Our stay was really amazing, the place, our villa where we stay, the beach, pool and buffet breakfast are really on top. plus the staffs are very friendly and accommodating especially the front desk Ms. Gulya. Definitely we will back again.

Amazing hotel and stay! We celebrated our anniversary and the attention to the details was fantastic. We arrived to our room to find it full of balloons, roses and beautiful towel decoration along with some cake and fruits. The room service was perfect. Friendly staff, nice pool and beach. Everything was excellent!

Not worth it, the checkin was a long process. Went there for my partners birthday and told them too but they didnt pay heed. Stayed at Anantara for my birthday and Shangri La in anniversary, every hotels made our stay memorable and special, surprised us with cakes and room decorations. Every other hotels staffs have been kind and hospitable but we found Al Qasrs receptionist so hostile that she didnt even wish him for his birthday. That was the least she could do, or may be she was more hospitable to white guests. Also it was a long wait for luggage, the luggage was sent to wrong room. Weird for a luxury property.Also I had duplicate booking which was not refunded to me despite many efforts with agoda and hotel even though I had booked again and stayed on the same day. All the hotels specially during covid time have been very considerate about cancellations and refunds. But even after making a new booking and staying and requesting for the refund of cancelled booking, the property and Agoda didnt comply with the refund request. RIP OFF in that regards!!! We had high hopes but entire experience got ruined terribly.

I’m a regular visitor at the pool and beach of this amazing hotel. It’s one of the best experiences in Dubai, tranquil, clean, with attentive staff and great facilities. Don’t come here if you’re a party person, this is a family-friendly resort. Highlight is the adult pool which was built last year. Love it!

WOW! Thats how I can summarize my experience in Alkasr Jumeirah Hotel. Staying there was like a dream : incredibly big and sophisticated rooms with all the features you might think of (and those you never thought of lol)! Impressive hallways with luxurious decorations, amazing staff so kind and hospitable and ready to help at all times. Not to mention the hotel entrance with golden horses fountains that makes you feel like royalty! I most certainly recommand staying at Alkasr Jumeirah Hotel!

Taken from my feedback letter to the Hotel:First of all, the level of hospitality and general quality of services provided has decreased dramatically: starting from difficulties and cold approach during the booking and pre-payment proccess, ending with almost everydays failure of room services, pool and restaurants facilities.Generally, I undertand the current situation with COVID-19 and some restricitions that may cause some problems for hotel business in general. Nevertheless, you identify yourself as a TOP World Hotel Group with perfect service, luxurious accomodation and highly professional staff. Unfotenately, everything mentioned above was doubted during my last stay with you in August 2021.Now please find the following examples below:1) During the whole our stay the minibar was never checked and refilled;2) One day the staff forgot to CLOSE the door of the room after it had been made up - they just left it open because of the latch, so anyone was able to enter my room while a was on the beach;3) Poor communication between the hotel and restaurants regardign the Half Board - sometimes there were problems and I needed to persuade the staff of the Restaurants (Tratorria Italiano e.g.) that we have already paid for Half Board;4) In the day of our departure I asked to pick up my luggage 2 times at 11:50 (by the phone in advance, directly on the reception during the check out). NOONE arrived untill 12:15, NOONE called with appoligies, so we had to carry a large baggage to the taxi by ourselves;5) Poor quality of services provided in the swimming pool area of Al Qasr Hotel - most people arrived there by 9-10 am, but all bar facilities were not active or available until 11 am - so we have to wait ; the water in the pool was unclean because of long renovation works within the pool.To be honest I will for sure mention some possitive things that impressed us a lot;1) Wonderful and delicious food practically in every restaurant of the hotel (breakfast, lunch and dinner);2) Very convinient modern system of room managment (lights, AC, etc);3) Very usefull E-Butler facilities.

It’s like our second home in Dubai. There is no other property in dubai comparable to this property, with all amenities accessible by boats, buggies or by walking. They have some of the berry best restaurants in the city. And lastly and importantly beach is to die for.

One of the best recent experience with hotels. Staff is amazing, thank you Osman, Charles, Getrude and all others... the only issue are the jetskis in front of the beach. Replace them by sailboat !!!

Half Board is a ScamI stayed with my family during the Eid Al Adha holiday. I booked the half board package for three nights. During the online booking process, no restrictions with the half board package were mentioned . For our disappointment, however, we were told during check in that we could only use a small number of restaurants, mainly the pool side restaurants. In order to be able use any other restaurant, we had to pay a supplement of AED 160 per person per dinner. When we complained about not being aware of this, they offered to change my package to breakfast only and refund the price difference between the the two packages. However, they offered me just AED 100 refund, that for a three night and four person stay was simply ridiculous.I understand that it is normal to have restrictions on this type of packages. However, these shall be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

The AlQasr hotel is very nice. The whole hotel area is just awesome and they got boats and buggys who take you anywhere in the Jumeirah hotel area. The staff is really nice and friendly. Our stay was perfect.

One favorite Hotel in Dubai like a palace so elegant cinfortable rooms

Appalled at how the security staff literally harass you at this property. Theres either a trolling problem here or the security staff lacks basic etiquette and training. Ive stayed at this property with my family for years starting 2005 and also surrounding hotels part of Madinat Jumeirah so I know its grounds, and facilities quite well. However, as a non-guest visitor when trying to get to Schimmers I was told that only hotel guests can walk the beach promenade and that I would have to take a taxi to Mina Salam and walk from there. Seriously? To the management: If youre so concerned about strangers sneaking into your beach area why not use velvet ropes there or hire more beach staff? Theres a clear conflict here with a private beach area surrounded by public restaurants guarded by belligerent security personnel. I was with my family on Eid day couple of weeks ago and we were confronted by a very abrasive security personnel and rather than complaining or making a scene I just walked away. It just revealed how standards can just drop without a bottom. I wondered at the time if I were at 5 star luxury property or a dodgy nightclub. To make matters worse, I experienced the same issue at Al Naseem when walking from Flamingo Room to Rock Shrimp on another occasion. Just disgusted by the insecurity and lack of class of the security staff here it really brings shame to all the hard work the architects and management put in to make this place what it is. Disappointing.

