Very nice hotel clean lobby with amazing smell but staffs are not friendly nobody is talking no welcoming. elevators working with card make sure all card provided are programed for elevator. clean room but noise coming from corridors. I wish they could soundproof rooms or door seal. water is not moving from washroom, water should move towards drainage but its going towards bathroom entrance. theres pool and lounge in first floor with music it is really nice but closing at 11:30pm.

If you looking for comfort and a good night long sleep till the morning then book another hotel.-Very bad sound insulating - you can hear the noise from form the pool area. The place is very good, it is new. The thing is, this hotel needs life, it needs real entertainment. All good hotels have a good DJ, the one they have here is really limited, it is not professional. Honestly, if you spend a week in a hotel, you not only want to rest, you also want fun. I recommend it to rest but not to have fun because it is boring.

Very poor and unprofessional cleaning services, we have to call several times for them to come clean and even when they do they don’t clean decently unfortunately, and the worse part was that we had a bag worth of 300 of teas and coffees and all types of drinks and the cleaner threw it away without even asking and when we tried reaching out for help instead of getting an apology they made it seem like it’s our fault. If you want a professional hygienic stay hotel don’t come here.

I don’t want to mention any names of the staff member who is not only unfriendly but also quick to give a hard time.I would also however like to thank Ms Rahel for the continuous warm service. You make this hotel feel like home. Make sure to ask for her upon checking in 🙂

The staff all deserve a good raise! Our hotel room was immaculate, the pool was amazing, and once again the staff were just great. I brought my 72 year old father along and they made him feel like royalty.

Very good location where you can reach any part of Dubai easily, parking is available by valet and near by.The junior suit is very spacious with modern decor and can be operated remotely by a controller next to the bed including opening and closing of curtains.The staff are welcoming and friendly

They need to extend the time for swimming.... 18:30 is ridiculous. On 2 occasions there was no one available for valet parking.Having said the above I really enjoyed my stay. Will be booking -in again soon.

They offer more than expected. Hotel really cares of cleanliness and follows Covid-19 rules. Staff is so kind. Service at the breakfast is amazing. Clean and stylish, cosy designed restaurant. Private room for 12 persons is available at the restaurant for meeting and etc.

Al Jaddaf Occidental offered me and my colleagues very excellent service. Employees of the hotel were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Hassan, Anarug and not forgetting Mac made us enjoy our stay very much.The meals at the restaurant...😋 I always looked forward to the bright dining area each morning.oh! The pool area called the stage also gave a very relaxing atmosphere and of course had a great view at night especially. I will definitely return to stay hopefully for a longer time🤗

The hotel location is good, near to Dubai central. Hotel is new (at the review time) and thus some restaurants and other facilities are under construction. It is clean, quiet for relaxing with good services. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

1/ check in was easy and smooth, I was served by a polite, professional smart agent his name is Emad who understood my needs and booked me a nice room that fulfilled it but....2/ Dont excepect fancy services or real 4 stars standards, you get what you pay for and it is not a secret that their rates are very reasonable.3/ I give much care for details, critical person and I might be very precise so you might not get disturbed by the following:- The staff in house keeping and restaurant are low profile, they lack motivation and really need to sharpen their communication skills.Food is average and the way they serve it with is as if it was one star motel..However..Last Friday I tried calling both of house keeping and room service several times for almost an hour and no one was picking up the phone!!I went down and as per as their restaurant manager that there was a technical problem, may be!House keeping said it is a shift c hanging time (one hour!!). second was when I missed their call for check out time confirmationn, then they sent aa savage person who kocked the door as if he is wakining the dead! I really was so offended and disappointed and although I ccomplained to the manager, no one bothered to call back and make sure that everything is fine and pay a respectful apology!LOw standard and poor customer service.LEt see till the day I will check out.. ot

Today went to The swimming pool Stage in this hotel , they were hosting a Saturday event with 3 live djs , we went early 1 hour before the djs start , not many ppl was at the pool , however we asked for 5 towels for 5 us , they said its out of stock as many ppl took the towels at the pool ( which is not true ) , we have to talk to the manager to get the towels.The snack comes with offer not fresh and not good at all,Drinks were limited choice ls with the event offer , they need to do entrance control policy .

