, served Hal cooked chicken, housekeeping is absolutely pathetic. Their towels are bad and they don’t even clean floor and make bed. You have to tell them then they oblige you. Don’t even wash room cups etc properly.. all just they do put water n throw into the basis. They clean toilet with same gloves on and clear your cups etc with same gloves on. In this pandemic season I would not recommend anyone to come here snd stay. It’s simply pathetic. I have told everything to front desk and wanted to checkout but they refused to refund the money. They don’t give any value to your money. I m so sorry and sad to report this for bad review. I have never ever written such reviews but it’s really pathetic. Breakfast is your first jump start meal and it’s simply pathetic. They even refused to make fresh eggs and asked us to eat to remaining eggs in the tray lying for more than an hour. I had to insist they made egg and that too completely burnt as it was done in some sort of anger. Man, how come they can do this in Dubai? Just pathetic and don’t book this hotel. Agoda is absolutely cheater and partner in this crime of robbing customers

Worst Hotel ever visited.It is a refurbished hotel with worst rooms and breakfast. It doesnt belong to Leela group of hotels. Few travel and tour operators are insisting Indians to stay in this hotel for more comission by fooling them as the hotel belongs to The Leela Group of Hotels. I made a big mistake booking this hotel.very cheap hotel and not eligible for 1 star. For God sake dont book this hotel ever. Please dont go by tour and travel operators images posted on their website.

Huge disappointment.Really you guys are spoiling brand value of Leela. Starting from finding parking of hotel till the time I left the hotel, nothing went right.1> It was impossible to find parking for my car. They have taken some lower basement space for their customer parking. And the moment I found out, the parking area was so dirty and I felt like the placed is not the parking place. Seems like some waste area used for parking.2> Lift was smelling. So much of smoking smell. Unbearable.3> No sufficient amount of light in the room. very few lights and those were yellow.4> Almirah was smelling like nobody opened the almirah since long.Guys, if you are going to provide this kind of service. One day will come when you will be left with no customers.please improve.

Front reception is really welcoming and respectful, ( that is a rare quality, trust me). I didnt get her name. Rooms are comfy and large, washrooms clean. Interior of hotel is beautiful. Location of hotel is also good. Near to city center diera and metro station.

A value for money hotel, with very good and friendly staff. The room is spacious, having bath tub and very clean. Just a note to clean the stains on the carpets. The breakfast is good and its also having a nice sheesha lounge in 1st floor. It also has a gym and swimming pool. My stay here for 21 days was very comfortable. The wifi speed is also good to work and watch movies. Best part it is just next to Deira City Center a 3 mins walk and having a supermarket nearby too. In all I would recommend this hotel to stay in Deira, Dubai. Ohh i forgot it also has a spa on top floor do check it out.

Location is great, 100 meters from Deira City Centre. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is pretty good too. Definitely recommend!

The receptionist Egyptian guy shouts at guests and behaves very rudely! Even swears and uses bad language at people. That’s super unprofessional and extremely bad. Hotel guys need to change it otherwise the hotel will start to get so many negative reviews because of him.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, probably the worst place i stayed at, they will charge you if you ask them for more than 2 water bottles a day (dAiLy AlLoWaNcE iS 2 bOtTleS a DaY) yeh yeh ofcourse whatever. I booked a deluxe room before my stay and it is where i stayed like 12 days and then they transferred me to another room cuz they had “an inspection” going on, didn’t quite make sense and felt more like they just wanna kick me out the room. The room i was transferred to is referred to as a “Junior Suite”, and the plumbing in that room was absolutely a mess, the toilet flush kept pouring water for like 6 hours non-stop, the button gets jammed and wouldn’t work until it magically decides to start working again. Both rooms i have been to have tiny INSECTS all over them, you could find a bunch here or there or even flying ones too. The reception is very dark in the morning and despite that, they wouldn’t turn the lights on inside.The staff is friendly and is good at communicating with people. That’s a positive.The wooden wall and floor is chipped and you could find some old spider webs at the door frames.Their choice of refrigerators is really really bad, if you decide to place your water bottles in the door then you should never expect them to stay at their place the next time you open that door. They’ll just fall off.The spacious bathrooms are amazing though.The location is great considering that Deira City Center is a 5 minute walk away from the place.I didn’t strictly enjoy my stay over there, it wasn’t fun neither was it bad, it’s a place where you can just “stay”. That’s about it.

