This hotel easily deserves a five star for its services of the price paid per night.I love the swimming pool. There is always a guard during open hours. Pool is clean. Depth of 4 feetGym is just right for a hotel. Some of the equipment there are out of order though but I’m pretty sure they’ll be fixed soon.Well situated hotel right next to a metro station. There is virtually everything around.The room cleaning services are just top notch.Absolutely nothing to complain about.They’re just 2 and I wonder how they get the work done so well.Everything is clean and everything works.Carpet feels good. Sheets and duvet are changed daily. Towels are changed daily and clean.Nice restaurant too.

I really enjoyed my staycation at Studio M Arabian Plaza.First, its very accessible in Airport, beach, Malls and Restaurants most specially in Metro station. since I dont have my own car.Second, The Hotel itself is nice and clean. the interior is really eye catchy and super Clean from the lobby to the Room.Third, it has Swimming Pool, Gym , meeting area and Restaurant.Fourth, The Food is really GOOD! breakfast is delicious plus you can order food from your room (they have combo meal. Tasty but affordable price)Fifth, what makes me satisfied with my stay in the hotel is the Hospitality and Greatness of the staff. from the Receptionist , staff in the restaurant at room service. salute! very accommodating and friendly. specially Mr. Hussein and Miss Michel who assist me on my stay. :) will definitely come back soon.lastly, its very affordable and they have a great offers.

Been staying in this hotel for more than a year as a long term guest. So far, this is the best hotel apartment we stay in Dubai especially when we had unfortunate event which they assisted and helped us. They treat us not only a guest but also a family in this apartment. The accommodation itself offer a modern design and very clean. You can also get everything around this hotel as the hotel also near the Metro/Train.

Their interior design is amazing 5/5.The hotel itself is new and they definitely exceed your expectations.They had money deposit policy but luckily they cancelled that policy now.The only downside is lobby staff arent that much professional yet i love them all

We stayed here for almost a month. It gives a reasonable price at a prime location. Comes with a private parking and hotel was extremely clean and rooms were spacious. The hotel staff was polite most importantly Housekeeping Mani Lal on the third floor was really helpful and efficient during our stay. He made sure we got everything from fresh towels, iron, toiletries, clean bedding to a fresh room. Highly recommended.

The worst check-in experience: we missed our flight and had to book another one, thus arriving later (in the early morning). We informed the hotel to keep our room and received a confirmation from them. When arriving to the hotel it turned out that our room was cancelled (not in Booking) and there was no room… Then suddenly there were rooms available with solution1: to cancel our booking in Booking (paying for the first 2 nights anyway) and rebook or solution2: to carry on negotiating with the receptionist to be able to keep our original booking and paying for the room as planned.He also offered the chance for a reimbursement for the first night which never arrived, nor was mentioned again.In short: we stayed exactly as planned (room, price), but why did we have to spend an hour having to fight for this?(this is my first “negative” review in Booking, following dozens of positive ones)

Really the service and the room in which I have been enjoyed could not be explained in words. Specially Moureen is like a right person to the serviece allocated in the hotel. Staff always attended to your needs and concerns. Clean and comfortable everywhere. 5 minutes walk to Metro satiation. Some gym equipment not operating. Overall is almost perfect.

If u really care about your business quality u should work on your customer service.. it’s a nightmare.. specially Obada on the reception.. the guy is so rude.. he doesn’t give attention to customers and when i had a problem with check in instead of trying to help he kept ignoring like I’m asking for charity.. I’m not gonna go on details publicly because this review is for u to improve your business not for me.. so if u want better reviews from your customers u should do something about it and pick your employees wisely.. otherwise the hotel was clean and nice and good value for money

Very lovely hotel. Everyone tourists must visit if youre looking for an up to standard clean room at a very affordable rate. My experience was beyond expectation from the staff especially Maureen and Joseph, the room and amenities were all great. Not forgetting my good friend who manages the pool. Good stay. Cute interiors. The service wasn’t that great. Had asked for plates but they told they provide only cutlery kit for aed 20 which was ridiculous unlike other hotels! Overall average.

I love this nice boutique hotel. The pillows and mattress are so comfy. Like the air conditioning too, quiet and cool, you will need that in Dubai.The people here are friendly and so helpful, and they made this hotel the best, among other hotels I stayed in Dubai. Especially Anwar and Maureen in the front desk, Selim at the restaurant, Hussain from the housekeeping.

I would like to specially thank Joseph, Selim, Chef Shayam, Chef Mohammed and the rest of M floor staff for their manners, courtesy, and cordiality (4 of my 5 stars goes to these wonderful, always smiling, and welcoming people), Mukhles from the Housekeeping for his diligence and dedication, and the last but not the least Moureen at the front desk for her passion to help and make sure everything is OK with their guests.I stayed for almost 3 weeks at this peaceful place. Although the hospitality industry and business in UAE seems to be suffering from the current pandemic, but the employees here obviously exceed standards.If you are going to stay here, particularly in this hot and humid season, don’t suffice to breakfast; make sure to enjoy the Chefs’ cooking skills in another - or even all other - meal/s.

The service from the reception, to the room up to the pool was really poor. Staff in the reception were so rude. We booked at 2pm but we waited for about 30mins before we checked in, as per the receptionist the room are still not ready. I Asked for spoon or fork in the room service but they said will charged me for 20 dirhams but later on changed his mind and said will give it for free. In the Breakfast buffet they will just serve you scrambled egg, saute veges, bread, sauges, cheese no other options.. Fruits are not sweet. Juice are made up of powdered juice not freshed juice. The guy served us removed the plate from our table without asking if were already done eating. Opening hours for the pool is 8:30am but at 8:40am they were still cleaning the pool, aside from that they are not following the 10 maximum person rules in the pool. Its very crowded. Your money are not worth it here.

Their in-room food service is so delicious! My favourites were their Umm Ali and Alfredo. Not a fan of pizza but their pepperoni pizza had surprisingly made me want more. The room is very chic and cute. The bathroom is spacious too. Special mention to Mani Lal who keeps our room really clean and to Salim(Silam?) for serving our food during breakfast.

Hi! My stay was supposed to be for 1 night and I booked it from booking.com, the whole experience was very disappointing as the team working were very rude and disrespectful. We expected to be helped out but there were no efforts by any of the reception staff. I wouldn’t at all recommend the stay, wish it was worth the cost.

We stayed 5 nights starting 16th of February and the experience was really amazing!Staffs are helpful and very accommodating. The place is near the metro and grocery stores.We can bring our visitors inside the room since the lobby was full packed (of course following the social distancing)

I stayed 10 nights, staff are friendly, room design is very trendy, spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable, location of the hotel is very convenient as it is located in the middle of Dubai and close to all areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is cozy and rooms are nice.Best place to stay on budget near airport terminal 2.Bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste etc.You will just get towels here.They have a Bluetooth speakers in room which is awesome and has a good sound if you want to party.Walk from here to Canadian specialty hospital for covid test.In the lane of Canadian hospital you will find lot of restaurants, spa, massage places etc.The whole street is awesome.
