First time to stay here. Amazing experience from the minute we arrived. The staff go above and beyond and that was consistent throughout the hotel! The hotel is older than the others on The Walk but it has personality, charm and character. It was very clean and comfortable but without a doubt it was the personalities, characters and friendliness of the staff that made our weekend and is the reason we will return.

The Sheraton lounge is good, staff is amazing. Pool is good, beach access is amazing. In room dining is very delicious, but kids club is really bad. My kid has been great in other kids clubs for hours. But, here nanny couldn’t spent 20 minutes with my child.

We had a lovely weekend at this resort. It is a smaller hotel, only nine floors, so its not crowded. The rooms are small and dated but clean and comfortable. A big plus that I havent seen in many hotels: the curtain tracks overlap so the curtains block out all the light. My husband works nights so sleeping past sunrise is the norm. We had club lounge access and Demi and Logie and the rest of the lounge staff were great, looking after all our dining needs. Unlike other lounges Ive been to where afternoon tea is only two hours in the afternoon their tea starts about noon and runs until happy hour. At the pool, Ermias was quick to appear with a fresh glass when my husband reached for another Corona, and made sure to be close if we needed something.

The hotel is generally ok. Unfortunately, the rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms.The staff was very nice and helpful. Tasty breakfasts and in the morning (7-9) I have never encountered the problem of lack of seats.The location in relation to the beach is perfect. A bit far from general attractions. The matter of who will.Public transport is quite close so you can get anywhere in Dubai.

Nice Beach-Hotel with a superb Club Lounge!My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one week. Since we both had to work as well we got an upgrade to a junior suite - thank you - dear reception team - for that.The hotel is probably one of the first that was built on Jumairah Beach. It does not have modern facilities, but everything is very well maintained, very clean, and the COVID measures were well observed.Fortunately, already on the second day of our stay, breakfast was also offered in the Club Lounge on the top floor. Super service, very nice ambience and beautiful view of the beach and the water.The service is mainly done by trainees and two supervisors who came to Dubai from different parts of the world and are super motivated to do their job. Thanks for your great service: Sushil from Nepal, Logie and Demi (Philippines), Kajal from India, Lee from South Korea, Gabriel/Netherlands and Sibo from Sambia. (Sibo did you receive the book?)The food/beverage offer in the Club Lounge was very good at all times of the day, which is not the case in all Marriott lounges. A very varied and tasty offer.The staff also proactively offered mixed drinks and it was clear that they enjoy their job. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much and will be back again.

One of the worst experience i ever had in a hotel, i cant imagine how they are 5 stars hotels. i was with friends on vacation for 2 days and the AC was not working, we complaint 4 times an they keep sending the maintenance team without doing any thing and they did not change the room till the last day at early morning the AC stop at all and i called the duty manager and after we argue at the corridor he shift us from the room.i hope the corporate office to look at the guest services and solve there issues.

My experience is very disappointing. The employees are trying their best to be nice and accommodating but the management of the hotel does not care. They only care local rich clients who comes of Friday for the expensive Brunch. My suggestion is to look somewhere else, there are many hotels in Jumeirah with Pool and Beach for the same price. Sheraton is really outdated and not family friendly. Additionally, it became a Russian location with all pros and cons of having low cost holiday Russian customers all over the hotels which do not follow any rule at all.

We celebrated our daughters birthday in Chilli and Chutney restaurant at the Sheraton Beach resort. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and the food is excellent and rich in taste. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming as well. We would especially like to mention Pragesh and Shresha who waited for us and were extremely friendly. We strongly recommend dining at this restaurant.

Ansari was the highlight of our visit. From the moment we went arrived at the pool he was so attentive. When we ordered food at the pool he told us about the shaded seating area where we could eat. We have been here several times before and were not aware of it. I have honestly never experienced such personalised service at a hotel.We will be back :)

Stayed for my business trip.it was my 11 th trip to Dubai and ı did stayed a lot of hotels in Dubai. I can easily say that Sheraton Jumeirah beach resort was the best till today and most probally will book this hotel again.in restaturantguy name ewan or evan, sara, mercy ( all staff were good - I have to hand it to them ) dont call them waiters or restaurant attendants, they are professional !!! now I miss these guys and missing this service quality.also housekeeping staff :-)Joaniter and Sushil, they are the best cute and amiable persons that I have ever seen.our room was always fresh, clean and tidy. they were asking how was ouyr stay in Hotel and what can they do for better stay.thats awsome.all the best and enjoy the day. will see you guys very sooner than I hope.

