Stayed in executive suit. Miss pretty showed me a nice suit 1526 great view from the room. I enjoyed the breakfast also at the property. Room is very nice .you stayed one person for one night. I will come back again

Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people.I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.

Reception is fantastic all girls in reveption gym swimming pool meeting room. I like Akanksha the most running the show! Winter is my idel time to bring back my family from Italy to see how lovely this hotel is and how happy i am here!

The guys in health club are amazing. Personal trainer Behavur is incredible, always checking everything is perfect, and trying to help everyone. Kanlaya therapist gave me an amazing masage too! Great team ♥️

During the weekend we visited Ghaya Grand Hotel located in Dubai Production City.They have a huge Buffet spread which includes of Vegatarian & Non-Vegetarian section.The buffet features LIVE cooking stations:👉Indian👉Chinese👉Sushi👉Grills👉 Desserts, soup station & Salad Counter.Being vegetarians options were limited for us but whatever was served was quite flavourful and well cooked.We tried their Veg Hakka Noodles & Stir fry, Veg Dumplings. For Indian we tried Paneer Tikka, Grilled Broccoli, Paneer Makhni and breads. Then we also tried some vegetarian Sushi (it was the first time we tried so did not like it much, although it was well prepared and presented).The salads were also very good. Then at last was the dessert....which I was waiting for. They had many options in their buffet but as we were already full we just tried the brownie ( was just amazing) and the strawberry pastry which was also very good.To sum it up...its a wonderful place to visit if you can have a whole hearted meal. Believe me theres a lot to try, specially if you are a Non-Vegetarian!!!The service and hospitality is really good. Thank You Mr.Shahrukh for the vegetarian selection and helping us out!!!

I stayed in this hotel for five + weeks. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are great but what really makes it worthwhile are the staff. Everyone from the Concierge to the F&B team are amazing. Massive shout out to Francis the Asst F&B Manager for making all of us feel like guests in his home.

We are enjoying our stay so far, it is so relaxing, the services are great including the food served for breakfast/dinner, highly recommended. one of the staff named Alaa was so accommodating when we wère having our breakfast, he made sure that we are well served on all our demands.

Looks like my review has been deleted . So I’ll repost it. The manager was putting down and making an employee feel terrible at the cafe today whilst I was trying to eat my sandwich . It made me feel disgusting and I cannot understand why meeting rooms cannot be used for such discussions. The female employee looked sad and undermined. This is not the kind of white noise I hope for when I’m having a salad at a cafe even that of a five star hotel in Dubai. Pathetic really.

Ever since I’ve been here it cooled and relaxed I’m enjoying my relaxation in the hotel and I’m so glad and happy to be here love all the interior, foods, gymnastics and love the way they approach it has been a great time in this session and I’m so happy to be here thank you Miss Preeti and ghaya grand team for making my stay so comfortable. Ms Preeti has been taking care since check in and because of her I got the apartment. I am staying long term with ghaya now.

Very good hotel. Hugh and amazing room for the priced offered. 4 star amenities. Away from the main city so need to hail a taxi or have your own car to get around but has a mall close by. No alcohol though in any of their lounges.Overall a fabulous stay for work or for a weekend getaway.

The red diamond iftar buffet The staff were so delightful and friendly. The iftar was delicious. Especially the ouzi. They had a large selection of dishes, catering to different taste buds, Lebanese, Moroccan and Indian. And a big variety of desserts. Family friendly and clean.

It was not what I was expecting. Poor lighting in the rooms. They have a flu problem. Super disappointed. You can find better hotels at the same price or even cheaper.

I have been to many hotels, but the staff in this hotel are really exceptional. They have great ameneties. The rooms are not bad, the hotel apartments are amazing. But what makes this hotel is none of what I have mentioned. It is the amazing people that work there. Very friendly and helpful and they try their best to pamper their guests and treat them like kings.

If you are living or working around impz and are looking for affordable iftar buffets,then do give this a try.Ghaya grand hotel is showcasing and serving their iftar buffet at their spacious restaurant Red Diamond.Buffet offers 2 traditional welcome drinks,soup,Salads,hot & cold mezze,live stations,desserts and much more.We kickstarted our iftar with dates,water and apricots which was arranged on our table.We then had the traditional lentil soup and salads.Their salad bar was really good and offers varieties of veg and non veg options.Hot & cold mezze were also highly enjoyable.We enjoyed some fresh mix grills and chicken pasta from their live kitchen.We highly recommend their mongolian beef which is also prepared upon request.Other mains includes lamb ouzi,roasted chicken,fish and other traditional arabic dishes.Dessert counter had pastries and alot of arabic pastries and desserts like kunafa,liqamat etc.This place is offering a descent iftar buffet at affordable rates in a spacious atmosphere.

Stayed only two night in a suite (mandatory quarantined for work), and although the friendly staff really tried to offer options, the vegan options in the menu were limited. Did not explore the hotel facilities, so cant comment on them.

The room service ,food aminities provided and hospitality of Ghayya Grand hotel crew especially in restaurant Pratima was pretty much a good professional taking care of choices of guest by trying to knowing the mind of diners and serving food in accordance to their choice for me was standing out .

I was there on Valentines Day Dinner, very courteous staff especially Ms. Ugyen (sorry if i spelt the name wrong), she welcomed us warmly and complimented me for my outfit and gave me a red rose as part of their welcone services for ValentinesDay. The other staffs Nazima, Swapnil, Pema, Lester were very attentive to our requests and served us well and made sure we were comfortable and had a great time.The Buffet is extensive, 4-5 different live stations, seafood stations n dessert stations. Food is delicious. The asian station and seafood stations were the best of all.
