I recently paid a visit in this hotel. The room.is neat and clean, spacious and comfortable. During my stay I faced a little bit inconvenience due to poor room service but as soon as my concerned come to know by deputy manager - Kisshi. She turned my overall experience into a rememberable journey. She was way helpful, caring, addressing issues ever before they dwell on the surface. Staff was cery helpful including mamager - AmritOr floor room service provider- Monalisa all made my visit in Dubai amazing.Just a thing they could work on is time efficient- to address a request without taking much time. Our stay started with the welcome one drinks along with getting free late checkout till late evening.. Lady in the reception was very helpful eventhough she let us wait for a while for check in. later on a guy assisted us till the elevator which was very kind of him. room was really nice, and the service was also good. all the requested things were brought right away. While receiving my requested items I met a staff named Karki and Neha they were very friendly. For sure I will be back soon.really enjoyed this stay.😊😊😊

Good room and airco, nearly any noise, and nice bed for a good sleep, and indoor swimming pool and bubble bath for private use of up to 45 minutes, perfect room cleaning service by Bhim and assistance 10 out of 10! Very close 2 minutes walk to Metro Station. I really enjoy this hotel.

This is our first time to stay at Ramada Plaza and we are very satisfied with the way they have taken care of us. We felt as if we have been with them for a long time. We experienced smooth check-in and check-out. We were also given early check-in and late check-out which is really awesome!We like that we are given a room with a good city view. We enjoyed sitting by the window watching the flow of traffic and busy road of Dubai. The service from the hotel staffs is topnotch. We feel as if we are staying in a 5 star hotel because of the quality of service we received from everyone. We also liked the pool very much as the kids enjoyed it a lot. It made their summer break truly fun. Breakfast buffet was also commendable.We would like to commend the following staffs who made our stay truly worthwhile and unforgettable - Ms. Kishi from the Reception is very professional. She has such a warm personality and such a charming person. She is an asset to the property and we really appreciate everything that she has done for us. She did an extra mile to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Mr. Mahmood from Concierge is also worth to be mentioned as he is very helpful and friendly. He made us feel special with the way we have been treated. Mr. Danish from Housekeeping is also appreciated very much for he always made sure to make up our bed with such care and ensure we have water bottles ready every time. He is a hardworking guy who deserves praise. Mr. Bikram, the pool attendant also is worth mentioning as we get warm greetings from him every time we come to use the pool. All the staffs from Junction Restaurant, to all the chefs, to the manager, assistant, and staffs. They are all helpful and attentive to our requests. Although we hope that they can make a good spanish omelette with more veggies and not just tomatoes, lol!We are very happy overall during our stay in your hotel. We look forward to be back again. I must say, this will be our go-to-hotel from now on.

The worst experience ever I stayed there from the 20th of July till the 24th. Of July .The receptionist team and Rome service team are so bad I call them for many times to order a small tea pack they never send anyone and ask me to call room service I call the room service they declined my calls .The other day I called to ask for a plate to eat my dinner they just say no we cant give you a 🍽️ plate because of covid restrictions what the hell ??It was a totally bad experience and I will never go there again

Five Stars for the staff and pricing - would give 10 stars if I could. The staff was amazing. I seriously cannot express how great they were. We were bummed to leave after almost 2 weeks because the people were so wonderful. Shout out to the Duty Manager (I think her name was Rachel-sorry :|), and the concierges Salman and Salaheddine.A couple things to note... there are floors where smoking is common...even though there are signs that say no smoking. We had a few incidents where the smoke alarm was triggered (once at 2AM) and that was well, alarming. The smoke alarm itself is terrifying...sounds like an air raid siren. Haha I guess it added to the experience? haha If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke let them know and they will probably be able to move you to a less smoky floor. They did that for us and the Duty Manager kept checking in on us to make sure we were OK. ♥Also, there is a club on the first floor. We only encountered some rowdy clubgoers a couple times - but not directly. The hotel staff does a good job at keeping the ruckus away from hotel guests.

Poor service.....rooms were not very clean. Carpets were full of stains. Sofa was very dirty with full of stains. Room service was too slow. Bell man was so helpful during check-in but he showed his damn care attitude after showing us our room. Might be he was expecting for some tip which he didnt get from us. We still had time to give him the tip next day before checkout but he didnt deserved it.