The coolest hotel on the Madinat coast. The service is excellent. The restaurants are all just super. Beach, sea and relaxation are the coolest only in the Al Qasr hotel.

Horrible service & attitude! Reception never reachable by phone. Front office team keeping repeating about standard check in/check out time, but never following it. Sometimes showing their mood (which uis not acceptable at all) and arguing with the client. And it’s all about 5* hotel hospitality. Mr. Ujjvol from reception was very rude. Either it’s high season or no, hotel fully booked or no, confirmed & in advance paid room MUST be ready at 3PM as per international hotel standards.

Jumeirah qasr is a arabic palace, in a famous place in Dubai. Inside you will feel the arabic culture and history by the beautiful decorations. The quality and service are really high. Even if you go for a coffee ou lunch you will feel the luxury experience.

The outdoor area is amazing with outstanding view. The menu have variety of delicious food. The hosting staff are friendly. Enjoyed my experience.

I can’t be more disappointed for our stay!The service is very bad! We’re having half board and the food is simple very bad and if you trying to use this half board there is no available restaurant to use. Everything is fully booked. We’re been in madinat on holiday more than 50 times. I can just say sorry for the people over paying for nothing!

The hotel and beach itself is absolutely stunning. My guess is if your in Dubai, and staying here, its the kinda Dubai you want a like. However, im a social scientist, with a rebellious side, and an eagle eye on human behaviour. I can be rich, I can be poor, and anything in between. I put this theory to the test often at these types of places, and this hotel did not dissapoint,in the way in which, staff change how they look at you, talk to you, and treat you, depending on who they think you are. What terribly unfortunate souls.

Im giving this beauty five stars simply because of the impeccable level of service I received even though I was not a hotel guest. To get to obe of the restaurants at the promenade Madinat we thought of crossing through this hotels lobby which by the way is magnificent. The service staff were very courteous and helpful. Needless to say, Jumeirah Qasr will be my next staycation spot and will update promptly about the experience soon.

We stayed for 2 nights at Al Qasr Jumeirah Hotel, we were a family of 3 kids and 2 adults, we booked 2 connected rooms with breakfast.This booking took place in the early opening time of Covid 19 in Dubai... So kids were allowed, beach was opened, gym opened, restaurants were opened and beach operations also opened.Swimming pools, kids club and other activities were all closed yet.The overall experience was excellent, considering the situation... Breakfast was served on the tables instead of open buffet (means you can order whatever you want like buffets, but they will bring your order to the table), kids were allowed on the restaurant... And the served food was honestly amazing. Restaurants for breakfast were always full but not crowded, as they opened 4 restaurants to serve breakfast in the hotel.Beach was beach, many people were there but not full or crowded... It was just perfect.Beach operations also was excellent, we had some cold drinks while on the beach, and it was served perfectly.Rooms were the best part actually, spacious, luxurious, clean and comfortable!Staff also were amazing, helpful & friendly!We had a decent break after almost 3 months of lock down!

Best thing about Al Qasr are the guests staying here. Very friendly, successful people.Together with Dar al Masyaf Probably the best traditionally designed beach hotel you can stay at when in Dubai. I prefer the standard rooms in Al Qasr. For me better decor and better energy. Expect to drop 3-400. Cheaper over 3rd party websites /travel agents and better perks also.Stay here if you appreciate the grounds and facilities. The rooms are what you expect from something which was build 20 years ago.The flaws in the rooms are well known as the Al Qasr hotel remains not renovated.Why only 2 stars? Because of the price you pay combined with unorganised administration and the lack of trained staff in all restaurants and reception. Ask for a wine to drink with your dinner and chances are slim to none that they have the bottle you ask for. Add a minimum spend of AED250 per person for lunch = if you dont drink alcohol or eat an extreme amount of food this amount is not possible to reach.Any request you make over service one remains just that. A request. Consider yourself lucky when a request gets effectuated.Tonight dinner at Sal. Surprise! They did not have the wine I ordered from their own wine list. Surrounded by locals I understand that - as the religion forbids people to drink. However, if you want to become a top destination for tourists, business doesnt work like that. For dinner I had no wine and a tasteless chicken.When using the adult beach there are only 4 sun parasols to share between 36 sun beds. The pool and most of the beach has call buttons. Adult beach not, so you need to approach the bar to order drinks not listed in the limited drinks menu. When at the bar the bartender is on break. I could go on...Suites in Dar Al Masyaf have no black out curtains so make sure that this is not an issue for you. At €650 per night I think the Four Seasons and the One&Only Mirage are better choices.Until the staff is top notch trained, the restaurants stock up on wine and the renovation is through I would not stay again. For the moment, In the Jumeirah group Dubai, the Zabeel Saray does a better job.

Stayed there for 4 nights on a business trip back in Dec 2019, very unfortunate I did not get to explore this beautiful hotel and all its wonderful amenities & facilities.The Abra is my favorite ride to go from one point to another, although you do need to wait awhile for it to appear.I got a very lovely room with a balcony overlooking the Burj Al-Arab which is PERFECT! the room amenities are also great, starting with the delish welcoming chocolates and the bathroom amenities from AMOUAGE.

Friendly and Accommodating Staff, who are ever ready to fulfill any requirement. A Perfect 5 Star!!!