Good value for money, the hotel is on the older side and the rooms a bit dated but the location is amazing, the restaurants are okay, shisha is good and the price in-line for what you get.

The staffs are AMAZING!!!They know how to make you feel comfortable, foods are always great. I got the scenic view of the beach. I always look forward to their breakfast buffets as they have a wide variety of delicious foods.

Chilli and Chutney in Sheraton JBR is a fine dining Indian restaurant that serves refined food with deft spicing in a somewhat luxurious ambience punctuated with a nod to its Indian heritage.I began my meal with a whiskey cocktail fizzing with a twist of Indian spices and a passionfruit Martini that plays a dance on your tongue. Both cocktails were well prepared and subtle to taste.For starters, I had the beautifully presented Kachori Chaat placed on a bed of spicy chana. It is a roadside staple elevated and fit for a fine dining experience. Next, comes the chicken tikka which is also gorgeously made into perfect cubes of spiced and moist chicken cooked in the tandoor, served alongside herby coriander chutney and garlic spread.In the mains, I had King Prawns which usually work very well with Indian spices, provided theyre well balanced, and this dish was no exception. The prawns swim in luxuriously smooth creamy coconut gravy with Malabar spices. As usual, my go-to accompaniment with this kind of dish is a butter garlic naan and that is a perfect match for the prawns curry. A must-order for seafood lovers.I ended the meal with a dessert platter which was surprisingly good. There was spiced Kulfi with a biscuit, Gulab Jamun, Gajar Halwa and Ras Malai. A serving fit for royalty and wont disappoint either.Price-wise this won’t be the cheapest Indian meal, but neither is it too expensive and for the quality – it’s worth it. The service is great and if youre celebrating an occasion then Id definitely recommend this restaurant.

Really disappointment , no customer service , staff is not communicating in a good way , will never recommend anyone to go there , I went to have good time and it end up disappointing your self with bad vibes.. when I enter the hotel first time instead of asking hi How are you doing !? For hotel location and rooms good, as for breakfast and beach awesome, the only complain that I have is with front desk people, mad reservation for two ppl and my friend arrived early and give them confirmation number for the rooms, they disrespect him and told him to pay for another room, or go to another hotel cheaper, when I arrived at evening time to check in they said your friend can check in now with you, I talk to Expedia to cancel the hotel, Expedia said its okay to cancel just talk to manager at the hotel, the manager said you have to pay full night 800 Derhim, just wowNever return to this hotel and not recommend.

Just had a horrible experience at sheraton. We paid for a day access to the pool and left for couple of hours for shopping at JBR. When we came back to the Hotel from beach entrance the guards kept staring at us suspiciously like we are outsiders. My friend commented about that and the guards started following us and told this is his duty. Then he kept staring at us until we reach to the hotel entrance and he came again to warn us against taking a picture and he said we are not allowed to take a picture in the hotel eventhough we were taking a picture of Dubai eye. It was 7:30 pm and there was no guest around. And then the other security came and tried to interrogate us.As a first time I am treated like this in a Hotel. Horrible experience will never visit again.

Really disappointed definitely not worth the money you pay , bathrooms are extremely outdated and the grout between tiles is filthyNo point get balcony room as the hotel gets no sun at all due to a huge address hotel recently built effecting sunlight on the hotel in all areas including pool and beachJacuzzi broken.Staff are still great and always ready to help but you can’t make up for severely outdated rooms and facilitiesMay have once been a 5 star in the 90s however is in worse condition than most of the 4 stars in the area and should be priced accordingly

A nice place to stay with affordable prices. Even though I guess 5 stars is a bit exaggerated... A typical 4 stars hotel. The main benefit is the private beach which nevertheless lacks sun during the most time of the day because of the skyscrapers newly built next to this hotel.The breakfast is way below average. The coffee was particularly horrible. The staff were nice but not well trained.The rooms are old fashioned. The bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness was ok.At night i was disturbed by my neighbors snoring and their kids jumping and playing as there was no noise isolation in the rooms. The windows cannot be opened. Air conditioning available.