Honestly, I have stayed for 7 days the big mistake, I thought its Leela and Leela hotel is one of the best but this is not the same leela as you thought, the room are small and stink, the breakfast is not good only 3dish and bread juice. The two star is for location as it near to metro and mall.

Close to Dubai airport and all amenities. Big shopping mall close by. Good hotel with all the facilities. Spacious rooms with LCD,iron,tea, coffee,bathroom with good toiletries and towels. I recommend this place as 4* a hotel. I give 4 stars due to very minor things which can be rectified.

BE AWARE! The service was horrendous and ruined my first day in Dubai. First, I got to the hotel after check-in and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the room to be ready after a 13-hour flight. I finally got in at 4:30pm, but the room did not have towels and looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. I called to ask for towels over and over. Every time I called, I was assured that someone would be at my door shortly. At 6pm, I was told that there were no towels and the washing machine is broken. I then decided to go to a different hotel so I could get ready for my 8pm dinner meeting, but was told that I had to wait for the manager who never came. Apparently he was “at a meeting” at 6:30pm on a Thursday. After wasting additional time waiting for the manager, I asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. It’s been 3 weeks since this incident and I STILL have not received my refund. This is absolutely insane. Save yourself the aggravation, and DO NOT STAY HERE.

Confusing billing, especially when it comes to restaurant tax which is all inclusive but then they add tax again anyway. Avoid if you prefer not being ripped off. The best thing was the massive marble tiles bathroom and large bathtub but interiors are otherwise dated.

The worst experience everThe room and the bathroom were very dirty and they never change the bed sheets even if you asked them to!! The reception staff is rude (except for a little Indian guy).I do not recommend this hotel even for a single night.

Very very awsome hotel with a good location and near to Deira city centre very suitable for shopping. And manager Magdy is very cooperative and has friendly behaviour he helped me for early checkin. Cleanliness was perfect service was perfect. I surely recommend this hotel for stay.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to lots of delicious restaurants and shopping mall. Very near to airport. They upgraded our room, which was really awesome and spacious.

Dont ever visit this hotel if you value your money. The service is pathetic. They call themselves a 3star hotel but are not even worth single star. No proper fixtures in bathroom. You will have to fight to get hot water. If you call room service they will take minimum 20 minutes to come to your room or provide any required thing. No mini bar in room, no black out curtains and the worst part is the pool does not have temperature control and the security person at pool will offend you staring to the core.They even lost my laundry clothes.Pathetic

Very Pathetic service. After reminding 4-5 times to housekeeping, they didnt cleaned the room. Very low quality breakfast. Reception helpdesk also not responded very well. No value for guest.

The hotel was good, I gave 4 stars for the following reasons.1. On-time room cleaning, clean and tidy rooms, good interiors, bathtub.2. Helpful staff3. Decent food( they need to improveon their indian menu as it has one dish per day in breakfast, in our stay of 5 days, we saw poori or upma or poha, it kept on repeating, one per day), I have this feedback in person as well.I desucted one star because,1. Proximity to main Dubai is far, you have to take a cab or metro which might be expensive. So, if the room price is around 3k per day then it’s a deal otherwise better to go for a hotel in Bur/karama/al-fahidi area coz they are lot of good hotels out there.2. Two bottles of drinking water is provided per room(2 bottles of half litre), when we asked for an extra bottle, they charged 10 aed for one litre of water, so it’s 200 per litre, they didn’t tell us this in prior, guests expect this to be told in hand.3. Limited indian menu, need to improve on food.4. When tour operator people enquire about the guests, reception is not helpful, because it’s likely to get confused as this hotel has two entries.

The new name of this building is Halo Hotel, Poor facilities, need maintenance services specially the toilet, the push button flush is defective when I pressed it the entire thing dropped inside the toilet bowl, good thing I was just urinating, toilet door not closing properly, calling the maintenace twice to fix again. Stressful stay. Not recommended.

Manager available at the réception Mr KADRI was horrible. Not helping and respecting the customers at all time....During our stay hotels conditions were bad. Ac constantly breaking down as well as ventilation, which was sometimes giving bad smells...
