Stayed here for 5 days and it was one of the best hotels I have been to. The staff was super friendly and attentive. There are a lot of options at the breakfast buffet so everyone will find something they like. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern and provide a lot of comfort. The view was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I thought this stay would be different and that everything would change. But honestly its even worse than before.I honestly don’t know where to start. Is it the still horrible food? Or the appalling waiting times for the elevators at almost all the time! Not to add the gym where everytime you move a muscle a security guard will come running telling you to be quieter.. its not like there is heavy weights anyway!! Its all baby weights and still you have an unbelievably poor sound proofing be it at the gym, the rooms, or any other place. Oh and one more thing, its HIGHLY disrespectful and rude to ask your loyal customers such as myself to pay upfront. Its the only hotel where that happened. I already want to cancel my current booking and get the rest of my money but how many million days will it take for you to give the money back!!Im giving this hotel a very bad trip advisor and google maps review and i will tell all my friends and management consulting colleagues about my awful experience.Its a shame that its been almost a month and a half and Im still being treated poorly. Everything about this hotel is FLAWED fundamentally.

The Hotel is absolutely amazing. Situated right opposite of the Trade Center/Financial Center area in between two Metro Stations makes the location really accessible as well as convenient for Commuters. The staff is really welcoming and they try to go over an beyond whenever they can to help. I would like to call out Mahesh, Olga and Verna who were really receptive of our needs thought our stay and made us feel like home. Thank you!

The whole visit in the hotel was amazing. Everyone was very polite especially Arun the cleaner in floor 9, he was so nice and really took good care of our room 0905 and visit here. He was a very good cleaner, he made our room so clean that it felt new every time he cleaned.

Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai is a Best place to have a room, very close to Dubai Mall, Downtown, Burj Khalifa & beach.Whole staff is very helpful and respectful. Security personnel are very pleasant and always ready to help you. In the kitchen Shaan & team have the best food recipes.Very clean and organized hotel.Would recommend to everyone and definitely will go there if I get a chance to visit Dubai next time.

Nice apartments, great standards compared to Sheraton properties in other countries, great amenities and a beautiful view of the Sheikh Zayed Road from a high floor if you are a fan of that scene of towers. Clean and tidy. Nice and helpful staff.

It was 5 nights here and it was a very good stay in Four points by Sheraton SZR .Room 1701+ The room was very good+ Space of the room was great+ bed was comfortable+ closet area amazing+ staff was friendly+ breakfast 🥞 was good and good collections 👍🏻+ there was small kitchen with small fridge and coffee maker+ balcony 👍🏻👍🏻+ Valet parking available+ location was good and near to all services- negative thing I see about hot water 🚿There is no mixing valve it seems ! The water so hot and it was difficult to mix it to reach a good temperature to take shower 🧼In general if you are looking for a nice place with a good price you can choose it 👍🏻

Nice hotel on sheikh zaid road, affordable price, city view and back side Dubai jumirah view and on higher floor sea view. Don’t expect much good service. Because it’s always full and staff is less. But still present staff is managing it well.

I am telling I have been to many Indian restaurants in Dubai and trust me this is the most overrated restaurant. The food is so bad that u would understand why I gave this review.However I would say all the staff there are really comforting and helpful but it is the food that is disappointing.

Customer care Ms.Josphin always ready to help even for small matters or queries; she went out of the way to help the guest..irrespective its just a pain killer or mobile charger...such employees are real assests to the properties

Amazing Spacious Rooms!The Room Service is Always On Point! Our Favorite Hoise keeper is Jamal, he is Very Respectful of your Belongings when cleaning the Rooms, always makes sure you have plenty of supplies and if you catch him in Person he is very friendly and asks if you need further Assistance. The Amenities here are Great as well, Their Gym on 41st Floor is always Clean and practically all equipment looks brand New. Kannan Always makes sure the Gym stays clean and is Also very Polite and very eager to answer your questions regarding the equipment. He does an amazing Job at disinfecting the equipment during this crazy Pandemic. I Definitely Recommend this place!!!

Great views from the rooftop and from the higher level rooms. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Dubai Metro and some air conditioned bus routes if exploring by public transit is of interest. Its a quick ride to attractions such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. We got upgraded to one of the suites with a wrap-around balcony and it was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was also very extensive, with hot options available, and staff were accommodating. Would stay here again!

Outdated room and hallways, very small room, noisy. Door to balcony does not open, so don’t be fooled by the pictures. Lucky we booked a flexible rate so we could leave earlier. Breakfast needs some organization, people run around without a clue, passing tables multiple times and never clearing it. Very chaotic. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel.