Place is superb, staff is very accommodating, specially in the lounge DEMIE & LOGIE who are very professional, checking everything if you got it right. PHIL AND I are very happy to go back and stay.

The place is very nice. With delicious iftar buffet with professional friendly staff specially VERA who is very polite supervisor and her staff, Amulya Queen, Himanshu. In summery It is fanatstic place to be revisited so many times.

Full marks for the location. High marks for the room facing the sea and high marks for service. Food quality is excellent. Breakfast is great though in some similar properties breakfast was a little better. Pool and garden area is very nice. Wonderful hotel, amazing stay, friendly staff, definitely again!- Late night Check-in without announcement before, but this was not at all a problem, there was no waiting time for us and everything worked well.- The room was spacious, clean and really quite, although we booked a room on the back side (without sea view).- In general, the resort with its amazing palm garden is so beautiful with its own private beach in front well controlled by a lifeguard and security. Amazing white and fine sand and all around clean.- Staff was all around very very friendly and helpful!- The Palm Garden Restaurant, breakfast and dinner: every day a different and huge variation out of delicious and freshly cooked food, (also soups, buffet style, traditional arabic food). Service team/hostesses were really lovely, friendly and we had a lot of funny conversations with allof them. Many many thanks again to all of you! You really cared so nicely about us!- The Peacock Restaurant:Delicious Chinese food with a big variation. Nice restaurant and lovely staff!- We booked half board and could decide every day between lunch or dinner. For dinner we could decide between the Palm Garden Restaurant and the Peacock Restaurant.We were staying for 11 nights as a couple. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Resort!!

Although this hotel may seem old, it has more charm than many of its flashier neighbours. The rooms are really clean and everything runs as it should at any 5* hotel. A special mention to the breakfast staff, who were always friendly. The concierge team were also very helpful. The food at breakfast is excellent, especially the Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine. This hotels location makes all the difference - its right on the beach. The pool is also nice. Well ignore the bling and noise of the other hotels and go back to the Sheraton JBL on our next visit. A great hotel for families too...lots of amenities and close to the beach. Lots of families who live in Dubai brunch there on the weekend.

Nice and clean hotel with big spaces and nice environment.Swimming in the pool or at the sea in front of the hotel.Many choises inside & outside of the hotel.One of the best things in this hotel: adorable crows are patiently waiting for the right moment to grab a snack from the abandoned tables. Perfect location for vocation. The got it own access to the beach, very nice swimming pool, nice facilities. The breakfast is good. Rooms are a bit old and you cant open window, if needed. You can get free Late Check In. I would recommend this place for families and groups.

Nice resort a bit out dated compared to the newer hotels that have been built around it. We stayed here 12 years ago when it was one of the only hotels on the strip and not much has changed in regards to the rooms and decor since. Definitely family friendly which is good.

Went for a beach day. We were told it was a private beach but it is not. They have beds on the beach but anyone can walk along the party of the beach or just place a towel down. The beach is also in the shade for most of the day due to a tower that has been built. Recreation desk was excellent and helpful.

This is one of the oldest hotel properties on jbr. The property is well maintained and the food options are nice. Great for families.

This hotel is a holiday beach resort. The hotel has a beautiful beach and some grass area to sun-bath and relax. Water sport activities are also offered. The hotel also has many restaurants and bars with great outside seating.Overall, the hotel is a little dated, as it is one of the oldest hotels in this area. The rooms have a little of a 70 to 80 charm. All rooms have a tile floor.Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful but some staff have no clue.Overall, the location is good but there are many also many other alternatives in the area.

Its been great and the only 🌟 missing is the age of the facilities (beach chairs, seat pillows on the terrace and bird s*t below the trees). The hotel has a good view... however it seems it has been ages since the last time the balcony got cleaned. Extremely dirty floor and old worn out furniture gives you a clossal zero star experience :(Well putting that aside... breakfast was less than stellar and check-in took ages, receptionist told me to sit down and let me wait for half an hour just to forget about me at the end :(Overall didnt feel like a 5 star hotel...with dated and unclean furniture, it is guaranteed not to come back for sure :(

Excellent location. Very lively and vibrant with tons of shopping and restaurants and not to forget the easy access to the beach. The service is spot on. Always greeted by the staff. The lounge is well stocked at all times with every day happy hours. There are quite a few restaurants and open bars attached to the Sheraton and all of them are pretty decent. The rooms are a little outdated. Especially the bathrooms could use some updates. I was lucky to witness the fireworks on Friday and it was amazing.

