I’ve booked my stay online with this hotel after staying here for couple days, I wanted it extend my time here. The staff at reception told me the prices has gone up and when I went on the phone to reserve the same room online as it was available I told the reception staff and they said that is incorrect and refused. I am very disappointed as that has really ruined everything. They have told me on the same day to leave before 2 without having any plans of other hotel whilst I have children. If I’m not ready by 2pm they said they’ll charge me.Not recommended at all

We loved our rooms Thank you for the very friendly staff who helped us a lot. The food was excellent and the service was very good. Everything was more than perfect and it will certainly not be the last stay for me as we will definitely be back.

Its a bit pricey considering it didnt have a lot of amenities but the rooms are clean and cozy, staff is polite and helpful. You also get a 25% discount from the restaurant downstairs.

Very quiet an comfortable stay

My stay was as per my satisfaction just great.. The location was well situated for me .Restaurant, shopping and metro were relatively nearby. It was safe to wander even lately in the night people are very helpful there .Mosque are near .going to Dubai mall was very easy by train.. Taxi expensive and travelling by bus absorbs too much of my time as it take too much time. Need to bargain as prices are different by quite a great sum.

Its good hotel i recommend compare to any hotel in deira.. Good location. cleanliness is okay. The lady receptionist she knows how to serve their customer properly she is the best with just a smiley face and helps whenever I needed.. customer service is not okay. The staff are not happy with their customers. happy face and good conversation build up a good reputation with customers. The housekeeper assisted to carry luggage at the end he couldn't even wait to help to put in a cab. small things but matters. The watchman plays videos loudly and acted unrespectful when he told me about smelly socks I wore that was really disrespectful at least he could say it in a joking way or respectful privately.

We went there for a night, unfortunately our plan were destroy by the hotel staff including Mgr In charge, Receptionist and Housekeeper , Since morning AC was not working properly and we were shift for another room, while we are inside housekeeping guy opened the room door I was naked because I came from wash room my wife was sleeping, once we informed to receptionist she was argument and it’s was totally not acceptable and rude way, i just request to talk with mgr, but she refuse to refer me, she said I am be half mgr at last I get down from 2nd floor to talk with mgr, But ge was same he doesnt want listen customer, really we didnt didnt enjoy our day and we didnt get our rights at there, i mean first of all we need safe, but we didnt get it from OYO 314 24 Gold Hotel in Dubai Gold market, i will not give any suggestion to go anyone, Because its really unsafe. I was check in earlier even its unsafe to stay a nigt

I never recommend anyone in summer season because water super super hot and if you come here dont stay in 4th floor wifi will make you sad 😔😔 it was my first experience in oyo hotel really disappointed

Place is newly renovated building with lots of rooms with well furnished. The place is still working on progress.. So the lift is still not working. So better check with the hotel before making reservation.

Wow 1 star but deserves more. Clean, beautiful staff, in the middle of souk. Just a big wow and will be definitely back next year.

New hotel just adjacent of the exit of Dubai Gold Souq. The first floor is still undergoing construction. The room was good and somehow clean (because it is new) yet seems they are not ready to receive guest since you have to request for some hygiene stuffs. No complimentary tea or coffee offered.

Clean and spacious rooms, great staffs, good location. Only problem was that the lift was under maintenance. The hotel dont have a dedicated restaurant but you will find plenty of restaurants within 500 metres. Delhi Durbar is one such restaurant (700mts)

24 gold Hotel is just renovated and very clean. Located in the Gold souk. 2 min from The Creek. The staff is very kind and helpful!

24 Gold Hotel do not recommend it !! And especially for those who are not interested in buying gold !!!!! the price is TOO high for the area in which it is located.So, I relate my experience:Arrival on January 24th 2019, Hotel with the first floor under renovation !!! I booked with Booking in December 2018 to January 2019, the structure did not mention anywhere that the hotel is under renovation, it that the elevator is out of order, I was assigned a room on the third floor, every day you have to make 4 plans to walk uphill and 4 floors down, the hotel is located in the area Souq dahab (gold market) very busy area during the day, it is hard to find a taxi that stops outside the hotel, so you have do some walking on foot to find taxis (imagine with the luggage baggage) the hotel does not have its own parking (stuff very rare in Dubai) even just for the stop / taxi rank! The room is acceptable, bathroom also, but without hair phone. The Wifi in the room is fine (there were days when he went to hiccups, but overall the connection is acceptable) other discomfort is the sound of drills workers that wake you up at 8:00 am. For the cleaning of the room, replacement of towels etc ... it is necessary to notify the reception daily, in turn will give the ok to the cleaner! Otherwise, cleaning is not carried out.

The location is for money as well as clean as it is although there is a hotel in the heart of the market but do not feel the noise ... but I have two observations first there is no place to park the car and the place is busy and the second I asked for room cleaning but the cleaner was forgotten but the room was cleaned the next day overall very good impressionist The hotel is a great choice for business owners who want to shop from the wholesale market. The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful ... The restaurant prices are high and the price is close at 9am and about 10pm
