Stayed here for two months.Pros : Rooms are huge, specially 1br . They will give their best to take care of you and your needs . They are extremely polite .As far is i noticed hotel is NOT being used for shady business ( good for family ). Location is good . Prices are good .Cons : Building is clearly old and in dire need for refurbishing.Apartments are old as well so expect to see lots of wear and tear present when you enter the room. Housekeeping is lacking ( as price is economical they clearly dont hire enough staff to properly maintain those huge rooms ) . Bring your own towels ( strongly recommended!!) Pest control has to be improved. No amenities of any kind within the hotel apartment.Overall: very affordable place to stay at great location where you get more than you paid for, albeit place is a bit rundown i still recommend it as temporary stay .

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Good price with excellent service! Location was good and near to Mall Of Emirates. definitely will come back again👍

The hotel staff was really polite.Super helpful and curteous.We had a good stay and we will definetely go back if travelling to Dubai.The Mall of Emirates is around the block,a 4 minute walk,plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around.

I spend my holiday at city stay grand and it was superb I will happy to spend again my holiday with my family the room was clean proper and all personnel at the hotel such a friendly and kind thumbs up for this hotel

A 3 star hotel 1000m (10minuites walk) from MOE and at the entrance lies Mr Fish restaurant....for the lovers of sea foods.

Good place to stay. The people there are very accomodating and friendly. So many restaurants, stores and malls nearby.

The overall stay in the hotel is nice, the receptionist responds to calls quickly and efficiently. The only issue is the overall room satisfaction, the rooms have holes in the walls and some of the cupboards have loose handles and almost broken shelves. But overall the hotel is very nice and comfortable

Clean and well kept apartments.Value for money. Close to public transportation and lots of Pakistani restaurants offering a variety of amazing food.

Overall the place was fine except for few mishaps such as dryer in the washroom was not working and once after draining the water from bath tub it poured out from the other side underneath the wash basin. I complained they apologized and agreed to fix it.

Rooms are very neat and clean...new apartments all facilities like micro oven washing machine crockery big fridge iron stand two balcony clothes hanging stand clean towels..size of room is huge..with sofa seats with dinning table...very very cooperative staff...easy to access all tourist place...very nice...recomended 5/5...

Old hotel, I think it has recently changed management. Hotel not very accurate in detail. pretty rough cleaning. Price however convenient. For those who have no claims, it can be good. Easily reachable in 10 minutes from the metro via the Mall of the Emirates.

Terrible experience! We booked in September this hotel (City Stay Pearl Hotel Apartment) and when we arrived in Dubai on February 12, the hotel had moved to the address of the Grand Square Stay Hotel Apartments, ie 5 months ago and the people in charge of the Hotel in no moment has advised us by email of the change of address and much less communicated the travel agency, from which we acquired the stays. They were placed in another hotel of the same network, whose manager was much more receptive to us and agreed to welcome us, since the manager of the City Stay Pearl Hotel Apartment, insisted on us saying that he did not know the location of the payment we had made 5 months. They are hotels on the same network, however, they did mergers and simply could not locate the payment we had made well in advance.