Good location, but horrible staff service at the beachside bar. They all just stand together in a group talking, and you have to (literally) yell for any service. My hookah went bad because they never changed the coals. A waste of $30usd. Definitely not worth the money. Go somewhere else.Also, the drone show is farther down the beach. If you watch it from here, you’ll only see the side.

A very relaxing day. Food was good.2 things to note. If you sit by the pool the sun goes away around 1.30 pm till 3.30 because it goes behind a building.The other thing is, there are lots of children there making noise. So if you dont like that then stay away but all in all it was lovely.

Free outdoor gym. Always pack around 5:30-8:30 pm. Makes me wanna workout real hard seeing people at their best. So many groups, quite intimidating to get a spot. But its okay. Youll enjoy

We booked this hotel based on the photos and we thought it would be a nice stay . We were very disappointed and only stayed 1/6 nights . We asked for an upgrade , on arrival as there were three of us sharing . We were offered a “suite” at an extra £270. The extra bed was a camp bed which was in the living room , no balcony and the room stank of cigarette smoke ( In fact the whole hotel smelt of smoke) overall a shabby hotel in need of upgrade Positives - staff friendly and breakfast nice .

I have been in Dubai for 14 Years. I was a member at Privilee so I used to go to this Hotel. I stopped the membership at Privilee due to their lack of customer service. They are very bad company and no management. Since when I wanted to become back a member I found the bad staff are still there and they dont want me to rejoin.Nice Hotel. I only use the beach. I like their beach. The Pool is nice too.Its near the Dubai Eye. Also there is like a walking track.

This particular location was a disappointment. Check-in was slow; not enough staff at the counter. The non-smoking floor smelled like smoke as soon as you stepped out of the elevator. Although fairly well-maintained, the outdoor grounds were overrun with crows. Some of the lounge chairs had bird poo on them. There were plastic debris from careless guests around the pool edges. Not enough staff, perhaps? The breakfast was passable. It was not bottomless, like other 4 or 5-star hotels in the areas. Under normal circumstances, the breakfast would have been a buffet. We had to go through 4 let me check with management to find out if we could get a refill on food, not just beverage. It felt like begging. Its a small adjustment that goes a long way with customers. The gym was basic, with decent cardio equipment and two squash courts. Check-out was slow too. There was no one at the desk, at 12:30pm (??). Although the staff was polite, we didnt feel like there was much attention given to details. A pity since our past experience at other Sheraton locations around the world has been excellent.

Stayed here for a week. Couldn’t travel anywhere planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary so found the resort stay as a solution. The staff was very kind to upgrade our room and decorate it. Due to COVID-19 situation the hotel was mostly empty- maybe 25% booked. So you feel weird (lonely) during the breakfast. Rooms were not spotless clean though. Being able to walk outside early in the morning and swim were really nice 👍🏼 after long lockdown.Sea water of course was terribly hot but the pool was refreshing. The biggest garden among the other Marina hotels is a bless!

This is my third stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional this year- In particular Joyce and Bala in the pool area. They went the extra mile, to ensure we felt valued and welcomed at the hotel. Particularly loved the Club lounge and all the team John, Mark Rose & Belli, who gave exceptional service. Loved every second of our stay! Room with sea view is a must! Great Hotel and lovely people- a very relaxing holiday here.

Good stay overall. OK it’s very hot here in August so be prepared. The hotel is a bit dated but everything else was good. The hotel staff are great and the club lounge was great. The pool area is a bit small and no shade, since the beach is too hot everybody tends to crowd the pool so it’s very full and busy. In my opinion the pool should be bigger! The children’s pool was nice and shallow and covered. There is a children’s club so my kids went there to escape the heat. I was happy with the food selection and quality and we had no issues. Good place just to lay around and relax and do nothing but beach and tan. Thanks to Kriza, Olena and Mark( the lounge guy) for giving us a very nice stay, thank you. We appreciated your hard work. Great Job!