It was a nice stay there for one week. Without requesting, reception guy offered me the room which is Facing Sheik Zayed road from where I had the view of Burj Khalifa and museum entrance

In short words, this is the one, everything here is perfect. We really enjoyed this vacation , the manager and customer service is very friendly and helpful, the specious 2 bedroom that we book, it is enormous. 1 king bed size room, one twin bed room and big hall having two long sofas, so we can accommodate 6 and more people in this flat, the view is very beautiful facing SZR, and we can see Burj Khalifa. Valet parking available, or self parking behind the tower.

Hotel is good but no one is asking anyone where they are going even from visitors can use facilities.They dont have valet parking costumer has to go to park by them self then you need to walk because parking is in other building thats very strange.Even in this pandemic they are not even bothered to check Temperature for the guest or visitors.

A four star hotel that is located in Sheik Zayed road just beside Rotana towers very good location for an executive traveler business person coz its very accessible to Metro taxis and public bus they have a very good coffee shop that has a seat outside too..they have a valet parking.. and an access for pwd as well

Fabulous view, courteous staff. The suite of this hotel which are located in higher floors have balcony with breathtaking view of Dubai - you can see Sheikh Zayed road, Burj Khalifa and some part of beach. It’s 5min walking distance from Financial centre metro station and Rostamani bus station. Lives up to your expectation in every way. The staff helped us with suggestions for our shopping and sight seeing to-do list.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai was a lovely experience.We arrived (a family of four) and the check-in was near-instantaneous, and the room was well prepared for our occupancy even though it was high season, for that we were grateful.Public transport(the Metro) was very accessible, and there was never an extended wait for a taxi even at rush hour. The staff were very helpful in assisting us in attaining a taxi without prior notice as soon as we stepped out of the lobby.Catering for the in-room dining was fine and timely and the food was nice, although more options on the menu would have been better.With regards to the room... It was very warming and comfortable with everything one would expect to find (minus maybe a bathrobe).It would have been perfect if there was a sofa bed in the room.The internet speed was quite slow but my main disappointment was that my roaming phone was connected to Etisalat and access was very slow. Other than that we had a wonderful time and we (especially the kids) loved the heated pool even if it was a bit small.Thank you, BONVoY, and thank you Four Points for a lovely vacation stay.

It was great to stay at four points. Great location I was able to walk to many restaurants near by and to Dubai mall with nice weather at the time. Also I liked the hotel amenities. And the room was spacious with a balcony. I have two negative points 1 regarding the balcony there was no setting area 2 regarding the wifi was very slow unfortunately.

Sorry, but that hotel is old and needs to be renovated. We were really disappointed and left 2 Days early.But what really bothered us the most was the street in front of our window, It has 14 Lanes, so yeah, a lot of cars and noise.

Our stay at four points by Sheraton was extremely satisfying. It was our 2nd time stay, we requested an early check-in which was dully accepted and provided within no time. Our 2 Bedroom suite overlooks Jumeirah sea view. It was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We also used dine in facility, pizza, BBQ wings, American breakfast, soups, everything was great and affordable. Front desk staff was great and professional.

We had a Family suit on the 34th floor. The room was cleaned every day, breakfast and dinner (HB) were amazing! The staff is extremely helpful and open! A special thanks to all staff working in the restaurant in the morning and in the evening! All of them are incredible! It was the best Christmas stay we could ever dream about!

The hotel is rated a big plus. The location of the hotel is so close to transport options, the environment, both interior and exterior is so clean. The staff, from reception to the waiters to the room services, all of them were so respectful and kind. Breakfast was really good and the rooms, so spacious and luxurious. The housekeeping was done on time and any request made was well upheld by the members of the team. Kudos to the team, it was my first time in DXB and in the hotel and I’m definitely visiting again.

The hotel has the charme of a 90‘s motel. There is a 14 lane highway right in front of it, so you would expect windows that are more soundproof. We checked out the same evening we checked in and had to pay just for one night.

Great hotel. Loved everything, specially swimming pool with warm water on the roof. Views are amazing from there. I have been upgraded for free to suit. Beautiful, spacious, fantastic design,very clean. Breakfast was good. Also location cant be better. Only one thing I liked less: elevators. The hotel is huge but elevators are only 4 and they are slow. So many time you wait, wait, wait. And there is a mess in ground floor with all people waiting for elevator. But all other things are perfect.