It was a horrible experience in all reality. Arrived there the bathroom sink was dirty and full of hairs. When I wanted to use a cup that was in the cupboard next to the little broken down fridge the cups were used full of dried up coffee. I don’t mean spots! I mean the bottom was fully dark brown and dried up. There was an alarm clock that went off every 30 minutes that included all night long. No soap to wash my hands either. Its no wonder the price was so low. I guess if you are poor and are willing to sleep in trash this is the hotel for you. Oh I forgot my charger and informed them my husband was coming to pick it up, hahahah well the cleaning (filthy) services didn’t find it. Not a surprise!

Last week we also checked in this hotel and from the reception my husband got a bad treatment from the front desk named Nishal my husband just want to confirm regarding the late check-out and instead of answering yes or no he answered my husband by saying YOU CANNOT SEE while his pointing his finger on the printed paper that my husband have to sign.,see guys we are not in your hotel for free we are not paying for is to get bad treatment and now also we called for the AC to be checked but no one is coming so now i have to callthe front desk and remind them again seems like everyone is sleeping or just dont wanna do their job!

I am not happy !!! not coming back not recommend it to any one else . Hotel room was big space and luxury but not clean the room every day. Bathroom drain system was very poor water store in the bathroom. I stay 10 days in this hotel only two days clean the room proper and change the bed sheet . Lots of dust found in the table and chairs . No body clean. Hotel reception person are cooperative specially Vishal.

I’ve been here for a long time now. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is, especially Rashid from management and the reception staff especially Kisha and Vishal. The staff are helpful and handle issues well. The city view from my room is very nice. Housekeeping staff are very polite and friendly, especially Bikram and Binita. The quality of the room is acceptable compared to the price. A good hotel for a medium budget.

We were looking for a budget hotel for the week end and festival vacation of eid al fitar and we found 1 with the Ramada hotel, but seems all our holiday were came to disastrous point.Starting with check in being or having so many guest to check in it took tool of only 2 check in staff some guest were seems to be waiting for 2 hours just to check in.The staff didnt had coordination among themselves very very poor.Being so extremely hot day the air conditions were not working properly in lobbyOnce we got the rooms we had another rooms issues air-condition were not working properlyThe mini bar refrigerator were broken not workingWe got 3 rooms for non of them were having uniformity one had slippers the other 2 didnt 2 had iron boards other single didntFunny part phones were not working pressing the house keeping option the call use to go to some restrautsCarpets sofa full of stainsNo spoons to stirr the complimentary coffee.The pool is Extemly small and indoor no good....

Monalisa was in charge of my floor and she was quite efficient and friendly at the same time. She would go extra mile to satisfy us. Delowar was also quite attentive to fill in thats missing. We were 5 friends stayed in hotel for 5 days package. All of us have sharing rooms. As theres Spa situated at 6th floor which is operated by fake Arabian ladies there only aim is to miscout with prestigious customers. They charged unnecessary with foreigners and didnt give satisfactory services to customers even cheated with customers, we were shocked to saw Spa ladies attitude, Even we complained to concern staff for Spa ladies, how they cheated with customers. Our 30 colleagues are coming next month on tour packages Even our agents asked us we told our experience.Thats why all of us have scattered past experience with them. I hope management would take actions against it.Best regards

I had a great experience from the very beginning with a wonderful view from my room.

They are quite understaffed due to Covid, but the limited staff makes it up by working hard with cheerful smiles. KIshi at the reception, Christine and Durga in the restaurant.. simply amazing guys!The hotel has obviously seen better days, but lots of room for improvement. Eg- carpets are stained and old, better hygiene needs to be followed in public areas specially restaurant due to Covid, dining menu needs an improvement too. Overall a decent experience.

Worst experience in my whole life . Been staying in other hotel but this is worst . We booked in advance specifically to this day because we wanted to celebrate it to our loved ones . Booking is paid was confirmed aswell but when we do the check in they told us that we dont have the reservation! Imagine we waited in the lobby for 3 hrs. But nothing happened! Will not stay in the hotel ever . Never ever recommend this hotel