Sheraton Jumeira Beach Resort surprised us with a very friendly and serviceminded staff. The Resort is not the newest or the largest, but it makes up to that big time, with the extremely serviceminded staff, very good food, great atmosphere and a very nice beach. We stayed at this Resort for a week in March 2019, and as a frequent traveler, I must say that this place impressed us. Not by architecture or stunning otherwise, but I cannot mention enough how welcome we felt at Sheraton Jumeira Beach Resort. As Elite member we got to experience the Lounge, and what a great experience. Again, exquisite staff, always smiling and hard working. Add great food as well, and the total experience of this Lounge is far beyond much of what we have experienced around the world.

The staff are extremely polite, nice and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. Big shout out to the chef and the sous chefs.

Really disappointed with the room. It is infested with MOLD. The smell is so overwhelming, we couldnt sleep. The pool area was filthy, people were smoking by the kids pool and no one said anything. The food we ordered was sub par at best. We cut ourout stay short.

Welcome was nice, surprised to find a welcome cake in the room. room was very spacious and the view was very nice. really loved the breakfast, so many options to eat. Front office and concierge staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff were very professional specially Ms. Kumari, she did excellent job keeping our room tidy and organizing our stuffs. Beach side was very nice and well maintained. really loved walking on the beach at night. the location and view of the hotel is superb. really loved the location. All the popular restaurants are within walking distance. best feature of the hotel is that you just have to cross the hotel garden to be at the beach. swimming pool was also very nice and really enjoyed there.

The Sheraton at Jumeirah is a very good standard of hotel and well managed with helpful and polite staff. The private beach has a great spot on the stretch and doesnt suffer from over crowding. We had a Club room which offers snacks and soft drinks throughout the day in the Lounge with a choice of alcoholic drinks and food options in the evening. We found the Club option a great benefit. The hotel has very good facilities - gym, spa, squash courts and outside areas.The rooms are kept very clean and are well serviced. Perhaps could do with updating.The Peacock Chinese restaurant is very good, the portions are large so dishes may be shared. Good value.Overall we had a great stay at the Sheraton, all staff are very helpful and polite. Wed choose the Sheraton again for any future Dubai trips.

The beach and pool pass is 150$/adult and 50% is consumable for food and drinks by the beach bar. Towels and lounge chairs are provided.The beach here is quieter than the rest of JBR beach.

Very nice place. Great views and amenities. I would stay again. My only complaint, and many resorts allow this, I arrive at the pool at 9am on a Wednesday, and there were may 6 people at poolside, but 90% of the chairs were reserved. You should only allow chairs to be held if present at the pool, or create a system that allows the hotel to charge the guests a reservation fee.

Absolutely great place. We were lucky to be there when no many people were around just before the Eid holidays... Rooms are basic and not exceptional but they to the needful. Staff is really polite and supportive, great experience in customer service received from Beach LifeGuards specially Younes. Room was clean and all needful was always available and ready to be replaced when needed. I felt good and respected with my family, hotel staff are always discreet and helpful, we surely will be coming back...great place to beach!! Maybe sunbeds are a little worn out but overall is nice...green area and surrounding its also very nice...

Sheraton Jumeirah did not disappoint.Our 3 days stay were amongst the most relaxing days we’ve both had. The staffs at the reception: Vinod and Terrence provided us with a room with a great sea-view and accommodated our late check out respectively.Sheraton’s food was deserving of being called world-class. Special thank you to the staff of Palm Restaurant: Mary Anne, Brenda, Mustafa, Raymond, Aman and Sumati. The food especially the breakfast buffet was always sumptuous with a variety of choices, and the staff always served the guests with such friendly and accommodating vibes despite their limited number.Dinner at the Peacock Restaurant is a must for any guest. The food they served were so delectable we had to order a few more dishes to satisfy our taste buds. Thank you to the staffs: Jojo, Bernadette, Ryan and chef Gyan. It was such a pity that we were only able to have dinner there the night before our check out.The staff felt like family. Amenities such as the pool and beach area were good. Truly our stay was a memorable one and will surely stay there again once time permits.

Great place to be, good located at the jbr. Employees are friendly and helpful. But the have to renew some furniture and some other things to be a 5 star hotel.

