Noisy. Dirty. Needs a total refurbishment.Broken appliances. No water in the swimming pool.Unhelpful and rude staff.Very poor food.Ill never go there again and would recommend others keep well away.An utterly terrible place.

This is one of the most happenning place in Dubai. Desi Dhabha...it reminds of India. The food is so good. Place is cool. Live singing. And even they have other bars and restaurants. They even got a sports bar.

Went to their Freddies sports bar. Good place good ambiance and finger licking starters.

It was a nice stay here , staff are helpful and polite but the guest engagement can be improved, they have the potential to do more personalized service if the management provides them training. Sadashiv from the restaurant is doing a good job. Housekeeping staffs are doing there job well. Balcony and toilet needs deep cleaning, towels are rough and old and they needs to be changed.

I faced a very bad reception peoples when I visit the hotel for the first time ever today evening when they informed me about the different policy which is not available on Hotels.com where I book my stay as I book a room for 2 persons but they tell me no not allowed 2 person it’s only one and the second will be charged a 150 extra dirhams which is very bad and dirty, if you have changed your policy then you should apply the correct price on the app by same roles and that cost me a night charge without staying, yes as you heard I left the hotel and lost my money because I came to a cheater place that was a mistake to come here at this hotel. Guys who see this go Booking.com and see how bad the people talks about this hotel, I really regret and learned ☹️

Loved it, nice and comfy rooms, the rates are very low. They also gave us early check-in at around 10 am. No hotel does that, but they did.

Lunch at Nallukettu buffet on Friday was amazing. Cost per person Aed 45 is very reasonable for the spread. Service is excellent. Our server Subin made it even more amazing. Keep up the good work Subin.We ordered a plate of tawa fry prawns as a side order which was poor in taste , presentation and size. Don’t ordered this dish. But worth a visit many times. We are definitely coming back.

The place is just fine. I went there quite a few times to enjoy a drink or chi chat with a friend in Freddy’s bar. Most probably to watch Champions and Premier League matches.

Its an average hotel. Very old and famous. Sufficient restaurant and bars are available. Finding parking in the vicinity is tricky.

The staff is racist , rude and has a massive attitude Mr. Gurpreet Manager Doesn’t know how to speak to guests and doesn’t solve problems asap. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. -10/10

Had gone for the 1st time after management change.No live show due to corona guidelines. Hence Dhaba-Bhangda not felt.Nonveg Food & Rotis nice as usual. Plus live phulkas.Staff is quite hospitable & friendly as usual.

Best place for weekend out

We are staying in the hotel and this review purely for the breakfast restaurant. We went to Desi Daba restaurant for breakfast. Food was okey and service staff was polite and good except the manger who is in charge for the restaurant. He was rude and don’t have any manners how to speak with the guest. He should be thought what is customer service and how to speak to the customers.One star is given for the misbehaviour of the person incharge for the Desi Daba restaurant. Over all the hotel is good , Front office , housekeeping are really excellent .

Overall good ,Restaurant staff very slow. Food is very costly comparison to other restaurants. Housekeeping staff is good. Entertainment is allaround the hotel.

Good Ambience.. Feels like home..staffs are very cooperative and helpfull specially the FO lady and the bell boy..

Good 4 star Hotel

Very poor standards for a 4 star rated hotel.Rooms are leaking, no warm water to bath, no maintenance, wifi poor, breakfast offered very poor. Not willing to listen when a complaint is raised. False promises....there are lot of other hotels in the neighbourhood offering a better standard at the same price. Even though the issues were escalated to the Fortune Group, they turned a deaf ear and came with some promises and that was it.

Love the food there. But overall lighting and ambience needs to be removed.

I go to Dubai Grand Hotel since they have Nallukettu Restaurant in their permises. I love the bufflet lunch on friday. Though its bit expensive still I like it because of the variety n options. Proper Nadan food.But this time, we were completely disappointed as We were not allowed to take food by our own, restaurant person was serving the food. This spoils the bufflet fun n idea. I understand due to pandemic they have to adopt new rules. They could have just removed Bufflet idea if it was needed.

Its a fantastic place and ambience is cool. Highly recommended. Family friendly place with large screens which stream live matches and they do maintain all the social distancing protocols. Staffs are amazing and there are no delays in serving. If you are in grand please dont leave without trying pahadi chicken which is one of their signature dishes. If you are a foodie you will enjoy it to the core.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and the basic necessities are not even met. Everything need to be asked. Food, Hot water, leaking, internet...name it..Not worth at all.

Hotel is good . Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Very polite staff and respond quickly on any kind of query.

Went for a Buffet Lunch, Soup was not available. Only 2 options were available in Dessert.

Location is good and paid parking outside the hotel is easily available. Security staff is very helpful. I liked the place as they have valle parking for the customers.

It’s a hub for nightlife with hustling crowd over multiple night clubs and dance bars ranging from Arabic, Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi.Punjabi Dhaba is the best amongst all for us .. because we love Live Bhangra especially when allowed to dance on the floor.And if you like to have “Darubaz Balma” as DP you can sneak on the bar for sip .

Lots of crowds gathering for late night drinks and entertainment as well as tourists from the world over stays here in groups. Few elegant restaurants with live music and bands available here. In shirt, it is a place with everything available at affordable prices within the hotel and surroundings. Accessible by metro, taxi and Dubai bus.