I am currently there, Unfortunately very bad staff and very rude for what??!! when i check in at a hotel i except hospitality specially when the hotel is new, i booked not one room but 3 and the three families had the same feedback. on the other hand the building is beautiful and the rooms are spacious.

This is new hotel in the center of Dubai. If you are coming from Dubai, it is just 10 min drive. If you stay here. You can reach old and new Dubai within 20 min of drive. Very near to Dubai mall.The rooms are very luxurious and everything looks super clean. The hotel staff is very welcoming. You can book a week in a decent price and plan your trip in amazing Dubai.

Nestled in the heart of Dubai in the jaddaf neighbourhood, the hotel and its incredibly friendly staff are the furthest thing from stuffy or stuck-up. Comfort is the name of the game here, from the impossibly fluffy robes, to the gigantic swimming pool and right down to the most detailed considerations.The vibrant rooms look like they are home to a a luxurious stay with high ceilings, custom furniture and decorated the place with quirky touches.The room is clean . The breakfast has minimal options but is good. Looks aside, the service and attention to detail is impeccable here.

It was a great stay for me and my friend, the hotel is a nice hotel to stay in and enjoy the pool Fridays and Saturdays.Thank you so much for everything, Samy the FOM was more than welcoming and he gave us the best of anyone what anyone will ask for.:)

I spent a really good time at Occidental Al Jaddaf hotel.They opened it in February 2021, my room was clean and big, modern technology and the services were amazing. Great shisha at the pool lounge, amazing staff

Unprofessional way to deal with guest!We extend our stay in the hotel and they send someone knocking the door!! And he opened the door to ask us to leave because its check out time!! He even ignored the DND sign !! And they did not call even !!Furthermore we came back to the hotel after midnight and we found the old towels in bathroom!! They took it from the room and returned it back to the toilet!!In addition to that the bed covers was not prepared well and wasn’t changed even!!Also the selling was found in unsafe condition at the top of the shower!!

Every think good especially bothayna

Had iftar there on 10th May with group of friends. Staff were accommodating and welcoming. Value for what we paid for was great. There was a wide range of different food options

My first time there and at the beginning bad experience with the valet parking, since Covid 19 started and all the hotels i went to they offer the self parking in their parking areas except this one with a huge resistance, saying its the company rules, or you can park it in on the unpaved sand infront of the hotel. And upon checking out didnt find the valet card to claim the car, where they charged me extra 100 Dh, never happened to me before in whatever hotel i stayed in, and i do lost many times. To charge this amount for a plastic card its way too much, but again its the company policy they said, they should inform guests about those things in advanced. And to make it even worse, the same valet man who made it hard in the beginning kept nagging on my head if i payed the money in the reception, i answered yes, yet kept asking and asking. Of course i paid or how else they allowed you to get the car keys??? Anyway. The room size its fine, comfortable bed, reception answer phones quickly and services are attended fast. Most of the staff in the reception were nice, unfortunately didnt get their names. First room i got the bathroom door wasnt closing, second room was better. Comfortable atmosphere in general. But i was able to hear people clearly passing by the room, i was worried when turning TV loud that people might hear the noise.

Calm and peaceful mind is what we are walking out with.Thank you for your wonderful hospitality

It’s was very perfect service and there is me, Hassan he is the pest waiter that he care about the customer even he was with me whole time and I want to thank him about his service and I want thank the management that select him in this position.