We stayed 5 nights in this resort and really enjoyed it its obviously very new, so everything is in good shape. The apartments are very spacious and nicely furnished. The beds deserve a special note for their comfort. Most if not all apartments have a good sized balcony- for some reason without any deck chairs, which would have been nice. But thats the only complaint we had. Food at the restaurants is very good. The pool is fantastic but does fill up on the weekends. The beach is kept clean and the water there is nice for a swim in the sea. Staff are curtious and friendly. Overall a really great place.

No balcony and your cloth need too much time to dry.Service is good,Breakfast is excellent.Beach is not so good and it is not suitable for kids.Ants and birds all over the place.

We were so excited for our stay in the hotel after the lockdown caused by the COVID19. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t ready to welcome the guests with no valet parking services neither parking facilities; adequate number of staff for the check-in; poor variety of food items/ outlets with smelly service staff early morning!! The room itself (Club Lounge) was about to breakdown on top of our head (poor maintenance) with smoking smell in the full floor! Beach facilities was okay to certain extend nevertheless no privacy as walk-inns wearing underwear keep coming from the open beach adjust to the hotel beach side!!! I am really upset from this experience and will surely never use Sheraton hotels anymore.

Friendly staff, nice pool area, close to the beach, breakfast is good and same with the gym.The rooms seems a bit old and not completely up to date, all though they are fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort the staff was kinds and helpful and the rooms were clean! We enjoyed the private beach very much and the overall aura of the hotel. Wish we stayed more days to take advantage of all the amenities!

It was not so bad but not so good either. The only positiv thing about this hotel is food, its just really good. Thats it.Dirham fee? I should be notifed when Im booking hotel, not when I checkin in.Full pansion without a drinks? Thats Just a nonesense... The rooms itself are just too old, not 5 stars at all. The staying in hotel are just boring without animation or any program. The room cleaning service are annoing, 2 days without a cleaning and they are calling you in the next morning...just leave me be, i pressed do not disturb button.I have a mixed feelings about this place, it can be good but the greediness of the top managemant just ruins it

Im Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services and the dealings. There has been no honesty honesty especially with regard to the breakfast.I also noticed the poor hygiene in the main restaurant there was an insect (photo attached) When i asked about it, the employee responded this is natural as the restaurant overlooks the garden.[

Good location but it is hard to fine a parking and most of the time the hotel parking is full and they is not other choice to park. I liked the out door facility and the good space, good place for wedding and big events that can handle big number of visitors. Food is good and good service. Try to avoid it at week ends specially Thursday.

Everything about our stay at the Sheraton Jumeirah was positive and all exceeded expectations. The hotel is fantastic and is enhanced by the Fantastic employees (and customer service received) that work there. All of the employees that we interacted with were superb and Id like to call out the Lounge Team in Particular - John, Mark, Belli, Kriza and Rose plus the excellent managers - Tejraj, Mostafa, Terrance & Kevin.Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always made to feel special.Thank-you.

Great service, food, DJ music amazing the best place to chill with friends in front of the beach till 3am bit not cheap but ok

Straight off the bat, service at the Sheraton was amazing. I was warmly treated by the hotel staff throughout my stay. However, the property itself is old and dated, and in desperate need for a revamp. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member, I would recommend this hotel for the great service and the points. Otherwise, you might be better off with other newer properties in the vicinity.

The hotel location is great and close to a lot of shopping and eating places that are open late night and 24 hours. Great beach and pool, a nice vibe for kids as well as adults. Service was exceptional all round, and the rooms are not modern, but were spacious and clean. Al Hadiqa was my regular night-time spot - excellent service from all the guys there!

Thank you for an amazing stay. Great location right on the beach. Lovely pool and grounds. Our room was great, we loved the view. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, everywhere was spotlessly clean and the food was brilliant. We were sad to leave and hope to return one day!

I visit Sheraton every year during Oktoberfest, So far out of all other places that celebrate this event, this place has the best food, best drinks and a great atmosphere.In addition, the event host a group of singers that liven up the event with traditional Dutch songs.I also stayed at the hotel a couple of times in the past and my experience there was great, from room service to the cleanliness and tidying of the rooms.

Never bother writing reviews but was so impressed with this hotel i had to share it. This is my second time writing it as i ran out of space with so many positive things to say about this hotel. It truly was my best holiday ever wiil definitly be back. Thanks to Tej,clive,katlaa and franciso all went àbove and beyond to make this holiday amazing😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