The stay at the Four Points was easy. It is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Two metro stations are nearby as well. The staff are pleasant and efficient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as ATMs and the metro. The rooms are spacious, well lit, and the bathrooms are modern and in very good working order. The breakfast has a good variety of Western and Indian foods, which are prepared well. I especially appreciated that breakfast runs until 11 AM, so one does not have to rush in the morning to get to breakfast. The food at Charlies pub and the Indian restaurant in the hotel are OK -- nothing special, and prices are somewhat high for what you get, as to be expected in a hotel. The hotel is in a very good location for people attending a conference at the World Trade Center (2 metro stops away or a 15-minute walk). The metro runs very frequently and is inexpensive, very clean, and comfortable.

I expected more from it. The hotel is okay. But the room is very expensive for what it is. Very basic room with basic lighting and very basic toiletries. The pillows and everything wasnt too comfortable as I would expect from Four Points which is an international chain

The rooms were huge and clean. But do take note for a 2 bedroom apartment, there is a king size bed and 2 single beds which comfortably sleeps 4 adults only. You need to add in extra bed for more people. Kitchen has all the facilities for washing and utensils. There were 3 toilets of which 2 has bathing facilities. Great for big families.

We stayed at this hotel in a suite for 4 people. The room was huge and comfortable for our stay. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The decor is dated, however, and the lobby is underwhelming. Great location.

I stayed here for 8 days, and the one thing that stands out is the customer service. Every one from the front desk to the breakfast chef is there to make you feel welcomed. I had kids with me and the chef went out of the way to ensure that they get food they like. The reception desk is very courteous, we had a late night checkin and we were handled with efficiency and urgency including a room upgrade. Had an awesome time overall

Not that much great hotel.

I would recommend this hotel, especially if youre planning to use public transportation to get around. There were always plenty of taxis readily available and the hotel is located between two metro stops both within walking distance (under 5 minutes). We used the metro near the hotel as our main source of transportation and was able to get to many places. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to The Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Outlet Shopping and Jumeirah Beach. If youre looking to go on an excursion that to can be arranged at the hotel. The staff at the hotel was very pleasant and always on hand to provide assistance. If youre looking to have a quiet romantic dinner, Luigis is a must. Ask for the corner table in the window at the far end of the restaurant. Our room had a wrap around balcony that we loved spending time on. Depending on the floor that your room is located, the view from the balcony can be scary. You do have to call security to have the door unlocked and you do have to sign a waiver accepting responsibility for anything that goes over the balcony. There is a rooftop pool but its very small so we didnt even bother however, there is also a rooftop lounge that seems to be a nice hangout place in the evening. We always returned to the hotel late, so we never made it up to the lounge at night but we would see people coming into the hotel that appeared to be headed that way. The bathrooms were nice and spacious but opening/closing the shower door was a little awkward.

We have Spektrum 7 Rays in a 29th Level Appartment with zwo bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living-room and a kitchenThe rooms werde Gully equipped, three tvs, a complete modern kitchen Equipment, Dish-washer...We didn‘t miss anything.We didn’t book breakfast and lunch, we went Outside for dinner and prepared breakfast outselves.We had several Restaurants in different Price Segments with 24/7 open and also several groceries in different sizes.Metro was 500 Meters in Bizz directiond of Sheik Zayed Road, and we had view on Burj Khaliva.We really enjoyed the stay!

Excellent service from the front desk, concierge to the restaurants. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The sky lounge employees were very attentive with their customer service (providing blankets, finding seats, accommodating large groups) and beverage/food service. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place to stay

The Four-Points Sheraton is a fantastic hotel/apt property to stay. The choice of staying in the Hotel or upgrading to an apartment can be very rewarding. The apartment gives you the ability to cook and do laundry if you so choose. All rooms are fantastic and the location of the property is centrally located and accessible to all of Dubai.

A large spotless room with a great city view. The Staff in all areas were friendly and went out of their way to please their guests. Breakfasts and Buffet Dinners were excellent. The food was fresh well prepared and well presented. Good location a few minutes walk to the Train and one stop to Emitrates Mall. Hoping to return soon and would not even think of staying anywhere else.

Nice hotel go enjoy it

I am a bit confused of how I can describe it. Overall the rooms we stayed in were great. Made us feel home away from home. The people at the reception are extremely rude except for Terrence and Gabriel who tried to be helpful. As a frequent traveler they were the ones to receive us with a smile and supposed to be more helpful. Rather the concierge, especially Gigi, Cris and Joseph were very very very helpful.Now going to the breakfast area, again the people receiving at the front were not really welcoming. Had breakfast at both the ground floor and the Z lounge (because the breakfast area was full). I however was really appreciative of Vishnu (the chef) who made us discover the flavors of an indian omelette. Housekeeping was also good. I really liked the cleanliness and the different amenities the hotel had, but the attitude need to be changed. I would consider staying again here at the four points if these small things can be changed.