Horrible stay I have been 2 days in a 4’days stay and second time they changed roomFirst time room was a mess all the floor seams to have never been cleaned, soda on it hairs from other peopleSecond room the bed have blood all over it, if that’s the bed how really they clean the hotel,Disgusting experienceSeas that covid disappeared at the hotelRestaurant had a flood and wet floor all the time , just one towel on a room for two🤬

2 weeks update, personal belongings got thrown, 1 week of talking with the reception back and fourth in the end they told me; management looked at the evidence and that the cleaner thought it was junk and it got thrown out. and we will do nothing to compensate you. ( items worth over 1000 AED); a device, brand new headphones, a book & my clothes.Cleaning: so far today, i called them at 4 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM, 9:40 PM. nobody yet came to clean my room and i am about to sleepnote: i did not request for cleaning for past 1 week i been cleaning it myself because if i dont be there they will throw your staff, look past reviews its not only me who was complaining.the music is from like 3PM til 1 AM non stop, the ambient is nice if you are looking to chill there but do not stay here unless u are going out every day and coming late at night, otherwise you cannot sleep.Pros: Stage restaurant is a really nice restaurant the managers there are nice, they gave me a treat after telling them what i have been through in the hotel prateek the manager or whoever he is.that is the only good thing i got to say about this hotel, its a nice hotel but management does not really care about you. right now they are not picking up my calls anymore.

( - DO NOT PUT YOUR SELF AND YOUR FAMILY IN RISK, read below - )- Breakfast was disgusting and spoiled made me and my family sick right after having it, NON OF COVID-19 PROTOCOLS WERE OBSERVED ! buffet Breakfast, letting everyone to go get their own food by themself with their bare hands, touching everything and even without masks ! I warned the staff to tell people at least to wear mask while they are getting their foods not to breathe or sneeze inside the foods and they simple ignored me !-Called bunch of times to get a water in my room they did not deliver !-I brought my expensive and fully washed and polished car and gave it to valet parking i saw they parked my car outdoor inside the sand and under the sun & heat !!-Swimming pool was full of male and female not keeping the safe distance on the seats and getting inside the pool with clothes on!

My family visited this place for Iftar. We really enjoyed the amazing spread. The kids especially loved the soup and the Iftar fried specials. Staff were very hospitable and their cleanliness level is very good. I liked the salad variety and all the arabic main courses. My only disappointment was the desserts, somehow none of the items tasted good.

100€ were stolen out of my room probably by the room service. I didn’t get my money back till now

Amazing place to visit ..Souk restaurant offers some mouth watering delicacies and great customer service. Cant stop special mention of staff Anurag and Chef Manoj who were simply outstanding in making us feel comfortable and providing us with personal touch and striking great rapport. Ambience, taste and service ..great combination for a good value.

New hotel with arabic stile. Very interesting design. Rooms are large and very comfortable. There is big tv near swimming pool. The best place for watching football.

Good hotel at good price.

Unfortunately me and my family of 8 people were not happy with the staff treatment with customers. Buthaina the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. My friend asked her for the wifi and she told her its too “long” to give it to her.We went downstairs for the pool and got some snacks for the two kids who was with us and the manager of the restaurant told us we were not able to open any food from the outside even though we always take food with us. The guy at the pool was very rude with the kids and bad attitude. Last but not least my brother wanted an extra bed for his 5 years old so but couldn’t arrange one for free even though we took 3 rooms at the same time.I dont advice anyone to come here. Bad staff with an attitude. Worst visit ever.

The hotel was very bad I’m sorry but this is really disrespectful firstly this is eid and most of the families go to hotels we go to occidental and we ordered two rooms with two separate bedrooms and we told them we need rooms that have the swimming pool view FIVE DAYS BEFORE EID so when we come to the hotel and we see the rooms , the beds where not separated and one of the rooms did not have the swimming pool view we paid 1000 dirham for this this is so poor and they better give us something back from this . Customer service was horrible they didn’t even bother fixing their mistake we had to separate the bed I’m really sad to see this hotel with this service what a shame
